AbstractPurpose - This study aims to analyse the relations of financing of MSME, non-MSMEs and the number of offices on Gross Regional Domestic Product of Central Java Province during 2014-2019.Method - This research is using The comparative causal research method which one of the ex post-facto quantitative research methods carried out by looking at the causal relationship between one change and another based on existing data.Result - The result of this research indicates that the financing of MSME and non-MSMEs had positive and significant effect on Gross Regional Domestic Product of Central Java Province during 2014-2019 and the number of offices had negative non-significant effect on Gross Regional Domestic Product of Central Java Province during 2014-2019.Implication - This study uses the data from Islamic bank in Central of Java and the Gross Regional Domestic Product of Central Java.Originality- The paper looks into the relations of the financial inclusion that provided by Islamic banks to the public in order to support the creation of economic growth in Central Java. The number of offices discribed the access to Islamic banks and the financing of MSME and non-MSMEs discribed the usage of Islamic banks in Central Java.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the research variables including the insertion of Islamic economics, product knowledge, social environment and religiosity on interest in saving at Islamic banks in high school/MA students at Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School. This research is a quantitative research using ex-post facto method. The population and sample in this study were students of SMA/MA Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School class XI IIS with a total of 378 and the number of samples used was 100 students. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the insertion of Islamic economics learning and the social environment had a significant effect on students' saving interest in Islamic banks, while product knowledge and religiosity variables had no effect on interest in saving in Islamic banks. Simultaneously, the insertion of Islamic economics learning, product knowledge, social environment and religiosity affect the interest in saving in Islamic banks in the students of the Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Jombang.Key word: Economic Learning Insert Sharia Economics, Product Knowledge, Social Environment, Religiosity, Interest in Savings in Islamic Banks

Abstract  This research is aimed to analyze the effect of attachment on orientation prosocial behavior of Adolescents. The research was conducted at 2 State High School of Bekasi. The method used in this study is quantitative research methods using the Ex Post Facto design. The sampling technique in this study is proportionate stratified probability sampling with random sampling. The number of samples used in this study as many as 100 people. Data analysis techniques are used to test the hypothesis is to test the regression by using SPSS 20. Based on the results of a calculation, a large effect (Adjusted R Square) variable attachment to orientation of prosocial behavior were 0.123 (12.3%), which means that attachment affects orientation of prosocial behavior as much as 12.3% and the remaining 87.7% is influenced by factors other than attachment. The results showed Ha received so it can be concluded that there is influence of attachment on orientation of prosocial behavior in adolescents in State High School (SMAN) 2 Bekasi.  Keywords: Attachment, Orientation, Prosocial Behavior, Adolescents

Hindu-Buddhist culture has a strong influence on the culture of people in Indonesia, especially Javanese. Some cultures that are still carried out today are offering culture. The offerings are used by the Javanese people in various special events. For example when building a house. Javanese people believe that offering offerings when building a house can be a source of safety when building a house. The purpose of writing this article is to find out the purpose of using offerings for safety when building a house. The research method used is descriptive qualitative interview method in Manyaran District, Wonogiri Regency, Central Java Province. The results of this study show the relationship between community trust in the use of offerings with safety when building homes. As well as showing that although the Indonesian people now have many other religions such as Islam, Christianity, Catholicism, but belief in mystical things are still entrenched and can be seen today. With the publication of the results of this study it is expected that the public will know more about the diversity of cultures and beliefs that still apply today in Indonesia, one of which is the culture of Javanese community offerings when building houses.

Sharia Bank is a place for activities that provide services to the public regarding payments in accordance with sharia principles. So far, public knowledge about Islamic banking is still very minimal. So it is very important to socialize to the public about the benefits of making transactions both saving and borrowing money and other activities in Islamic banks. So based on this phenomenology, this study aims to analyze the effect of public knowledge about Islamic banking on customer decisions to use products of Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Stabat. This study was analyzed by quantitative research methods using the SPSS 17 approach. This research found that knowledge influences customer decisions to use the product of Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Stabat.

