AbstractBackground Motivation is an important role in learning. Motivation empower someone doing activities and it has related with the learning interest. According to the writers observation at the Panti Kosala Nursing Academy Surakarta students, shows that the students have not interested in the learning process which is unparallel with the class attendance performance 100%. Base on the observation, a research done on the second level students of the Panti Kosala Nursing Academy Surakarta. The aim is to know the relation between learning motivation and learning interest of the students. The kind of research was analitical. The research design, correlation and Cross-section approach. The subject were the 97 second level students of the Panti Kosala Nursing Academy Surakarta. The result data were analyzed by Chi-square with P = 0,05 ; P value got : 0,000 < P = 0,05 indicate the Ha value available received (acceptable). The conclusion is having a relation between learning motivation and learning interest on the second level student of the Panti Kosala Nursing Academy Surakarta.Keywords: Motivation and Learning interest

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of self-regulated learning interventions to increase learning motivation and learning abilities in junior high school students who come from families with low socioeconomic levels. The intervention was given for five sessions through psychoeducation and assignments. The subject of this study is a male, 15 years old. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data analysis using triangulation techniques. The results of the analysis of observations, interviews, and assignment documents show that there are differences before and after the subject was given intervention. In general, self-regulated learning intervention has a positive impact on learning motivation and learning abilities of the subject. Several factors that support and inhibit intervention were explained. Some suggestions are given to develop the further intervention.

Mutu pendidikan dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi mutu pendidikan adalah kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Salah satu indikator sebuah pembelajaran yang berkualitas dapat dilihat dari hasil belajar yang diraih siswa. Motivasi belajar dapat mempengaruhi pencapaian prestasi belajar peserta didik. Pemanfaatan media dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas untuk membuat suasana pembelajaran menjadi menyenangkan serta dapat menumbuhkan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Salah satu media pembelajaran yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan prestasi belajar peserta didik adalah media powerpoint berbasis animasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pemanfaatan media pembelajaran powerpoint berbasis animasi dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan prestasi belajar peserta didik didik pada standar kompetensi membuat dan menjaga kearsipan untuk menjamin integritas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah semua peserta didik kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran berjumlah 34 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Pemanfaatan media pembelajaran powerpoint berbasis animasi dapat meningkatan motivasi belajar peserta didik pada standar kompetensi membuat dan menjaga kearsipan untuk menjamin integritas, 2) Pemanfaatan media pembelajaran powerpoint berbasis animasi dapat meningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik pada standar kompetensi membuat dan menjaga kearsipan untuk menjamin integritas. Kata kunci : Media Pembelajaran, Powerpoint, Motivasi Belajar, Prestasi Belajar   Abstract: The Effectiveness Of Learning Media Powerpoint Based Animation In Increasing Motivation And Learning Achievement. The quality of education is affected by many factors, one of the factors that affect the quality of education is the quality of learning at school. One of the indicators of a quality learning can be seen from the results of the study earned students. Learning motivation may affect the achievement of the learning achievements of students. The utilization of the media in the process of learning in the classroom to create an atmosphere of learning into fun learning motivation can grow as well as learners. One of the media learning which can be utilized in improving learning and achievement motivation of learners is a media-based powerpoint animation. This research aims to find out whether the utilization of media learning powerpoint based animation can increase motivation and learning achievements learning educates learners on standards of competence to make and keep the archives to ensure the integrity. The subject of this research is all learners class X Office Administration amounted to 34 people. The results of this study indicate that 1) utilization of instructional media in powerpoint based animation can improve the learning motivation of learners on the standard of competence to make and keep the archives to ensure the integrity of media Utilization, 2) powerpoint animation based learning can improve the learning results of students on the standard of competence to make and keep the archives to ensure integrity. Key word : learning media, powerpoint, motivation of learnier, the learning achievements

ABSTRACTBackground: Dysmenorrhea is a painful sensation, cramping in the lower abdomen which is often accompanied by other symptoms, such as sweating, headache, nausea, diarrhea, and tremors, all of which occur before or during menstruation. Teenage girls who experience dysmenorrhea can interfere with social or physical activities because when they are in pain, sufferers tend to be silent and even don't want to interact with other people, they tend to be more emotional. Emotional embodiment part of what a woman feels, a reaction to a certain event or situation. Emotional status and dysmenorrhea in women is a conscious experience that influences bodily activities and is psychologically able to influence a woman's emotions. Objective: To identify emotional status and to analyze the relationship between emotional status and the degree of dysmenorrhea in young girls. Methods: Quantitative research, descriptive analytic research design with cross sectional research design with proportionate stratified random sampling technique, the sample of this study was 54 students of class X SMKN 12 Loa Buah Samarinda who experienced dysmenorrheaResults: Variable emotional status obtained positive emotional classification 33 (61, 1%) and negative emotions 21 (38.9%) respondents. Variable The degree of dysmenorrhea was classified as mild 35 (64.8%), moderate 12 (22.2%), severe 5 (9.3%) and unbearable 2 (3.7%). The test used Pearson Chi-square results obtained P value = 0.402, the significant level (α) is 0.05, then p> from α. This result means that Ho is accepted, there is no relationship between emotional status and the degree of dysmenorrhea in young girls at SMKN 12 loa buah samarinda. Conclusion: There is no relationship between emotional status and the degree of dysmenorrhea in adolescents at SMKN 12 Loa Buah Samarinda

