Involvement is a key word in the context of product novelty, when businesses are required to become more competitive in product innovation. This point of view forms the basis for understanding the two concepts of business existence. First, the demand to develop new products is directed to product innovation because technology is increasingly developing. Novelty needs to keep pace with technological advances as well as be market-oriented. Second, the business builds a collaborative commitment with its customers. This indicates a position where the relationship with the market demands an equal role. Businesses no longer take distance in building relationships with their markets. Thus consumers will gothrough a dynamic process in the experience of using the product, and businesses will continue to consistently motivate consumer learning in the process of product novelty adoption. This study aims to explain consumer’s learning experience on product novelty from the process of consumer involvement in the holistic experience of responding to product novelty. A combined quantitative-qualitative approach (mixed-method approach) is applied. The quantitative approach was carried out using SEM analysis with the SmartPLS tool on 113 respondents, while the qualitative approach was carried out using the Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) technique on participant narratives. Furthermore, from the two approaches, an integration process was carried out to find the grand theme of consumer learning experiences in the context of their involvement in responding to product novelty. Through this research, it can be seen that the product novelty learning experience is formed through initial involvement to recognize, andcontinued involvement in using the product. The product novelty learning experience is the involvement of consumers in realizing essential realities, practical realities, and contextual realities.

As we are now living in a world characterized as a “new normal,” nothing is more important than leaders who are adept at critical thinking enabling them to enhance their businesses by making judicious decisions while remaining sensitive to the needs of their employees. When talking about critical thinking, often neglected is the descriptor “critical.” Among other things, “critical” means significant, vital, essential, and analytical, and involving skillful judgment as to truth and merit. From the point of view of commonsense, “critical” may also imply an effort to see a problem or situation clearly and truthfully in order to make fair judgments and wise decisions. Thus, critical thinking is more than learning to use specific thinking skills deemed necessary for business and everyday life. A critical thinker will have a sense of ethics governing his or her decision making and business acumen. Consequently, critical thinking necessitates life-long learning, experience, developing one’s intuitions, and above all, being creative, flexible-minded, sensitive to one’s environment, as well as being trusted and fair-minded. The ethical overtones of becoming a critical thinker are obvious making critical thinking and essential component of values-based leadership.

This study was developed with Early Childhood Preservice Teachers within the framework of the Teaching and Learning of Social Sciences over three academic years (2017–2018, 2018–2019, and 2019–2020) at the University of Alcalá. The main objective was to improve the learning to learn competence during teacher training from an outdoor experience at the Museum of Guadalajara (Spain), using e/m-learning tools (Blackboard Learn, Google Forms, QR codes, and websites) and the inquiry-based learning approach. To ascertain the level of acquisition of this competence in those teachers who were being trained, their self-perception—before and after—of the outdoor experience was assessed through a system of categories adapted from the European Commission. The results show a certain improvement in this competence in Early Childhood Preservice Teachers. Additionally, this outdoor experience shows the insufficient educational adaptation of the museum to the early childhood education stage from a social sciences point of view. Finally, we highlight the importance of carrying out outdoor experiences from an inquiry-based education approach. These outdoor experiences should be carried out in places like museums to encourage contextualized and experiential learning of the youngest in formal education.

AbstractLittle is known about the emotional pressures and practical management of daily challenges and, intra and interpersonal demands of raising a child as a parent with a diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Conditions. The present study utilised a qualitative approach to understand perceptions of females diagnosed on the autistic spectrum of ‘being a parent’. Eight semi-structured interviews were analysed using Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis. Benefits and challenges of being a parent were highlighted alongside population-specific skill and characteristics associated with strength and resilience, love, nurture, routine and sensory considerations. Findings identify the need for population-specific specialist parenting support, provide direction for professionals in clinical settings and expand the paucity of research in this area.

Globalization has become a trigger factor in international trade due to its role as an integral part of the world economy and social standardization in the context of technological, cultural and universal knowledge which allows free access to resource with minimal effort.  The study is a contribution to theories based on the Industry, the Dynamic Resources and Institutions; all around the Mexican Port System. Data was gathered using a qualitative approach of literature review about the current status of the ports and its global environment. The results were organized around the statement of the problem and research objective that guide the study. The results indicated that Manzanillo Port holds dynamic capabilities that increase its competitiveness in the global port industry as strategic locations, and its natural and human resources.

