The article defines the role of evaluation of investment attractiveness of the enterprise. The main directions of methodological approaches to the assessment of investment attractiveness of the enterprise are given, their peculiarities and purpose are defined. The main disadvantages of methodological approaches to the assessment of investment attractiveness are revealed. It is proposed to use a matrix model to evaluate the investment attractiveness of an industrial enterprise. The necessity of using precisely a matrix model of complex nature to assess the investment attractiveness of industrial enterprises based on the use of quantitative and qualitative factors is substantiated. The main advantages of the matrix model of estimation of investment attractiveness of the enterprise are determined. A methodological toolkit for estimating the investment attractiveness of an industrial enterprise on the basis of a matrix model has been improved, taking into account the current state of domestic industrial enterprises and identifying problematic areas of activity. The matrix model has been supplemented with a matrix of quantitative indicators by a group of property condition indicators, which will allow the investor to take a more objective approach to assessing the investment attractiveness of an industrial enterprise. Quantitative indicators of investment attractiveness are grouped and their marginal evaluation criteria are given. The general index of quantitative characteristic of investment attractiveness of industrial enterprise and possible variants of estimation of its financial condition are determined. The qualitative indicators of estimation of investment attractiveness on the basis of the matrix model are given, they are given weighting coefficients and their boundary intervals are defined. On the basis of qualitative and quantitative indicators, the levels of the generalized index of investment attractiveness of an industrial enterprise according to the matrix model have been formed, which will allow to prove to the investor the expediency of investing in an industrial enterprise. The article focuses on the problem of the assessment of the state of industrial enterprise’s economic and information security. The purpose of the research is to develop an scoring matrix for information and economic security of an industrial enterprise. The paper presents the necessary economic indicators and their normative values. It also presents the criteria for assessing information security, illustrates the developed matrix and defines development strategies for each element. More over, it describes the algorithm for the use of the matrix. The scientific novelty of the paper is in the development of a matrix that assesses both the economic activity and information of an industrial enterprise in order to determine the priority direction of the development. As a result of the work, the authors present a matrix of information and economic security of an industrial enterprise with individual development strategies for each element. The results of the study will be useful for industrial enterprises not only to analyze their activities, but also to determine the directions of further development.

The Impact

The aim of the work is the theoretical justification of the appropriateness of the integration assessment of personnel risks in order to ensure the personnel security of the organization and the development of methodological and practical recommendations for working with personnel. The current economic conditions of an industrial enterprise are inextricably connected with the impact of environmental threats on the work of personnel, which, on the one hand, is a source of risk generation and development, and on the other hand, is an object of risk exposure, which can affect the results of work. The definition of personnel risk and the types of its manifestations excite many scientists and practitioners, but now in Russia, scientific research in this area is still limited and requires further study. There is an objective need for systematic research and a comprehensive solution of theoretical, methodological, and applied problems of personnel risk management in working with personnel of industrial enterprises. The author conducted a study of the conceptual apparatus and approaches to classification, which allowed using his own approach to risk classification when assessing them based on well-known approaches of integration assessments of personnel work risk. The object of the study was the personnel of the Russian aviation industry enterprise, where, based on the scales and questionnaires developed by the author, experts from among employees were interviewed. The subjects of the study were the following: laws, principles, methods, processes, and organizational and managerial relations regarding personnel risk management in the personnel management system of the enterprise. The implementation of the goal identified the need to solve the following tasks:analysis of the opinions of Russian and foreign scientists on understanding the nature of personnel risks in working with enterprise personnel;identification of the socio-economic content of personnel risks, types, and factors of them;development of the conceptual framework for managing personnel risks in working with enterprise personnel;conducting a comparative analysis of methodological approaches to identifying and assessing personnel risks in working with enterprise personnel;conducting a comparative analysis of methodological approaches to managing personnel risks in working with the organization’s personnel.Based on the studies, the author assessed the level of risk of personnel work in practice, which allowed concluding that it is advisable to develop a new risk management system for the personnel of a high-tech enterprise.

The article presents the results of a study of the nature and content of such important categories economy, business environment, which determines the potential and efficiency of enterprises, regardless of ownership, size and product manufacturers profile. It is established that the existing approaches to the study of the business environment of enterprises instrumentally and informationally restrict managers in choosing their economic decisions, especially strategic ones. In this regard, the threepronged task was to identify fundamental changes in the methodology of analyzing the business environment, and therefore these principles themselves; to study and describe the multicomponent composition of business environment factors in the context of globalization and digitalization; to find new approaches to the study of the business environment. These methodological approaches should be taken into account as the development of the theory of economics, marketing management of the external and internal environment of the enterprise, as well as practical experience gained in this field in the 21st century. This is the attempt made in the article. The features of the business environment of industrial enterprises (DSPP), its specific differences from the environment of trade, financial and other organizations are identified, an expanded set of parameters for its assessment and identification attributes are proposed. The methodological conclusion that management should choose strategic directions of development depending on the level of these attribute parameters is justified.

Subject. This article deals with the issues related to the formation and implementation of the innovation capacity of the Russian Federation subjects. Objectives. The article aims to develop the organizational and methodological foundations for the formation of a model of the regional innovation subsystem. Methods. For the study, I used the methods of analysis and synthesis, economics and statistics analysis, and the expert assessment method. Results. The article presents a developed basis of the regional innovation subsystem matrix model. It helps determine the relationship between the subjects and the parameters of the regional innovation subsystem. To evaluate the indicators characterizing the selected parameters, the Volga Federal District regions are considered as a case study. The article defines the process of reconciliation of interests between the subjects of regional innovation. Conclusions. The results obtained can be used by regional executive bodies when developing regional strategies for the socio-economic advancement of the Russian Federation subjects.

Abstract Supersymmetric circular Wilson loops in $$ \mathcal{N} $$ N = 4 Super-Yang-Mills theory are discussed starting from their Gaussian matrix model representations. Previous results on the generating functions of Wilson loops are reviewed and extended to the more general case of two different loop contours, which is needed to discuss coincident loops with opposite orientations. A combinatorial formula representing the connected correlators of multiply wound Wilson loops in terms of the matrix model solution is derived. Two new results are obtained on the expectation value of the circular Wilson loop, the expansion of which into a series in 1/N and to all orders in the ’t Hooft coupling λ was derived by Drukker and Gross about twenty years ago. The connected correlators of two multiply wound Wilson loops with arbitrary winding numbers are calculated as a series in 1/N. The coefficient functions are derived not only as power series in λ, but also to all orders in λ by expressing them in terms of the coefficients of the Drukker and Gross series. This provides an efficient way to calculate the 1/N series, which can probably be generalized to higher-point correlators.

Abstract In a recent paper, Balthazar, Rodriguez and Yin found remarkable agreement between the one instanton contribution to the scattering amplitudes of two dimensional string theory and those in the matrix model to the first subleading order. The comparison was carried out numerically by analytically continuing the external energies to imaginary values, since for real energies the string theory result diverges. We use insights from string field theory to give finite expressions for the string theory amplitudes for real energies. We also show analytically that the imaginary parts of the string theory amplitudes computed this way reproduce the full matrix model results for general scattering amplitudes involving multiple closed strings.

We calculate an effective action and measure induced by the integration over the auxiliary field in the matrix model recently proposed to describe IIB superstrings. It is shown that the measure of integration over the auxiliary matrix is uniquely determined by locality and reparametrization invariance of the resulting effective action. The large-N limit of the induced measure for string coordinates is discussed in detail. It is found to be ultralocal and, thus, is possibly irrelevant in the continuum limit. The model of the GKM type is considered in relation to the effective action problem.