The low learning motivation of students in the learning process. The initial motivation of students is 69% (less), namely out of 14 students, only four students meet the indicators of success. It is because teachers still dominate teaching and learning activities so that learning is teacher-centered. In the learning process, some students did not pay attention to the lessons given by the teacher. This study aims to determine the increase in motivation and learning achievement of students through the cooperative model of the Student Teams Achievement Divisions type assisted by audio-visual media. This type of research is classroom action research. The research procedure was carried out in two cycles. The source of the data taken is the entire class V, totaling 14 students. Data collection methods used are documentation, questionnaires, and interviews. The data analysis technique used is quantitative and descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed an increase in student motivation. Students' learning motivation in the first cycle reached 74% (enough) as many as 8 students had met the success indicators, and in the second cycle, it was 81% (good) as many as 12 students had met the success indicators. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the Student Teams Achievement Divisions type cooperative model can increase students' motivation and learning achievement.

This research is a classroom action research conducted at SD Negeri 011 Baru Village, which is the background of this research is thelow level of learning interest of 5th-grade students so that researchers improve the learning process by using reward techniques. Theresults of this study show that student learning interest has increased. This can be seen from the increase in learning motivation seenfrom the results of the classical student motivation scale on pre-action to get a percentage of 54.31%, the first cycle gets a percentageof 71.65% and the second cycle gets a percentage of 90.10% so that it has reached the criteria of success. Increased student learningmotivation seen from the average percentage of the results of individual student motivation learning scale, the number of students whomeet the criteria of success in pre-action a number of 4 students or 8.35% students, the first cycle a total of 15 students or 31.25%students, cycle II a total of 45 students or 93.75% of students.

Abstract Indonesian society's interest in complementary or traditional therapy is increasing. The frequency of utilization of complementary alternative therapies is increasing rapidly throughout the world. The result of Susenas (2007) shows Indonesians who complain of pain within the month before the 30.90% survey. Of the residents who complained of illness, the largest percentage (65.01%) chose their own treatment using traditional medicines and / or drugs. The use of traditional medicine in self-medication efforts has steadily increased from 15.2% to 38.3% over the course of 7 years from 2000-2006 (Supardi, S and Andi Leny, 2010)  The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the use of herbal medicine to facilitate the expansion of breast milk as an effort to reduce the use of conventional medicines in Bojonegoro District in 2017.  This research uses Quasy experimental research design technique (quasi experiment). Based on the place of study including the type of field research design. Population is a subject that meets the criteria that have been set. The population in this study were all breastfeeding mothers in 10 Puskesmas in Bojonegoro Regency in 2016. Analysis is a very important part to achieve the goal, where the main purpose of research is to answer the research questions in expressing the phenomenon . Data analysis in this study using chi square test. The results showed p value 0.468> 0.05 which means there is no relationship between the use of herbal uyup - uyup with milk production. The rehabilitation centers BNN Tanah Merah incerease in rehabilitated drug users since 2013 from 5 people to 68 people in 2016. This study is intend to research is to determine correlation between a family situation with drugs relapse behavior to resident in Rehabilitation centers BNN Tanah Merah Samarinda. This research using Cross Sectional research design and the sampling technique used probability sampling with simple random sampling type.This research using a Chi Square statistic test. Based on the result, a good family situation respondents but still experience the relapse are 18.9% and a bad family situation respondents and still experience the relapse are 19,0%. Statistically obtained p-value 1.00 (p<0.05). it can be concluded that there is no correlation between a Family Situation with drugs relapse behavior to resident at Rehabilitation centers BNN Tanah Merah Samarinda.Keywords : Family situation, Relapse, Drugs, Resident.

Qualitative dissections require knowledge of dissection tool kit and dissection skills which acquired will allow dissector to take care for cadaveric donor while acquiring the experience and knowledge of a successful dissection. This promotes the researcher to equip the learner in initial phase with dissection skills and tools.The main objective of the study is to analyse the learner prior and after interventional sessions as to how effective the session would be helpful in improving the quality and participation of learners in dissection. A qualitative prospective cross-sectional study was done in 168 Learners of I MBBS by an interventional session on the topic through General lecture and demonstration. Learners were assessed prior and after the interventional session by same validated questionnaire. Perceptions of learners were also taken. The obtained data were compared and its significance was analysed by Chi-square test using Epi info 7.1 software.The pre and post-test scores showed a significant improvement of 64 percent on average with p value less than 0.001 indicating that the session was fruitful. 80% of learners also opined that the session stimulated interest in the subject and improved their dissection skills.An interventional session on “Awareness of dissection skills and tools” in the initial phase would increase the Learners performing quality dissections with ease. This would also help the learner to acquire better independent surgical skills and understanding in clinical phases of learning and therefore would recommend it in early phase of I MBBS Anatomy.

