This study method has five development steps (1) analysis and data collection, (2) design, (3) development, (4) validation, and (5) revision. The result showed that the average level of product quality is very good in content and design according to validators, lecturer, and students of Arabic Literature in State University of Malang.

<em>The objective of this is research was conducted to find out how the influence of the price and quality of products against customer loyalty at PT. Alakasa Extrusindo Jakarta. This research was conducted in Alakasa Extrusindo PT by doing data collection, through the primary data and secondary data.  The research results showed that the simultaneous price variables  and product quality  has a positive and significant effect against the variable customer loyalty. partially showed that price variables has a positive and significant influence towards customer loyalty. This research was conducted on consumers who have already purchased isotonic Mizone beverage products in Denpasar City. The number of samples used in this study were 120 respondents, with a purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is path analysis (analyze path). Based on respondents' data, it can be directly seen that: (1) product quality has a positive and significant effect on brand image; (2) product quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention; (3) brand image has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention; (4) brand image acts as a mediating variable between product quality variables and repurchase intention. The findings of this study conclude that product quality has a positive and significant effect on the brand image and consumer repurchase intention on isotonic Mizone beverage products in Denpasar City, the brand image is able to mediate the quality of the product against repurchase intention. Product quality and services have been the most concern of the trade and service. One of the efforts that can be used to improve and maintain the competitiveness of a company is to increase consumer satisfaction. The objectives of this study were 1) to determine the level of consumer interest in the products and services provided by McDonald’s, 2) to analyze the performance of McDonalds company in giving satisfaction to consumer, and 3) to analyze the level of customer satisfaction on products and services. Data collection in this study was done by distributing 255 questionnaires to consumers. Importance Performance Analysis method was used to analyse the effect of quality of the product & service on consumer satisfaction. The results show that consumers were satisfied on the product quality and service provided. The level of consumer satisfaction was 84,64% (satisfied) for the product quality and 83,06% (satisfied) for the service quality. The tight competition in the business world requires every business actor to develop business with various kinds of competition in all fields, one of which is by processing human resources, because the quality of human resources greatly affects the quality of production. The production process is usually associated with productivity, if productivity increases it will also be followed by an increase in the performance of the company. Human Resources is one of the keys to the success of the company in order to increase competition and improve product quality. The method used in this study is a descriptive type of qualitative approach. The data collection technique was through observation, interviews and documentation, the data source being from UD Slamet Situbondo. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of human resources on improving product quality. The results of the study indicate that the existence of quality possessed by human resources is very decisive for improving product quality in the future. For measuring product quality, it can be known through customer satisfaction, free from damage, the size of the durability of the product, product accuracy, and easy to operate and maintain. Meanwhile, from a marketing point of view, product quality is measured in terms of the buyer's perception of the quality of the product

This study aims to determine the quality of the product at home eating "Lesehan 88" Madiun, to determine customer satisfaction in restaurants "Lesehan 88" Madiun, and to know is there any effect of product quality on customer satisfaction in the eating "Lesehan 88" Madiun.<br />The samples in this study using a quota sample of 100 people, based on the characteristics of customers who have made a purchase at least once. Data collection using questionnaires and documentation. In analyzing the data used statistical method to test the product moment correlation is valid whether or not the instruments used and the method of regression tests for testing the hypothesis put forward in this study.The results showed that the quality of products have an influence a positive relationship to customer satisfaction in the eating "Lesehan 88" Madiun. It is derived from the value of 0.752 while the value rhitung rtabel 0.195 (0.752 ≥ 0.195). On the other hand Sighit value of 0.000 and the value Sigprob at 00:05 (0.000 ≤ 0.05) with the Ha acceptable means quality products have a relationship with customer satisfaction in restaurants "Lesehan 88" Madiun. It also obtained the F test value, while the value Fcount Ftable 3.938 127.623 (127.623 ≥ 3.938). On the other hand Sigprob Sighit of 0.000 and 0.05 (0.05 ≤ 0.000). It means that there is rejection of H0 which indicates that there are significant between product quality to customer satisfaction in the eating "Lesehan 88" Madiun. Also obtained regression coefficients (t test) with tcount 11.297 1.660 while the value ttable (≥ 11.297 1.660). On the other hand sighit value of 0.000 and Sigprob value of 0.05 (0.05 ≤ 0.000). By this means Ha received no difference between the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction in the restaurant "Lesehan 88" Madiun. R2 of 0,566, results showed that 56.6% of customer satisfaction variables quality of the product, while the remaining 43.4% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract: This research aims to knowing the quality of feasibility of physics learning media and knowing the response of learners to the use of physics learning media using macromedia flash pro 8 straight motion materials related to the values of Al-Qur'an in class X. This research is an R & D research that adopted the development of Borg & Gall. The subjects of the study of class X students with data collection instruments used in the form of questionnaires. The results of this study are; 1) Produce product in the form of physics learning media using macromedia flash pro 8 straight motion material related to Al-Qur'an values, product quality that has been developed is very feasible with percentage of 81,11% material expert, 72,46% media expert in category worthy, 88,00% religious experts in very decent category and response of class X learner with percentage 85,92%, and 80,19% with very decent category Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas kelayakan media dan mengetahui respon peserta didik terhadap penggunaan media pembelajaran fisika menggunakan macromedia flash pro 8 materi gerak lurus berkaitan nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an di kelas X. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian R&D yang mengadopsi pengembangan dari Borg & Gall. Subjek penelitian peserta didik kelas X dengan instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa angket. Hasil penelitian ini adalah; 1) Menghasilkan produk berupa media pembelajaran fisika menggunakan macromedia flash pro 8 materi gerak lurus berkaitan nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an, kualitas produkyang telah dikembangkan adalah sangat layak dengan persentasi 81,11 %  ahli materi, 72,46 % ahli media dalam kategori layak, 88,00 %ahli agama dalam kategori sangat layak dan respon peserta didik kelas X dengan persentase 85,92%, dan 80,19% dengan kategori sangat layak.

