Breast care during pregnancy is one important part that must be considered as preparation for breastfeeding later. Breasts need to be prepared since pregnancy so that if the baby is born it can function properly immediately when needed. Breast care is also very helpful in the success of early breastfeeding, which affects exclusive breastfeeding. Breast care (Breast Care) is a way of caring for breasts performed during pregnancy or the puerperium for the production of breast milk, other than that for cleanliness of the breast and the form of nipples that go in or flat. Nipples are actually not an obstacle for mothers to breastfeed well by knowing from the beginning, mothers have time to make it easier for nipples to breastfeed. Besides that it is also very important to pay attention to personal hygiene. Current problems faced by partners include the lack of knowledge of pregnant women regarding the importance of breast care during pregnancy, so it is considered necessary to provide counseling to provide knowledge to pregnant women to prepare pregnant women to give early breastfeeding at the time of delivery and provide exclusive breastfeeding to infants up to 2 years. Community service activities are carried out at the Puskesmas Putri Ayu Kota Jambi. Time of implementation in January 2019. The target is pregnant women. Community service methods survey approach, lecture, discussion, demonstration / simulation. The results obtained are pregnant women able to understand about the benefits of breast care during pregnancy. It is recommended for health workers, especially in Puskesmas to give more information about breast care to pregnant women by participating in activities carried out in the village and RT so that pregnant women get information about breast care and can prepare for early breastfeeding to infants properly.

The Indonesian health research data (Riskesdas) in 2010 showed that the percentage of mothers who breastfeed their baby were low especially Exclusive Breastfeeding. The percentage of infants who get exclusive breastfeeding was only 15.3%. Factors that affect mothers not giving breast milk to their babies include limited knowledge about the benefits of breast milk and breastfeed techniques. Bojonggebang village had the lowest coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in Babakan District in 2015. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge of primipara women about breastfeeding techniques. This research was a descriptive quantitative study. The number of samples was 40 post-partum women who selected by the total sampling technique. The sample criteria were prim gravid women, breastfeed their baby, living in the village of Bojonggebang, and willing to become respondents. Data collection was conducted from May 30 to June 4, 2016 using a questionnaire containing data on maternal demographics, and knowledge about breastfeeding techniques. Breast milk is the only perfect and best food for babies, because it contains the nutritional elements needed by babies for infant growth and development in order to achieve optimal baby growth and development. The reality in the field is that there are still many mothers who experience obstacles/constraints to exclusively breastfeed their babies for 6 full months, even though breastfeeding is a natural condition. One solution that can help overcome barriers to exclusive breastfeeding is hypnobreastfeeding. The purpose of this community service is to increase mother's knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding and mother's confidence to be able to meet the adequacy of breastfeeding through Hypnobreastfeeding techniques in infants as an effort to increase milk production and expenditure The methods used in this Community Service activity are lectures, questions and answers, demonstrations and practices carried out by the instructor and assignments carried out by postpartum mothers who gave birth at the Independent Practice Midwife Risma as many as 15 people. The implementation of Hypnobreastfeeding activities is carried out routinely every day 5 (five) times a week by listening to Hypnobreastfeeding audio recordings for ± 30 minutes, carried out independently by the participants. The results obtained provided enormous benefits for the participants, including they felt that the baby was not fussy, slept soundly, urinated more than 6 times a day and the baby's weight increased. From this activity, it can be concluded that through counseling activities, demonstrations of correct breastfeeding methods/techniques and Hypnobreastfeeding, it can increase knowledge, skills and increase production of breast milk production and fulfill breast milk adequacy in mothers who breastfeed babies aged 3 months at the Independent Practice of Midwife Risma.

Abstract Adequacy of milk production in the newborns will affect the success of exclusive breastfeeding. Not all postpartum mothers are able to increase milk production in the postpartum period. Acupressure at the meridian points is one way to increase milk production in postpartum mothers. This study aims to determine the effect of acupressure therapy on increasing breast milk production in postpartum mothers at PKU Muhamadiyah Bantul. This study was a quantitative study  a quasi-experimental research design with pre-test and post-test nonequivalent control group. The number of respondents in each group was 17 people. The treatment given was acupressure at the meridian points for 5 minutes on days 2 and 3of poatpartum. Breastfeeding adequacy was assessed before treatment and on day 4 postpartum. Data were analyzed by Mc Nemar analysis. The results showed that there was a significant difference in breast milk production before and after acupressure with p value of 0.000 (p value <0.05). There was a significant difference in breast milk production in the control group before and after being given the breastfeeding technique leaflet p value 0.001 (p value <0.05). Conclusion: There is no significant difference in breast milk production after being given acupressure and after being given leaflets about breastfeeding techniques at PKU Muhamadiyah Bantul p value 0.100 (p value> 0.05).  Keywords: acupressure, breast milk production, postpartum
