This research design use correctional with Cross Sectional approach.Population 90 mothers who have children under the age of two years. After slovin formula obtained 73 respondents as sample by using simple random sampling technique. The result showed Basic Immunization of complete 53 (73%) and Basic Immunization of  incomplete 20(27%), good family support 58(79,5%),  less family support 15 (20,5%). Data analysis test using Spearman Rank with p-value 0,000 <α 0,05 which means there is a Family Support Relationship with Basic Immunization Equipment Balita. It is recommended that the next community who have a child under two years give family good support to basic immunization for granting mothers complete.

The purpose of this study to determine the relationship between family support and knowledge with self-care of lepers. This study using cross sectional study design. The sampling technique using simple random sampling and obtained a sample of 46 people. Data were collected by interview. Data analysis using Pearson correlation test. Showed no relationship between family supportwith self-care of leprosy patients with p value of 0.00 < 0.5 with correlation coefficient 0.690. There is a relationship between knowledge and self-care with a 0.00 p value < 0.05 with correlation coefficient 0.691. The need for an optimization program based self-care group families to improve family support, especially in terms of information support. Keywords: self-care of leprosy, family support, knowledge

From the total population of the community in Kuningan District, 78.61% were taking filariasis drugs in the Mass Drug Administration (MDA) program in 2017. Cilimus Subdistrict became a filariasis-endemic area in Kuningan with 72.39% of the MDA program coverage in 2017 (government target >86%). The purpose of this study was to analyze the determinant factors of compliance with the MDA program. The study was an analytical study with a cross-sectional design and conducted from May to June 2018. The sample of 106 people was taken from the population living in Cilimus Subdistrict, Kuningan District, using a simple random sampling technique. Independent variables were collected by a constructed questionnaire included age, education level, knowledge, attitude, health promotion, and family support. A questionnaire also measured compliance with MDA as a dependent variable. Data analysis consisted of univariate, bivariate (chi-square and Fisher exact test), and multivariate analyses (multiple logistic regression). The results showed that the variables of knowledge, attitude, MDA health promotion, and family support influence compliance with the MDA (p-value < 0.05). Low knowledge and unawareness of the MDA health promotion proved to be the dominant factors in non-compliance with the MDA program.

Most patients with Cancer cannot adapt to their disease because they assume that it is a deadly disease. The purpose of this study was to find out the correlation between family support and adaptability of patients suffered from Cancer found at Yayasan Kanker Indonesia (Indonesian Cancer Foundation) located in East Java. This analytic study using cross sectional design involved the population of all people with Cancer found at Yayasan Kanker Indonesia located in East Java, totaling 30 patients. The samples of 27 patents were collected using simple random sampling technique. The independent variable was family support, whereas the dependent variable was adaptability. Questionnaires were used to collect the data analyzed using Mann-Whitney test with the level of significance α = 0.05. The result of study showed that most of the patients (70.4%) received good family support, whereas most of them (63.0%) had ability to adapt to their disease. Moreover, the result of Mann-Whitney test showed that p = 0.001 and the level of significance α = 0.05 so that H1 was accepted because p < 0.05. It showed that there was a correlation between family support and adaptability of patients suffered from Cancer found at Yayasan Kanker Indonesia located in East Java. The more family support, the more adaptive the patients with Cancer adapt to their disease. Hence, nurses are expected to give health education about the importance of family support to the family of patients with Cancer.

This research used cross sectional design. The population was 194 respondents and the sample was 54 respondents which are taken by using simple random sampling technique. Independent variable in this research was demographic status that was measured by questionnaire and nutritional status that was measured based on Body Mass Index (BMI). Meanwhile, dependent variable in this research was the occurrence of anemia that was measured by using spectrophotometry. Data analysis used Fisher's Exact test and Two-Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov test (α = 0,05). Result of Fisher's Exact test was obtained that p value = 1,000 > 0,05, which meant that there was no significant correlation between demographic status and the occurrence of anemia. Meanwhile, result of Two-Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was obtained that p value = 0,017 < 0,05, which meant that there was a significant correlation between nutritional status and the occurrence of anemia.

Sibling rivalry is the natural jealousy or dislike feeling of a children to a new child in the family. Preliminary study result obtained 6 (60%) children have sibling rivalry. The purpose of the study was to analyze the relationship of parent role in anticipatory guidance sibling rivalry and emotional intelligence with sibling rivalry incident in preschooler. The design of this research is correlational analytic with cross sectional approach. The independent variable is the parent role in the anticipatory guidance sibling rivalry and emotional intelligence, while the dependent variable is sibling rivalry. The unit of analysis of this study is preschool children who have younger siblings, and the source of information is parents, the sample of 37 children with simple random sampling technique. The data collected from these three research variables used questionnaires. The statistical test using spearman rank with α (0,05). The result of the statistical test shows the value of p value with the alpha significance level α (0,05), mean value of p value < α, so H0 is rejected and H1 accepted, it means there is relation of parent role in anticipatory guidance sibling rivalry and emotional intelligence with incident sibling rivalry preschooler. The results of this study is expected parents can perform its role in anticipatory sibling rivalry and improve the emotional intelligence of children to avoid sibling rivalry between siblings
