Teaching materials can be designed according to the needs of students so that students are always interested in learning them. One method that is thought to be able to create an interesting, motivating and enjoyable learning atmosphere when students learn material is a mind map. This study aims to develop Mind Mapping-based teaching materials in science learning with our friends' environmental themes and to monitor the practicality and effectiveness of the teaching materials used. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with a 4 D model, namely the model consists of four development stages, namely Define, Design, Develop, and Limited Disseminate. This research was conducted in June 2020 at the MIS Tarbiyatul Islamiyah Guppi Medan elementary school with a sample students in class V-B. Based on the results obtained, the total validity average was 4.68. Based on the criteria for average total validity, it can be said that the mind mapping-based teaching materials developed are very valid and the proportion of feasibility is 93.61%, with proportions for each aspect: content (91.82%), presentation (93.75%), mind mapping (98.00%) and graphics (90.87%). The analysis of students was obtained based on the results of the N -gain test where the average N-gain test results for class V - B were high with a result of 0.8 with student learning completeness 88.46%. Based on the student response questionnaire, the results can be obtained from the aspects that can be the aspect of interest with the respondent agreeing that the percentage is 49.36% and strongly agrees at 50.64%. The assessment of the material aspect obtained the results of the student's response to agree 75.96% and strongly agree 29.04%, the assessment of the language aspect obtained the results of agreeing 36.54% and 63.46% strongly agree. The conclusion of this research is that science with the theme of mind mapping-based friendly environment gets the validity of media experts and teaching materials experts and can be declared very feasible, practical and effective where students also experience completeness in learning, besides that the students' responses to teaching materials provide a response agree and totally agree. Abstrak Bahan ajar dapat didesain sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa agar siswa senantiasa tertarik untuk mempelajarinya. Salah satu metode yang diduga mampu membuat suasana pembelajaran yang menarik, memotivasi siswa dan menyenangkan ketika siswa mempelajari materi adalah mind map. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar berbasis Mind Mapping pada pembelajaran IPA Tema lingkungan sahabat kita dan mengetahui tingkat kepraktisan serta keefektifan bahan ajar yang digunakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model 4 D yaitu Model ini terdiri dari empat tahap pengembangan, yaitu Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate terbatas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan juni 2020 di sekolah dasar MIS Tarbiyatul Islamiyah Guppi Medan dengan sampel penelitian peserta didik kelas V B. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh rata – rata total validitas adalah 4,68. Berdasarkan kriteria rata – rata total validitas dapat dikatakan bahwa bahan ajar berbasis mind mapping yang dikembangkan sangat valid dan persentase kelayakan 93,61%, dengan persentase untuk tiap aspek : isi (91,82%), penyajian (93,75%), mind mapping (98,00%) dan kegrafikan (90,87%). Analisis kognitif peserta didik diperoleh berdasarhan hasil uji N –gain  dimana rata – rata hasil uji N – gain keseluruhan kelas V – B tergolong tinggi dengan hasil 0,8 dengan ketuntasan belajar siswa 88,46%. Berdasarkan anget respon siswa dapat diperoleh hasil dari aspek yang dinilai yaitu aspek ketertarikan dengan responden setuju persentasenya sebesar 49,36% dan sangat setuju sebesar 50,64%. Penilaian dari aspek materi diperoleh hasil respon siswa setuju 75,96% dan sangat setuju 29,04%, Penilaian dari aspek bahasa memperoleh hasil setuju 36,54% dan sangat setuju 63,46%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu bahan ajar IPA dengan Tema lingkungan sahabat kita berbasis mind mapping mendapatkan kevalidan dari ahli media dan ahli bahan ajar serta dapat dinyatakan sangat layak, praktis dan efektif dimana peserta didik juga mengalami ketuntasan dalam pembelajaran, selain itu respon peserta didik terhadap bahan ajar memberikan respon setuju dan sangat setuju. Methods applied in schools have not been able to make students understand the sub-material of polar and nonpolar covalent compounds. One of the success factors of the practicum method is the use of the right practicum tools. Therefore, it is necessary to develop practical tools to make it easier for students to understand the concepts of polar and nonpolar covalent compounds. This study aims to produce a polarity and practicum tool on sub-material polar and nonpolar covalent compounds that are valid, practical, and effective. Validity is measured from the validator's assessment on material aspects and media using a validation sheet. Practicality is measured using teacher and student response questionnaires. Effectiveness is measured by the results of students' Pretest and Postest. This type of research is the development of the ADDIE Research and Development (R & D) model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The results of the analysis show that the polarity practicum tool developed from the material and media aspects was stated to be very valid with an average validity value of 0.83 and 0.89, respectively. The practicality test results obtained very practical criteria with a practicality value of 96.64%. The aspect of effectiveness using the N-Gain value in the field trial results obtained N-Gain values of 0.72 with very high criteria. Thus, the polarity practicum tool developed is suitable for use as a sub-material learning media for polar and nonpolar covalent compounds.

