The article presents an analysis of the results of an experimental study of the formation of readiness of future teachers of preschool educational organizations for innovative activities. The authors have identified motivational components of readiness for innovation. In accordance with these components, psychodiagnostic techniques were selected and used in the experimental study. The results of the formative experiment showed statistically significant differences between the indicators of the control and experimental groups on the level of readiness for innovative activity in both teachers and students. A comparative diagram of the results of experimental work and a comparative diagram of indicators before and after the forming experiment of the levels of innovative training of the studied groups is also presented. All this testifies to the validity of the research forecast.

Diagnosis of malignant tumors is an urgent problem of the modern world. Early diagnosis depends on General practitioners. The doctor should conduct a systematic examination of the patient regularly, taking into account the risk groups, gender and age. With mass screening, signs of dysplasia or an early focus, developing cancer can «slip away» [1]. Optimization of analysis and examination algorithms is required, which is not always possible for one person. Positive application of the digital program with elements of imaging in Oncology, we were able to create such a class of tasks for the preliminary subjective-objective survey of patients in three versions: with a widescreen screen and consoles for patients (group version up to 15 or more patients), interactive (touch) and tablet. The results of the survey are sent through the accepted channels to the doctor with recommendations for further examination, and the patient is given a coupon. The pilot program showed that the system of such robotic technologies in the future can replace the oncologist in its development to artificial intelligence at the stage of the primary link.

There is a demand for transformation in higher education. Undergraduates need to be taught critical thinking, an essential skill that should be central to the mission of all educational institutions. Critical thinking is a key focus of academic interest among researchers in the field of pedagogy and methodology. Despite this, there is still a lack of sufficient information on approaches, methods, techniques, and means of incorporating critical thinking skills in the classroom environment at the tertiary education level. The purpose of this paper is to provide a comprehensive review of the hands-on experiences of some European and Asian universities in promoting critical thinking education using a range of academic models. The review shows that critical thinking has already been integrated into many major tertiary education programmes in both European and Asian universities. Further, majority of the academic models implemented are transferable and flexible. The results confirm that in terms of content, methods, and technologies, university education is focusing on cultivating the higher order skills necessary for innovative professional activities in modern world.

The development of the professional competence of future teachers on the basis of the personality-centered approach is aimed at changing personal readiness for the process of implementing their future professional and pedagogical activities. Different views of scientists on the definition of “professional competence” are considered. The model of developing personal and professional competence of future teachers is presented, which consists of four components: target; content-organizational; diagnostic and reflexive-prognostic component. The main forms of work with students within the framework of the presented model are interactive technologies for conducting classes, consisting of four components: target; content-organizational; by means of facilitating the processes of self-actualization and self-development, etc. An important role is given to individual work with students, pedagogical support in building individual routes for each future teacher. Independent activity presupposes work on one's own personality, with one’s own inner world for the purpose of self-improvement and use of the Self-Observation Diary. The knowledge and experience gained are further implemented as a result of practical training of students at the bases of specialized organizations. The results of experimental activities on the implementation of the model of development of professional competence of future teachers in practice are described.
