For a long time, the study of the brain capabilities for the improvement of the quality of education has been an urgent direction in pedagogical science. Due to the development of digitalization, new areas of research have emerged related to the use of special equipment that makes it possible to assess and control brainwork, develop mental abilities, cognitive functions, etc. One of them is neurotechnology, which is an effective means of transforming the educational process: it offers educational content based on the individual characteristics of students. Thus, a need to concretize the terminology and determine the current research areas arises. The article aims to attempt to fill this gap with the help of a representative analysis of publications on neurotechnologies, as well as the essence of neuroeducation.

Changes in society, the complexity of professional tasks actualize the request to universities to train specialists who are ready for innovation. To develop the innovative potential of students, the modern educational process in universities should be focused not only on the professional training of students, but also on the development of personality. Innovative activities, solving creative tasks to create new products and technologies require active work of the intellect, motivation and will, and this stimulates the development and selfdevelopment of a person. An important factor in the development of innovative potential of students is the educational environment. The functioning of this environment should be based on a systematic analysis of the object, subject, processes, and conditions of innovative development. In addition, it is important to determine the criteria for the effectiveness of the innovation environment, as well as to implement the principle of ensuring the continuous development of students. For the development of innovative potential, it is necessary to use psychological and pedagogical support of the educational process. The main principle of psychological and pedagogical support of the educational process is to take into account the individual characteristics and capabilities of students, the development of their resources. Psychological and pedagogical support of the educational process should be aimed primarily at the actualization of personal competencies that determine innovative activity. For the development of innovative potential, students should participate in the choice of an individual educational trajectory, show educational initiatives and implement them in research activities.

Foreign language teaching to medical students depends on solving various institutional problems. In this sense, its effectiveness is a variable which influences the level of education at the university. Effectiveness of academic education depends on two groups of conditions- one is the purely material aspect- the place and conditions in which education takes place, the financial resources and the second one includes the psychoemotional aspect of training- the so-called didactic costs which include the physical and emotional efforts invested in the process of training both on the side of the lecturer and student. One of the ways to improve effectiveness is by restricting didactic costs- the less the psychoemotional tension and anxiety- the better results would a student achieve. Giving the student the opportunity to “manage his/her own manner of learning” and placing the student in the centre of the educational process would inevitably lead to increasing student motivation.Another mechanism to achieve effectiveness and quality of education is through activating the inner motivation of students to learn a foreign language. The latter is influenced by factors such as concentration, attention, a feeling of complete participation in the process of training, lack of fear of failure, assuming responsibility for the achieved results etc. A new aspect of contemporary learning success is differentiation in education, introduction of the individual, personal style of learning of each student. An appropriate instrument or tool in achieving motivation is for the learning process to follow and conform to the different learning styles of students. The individual learning style implies the individual preferences in perceiving and memorizing information. The aim of the present paper is to identify these styles in students from the Medical University – Plovdiv and thus to identify their satisfaction with foreign language learning. The survey was conducted in 2017 among 140 students from 16 countries. A written questionnaire and a psychological test were used to gather the data. Determinants for satisfaction were identifies as: the material setting and technological equipment, personal characteristics of the teacher and the microclimate in the student group. An adapted LSI (Learning Style Inventory) specifically adapted for Bulgaria which includes four types of approaches to the learning process- specific experience, reflective observation, abstract conceptualization and active experimentation was used. The results are distributed according to gender, specialty, year of studies and Kolb’s learning styles- divergent, assimilative, convergent and accommodative. The leading learning style according to our survey proves to be the convergent on with women having higher values (32,14%) than men (24,28%), next comes the assimilative learning style with men having higher value (17,14%) as opposed to women (14,28%). The accommodative is next – 5% of women and 3.57% men prefer this learning style and the least proffered one is the divergent one – 3,57% of women and 2,88% of men prefer it.

The article outlines the relevance of the introduction of inclusive education in the system of education of Ukraine whose success depends on the organizational and pedagogical and corrective and developmental school conditions, flexibly oriented on the individual characteristics of each child and qualitative training of future teachers to professional activities in the conditions of inclusive education. Separate aspects of professional training of future teachers in institutions of higher pedagogical education in conditions of inclusive education are presented. In particular, attention is focused on the peculiarities of organizing the process of training future educators in professional activities in the inclusive environment of institutions of general secondary education, which are that the professionalization of students takes place in the form of penetration of external (the influence of the educational environment and the participants of the educational process) into the internal (assignment of values Inclusive education and acquisition of relevant competence), from the remote space (social meaning of inclusion) in the approximate (personal meaning and Inclusion experience). In accordance with the principle of continuity, the stages of organizing the process of preparation of future teachers to professional activity in conditions of inclusive education (motivational-value, theoretical and practical and simulation-reflexive) are determined and substantiated. Evaluating the efforts of scientists in the highlighted issues, we note that the organization of the process of professional pedagogical training of teachers to work in an inclusive educational environment requires the substantiation of the relevant pedagogical conditions, which is a prospect of further scientific search.

The article deals with the problem of motivation in the student sphere. If we talk about the motivation of students, it represents the processes, methods and means of inducing them to cognitive activity, active development of the content of education. As motives can act in conjunction emotions and aspirations, interests and needs, ideals and attitudes. Therefore, motives are complex dynamic systems in which choice and decision-making, analysis and evaluation of choice are carried out. Motivation for students is the most effective way to improve the learning process. Motives are the driving forces of the learning process and assimilation of the material. Motivation for learning is a rather complicated and ambiguous process of changing the attitude of the individual, both to a separate subject of study and to the entire educational process. Motivation is the main driving force in human behavior and activity, including in the process of forming a future professional. Post-nonclassical nature of changes in education actualizes the need for transforming its methodological grounds. The goal of this article is to offer a new perspective of interpretation of the methodology of education, as well as trace the steps towards its post-nonclassical transformation. The research leans on the theoretical-methodological provisions of the logical-semantic approach, which focuses on the laws of conceptualization. The article explores the objective and subjective logical-semantic patterns of the work of mind characteristic to classical and post-nonclassical worldview. Congruence with the objective logic of the work of mind of methodological grounds in educational practice of the higher school is confirmed by examples. The examples show the limitations of their methodological capabilities in solving modern problems of knowledge and practice. The limitations of their methodological capabilities in solution of the relevant cognitive tasks and practice are indicated. The article suggest and analyzes the methodological principle of the subject, which determines the human-sizedness and communicative alignment of methodological system of education, which ensures its compliance with the post-nonclassical methodology of science. The author demonstrates a number of changes within the education system, which are methodologically substantiated by the principle of the subject. The highlighted logical-semantic patterns of the work of mind can be used as an instrument for understanding and explaining the components of educational process, as well as their design and management. The author proposes a nonlinear structure of the content of education. It can underlie the creation of learning model, which would consider the individual characteristics of students and fulfill the educational potential of the traditional and innovative teaching systems.