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatar belakangi untuk mengatasi permasalahan mahasiswa dalam perkuliahan Sulaman pada materi membuat sulaman timbul, dimana masih terbatasnya referensi mengenai materi Membuat Sulaman Timbul. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran berupa bahan ajar yang valid dan praktis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research and Development (R&D). Prosedur penelitian menggunakan model 4-D yang terdiri dari tahap pendefenisian (Define), tahap perancangan (Design), tahap pengembangan (Develop) dan tahap (Disseminate). Namun dalam penelitian ini desseminate tidak digunakan karena mengingat keterbatasan peneliti. Data diperoleh dari uji validitas, uji praktikalitas dosen pembina mata kuliah, uji praktikalitas kelompok kecil dan uji praktikalitas kelompok besar. Validator terdiri atas validasi media dan validasi materi yang berjumlah 4 orang. Berdasarkan hasil uji validitas bahan ajar Sulaman diperoleh skor rata-rata 4,35 dengan kategori sangat valid. Selanjutnya dari hasil uji praktikalitas diperoleh skor 85% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar  ini layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran sulaman timbul.  Kata Kunci: bahan, ajar, sulaman, timbul.AbstractThis research aims to solve the problems of students lectures of embroidery on embroidered embroidery material. There are still limited references to the material of Making Embossed Embroideries. The purpose of this study is to produce learning media that contain valid and practical teaching materials. This research is a Research and Development (R & D) research. The research procedure uses a 4-D model consisting of defining (definition), per-design, development design, and development (dissemination). But in this study, it was not used as a consideration for research. Data were obtained from validity tests, practicality tests of lecturer advisors, small group practicality tests and large group practicality tests. The validator consists of media validation and material validation collected by 4 people. Based on the results of the validity test of Sulaman teaching materials obtained an average score of 4.35 with a very valid category. Furthermore, from the practicality test results obtained a score of 85% with a very practical category. It can be concluded that teaching materials are suitable to be used as embroidery learning media arise.Keywords: teaching, materials, embossed, embroideries.

<p><em>The purpose of this study was to determine the availability and use of teaching materials in schools, especially elementary schools. The teaching materials used are suitable for the students' needs. This study uses a Research and Development approach and method. The data collection technique here is to use interviews, teacher, and student response questionnaires to digital-based mathematics comic teaching materials. The field studies carried out include identifying the availability of teaching materials, analyzing the needs of teaching materials, analyzing learning, and identifying students' initial characteristic behaviors. The results of interviews based on field studies show that so far teachers have used conventional teaching materials, and only occasionally use digital-based teaching materials in the form of videos that are displayed on YouTube videos. Student response during learning so far is feeling less happy in participating in learning, especially learning mathematics, students' verbal ability in mathematics is still lacking. Based on these results, it is necessary to have teaching materials designed according to the needs and characteristics of students, namely by using digital-based comic teaching materials to improve the ability to understand mathematical concepts.</em></p><p><strong>Keywords</strong>: Teaching Materials, Mathematical Comic, Digital</p><p> </p><p align="center"><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p> </p><p>Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ketersediaan dan penggunaan bahan ajar  disekolahan khususnya sekolah dasar. Bahan ajar yang digunakan apakah sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan dan metode penelitian pengembangan (<em>Research and Development</em>). Teknik pengambilan data disini adalah menggunakan wawancara, angket respon guru dan siswa terhadap bahan ajar komik matematika berbasis digital. Studi lapangan yang dilakukan diantarannya adalah mengidentifikasi ketersediaan bahan ajar, melakukan analisis kebutuhan bahan ajar, melakukan analisis pembelajaran, dan mengidentifikasi perilaku karakteristik awal siswa. Hasil wawancara berdasarkan studi lapangan adalah, selama ini guru menggunakan bahan ajar konvensional, dan hanya sesekali menggunakan bahan ajar berbasis digital yang berbantu video yang ditampilkan melalui video youtube. Respon siswa selama pembelajaran selama ini adalah merasa kurang senang dalam mengikuti pembelajaran khususnya pembelajaran matematika, kemampuan siswa secara verbal pada pelajaran matematika juga masih sangat kurang. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, maka sangat diperlukan adanya bahan ajar yang dirancang sesuai kebutuhan dan karakteristik siswa yaitu dengan menggunakan bahan ajar komik berbasis digital untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika.</p><p><strong>Kata kunci</strong>: Bahan Ajar, Komik Matematika, Digital</p>