The research design is a quantitative research method with a correlational research design. The subjects of this study were 150 adolescents who are members of the gaming community in adolescents at SMPN 2, SMAN I and SMKN 2 Kota Lhokseumawe. The sampling technique used is the quota sampling technique. The characteristics of the sample used in this study include: joining the gaming community in Lhokseumawe City, playing online games and being limited by the sex of active boys (13-17 years). The stages of this research were carried out starting with the preliminary data collection of research on the online game community, then conducting interviews about the intensity of playing games and the emotional level of adolescents who. After that, browse the gamer school to ask about their learning achievement with the homeroom teacher and class teacher. Data analysis using chi-square test. The results showed that e-sport games had an impact on the emotional level of adolescents (p value 0.000) and e-sport games had an impact on the learning achievement index (p value 0.000). These results are preliminary information in an effort to deal with the negative impact of playing online games on the emotional level of adolescents and student achievement as well as trying to provide understanding to students regarding the negative impact of playing online games. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Dampak esport Games Terhadap Tingkat Emosional dan Prestasi Belajar Remaja di Kota Lhokseumawe Provinsi Aceh Tahun 2020. Desain penelitian bersifat metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian korelasional. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 150 remaja yang tergabung dalam anggota komunitas gaming pada remaja di SMPN 2, SMAN I and SMKN 2 Kota Lhokseumawe. Teknik Sampling yang digunakan adalah dengan teknik sampling kuota. Ciri-ciri sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain : tergabung dalam komunitas gaming Kota Lhokseumawe, bermain game online dan dibatasi oleh jenis kelamin anak laki-laki (13-17 tahun) yang aktif. Tahapan Penelitian ini dilakukan diawali dengan pengambilan data awal penelitian terhadap komunitas game online, selanjutnya melakukan wawancara tentang intensitas bermain game dan tingkat emosional remaja yang dirasakan. Setelah itu menelusuri sekolah gamer tersebut untuk menanyakan prestasi belajarnya dengan wali kelas dan guru kelasnya. Analisa data dengan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan e-sport games berdampak pada tingkat emosional remaja  (p value 0.000) dan e-sport games berdampak pada indeks prestasi belajar (p value 0.000). Hasil ini merupakan informasi awal dalam upaya penanganan dampak negatif  bermain game online terhadap tingkat emosional remaja dan prestasi belajar siswa serta berupaya memberikan pemahaman kepada siswa berkaitan dengan dampak negatif bermain game online.

ABSTRACT: RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ALLERGIC RHINITIS AND ACUTE OTITIS MEDIA IN CHILDREN IN RSUD DR. H ABDUL MOELOEK  BANDAR LAMPUNG  Introduction: Background : Acute Otitis Media (AOM) is an inflammation that happen in the middle ear and is very common, especially in children. Children are susceptible to acute otitis media (AOM) due to the shorter and horizontal anatomy of the eustachian tube. Allergic Rhinitis is one of the risk factos that caused acute otitis media in children.Purpose : The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between Allergic Rhinitis and Acute Otitis Media in ChildrenMethod: This study used an observational analytic research with cross sectional research design. The sample in this study was 59 patients diagnosed with acute otitis media at RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek in 2019-2020. The sampling technique used total sampling. Data analysis using Chi-Square testResult: The results of this study indicated that there was a relationship between allergic rhinitis and acute otitis media in children with p value = 0,047(<0,05) with an OR = 0,146 (95%CI 0,17-1,232). Conclusion: There is a relationship between Allergic Rhinitis and Acute Otitis Media in children at Dr. H Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung in 2019-2020 Keyword : Allergic Rhinitis, Acute Otitis Media, Children  INTISARI: HUBUNGAN RINITIS ALERGI DENGAN OTITIS MEDIA AKUT PADA ANAK DI RSUD DR. Anak-anak rentan terkena Otitis Media Akut (OMA) dikarenakan bentuk anatomi tuba eustachius yang lebih pendek dan horizontal. Rinitis Alergi merupakan salah satu faktor risiko yang menyebabkan Otitis Media Akut pada anak.Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan Rinitis Alergi dengan Otitis Media akut pada Anak.Metode: Penelitian analitik observasional dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Sampel sebanyak 59 pasien dengan diagnosa otitis media akut anak di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek tahun 2018. Teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan total sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-SquareHasil : Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara rinitis alergi dengan otitis media akut pada anak dengan p value = 0,047(<0,05) dengan nilai OR = 0,146 (95%CI 0,17-1,232).Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan antara Rinitis Alergi dengan Otitis Media Akut pada anak di RSUD Dr. H Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung tahun 2019-2020 Kata Kunci : Rinitis Alergi, Otitis Media Akut, Anak