ABSTRAK - Arus globalisasi yang mendunia sudah tidak dapat dibendung lagi keberadaannya di negara Indonesia. Indonesia menjadi salah satu dari berbagai negara yang telah dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan teknologi dan iptek yang semakin canggih, sehingga dunia kini telah memasuki era industri 4.0. Generasi milenial adalah salah satu kelompok yang dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan teknologi yang serba instan, bahkan peran penting generasi milenial sudah mulai surut tergantikan oleh kemajuan teknologi. Menghadapi tantangan tersebut diperlukan solusi yang solutif yaitu mengimplementasikan model pemuridan kontekstual sebagai panggilan pelayanan terhadap generasi milenial di era industri 4.0, sehingga membentuk generasi milenial supaya beridentitas Kristen dan bertumbuh menjadi dewasa dalam iman. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang melibatkan studi pustaka. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa model pemuridan kontekstual layak dijadikan pedoman dalam mengarahkan para generasi milenial di era indutri 4.0 agar mampu bertahan (survive) dalam perkembangan zaman yang semakin canggih.Kata kunci : Pemuridan, Kontekstual, Panggilan Pelayanan, Generasi Milenial, Revolusi Industri 4.0ABSTRACT - The current global globalization can not be dammed anymore its existence in the country of Indonesia. Millennials have become one of those groups influenced by the development of instantaneous technology, even the important role of millennials has begun to subside replaced by technological advances. Facing these challenges requires a solution that is to implement a model of contextual discipleship as a service call to millennials in the industrial era 4.0, thus forming millennial generations so that Christian identity and growing into adulthood in the faith. The approach taken is a qualitative approach that involves the study of literature. This research is consist of the concepts of how do the consumer involvement, consumer innovativeness, brand parity and brand loyalty could affecting the price sensitivity. Questionaires were used as the research instruments to the 150 of people who wearing shoes with brand “ABC” in Jakarta with using purposive sampling method and cross sectional data. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis system was applied with AMOS software to hypothesized the empirical data. The result shows that there is a significant effect of the consumer involvement to the consumer innovativeness positively that can affecting to the price sensitivity negatively. Brand parity hypothesized proven that it has affected price sensitivity positively and so brand loyalty affecting the price sensitivity negatively. For further research, it’s recommended to extend more objects of study than shoes and add more other variables which are not include in this research.