This study aims to develop learning to read understanding based on CIRC strategies as an effort to instill character education in grade VI elementary schools that is valid, practical, and effective. This type of research is research and development. The development model used is a 4-D model consisting of the stages of defining, designing, developing and disseminating. This research data from the validity test was obtained through the validation sheet of teaching materials. Practicality data was collected through observation sheets of the implementation of the lesson plans, teacher and student response questionnaires, and interviews with teachers. Based on the validity test obtained the percentage of RPP 91.3% with a very valid category. This means that the RPP component is in accordance with the Ministry of Education Regulation No. 41 of 2007. The results of the validity of teaching materials with a percentage of 90% with a very valid category, this means that teaching materials that have been developed are in accordance with curriculum demands. The practicality test results of the implementation of lesson plans with a percentage of 95.3% with the category of very practical, during the trial teacher has no difficulty in implementing learning. The percentage of teacher responses to the questionnaire was 92.5% with a very practical category, the teacher stated the teaching material developed was different from the previous teaching material, easy to use in learning. The percentage of questionnaire responses of students was 90.2% with a very practical category, teaching materials were also interesting for students because they were designed with more interesting colors and drawings. Judging from the effectiveness test, the character values in the trials averaged 82.8%, while in the distribution of the students' character values 81%. In reading skills, the percentage while testing is 85%, while in the spread is 89%. Based on the above description, it can be concluded that the reading materials for understanding CIRC-based strategies developed can be declared valid, practical and effective.

The lack of Biology teaching materials in senior high school in the Kerinci District has promoted this research. The purpose of this development research is to produce e-modules as teaching materials used by students in Biology subjects. The model used in developing this e-module is the 4-D model, which consists of 4 stages, namely defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. Biology e-modules on plantae and animalia material based on the potential of the Kerinci region were validated by media and material experts. The results of the media expert validation obtained the final percentage of 90% (very valid category) and the material expert validation obtained a percentage of 75% (valid category). From the results of the field test, the teacher responded that the e-modules produced were suitable for use in biology class X high school learning with a percentage of 92.5% (very good category). Furthermore, e-module trials on students obtained responses that the products produced were also proper to be used in biology learning in class X of senior high school. The small group test obtained a score of 85% (excellent category) and the large group test obtained score 78.3% (good category). The use of the developed e-modules in learning resulted in a score of 76.3% (successful category).

Abstrak: Based on preliminary studies conducted in class V SDN 01 Koto Merapak. In indoensian language subjects, especially in writing poetry there are still many difficulties and obstacles faced by students. Students find it difficult to express their ideas in the form of poetry. This happens because the learning media used by educators is still less attractive to student, educators have not utilized the media as an object in writing poetry. This causes the skills of student in poetry to be low. The purpose of this study was to describe the improvement of poetry writing skills using the Mind Mapping technique in class V SDN 01 Koto Merapak.  This study uses a qualitative  and quantitative approach, with a type of classroom action research. This research was conducted in two cycles, with the stages of planning, implementing , observing and reflecting. This research was carried out inthe second semester of the 2018/2019 school year at SDN 01 Koto Merapak. With the subject of this research is the fifth grade students of SDN 01 Koto Merapak with a total of 32 student. While the research instruments are observation sheets, field note sheet test sheet, and documentation. The results showed that poetry writing skills using Mind Mapping techniques can improve poetry writing skills of students in SDN 01 SDN Koto Merapak. This can be seen from the result of the poetry  writing ability in the first ccle of meeting I getting an average of 69.78% with  the criterion (C), increasing in the first cycle of the first meeting obtaining an average of  74.12 % with the criteria of good (B), and increasing in the second cycle getting average –average 88.74% with very good criteria (SB). So based on the research above, that intellectual  ability in writing poetry can increase using the Mind Mapping technique.

