Objective: The study examined the way inter-governmental collaboration can be improved to enhance malaria elimination programme in Southwestern Nigeria. Methodology: Primary data were collected through the administration of questionnaire and conduct of interviews. The study population comprised all categories of staff in the National Malaria Elimination Programme; staffs of Malaria Elimination Programme in three states and nine Local Governments in Southwestern Nigeria. A sample size of 388 respondents was selected for questionnaire administration from the study population. Interviews were conducted to complement information collected through questionnaire. Data collected were analysed using appropriate statistical methods. Results: The study revealed that increased allocation of funds; establishment of several anti-malaria programmes at all levels of government and integrated decision making were ways collaborative governance can be improved to enhance malaria elimination programme in the study area. Conclusion: The study concluded that collaborative governance is a sine qua non to the effective implementation of government programmes.

This paper assesses the impact of local government on social service delivery in south-western Nigeria in tandem with their full constitutional responsibility particularly on primary education and road constructions. The related concepts were review. The study utilized both primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected through questionnaire administration and in-depth interviews. The study revealed that local government has a significant impact on social service delivery in Southwestern Nigeria (r = 0.438, p < 0.05). The paper highlighted some recommendations and concluded that local government had performed considerably well in delivery of social service to the populace in their concurrent responsibility with the state government, but relatively low in their mandatory functions.

Effective implementation of material control practices significantly improves the effectiveness of purchasing decisions and thus improved firm performance. To achieve this goal, material control practices must be fair, competitive and must control costs. However, in spite of the immense attention given to procurement practices and financial performance and the relationship that exist between the two constructs many organisations both private and public continue experience mixed performance. Anchored on the resource based theory the study sought to determine the effect of material control on financial performance of the Kenya meat commission. Descriptive Research Design was used. The study population comprised of Kenya Meat Commission headquarters in Athi River, Ladhies branch in Nairobi, Mombasa deport and the user department in Athi River. Since the population was small and of manageable sizes, a census study was done. Semi structured questionnaires was used to collect primary data. The respondent argued that the inventory quantities are very important in ensuring that these effective and efficiency in the operation of Kenya meat commission and ensuring that there is constant supply of meat to the users in Nairobi and its environment. It was evident that material planning control system (mean of 4.75) greatly affected the performance of Kenya meat commission. The finding on distribution material in Kenya meat commission as indicated by a mean of 4.00 presented that it greatly affected the financial performance of Kenya meat commission. The study concluded that the relationship between material control and financial performance of meat commission was positive and significant.

<p>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan menilai kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening.Jenis penelitian adalah kausalitas. Populasipenelitian adalah karyawan PT Giri Jaya Garmindo dan sampel sebanyak 65 orang,  Data yang dipergunakan data primer. Instrument penelitian dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan <em>Partial Least Square</em> (PLS) dan Sobel tes untuk mengetahui pengaruh tidak langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karywan . Hasil uji Sobel menunjukkan Kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasioanl terhadap  kinerjakaryawan.</p><p><em>The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership on job satisfaction, the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance, the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance and assess job satisfaction as a moderating variable. This type of research is causality. The study population was employees of PT Jaya Giri Jaya Garmindo and the sample was 65 people. The data used were primary data. Research instrument using a questionnaire. Data analysis uses Partial Least Square (PLS) and Sobel tests to determine the indirect effect. The results showed that transformational leadership influences employee performance. Transformational Leadership influences job satisfaction and Job Satisfaction influences employee performance. Sobel test results indicate job satisfaction is able to mediate.</em></p>

This study discusses the interactions of collaborative governance actors in the revitalization program of the Banten Religious Tourism Area. The purpose of this study is to show the factors that influence the cooperation of local governments as well as analysis of the interaction between local government in the Revitalization Program of the Banten Religious Area. The research method is qualitative descriptive with interview and observation data collection techniques. Data in this study were obtained through primary data and secondary data. The results showed that various factors such as commitment, identification of priority needs, the process of integration and harmonization, participatory and institutional models supported the success of regional cooperation in the revitalization program. The interaction between regional cooperation policy actors in the Revitalization Program of the Old Banten Tourism Area in Serang City at the implementation level has run well, although there are still problems, which include interactions that are indirectly influenced by systems such as politics, economic and social systems. Problems also include the behavior of elites and officials who lean on certain groups.

