Abstract The mosaic approach to conflict requires redefinition of some doctrinal concepts that can influence the way in which the response to the risks and threats to the state of security, the future of military actions and the acceptance that the technological development will be a factor for the success of the wars future. The issues addressed could be important elements in the architecture of a possible future strategic concept of integrated use of the basic elements of national power - diplomatic, informational, military and economic. At the same time, the results of this theoretical approach can contribute, as a reference point, to proposing viable and innovative doctrinal and operational solutions to counteract aggressions to national security, regardless of their nature or origin.

The general principles inherent in rapid response units, as well as the whole system of bodies of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, include: legality; respect and compliance to the rights and freedoms of man and citizen; non-partisanship; continuity; combination of overt, covert and conspiratorial forms and methods of activity; unity; collegiality in the development of important decisions; interaction with state authorities, local self-government bodies and public organizations in carrying out the tasks assigned to the State Border Service of Ukraine; openness to democratic civilian control. Principles of manning can be described as preliminary, introductory, but adherence to them determines the future professionalism of rapid response units when they are created. The principles of functioning of the Rapid Response Units include: the constant readiness of the units to confront existing and potential threats to national security at the state border; high maneuverability; conformity of forms, methods and means of activity of complexity of the situation existing on the state border; comprehensive information support; maintaining the image of the border service; rapid establishment of interaction within the framework of the OUF; interaction with the population on the basis of partnership. AbstractHistorians of East Germany often see the state as future-looking, but questions remain about the kinds of futures that East Germans expected. Youth space education provides one example of how East Germans thought about the future. Across the country, spaceflight formed an important part of youth education through books, the Jugendweihe, and places like cosmonaut clubs. Although these activities show how East German adults taught children about space travel, they also illuminate expectations for the future of spaceflight and the future of East Germany's children. In a state that continually proclaimed the imminent future of everyday spaceflight, East German adults, even party members, adopted a particular vision of the future. They taught children that the ideas of space travel would be important for their lives on Earth, while simultaneously questioning the state's optimistic vision for everyday spaceflight.

In modern society, the problem of value orientation of young people to a healthy lifestyle is discussed. Today, the importance of a healthy lifestyle is recognized as a factor of the national security of the state. Introduction to a healthy lifestyle is possible through sports. Often young people, realizing the need to lead a healthy lifestyle, refuse to participate in sports life for fear of failure, lack of the necessary physical ability. Therefore, the popularization of shooting sports, in our opinion, should be aimed at involving young people who may not have succeeded in other sports. The attractiveness of shooting sports is also evident in the fact that there are no strict age limits. It is necessary to analyze the existing approaches to the popularization of shooting sports by the Shooting Sports Federation of Russia (SSR) to identify ways to increase interest in these sports among young people.

They are continuously improving, so that the work they have taken on, would continue to give even more to the young people. They help the pupils get to know and accept themselves. They want the pupils to be aware of their worth, open-minded, and creative. So that in the future, they can become “different people.” This change in the young people is happening right in front of their eyes.

One in ten people in the world are an Indian youth aged under 30. This enormous population is poised to make a major contribution to the future of their country and the world. In India, as elsewhere, the hopes of the nation are projected onto youth. But are the conditions in India conducive to young people fulfilling societal hopes? If not, what can young people do to improve the situation in which they live? A large young adult population can be a ‘demographic dividend’ for a country, but only if the institutional and infrastructural environment is right. ‘Youth’ considers the state of education and healthcare in India today along with employment prospects for the young and youth politics.

AbstractIn this paper, we revisit the persistent positivity imperative in Finnish youth education by analysing findings from an on-going research project related to various educational interventions targeted at young people ‘at risk’. The article is focused on youth education as an emblematic manifestation of therapeutic ethos and neoliberalism. These manifestations are part of the emergence of the Nordic therapeutic welfare state where neoliberalisation and therapisation have formed alliances in aiming to produce resilient citizens while the relationship between the state and citizenship (as well as rights and obligations that citizenship carries) has changed. In terms of youth education, as a rationality of governing, the alliance between therapisation and neoliberalism results in the creation of suitably resilient, self-responsible, anxious, uncertain and inherently psycho- emotionally vulnerable young people.