Abstract  This research is to know influence of self-confidence to consumptive behavior  of 11th  Students Senior High School 1 Babelan. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods using ex post facto design. The sampling technique in this study is a probability sampling with kind of purposive sampling. The amount of the samples is 82 respondents. The technique of the analysis data used to test the hypothesis is by simple regression test using SPSS version 16.00. Based on the counting result, mark F is 7.443 with mark of significance of 0.008. The regression similarity of Y = 83.413+ 0.246 X and the influence (adjusted R Square) of the variable self-confidence to consumptive behavior is 0.074 (7.4%), which means that the self-confidence affects the consumptive behavior to the number of 7.4% and the rest 92.6%, is affected by another factors. Therefore, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted so that it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of selfconfidence to the consumptive behavior of 11th  Students Senior High School 1 Babelan.  Keyword: Self-Confidence, Consumptive Behavior

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing  students in the show much influence the public speaking training has on the learning atctiveness of 8th grade students in the subject of islam religious education at SMP Prima Bakti Kecamatan Panongan Kabupaten Tangerang. Education is an important thing at this time, especially in college. One form of education is practical activities carried out to improve student experience and understanding. Things that affect student competence are the competence of laboratory assistants, practical facilities, practical worksheets  and theoretical understanding. This study was conducted to determine the magnitude of the influence of the competence of laboratory assistant practical facilities, practical jobsheets and theoretical understanding on the competence of students of Electrical Engineering Vocational Education, University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. This study is an ex-post facto research using quantitative research methods whose data were obtained using questionnaires and tests distributed to students of Electrical Engineering Vocational Education at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University who did practicum and then processed using the SPSS 25.0 application with simple linear regression analysis techniques and also regression double. The results of the study showed that there was a significant effect of the laboratory assistant competency variable, while the practical facilities variable, practical worksheet and theoretical understanding did not have a significant influence on the student competency variable. The purpose of this study was to determine whether Mudharabah, Musyarakah, and Murabahah financing affected the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the 2015-2019 period. This type of research is quantitative research. Quantitative research is to explain the position of the variables studied as well as the relationship between one variable with another variable. The research method used in this study uses descriptive quantitative research methods using multiple linear regression test. The quantitative method in this study was to examine the influence of Mudharabah, Musyarakah, and Murabahah financing on the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks in 2015-2019. Based on the analysis and discussion of data described in the previous chapter on the effect of mudharabah, musyarakah, and murabahah financing on profitability (ROA) of Islamic banks, it can be concluded that the variables of mudharabah financing, musyarakah financing and murobahah financing significantly influence profitability (ROA). This is evidenced by the results of the t test where the significance value of the variable mudharabah financing (0.023), musyarakah financing (0.037) and murobahah financing (0.008) are more than 0.05. The profit sharing system will facilitate customers and the financing system is quite consumptive so that it can contribute to profit levels, which causes profitability to rise.

This study intended to investigate the effect of social support and hope simultaneously and independently on resilience in adolescents. This study used quantitative methods with ex post facto design. Multistage random sampling techniques were used, which resulted in a sample of 291 adolescents in junior high school from Pagentan district, Central Java, Indonesia. They completed three questionnaires of social support, hope, and resilience. The validity of the instruments used was measured by psychology measurement experts (content validity). Then, the reliability of the instruments was analyzed using Cronbach’s alpha. The Cronbach’s alpha for each instrument was 0,854 (social support), 0,835 (hope), and 0,778 (resiliency). Data were analyzed using multiple regression at the significance level of 0,05. The results of the study reveal that there is an effect of social support and hope simultaneously and independently on resilience in adolescents. There are effective contributions of social support and hope to the resilience of about 41% (from social support 13,2% and hope of 27,8% respectively).

This study aims to examine the effect of knowledge, promotion, and religiosity on the interest in using Islamic banking services. The purpose of the next research is to examine the effect of knowledge on religiosity. In addition, this study also examines the effect of educational background and age on saving interest in Islamic banks. The population in this study are customers of Bank Syariah Mandiri, Brebes, Central Java, Indonesia. Ninety-nine research samples were obtained. The data collection method used was questionnaires. The data analysis method used was SEM-PLS. The results showed that only promotion proved to have a positive and significant effect on interest in using the services of Islamic banks. Knowledge and religiosity have not been proven to have a significant effect on interest in using services of Islamic banks. Likewise, background and gender do not have a significant effect. The next research result is that there is a positive and significant influence of knowledge on religiosity; there is also a positive and significant influence on the promotion of knowledge. This study recommends the importance of continuing socialization and education from Islamic banking stakeholders in Indonesia to continue introducing Islamic banks to the public.