The research goals was to be achieved in the development of these materials is to produce an integrated thematic teaching materials are valid, practical, and effective. This research is a type of development and uses ADDIE models which consists of five phases: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation phases. Test the validity of research data obtained through the sheet validity of teaching materials. Data obtained through the sheet practicality of the impementation of lesson plans, teacher response assessment and student response assessment. Effectiveness seen from the student activity, assessment process and assessment of results. Based on the validity of test data showed that the avarage percentage of the teaching materials validator is 89.26% with the category of very valid. The test results practicalities of the implementation of lesson pland obtained 91.43% with a very good category. Rating teacher responses obtained 93.05% and 89.58% student response. The effectiveness of teaching materials seen from the student activity, obtained an avarage percentage of 85.67% with a very active category. Of the daily assessment conducted seen tends to increase student learning outcomes. Based on these results, we can conclude an integrated thematic teaching materials at Elementary School Fifth Grade using Problem Base Learning developed can be considered valid, practical, and effective.

The type of research applied in this research is Research and Development. The development model used is Dick and Carrey. The purpose of this research and development is to design an Atlas and apply it to train the students' scientific reasoning abilities. Atlas is a teaching materials developed and applied to high school / vocational / MA level students. The sample chosen for the implementation of the Atlas of teaching materials was grade X of VOCATIONAL Health Yannas Husada Bangkalan students. The application of plants as natural indicators of acid-base tests is the material presented in the developed Atlas. Plants selected as indicators are tested first to be presented in the Atlas. Atlas is a teaching material that can convey information related to the use of natural indicators of the acid-base test to train the students' scientific reasoning skills. The four indicators of scientific reasoning that are trained are Theoretical Reasoning, Proportional Reasoning, Probabilistic Reasoning, and Correlational Reasoning. The data shows the students' scientific reasoning ability on the post-test results, as many as 20% of students are on the high criteria, 60% are moderate criteria, and 20% are still on the low criteria from the post-test results. The post-test result data is quite increased when compared to the pretet results, which 100% of students are in the low criteria.

This study aims to describe teaching materials based on local wisdom in fostering a character of environmental care in students. Local wisdom can be interpreted as a local culture that guides life. The problem in this study refers to the teaching materials used by teachers based on local wisdom in fostering character in students. The method used for this research is qualitative by using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of the analysis of teaching material needs based on local wisdom are analyzing teaching materials for class V SD which includes aspects of mapping Core Competencies and Basic Competencies. In conclusion, analyzing the need for local wisdom-based teaching materials, such as teaching materials that have a variety of materials that can be integrated with local wisdom, can activate students in learning, the need to develop teaching materials based on local wisdom.

AbstrakPencapaian prestasi matematika siswa di Indonesia masih rendah, terlihat dari hasil studi PISA pada tahun 2015. Salah satu faktornya dikarenakan siswa kurang terlatih menyelesaikan soal berkarakteristik seperti soal PISA. Dibutuhkan suatu pengembangan soal yang mampu memberi ruang pada siswa untuk melatih kemampuan literasi matematis yang salah satunya yaitu kemampuan literasi statistika. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan soal statistika model PISA yang berkualitas untuk melatih kemampuan literasi statistika siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Research and Development dengan Model 4D (Four D). Subjek uji coba penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII (8) B SMP Negeri 1 Bintan tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu instrumen untuk mengukur kevalidan soal dan lembar hasil uji coba. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis data hasil validasi soal dan hasil uji coba. Penelitian ini menghasilkan tujuh (7) butir soal yang berkualitas yaitu valid, reliabel, daya pembeda dan tingkat kesukaran yang baik. Soal ini mampu menarik minat, memotivasi dan memberikan stimulus kepada subjek uji coba untuk memunculkan kemampuan literasi statistika siswa. Development of the Statistical Test Instrument PISA Model for practicing students' statistical literacy skillsAbstractThe achievement of the mathematics achievement of students in Indonesia is still low, it can be seen from the results of the PISA study in 2015. One of the factors is because students are not trained to solve problems with characteristics such as PISA questions. It takes a development of questions that can provide space for students to practice mathematical literacy, one of which is the ability of statistical literacy. This study aims to develop quality PISA model statistical problems to practice the statistical literacy skills of students. The type of research used was Research and Development with the 4D (Four D) Model. The subject of this research trial was grade VIII B students of SMP Negeri 1 Bintan in the academic year 2018/2019. Data collection instruments used were instruments to measure the validity of questions and test results sheets. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of the data validation of the questions and the results of the trial. This study produced 7 quality items namely valid, reliable, distinguishing features, and a good level of difficulty. This question is able to attract interest and motivate and provide stimulus to test subjects to bring up the statistical literacy skills of students.
