Threats are any businesses and activities, both from domestic and foreign countries which are consideredendangering the Indonesian sovereignty, the territorial integrity of the country, and the safety of the wholenation. Military threats are threats that use organized armed forces that are judged to have abilities thatjeopardize the country's sovereignty, the territorial integrity of the country, and the safety of the whole nation. This smoke powder firing system is to utilize the internet network so that to trigger the smoke powder bomb canbe carried out from various places and anywhere the smoke powder weapons ignition can be carried out.Design and Composite Smoke Powder as a Marine, Air and Ground Defense Sabotage Weapon. This researchis expected to be able to contribute to sabotage cysts and deception of opponents. The main objective in thedesign of the building of Smoke Powder as a means of supporting smoke bomb training in a pattern to trick theenemy. In planning the bomb lighter system uses an electric lighter which is controlled remotely via an Androidphone call. The lighters used are gas stove lighters with 3 Volt dc battery voltage source. So that themicrocontroller device can regulate the flow of current to the lighter, the author uses a transistor that functionsas switching power sources to the lighter. The command for switching resources to a lighter is obtained from thecommand of an Android device. The test results show the system can work well, even though the constraintsoccur in the system, namely the GSM network which often interrupt. Keywords : Smoke powder, switching, Android, GSM.

This paper presents a new configuration of voltage source inverter with a simplified circuit for generating five-level pulse width modulation (PWM) voltage waveform. Compared with conventional inverter configuration, this circuit is drastically able to simplify the structure and reduce the required number of active switch components. The new inverter circuit is very suitable for the use of open-end connection loads such as open-end winding ac motor drive application. Instead of using separated dc power sources, the new inverter circuit configuration is also possible to utilize only one dc voltage source, so the power supply circuits can be made simpler. Furthermore, to reduce ripples of dc capacitor voltages, the voltage stabilizing circuit of capacitors at the input side was proposed and applied. The stabilizing circuit is capable to work reducing the size of dc capacitors, and maintaining voltage stability of capacitors through charging and discharging operation modes. The working principles of inverter circuit were evaluated and examined by means of computer simulations using PSIM software. In addition, experimental test results of the prototype were also provided. Test results proved that the new five-level PWM inverter operated well generating five-level output waveform with smaller distortion and less voltage ripples of dc capacitors.

The year 2021 was proclaimed the year of the Euro-Atlantic transformation at the Department of Defense of Ukraine. The result of such transformational processes in the DoD of Ukraine and the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be the creation of the integrated Euro-Atlantic type defense institution that will ensure their obligatory transformation, together with the other subjects of the security and defense sector of Ukraine to the new standards functioning and the command and control procedure. In particular, the introduction of legal regulation of the use of the polygraph. Military security is one of the fundamental requirements to implement the right of the people of Ukraine on self-identification, preserve Ukraine as a state and secure its sustainable development. The protection of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine is the utmost valuable function of the State. The fulfillment of this norm of the Constitution of Ukraine in terms of existential military threat to national security requires applying a number of measures and defensive actions that adhere to the principles and norms of international law. The main purpose of the Strategy of the military security of Ukraine is a preliminary prepared and comprehensively maintained all-encompassing defense of Ukraine based on the principles of deterrence, sustainability, and cooperation that ensures military security, sovereignty, and territorial integrity of the state by introducing innovative tools to detect hidden information. In the course of the Euro-Atlantic integration process, there is a critical moment to start carrying out specific, complex, and relevant tasks in the sphere of external political activity that facilitate the implementation of relevant directions in developing innovative systems aimed at identifying concealed and false information. Particularly, the linguistic support of events of defense and military cooperation in order to systematically implement the reforms of the security and defense sector that are directed to meet the international NATO-members' standards. It is also relevant to urgently implement the legal and ethical norms on the activity of the polygraph examiner's when performing a psychophysiological detection of deception using a polygraph.