This study aims to determine the quality of Grab online transportation services according to the perceptions of students of the Faculty Economics, in terms of the dimensions of Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty, and to find out which dimensions of service quality most influence student satisfaction in using online transportation services. This type of research is descriptive qualitative using observation, interview, and documentation techniques in data collection. The informants in this study were three people with the data analysis technique used, namely the interactive model analysis technique and the triangulation technique. The results obtained are the perceptions of users of Grab online transportation services, especially students of the Faculty of Economics, Makassar State University, are considered to be quite good. This can be seen from the various services in the application system, as well as transparent and affordable prices, and promos that are always provided by the company. They also have a friendly attitude, alertness, and the professionalism of Grab riders/drivers is quite good. It's just that there still needs to be an update to the application that must be improved, for example the reading of points/locations is sometimes incorrect and it is hoped that Grab online transportation will pay more attention to the standardization of driver/driver vehicles, as well as the need to limit working operating hours for Grab riders/drivers themselves.

<p>This study aims to determine the quality of the product in Counter Andris Reload Cellular  Madiun,  to determine  the level  of customer  loyalty  in Counter Andris  Reload Cellular Madiun, and to know is there any effect of product quality on customer loyalty in Counter Andris Reload Cellular Madiun, The samples in this study using saturated sample as many 45 people without regard to existing strata in the population.  Data collection using questionnaires  and documentation. The research design used in this study was a descriptive correlational  design. In the statistical methods used to analyze the data with the regression formula and product moment  correlation. The results showed that the quality of products have influence at the same time a positive relationship to customer loyalty in Counter Andris Reload Cellular Madiun. It is derived from the value  of 0.724 while the value rcount and rtable 0.294 (0.724 &gt; 0.294). By this means Ha acceptable product quality has a relationship with customer loyalty in Counter Andris Reload Cellular Madiun, It also obtained the value of the F test, Fcount at 47,372 while Ftable  of 4.06 (47,372 &gt; 4.06). This means that there is rejection of HO which indicates that there are significant between product quality on customer loyalty in Counter Andris Reload Cellular Madiun. By this Ineans Ha received no difference between the effect of product quality on customer loyalty in Counter Andris Reload Cellular Madiun.</p>

Product quality is the most important part that makes a product acceptable and meets consumer wants and needs. The company has two programs to ensure the quality of these products, namely by carrying out maintenance (preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance) and quality control during the production process. The purpose of this study was to determine how the maintenance, quality control, and product quality implemented by PT. Samase Clothes. And to find out how much influence maintenance on product quality, the effect of quality control on product quality, and the effect of maintenance and quality control on product quality. This study is sample research in which employees, staff, and production admins are respondents in the study, for data collection using a questionnaire with the number of respondents 65 people. The analytical method used is a quantitative method with descriptive analysis and verification analysis. To process data, the author uses the help of Microsoft Excel 2016 and SPSS 25 For Windows. The results showed that maintenance was in the good enough category, quality control was in the good enough category, the product quality was in the good enough category.