The present study is focusing on the professional stress on organisation among the Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOs) and Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) of Indian Military Intelligence. 384 samples of Military Intelligence personnel will be taken for this study. Sources of data is Primary data include a structured questionnaire. Data was collected through structured questionnaire and measure through Likert’s scale, using KMO measure of sampling adequacy, Cronbach’s alpha for checking internal consistency, Bartlett sphericity test for testing the null hypothesis and various factor analysis including Eigenvalues, Extract square Sum loading, variance percent and Accumulation percent values relative comparison and Correlation matrix will be used as tools to arrive at desired results and statistical interpretations. The hypotheses put for test and the resultant values at 0.01 and 0.05 (for different factors) clearly indicated that there is an existence of association between different level of cadres and professional stress among personnel of Indian Military Intelligence. The authority who can formulate the rules and regulations and binding them on the lower cadres and professions to accept and adopt.

This study aims to measure the performance of fish auction process in Arumbai Market in Ambon. Primary data were collected from 43 respondents through observation and direct interview based on questionnaire. Data was analysed by qualitative descriptive method, importance performance analysis method (IPA) and gap analysis, and value for money method. The results show that: 1). There are three auction process activities namely pre auction, auction, and post auction; 2). Fisherman's satisfaction level is 67% and merchant satisfaction is 81%; and 3). The auction performance of the economic aspect is less economical, with the final value of 83%, while the fish auction performance from the efficiency aspect is less efficient with the value of 76%. For that, it needs additional officers to manage fish auction place (TPI) in Arumbai Market. In addition, the fish auction facilities (TPI) in Arumbai Market needs to be improved.

Understanding to fill the tax return, annual report tax return individual is still lacking, many taxpayers did not understand how to fill out an annual tax return, especially the tax year 2014. The objective was to investigate the influence of socialization Tax, Tax Penalties and Tax e-filing of the tax return reporting annual individual taxpayer. Sampling was done by purposive sampling method and selection of non-random manner convenience. The primary data collection method used is survey method using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear analysis, descriptive analysis and to test hypotheses.

Abstract Background The state of Punjab in India qualifies for malaria elimination because the number of cases reported through routine surveillance is in decline. However, surveillance system prevalence mainly provides malaria trends. Therefore, a prospective epidemiological study was designed to estimate the malaria burden in the state. Methods District-wise annual parasite incidence (API) was used for identification of three strata, representing high, moderate and low API zones. A total of 0.9 million people from nine districts was under malaria surveillance for 1 y. The weighted estimates of API for the three regions was calculated and combined to give an estimate of API for the total population of the state. Results Based upon the primary data generated, malaria cases from high, moderate and low malaria-endemic areas were estimated to be 3727, 904 and 106, respectively. Further, the total number of malaria cases in the state was estimated to be 4737 (95% CI 4006 to 5469) cases per annum. Conclusion Actual burden of malaria in the state of Punjab, India, is about seven to eight times higher than that reported by routine surveillance activities. However, the state still qualifies for malaria elimination but needs vigorous efforts to strengthen the active surveillance and reporting system along with implementation of effective control strategies to achieve malaria elimination.

Abstract: Employee performance is very important for an organization to achieve its goals. This study aims to analyze the influence of work culture, on employee performance, leadership on employee performance, work discipline on employee performance, compensation on employee performance and work culture, leadership, work discipline, compensation on employee performance at PT. KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto. The study population is all employees of PT. KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto as many as 623 employees. Determination of sample size with Slovin formula obtained by 86 respondents. The data used is the primary data obtained from the questionnaires distributed to respondents.Tehnik data analysis used is a quantitative approach. The data of the research were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: Work culture affect the performance of employees means that if the work culture increases then the performance of employees will increase. Leadership affects the performance of employees means that if the existing leadership is conducive to work then the performance of employees will increase, work discipline does not affect the performance of employees means employees who discipline work high and employees who work discipline less have the same performance height, Compensation effect on the performance of meaning if the compensation increases then employee performance will increase, work culture, leadership, work discipline and compensation together affect the employee's performance, meaning that if work culture, leadership, work discipline and compensation together increase the employee performance will increase. Keywords: Working Culture, Leadership, Work Discipline, Compensation, Employee Performance. Abstrak: Kinerja pegawai merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi organisasi untuk mencapai tujuannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya kerja, terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dan budaya kerja, kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto. Populasi penelitian adalah semua karyawan PT. KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto sebanyak 623 orang karyawan. Penentuan ukuran sampel dengan rumus Slovin diperoleh sampel sebanyak 86 responden. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada responden.Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Budaya kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai artinya apabila budaya kerja meningkat maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai artinya apabila kepemimpinan yang ada sangat kondusif untuk bekerja maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat, Disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai artinya pegawai yang disiplin kerjanya tinggi dan pegawai yang disiplin kerjanya kurang memiliki kinerja yang sama tingginya, Kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja artinya apabila kompensasi meningkat maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat, Budaya kerja, kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, artinya apabila budaya kerja, kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi  secara bersama-sama mengalami peningkatan maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat. Kata Kunci:  Budaya Kerja, Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja, Kompensasi, Kinerja   Pegawai.
