<p>This study aims to partially determine the positive and significant influence of work discipline, motivation and loyalty on employee performance at Gorontalo State University. The population in this study is the State Civil Apparatus at Gorontalo State University, amounting to 247 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire that is by collecting data through a list of questions and distributing questionnaires to employees at Gorontalo State University. The research results obtained that there is a significant influence by work discipline on employee performance in the Gorontalo State University environment. The better the application of work discipline on employees will also improve employee performance. There is a significant influence by work motivation on employee performance in the State University of Gorontalo. The high level of motivation possessed by employees is one of the keys in improving employee performance. So the existence of programs that are motivating work must be intensified even more. There is a significant influence by loyalty on the performance of employees in the environment of Gorontalo State University. Employee loyalty is the reason why labor turn over is so low. This was also triggered by the university's commitment to opening opportunities for its employees including honorary employees in achieving good career paths. There is a significant influence by work discipline, motivation, and loyalty simultaneously on employee performance in Gorontalo State University. This indicates that work discipline alone is not enough to stimulate employee performance. The implementation of preventive policies to direct employee behavior to be disciplined must also be supported by the existence of programs that can motivate employee work. That way employee loyalty can also be created and enhanced. Synergy between the three variables will have a positive impact on improving employee performance so that it will also affect the overall university performance as an outcome of employee performance. All of these factors are needed considering the vision of the university as a leading university in the Southeast Asian region which certainly requires strong support and commitment as well as good performance from all elements in Gorontalo State University.</p>

<p><em>This study focuses on the factors that affect the employee performance in terms of institutions where they work. </em><em>There are three objects or locations that become the research focus, namely educational institutions represented by the state university in East Kalimantan, government institutions represented by the State AdministrationInstitution (LAN) and state-owned institutions represented by PT. Pupuk Kaltim Tbk. The research results show that employee performance is influenced by three factors, namely competence, work motivation, and organizational culture.The performance of government employees is influenced by three factors, namely religiosity, organizational culture, and organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB).</em><em> </em><em>And performance of state-owned employees is influenced only by work motivation.</em><em></em></p>


Objective – This study examines the influence of organizational culture and compensation on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable. This study was conducted at the State Owned Bank of Pontianak, Indonesia. Methodology/Technique – The population in this study is 150 employees from a State-Owned Bank. The sampling method uses census techniques so that the number of samples used is 150 employees. The research data was collected using a questionnaire which is then analyzed using a path analysis technique using SPSS software to examine the relationships among the constructs, which are: organizational culture, compensation, work motivation and employee performance. Findings – The results show that, in the first substructure, organizational culture and compensation have a significant influence on work motivation. In the second substructure, organizational culture, compensation and work motivation have a significant influence on employee performance. The path analysis results show that work motivation does not mediate the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance, whereas the relationship between compensation and employee performance is mediated by work motivation. Novelty – Previous studies have been carried out in many western countries, raising doubts about generalizations in the same research results in developing countries such as Indonesia. Therefore, the novelty is that this study is carried out in the context of developing countries, especially in the State-Owned Bank in West Kalimantan, Indonesia. Type of Paper: Empirical. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the work motivation and job satisfaction to employee performance either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is associative with the method of analysis used are simple and multiple regression analysis. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to all employees of Mutiara Bunda Hospital. The results showed that there are positive and significant influence between motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance

Abstract: Many factors have an impact toward high and low performance of employees in private companies. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Kodeco Agrojaya Mandiri Kebun 1 Danau Biru Estate Saring Sungai Bubu Village, Kusan Hilir District, Tanah Bumbu Regency. Research Methods using correlational research. Types of data are primary and secondary data using questionnaires and documentation. The total population is 547 people. With the number of respondents 137 employees of PT. Kodeco Agrojaya Mandiri Kebun 1 Danau Biru Estate Saring Sungai Bubu Village, Kusan Hilir District, Tanah Bumbu Regency. Research results show that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. So, if motivation is carried out and applied properly by all employees, the employee's performance will also increase. Work discipline also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. So, if the employee has a high level of discipline in the work then the performance will also be achieved optimally. Motivation and work discipline simultaneously have an influence on employee performance. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jadi, jika motivasi kerja dilakukan dan diterapkan dengan baik oleh semua karyawan maka kinerja karyawan juga akan mengalami peningkatan. Disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jadi, jika karyawan memiliki kedisiplinan yang tinggi dalam bekerja maka kinerja juga akan tercapai secara maksimal. Motivasi dan disiplin kerja secara simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jadi semakin tinggi motivasi dan kedisiplian karyawan maka kinerja karyawanpun akan semakin meningkat. Kata kunci : motivasi, disiplin kerja, kinerja karyawan

