This research aims to find out organizational culture affects employee performance in the company. This research uses quantitative research conducted by jumping directly into the field. The sample used amounted to 37 people taken with non-probability sampling techniques. The study used scale in data collection. The variable scale of employee performance is taken from the scale of Robert, et al (2006) with statement items totaling 24. Organizational culture scale is taken from scale of Robbins (2002) with statement items totaling 23 items. Data analysis is done with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that the value of R = 0.391; p <0.05 which means the influence given by Organizational culture as much as 39.1% on Employee performance and the remaining 60.9% is influenced by other variables that are not in this study. That way, it can be known that organizational culture has a significant role in determining employee performance in PT. X .

This research aims to find out and analyze the magnitude of the effect of causality between organizational culture, job satisfaction and employee performance of Dr. Haulussy Ambon. Based on the research objectives above, this type of research can be classified as an explanatory research (exsplanatory). Through surveys using questionnaire and interview instruments for data collection and probability sampling methods as well as purposive sampling techniques for sample selection, 111 respondents were obtained as research samples. The results by using path analysis indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and performance and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of RSUD Dr. Haulussy Ambon. Thus it can be said that the drive to improve organizational culture will increase the level of performance and subsequently the drive to increase job satisfaction will increase the level of employees’s performance of RSUD Dr. Haulussy Ambon.

This research examines and analyzes motivation, work discipline and organizational culture on the performance of employees at PT Sharp Electronics Indonesia (division Customer Satisfaction) that have not been maximized, due to the achievement of the results of performance appraisal in the 2017L and 2018F periods there was a decrease in each assessment indicator which greatly impacted employee performance. The method used is quantitative research. With a population of 110 employees, PT Sharp Electronics Indonesia (Division Customer Satisfaction), with sampling techniques using Slovin formula with a total of 86 employees. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that Motivation, Work Discipline and Organizational Culture together (Simultaneous) significantly influence the Performance of Employees of PT Sharp Electronics Indonesia (Division Customer Satisfaction).

This research aimed to describe the employee performance, organizational culture and cultural relations organization with the performance satisfaction at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto. The hypothesis of the proposed research is “organizational culture is  significantly correlated with the performance of employee at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto”. The present research is correlational which to see organizational culture with employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto. The population is 69 people and samples is 61 people. Large instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire type a Likert scale that have been valid and reliabel. The techhique of data analysis is done by using the formula Product Moment Correlation and T-test. The result of the dataanalysis showed that (1) employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto is in the category is good (85,15%), (2) organizational culture are on the category good (89,54%), and (3) there is a significant organizational culture between leadership with employee performance with a correlation coefficient = 0,327. So it can be concluded tha organizational culture affects employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Citra Harapan Anugrah in Jakarta. This research was conducted with a probability sampling method with a simple random sampling type. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 52 employees of PT Citra Harapan Anugrah. Data analysis using Smart PLS analysis. The results of the analysis concluded that work motivation and organizational culture significantly influence the performance of employees of PT Citra Harapan Anugrah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Citra Harapan Anugrah di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode probability sampling dengan jenis simple random sampling. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 52 karyawan PT Citra Harapan Anugrah. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Smart PLS. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Citra Harapan Anugrah.

This research aimed to determine the influence of EXO's Brand Ambassador which was analyzed by using AIDDA (Attentions theory, Interest, Desire, Decision and Action)s towards the consumptive lifestyle of the buyer of Nature Republic products.This research used quantitative methods with descriptive data types. The number of samples for this study was 67 respondents. Sampling techniques used was probability sampling. Data collection technique used was an online questionnaire for the EXO-L Surabaya community.The data analysis used was a simple linear analysis using SPSS 20 program.Based on the results it showed that the influence of the variable Brand Ambassador EXO (X) In this study towards the consumptive lifestyle (Y) buyers of Nature Republic products was 31.4%. While the remaining 68.6% could be explained by other causes.Keywords: Brand Ambassador, Consumptive Lifestyle, Nature Republic, AIDDA Theory

This study aims to analyze; (i) the influence of work mutation variables and organizational culture on employee performance; (ii) the influence of work mutation variables and organizational culture on performance through job satisfaction; and (iii) the effect of job satisfaction variables on employee performance. The quantitative approach is used to test and analyze the factors that influence job satisfaction and employee performance. Research location at Hasanuddin University, Makassar. The population in this study were all employees who had been mutation in 2018 by 114 people. Withdrawal the number of samples in this study using saturated sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The measurement scale used is a Likert scale with five components. Data analysis techniques in this study used path analysis. The results showed that the variable of work mutation and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work mutation variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on performance through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance through organizational culture variables at the Pasuruan City Civil Service Police Unit. This research is an explanatory research (explanatory research) which aims to test the proposed hypothesis about the effect of motivation on employee performance and organizational culture. This study uses quantitative data analysis with path analysis and classical assumption test using non-probability sampling technique, namely saturated sampling (census). The population and sample in this study were all employees at the Pasuruan City Civil Service Police Unit with a total of 104 employees. From the results of this study indicate that (1) motivation has a direct and significant effect on employee performance, (2) motivation has a direct and significant effect on organizational culture, (3) organizational culture has a direct effect on employee performance, and (4) organizational culture can mediate indirectly between motivation and employee performance.

The performance of an organization can be determined by the existence of a good organizational culture that exists within an organization. This work culture will not just appear, but must be pursued in earnest through a controlled process involving a controlled process involving all Human Resources (HR) in a set of systems, tools and supporting techniques. The objectives of the research carried out by the Alfamidi Prosperity Minimarket Outlet Soppeng are: to find out the description of organizational culture and employee performance at the Alfamidi Prosperity Soppeng Minimarket Outlet, Soppeng Regency. To answer these questions, the stages of the research method were used, starting from the literature review and field study, proposal preparation, testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, data collection, analysis and discussion. The data analysis used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the work culture of the employees at the Alfamidi Prosperity Minimarket Outlet Soppeng was high, as well as the employee performance at the Alfamidi Prosperity Soppeng Minimarket Outlet showed that the employee's performance was very good in achieving organizational goals.

This research aims to describe; (1) internal factors, and (2) external factors that influence the participants in utilizing the special collection of Bung Hatta in the Upt Library Proclamation Bung Hatta Bukittinggi. This type of research is quantitative research, the research method used is a descriptive method. The location of this research was carried out at upt Library Proclamation Bung Hatta Bukittinggi Research object is a 19-year-old who has visited bung hatta special collection service of 36 respondents. Data collection conducted by disseminating questionnaires directly to the UPT library of Bung Hatta Bukittinggi Proclamation Library using incidental sampling techniques. The data analysis used is a quantitative deksriptive analysis presented in the form of a frequency and percentage distribution table.