<div class="WordSection1"><p><strong><em>ABSTRACT:</em></strong><em> The purpose of this research to explore the perceptions of taxpayers on the satisfaction of assistance performed by tax volunteers at the Tax Volunteer placement location. There are 4 (four) locations for the placement of Tax Volunteers, namely KPP Pratama Singaraja, KP2KP Negara, KP2KP Amlapura and Tax Center Undiksha. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling with interview techniques in collecting research data. The population in this research are taxpayers who carry out the duty to annual tax return through e-Filing. Meanwhile, the sample in this research were taxpayers whose reporting the annual tax return were assisted by Tax Volunteers in the 4 (four) placements. The results of this research indicate that taxpayer assistance activities by tax volunteers in helping to fill individual annual tax returns are very effective. This can be seen from the satisfaction of taxpayers after receiving assistance by Tax Volunteers. Taxpayers are satisfied with the assistance of tax volunteers because the annual tax return reporting process is easier, faster and Tax Volunteers are able to guide Taxpayers in filling out their own. This assistance helps reduce the difficulties experienced by Taxpayers in understanding SPT filling independently. Taxpayer satisfaction is expected to increase compliance in reporting the Annual Tax Return. The sustainability of the Tax Volunteer program is also highly expected because it is considered very effective for taxpayers who do not understand the procedures for submitting annual tax return, especially those who are not yet competent with technological advances.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: Perception, Assistance, e-Filing, Tax Volunteers</em></p><p> </p><p><strong>ABSTRAK:</strong> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali persepsi wajib pajak atas kepuasan pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh Relawan Pajak di lokasi penempatan relawan pajak. Adapun 4 (empat) lokasi penempatan Relawan Pajak yaitu KPP Pratama Singaraja, KP2KP Negara, KP2KP Amlapura dan <em>Tax Center</em> Undiksha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah <em>purposive sampling</em> dengan teknik wawancara dalam pengumpulan data penelitian. Yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Wajib Pajak yang melaksanakan kewajiban dalam melaporkan SPT Tahunan melalui <em>E-Filing</em>. Sedangkan, sampel dalam penelitian ini yakni Wajib Pajak yang kegiatan pelaporan SPT Tahunannya didampingi oleh Relawan Pajak di 4 (empat) penempatan tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kegiatan pendampingan wajib pajak oleh relawan pajak dalam membantu pengisian SPT tahunan orang pribadi sangat efektif. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari kepuasan wajib pajak setelah mendapatkan pendampingan oleh relawan pajak. Wajib Pajak puas atas pendampingan relawan pajak dikarenakan proses pelaporan SPT Tahunan menjadi lebih mudah, cepat dan para relawan pajak mampu menuntun wajib pajak dalam pengisian SPT-nya. Pendampingan ini membantu mengurangi kesulitan yang dialami Wajib Pajak dalam memahami pengisian SPT secara mandiri. Kepuasan Wajib Pajak diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kepatuhan dalam pelaporan SPT Tahunan. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berangkat dari masalah kurang optimalnya pemanfaatan media pembelajaran berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) sebagai upaya dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas pemanfaatan media pembelajaran berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI di SMP N 1 Lembang Jaya dan kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam mengefektifkan pemanfaatan media berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) pada mata pelajaran PAI. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas Pemanfaatan media pembelajaran berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI di SMP N 1 Lembang Jaya belum sepenuhnya berjalan efektif. Berdasarkan indikator pengukuran efektivitas Media Pembelajaran berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) menurut Smaldino bahwa dari kesemua indikator hanya 50 % yang efektif. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan temuan peneliti dilapangan membuktikan bahwa indikator pengukuran efektivitas Media berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) seperti ; keterlibatan siswa, ketepatan dalam pemilihan media, mampu membantu siswa memahami hal-hal yang bersifat abstrak, ketersediaan media, dapat memberikan pengalaman belajar yang berarti belum efektif. Adapun kendala dalam mengefektifkan Media pembelajaran berbasis TIK dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa pada mata PAI di SMP N 1 Lembang Jaya yaitu kendala yang berasal dari luar dikarenakan kurangnya ketersediaan media sehingga pemakaiannya terbatas serta listrik yang tiba-tiba mati. This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) -based learning media in increasing student understanding of Islamic education subjects at SMP N 1 Lembang Jaya and the obstacles faced by teachers in making effective use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) -based media in the eyes. PAI lessons. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results showed that the effectiveness of the use of learning media based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in increasing students' understanding of Islamic Education subjects at SMP N 1 Lembang Jaya has not been fully effective. Based on indicators of measuring the effectiveness of Information and Communication Technology-based Learning Media (ICT), according to Smaldino, of all indicators only 50% are effective. This is evidenced by the findings of researchers in the field proving that indicators of measuring the effectiveness of Information and Communication Technology-based Media such as; student involvement, accuracy in selecting media, being able to help students understand abstract matters, the availability of media, can provide a meaningful learning experience that has not been effective. The constraints in making ICT-based learning media effective in improving students' understanding of the PAI eyes at SMP N 1 Lembang Jaya are constraints that come from outside due to the lack of availability of media so that their use is limited and the electricity suddenly goes out. Technological development has changed human life style. Child's world that was once filled with traditional games has now been eroded by technological advances. Nowadays online games that replace traditional games are not only favored by children, almost all levels of human age like playing online games. But behind it all there is a negative impact that haunts its users. This study aims to reveal the negative side of using online games from the point of view of Islam and Islamic Psychology. The technique used is literature review by compiling some previous articles. The results showed that excessive use of online games will give a bad impact on the physical and psychological users, such as visual impairment, sleep disturbance, addiction, violence and stress. The use of online games is also considered more disadvantage than the benefits and it’s seen as an activity that wastes time, and it is prohibited in Islam.

A business incubator is a program to encourage the emergence of student’s entrepreneurs in various universities, including Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta. The model applied in generating new entrepreneurs through business incubators at Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta is described in three (3) stages of pre-incubation, incubation, and post-incubation. In the third stage of the incubation process, post incubation, the students have been assessed their readiness before finally tenant plunge as an entrepreneur. In the previous study, the motivation or desire to become an entrepreneur is a major factor to support success in business. However, in the next stage to support business sustainability, especially in the digital era as it is today, the strong capital motivation is not enough. This study aims to examine more deeply the capabilities that must be built to support business sustainability, especially in the digital age with all the technological advances. The qualitative approach is used by using successful tenants as case studies of several types of business, in order to enrich the results of the research. Triangulation and member check processes are applied to generate the results of the research. The resulting model of this study is a refinement of the initial model by emphasizing the sustainability factor of business in the digital era that emphasizes the importance of creative ability and thinking ahead.