This research was conducted to know the influence of work culture and work motivation partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees at Unima. The research uses a quantitative approach. The population is all Unima employees totaling 335 employees spread over six work units. The sampling technique was proportional stratified random sampling with the amount determined by the Slovin rule, and 182 employees were obtained. The data collection technique is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis is multiple regression analysis through the help of the SPSS program. The results of the study reveal that (1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Unima, (2) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Unima, (3) work culture and work motivation simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on performance. Employees at Unima. It is recommended to strengthen work culture, so socialization in order to increase understanding and acceptance of values and norms that have governed attitudes and behavior of working and interacting in the work environment, carried out continuously in line with developments and demands of the organizational environment so that it is strongly internalized. In addition, the organizational climate should be created in a conducive and transparent manner so that employees are free to express their various needs related to their work. The fulfillment of the needs related to his work will encourage him to carry out his duties well.

The company strives to remain at a high level of competition with various strategies in maintaining its business. Many new companies find it challenging to keep their company due to marketing strategies that do not follow current globalization developments. Therefore the company will try to find ways to market its products, starting from promoting products, knowing products to make customers loyal. The purpose of this study is to see the effect of advertising, promotion, personal selling, direct digital marketing, and public relations on sales performance and customer loyalty by taking samples at the Paul Bakery Kota Kasablanka Jakarta. The research method used is descriptive, namely an analysis that describes the variables to the bakery's sales volume at Paul Bakery Kota Kasablanka. The results showed: the advertising variable has no positive effect on sales performance, customer loyalty, and sales performance through customers; promotion variable has no positive impact on sales performance and sales performance through customer loyalty but has a positive effect on customer loyalty; personal selling variable has a positive effect on sales performance, employee performance through customer loyalty but has no effect on customer loyalty; direct digital marketing variable has a positive effect on sales performance and customer loyalty but does not have a positive effect on sales performance through customer loyalty, and public relations variables have a positive effect on sales performance, customer loyalty and sales performance through customer loyalty.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the motivation variables have a significant effect on performance and work discipline has a significant effect on performance. The sample in this study was 30 respondents and used multiple linear regression analysis with the following regression equation Y Y = 4.604 + 0.476X1 + 0.336X2 + e. From the regression equation it can be seen that the work motivation variable is stated to have a significant influence on employee performance. It can also be said that the more work motivation will affect employee performance. Work discipline variables have an influence on employee performance (Y). This means, every time there is an increase in work discipline will improve employee performance.. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of direct com- pensation variable and indirect compensation variable on motivation variable, to determine the effect of direct compensation variable and indirect compen- sation variable on employee performance variable, and to determine the effect of direct compensation and indirect compensation variable on employee per- formance variable with motivation as intervening variable This kind of re- search is explanatory research with quantitative approach by using question- naire. Research sample are 55 employee of PT. Citra Buana Prakarsa. This re- search use descriptive analysis method, path analysis, partially and simul- taneity trial. Statistical calculations show that direct compensation  signify- cantly contributing to work motivation with value 0.347, and indirect compen- sation significantly contributing the work motivation with value 0.379. Direct compensation significantly contributing to employee performance with value0.590. Indirect compensation significantly contributing to employee perfor- mance with value 0.529. The results of this study are direct compensation, indi- rect compensation, and work motivation have a significant influence on em- ployyee performance. Keyword : Compensation, Employee Performance, Motivation

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, knowledge management and organizational support on employee performance at Hotel Chanti Semarang. This research uses quantitative descriptive which describes factual conditions with data collected from questionnaires based on direct observation of objects and interviews. Population and sample in this study were 64 employees of Hotel Chanti Semarang. Descriptive analysis through frequency and percentage, as well as statistical analysis using Multiple Linear Regression. The findings of this study, namely Work Motivation, Knowledge Management, and Organizational Support have been applied by employees and have had a positive and significant influence both simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees of Hotel Chanti Semarang. The results of the analysis show that all observed variables in the form of Work Motivation, Knowledge Management and Organizational Support are significant based on the acquisition of tcount > ttable, and it is found that the dominant influence of Organizational Support (X3) affects the Employee Performance of Chanti Hotel Semarang
