information literacy is not only the basic quality of college students in information age, but also a extremely important part of college students’ comprehensive quality. With rapid development of computer technology, communication technology, network technology and other modern information technology, the way of acquiring information has occurred fundamental reform, so in order to survive, college students must have basic knowledge of information technology, certain information literacy and innovative thinking ability. <p>Human beings have entered the era of rapid development of knowledge economy, the continuous development of information technology makes the society have unprecedented changes, the pace of reform in various industries is accelerating, the need for talent also puts forward higher and higher requirements. The cultivation of talents is mainly completed through education. Under the traditional education mode, agriculture-related education can no longer meet the needs of talent cultivation, and the quality of talents can hardly be effectively guaranteed. Therefore, it is necessary to promote the comprehensive reform of agricultural education with the help of the development of information technology, break through the education mode and relationship in the traditional agricultural education system, and deepen the agricultural education reform in China. The Impact

The collection and analytical work of modern intelligence services faces numerous challenges because the environment in which the services operate is characterized by the need for rapid data collection, analysis and decision-making, almost in real time. When we consider security work, the growing dependence on modern information technology makes the information structure of services sensitive and "vulnerable" to information attacks. Also, the application of information operations as a form of performing secret actions has been updated. Information technology has also changed the relationship between the service and users, introduced the possibility of applying the "pull" architecture for obtaining information, which, in addition to the good sides, also brings certain challenges. Due to all the above, the intelligence services are adapting to the technological, organizational and cultural changes brought about by the information revolution. The paper reviews the challenges in the work of modern intelligence services, primarily from the aspect of the impact of mass application of modern information technology on operational and analytical work, as well as the application of secret actions in the work of services. The aim of this paper is to point out the numerous challenges that the information revolution brings to modern intelligence services. A comparative analysis of the presented research material leads to the conclusion that the services encounter new tasks and ways of functioning in all their activities, which ultimately raises the sensitive issue of their reform. The conclusion reached in this paper is that the reform of intelligence services in the "information age" is in any case necessary, but that its implementation should not be revolutionary, but must be carried out evolutionarily.

With the rapid development of information technology and the gradual expansion of education, the construction of campus information is accelerating. In the school teaching work, the traditional test questions management is usually in the form of questions or test paper set, and design manually by teachers, which is large, and complex. The article deals with the issue of improving the quality of learning a foreign language, namely the analysis of some problems that arise when this subject is taught in distance learning mode. The article substantiates the relevance of the problem, especially in terms of rapid development of information technology over the last ten years; it also considers the situation that our country and educational system face as the result of the consequences of COVID-19 spread. Information technologies affect all aspects of human life, significantly increasing the degree of automation of all information processes, which is a prerequisite for accelerating the pace of scientific and technological progress. Information technology plays an important role in ensuring information interaction between people. The use of computer technology in education can improve the quality of education, create new means of educational impact in learning.
