Background: The convenience provided by technology makes a person tend to reduce physical activity. In a long time it will certainly have an impact on one's fitness. This will also affect adolescents to young adults, where the average circle is students in college. Fitness is very important to support daily activities, without fitness someone will easily experience fatigue. Currently, students tend to do less physical activity because they lie too much or are sedentary as a result of technological advances. As a physiotherapy student who will treat patients later, fitness needs to be maintained since in the college. So far, fitness identification has never been done for students in health institutions, especially in physiotherapy students in the Poltekkes Kemenkes Surakarta, so this study aims to determine the fitness condition of physiotherapy students.  Methods: this research is a descriptive study by measuring 8 fitness components namely flexibility, balance, strength, explosive power, speed, agility, coordination and endurance in 226 physiotherapy students and the data analized descriptively using Ms. Excel. Results: Based on the measurement results, it was found that flexibility, balance and strength were included in the good category, explosive power, agility and coordination were in the very poor category, speed and endurance were in the excellent category. The physiotherapy student fitness index shows an average value of 3.125, which means that student fitness is included in the fair category. Conclusion: there is efforts should be made to maintain and improve the fitness of physiotherapy students in the Poltekkes Kemenkes Surakarta.

Improving the level of public health is the noble ideal of the country in every development plan both for the long and short term. Doing physical activity that is right and according to age will have an impact on physical, mental and social health. Good stress management on a person will have a positive impact, both for physical and social health in the community. This study aims to determine the relationship and the level of relationship between physical activity variables and stress management in physiotherapy students. This study uses a descriptive correlative research design, with a sample of 108 students covering semesters one, three and six who attended and filled out the questionnaire at a predetermined time (accidental sampling). Data on healthy behavior of students was taken using the HPLP-II questionnaire. Data analysis using the SPSS program by finding the average value of the variable physical activity and stress management which then performed a statistical correlation test of two variables. Results: the average physical activity value was 1,960 and stress management was 2,486. Correlation test is worth 0.994 which means that the two variables have a high relationship. The conclusion of this study is that the lower the physical activity a person does, the lower the stress management. Relationship between physical activity and stress management of students Physiotherapy has a high relationship (perfect association).

The health issues, mainly overweight and obesity are the growing concerns nowadays due to the associated factors and lifestyle changes which significantly have increased the individual’s health care expenditures. Fad diets are promoted as the easiest and simplest way of shedding the extra weight despite the availability of several treatments available. The prevention and treatment measures, including modification in lifestyle, dietary pattern, and physical activity, are the foundation of weight loss. However, the standard treatment measures are not effective for certain populations as they require long time adherence, which leads to the search for other approaches like fad diet. We steered a comprehensive literature review to present the facts related to fad diets to their efficacy and sustainability. Although fad diets have yielded tremendous positive results in weight loss and cardiovascular risk prevention, the studies reported death in long-term interventions and the results and some of them show side effects too. Randomized controlled trials have significantly reported weight loss in comparison with the popular fad diets; however, persisting on the same diet has also reported kidney problems, ketosis, and other metabolic related problems. The conclusion of this critical review reported that gradual weight loss could be attained by the combination of lifestyle modifications, physical activity, and recommended dietary approaches.

BACKGROUND Image based data collection for obesity research is in its infancy. OBJECTIVE The present study aimed to document challenges to and benefits from such research by capturing examples of research involving the use of images to assess physical activity- or nutrition-related behaviors and/or environments. METHODS Researchers (i.e., key informants) using image capture in their research were identified through knowledge and networks of the authors of this paper and through literature search. Twenty-nine key informants completed a survey covering the type of research, source of images, and challenges and benefits experienced, developed specifically for this study. RESULTS Most respondents used still images in their research, with only 26.7% using video. Image sources were categorized as participant generated (N = 13; e.g., participants using smartphones for dietary assessment), researcher generated (N = 10; e.g., wearable cameras with automatic image capture), or curated from third parties (N = 7; e.g., Google Street View). Two of the major challenges that emerged included the need for automated processing of large datasets (58.8%) and participant recruitment/compliance (41.2%). Benefit-related themes included greater perspectives on obesity with increased data coverage (34.6%) and improved accuracy of behavior and environment assessment (34.6%). CONCLUSIONS Technological advances will support the increased use of images in the assessment of physical activity, nutrition behaviors, and environments. To advance this area of research, more effective collaborations are needed between health and computer scientists. In particular development of automated data extraction methods for diverse aspects of behavior, environment, and food characteristics are needed. Additionally, progress in standards for addressing ethical issues related to image capture for research purposes are critical. CLINICALTRIAL NA

Learning quadratic functions that had been performed by the majority of vocational school and high school mathematics teacher in Kuala Tungkal is still using conventional learning media. The use of conventional learning media is experiencing a lot of obstacles, such as: a fairly long time in describing the graph function, especially when analyzing some quadratic function graphs with various characteristics. APOS is one of the constructivist learning theory which states that students learn through several stages, namely: action – process – object – schema. And to integrate into media APOS writer adapting ADDIE development model. The effectiveness of the use of media-based learning theory APOS seen from the student activity sheet can be concluded more increased activity of students in the learning process. Study of the test results, students were able to meet the completeness criteria stipulated minimum is 75. With an average value of learning outcomes, namely 87.14. It can be seen from the students' responses on a test group of small and large groups where it is concluded that researchers develop learning media can be categorized as good / interesting in the teaching and learning of mathematics.

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted daily activities worldwide. University students may have experienced substantial changes in daily living as a result of restrictions on university attendance. The return to normalcy may take a long time, and understanding the influence that shifts in daily routines have had on the lifestyles of university students may inform approaches to support overall well-being. We analyzed changes in the lifestyles of students enrolled at a health sciences university during the COVID-19 pandemic. This longitudinal study took place at the Faculty of Medicine and Nursing in the University of the Basque Country in Spain, and the final sample consisted of 113 nursing students, 109 medical students, and 45 physiotherapy students. Our results demonstrate changes in lifestyles of university students during the pandemic. MedDiet adherence scores and the percentage of students with high adherence increased during the pandemic. This increase was due to the increased consumption of vegetables and nuts. In terms of physical activity, the practice of moderate and intense physical activity was maintained. These results provide important information for both public health authorities and educational institutions to guide strategies to maintain the well-being of students and enhance opportunities for young adults to lead a healthy lifestyle.

In the era of technological advances, tourists will first seek information about the tourist object to be addressed, even tourists often don't have a destination, so they have to search one by one via the internet. In determining travel plans, it is often to see one by one the review of tourist attractions and conclude the results will take a long time, while tourists need actual and fast information to determine the travel plans. In this study, the authors take a new approach, namely by creating a mobile-based travel planner system that compiles travel plans automatically by considering contextual information related to tourist location points, whether of tourist locations during travel days, travel opening and closing hours, so that it will increase travel efficiency without having to do the research manually which takes a long time. The system can also provide travel recommendations based on visitor comments sentiment on Google Places and is equipped with a trip route that will be generated automatically. This research is useful for helping tourists plan their trip actually because of the consideration of contextual information so that it will make it easier and save tourists time.