Experience of foreign countries demonstrates that approaches to the organization of territorial defense are based on theoretical foundations of state regulation. In the US, emphasis is placed on improving the Department of Defense’s contractual regulation of public good contentment with an actual product or service acquired by the government or the procurement process itself, with a prominent role for the private sector, to which the powers of the state (legal, economic, and public territorial defense state regulation mechanisms) are delegated. In the UK, emphasis is placed оn the territorial defense of overseas (remote) territories as important zones that require defense responsibility in terms of ensuring the security of the nation and its overseas territories, protecting their citizens and their way of life, which are the duties of the government (economic and social territorial defense state regulation mechanisms). The territorial defense of France depends on state jurisdiction and know-how, and the idea of «a spirit of protection» that is developed from school age (social, legal, information, public territorial defense state regulation mechanisms). The concept and system of territorial defense, based on military service and aimed at increasing the combat readiness of the mobilization forces, by which the government identifies potential candidates for professional armed forces in Finland (territorial defense state regulation mechanisms: political, organizational, legal, information, public, economic). For China, territorial defense is the protection of the homeland for which the frontier forces of public security (legal, social and organizational territorial defense state regulation mechanisms) have been created. Polish territorial defense is based on training, equipment, cooperation and interaction of territorial defense forces with third parties (legal, social, organizational, cultural, economic, informational, educational and propaganda territorial defense state regulation mechanisms). Implementation of the territorial defense state regulation mechanisms of foreign countries provides an opportunity to develop proposals for improvement of territorial defense state regulation mechanisms as a component of defense reform.

This paper presents a novel digital control scheme for the regulation of single-phase voltage source pulse width modulation (PWM) inverters used in AC power sources. The proposed scheme adopts two deadbeat controllers to regulate the inner current loop and the outer voltage loop of the PWM inverter. For the overhead of digital processing, the change of duty of PWM lags one carrier period behind the sampling signal, which is modeled as a first-order lag unit in a discrete domain. Based on this precise modeling, the deadbeat controllers make the inverter get a fast dynamic response, so that the inverter’s output voltage is obtained with a very low total harmonic distortion (THD), even when the load is fluctuating. The parameter sensitivity of the deadbeat control was analyzed, which shows that the proposed deadbeat control system can operate stably when the LC filter’s parameters vary within the range allowed. The experimental results of a 2kW inverter prototype show that the THD of the output voltage is less than 3% under resistive and rectifier loads, which verifies the feasibility of the proposed scheme. An additional advantage of the proposed scheme is that the parameter design of the controller can be fully programmed without the experience of a designer.

This contribution examines the 2008 operation conducted by Colombia against a camp of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) located in the territory of Ecuador. It sets out the facts, the legal positions of both countries, the reactions of other governments in the continent, and how the situation was addressed within the Organization of American States and the Rio Group. It then analyses the operation in light of discussions about the possible exercise of the right to self-defence against non-state actors. The closing section suggests that, although the political cost for Colombia was relatively low, this case contributes to a restrictive interpretation of the right, to self-defence based on the inviolability of territorial integrity.

APFSDS-T-TP ammunition of home production for 120 mm gun of LEOPARD 2 tank, being on the inventory of the Polish Armed Forces, has not passed the requirements of NO-13-A513 Defence Standard at certification tests against the random vibrations occurring at its tactical transportation inside the tank. Performed tests have indicated that the fulfilment of Standard requirements can be achieved by upgrading the igniting system what also makes the projecting charge design of APFSDS-T-TP ammunition change. The paper describes the research-development work on the upgrading of the igniting system for the cartridges used in 120 mm gun of LEOPARD 2 tank. The designs of the existing and upgraded igniting systems are presented both with the designing changes of projecting charges and ammunition ballistic and performance test results.

A DC to DC converter has been built and research has been conducted to examine the effect of load on the output voltage of the DC to DC converter with fixed oscillation frequency. This converter DC to DC circuit uses a 12 V DC battery as an input voltage source connected with a step-up transformer until it is successfully raised to 380 V DC. The load given to the DC to DC circuit converter in the form of lamps, varies from 40 watts to 960 watts with a fixed oscillation frequency of 65 Khz that has been determined by the microcontroller. The test results showed that the output voltage value decreased in accordance with the increase in load so that when the load of 960 watts obtained the output voltage of 220 V DC.
