Employee performance is very important at the company, because employees are the main assets of the company, many companies pay less attention to this, even though this is closely related to customer satisfaction in service and company policy to determine the employee's future. PT. XYZ is a company that provides organized professional services and strict recruitment principles, even before starting work for drivers it must do training for 3 days. However, the facts in the field are different, there are still customers who complain because of poor driver's obligations, such as arriving late or not being good. Because there is no application yet to assess performance, this causes companies to collect complaints data and conduct performance evaluations based on facts in the field in real time. With this problem, the whatsapp chat application is chosen as media reporting, because according to the statistics of active media users, whatsapp will make it easier for drivers and customers to connect with the company's customer service (ChatBOT) in real time. The purpose of this study is to create and manage Key Performance Indicators by getting data feedback from the driver or customer per day that will be obtained at the end of the monthly period. Data obtained from feedback will be given to customers who provide material for companies to make decisions to determine work contracts and awards for drivers who work well

Research that located at PT. Multi Nabati Sulawesi Bitung. The sample taken was 112 people from a total 450 employees in the company. In this study are using simple statistics with a simple regression with the SPSS version 23.00 to test the significant connection between variables and to measure the glory of the influence that occurs on variation of Individual Characteristics and Work Environment to Employee Performance. Based on the calculations of using the SPSS 23.00 software device that’s a variable Individual Characteristics of affects the employee performance variables which show that Work Environment received is not in accordance with the expectation and desires of employees, so that there is a coplaint for every employee in the company

Kata-Kata Kunci: Pranata komputer, Kinerja, Key Performance Indicator, Sistem Pelaporan Kinerja, Dashboard.

Providing compensation to employees is important for every company, including PT INTI to retain qualified employees today and in the future. PT INTI is a company whose primary based as telecommunication contractor located in Bandung. This study was conducted to determine the effect between direct financial compensation variables and indirect financial compensation toward employee performance. This research uses the descriptive method and data analysis with the path and regression analysis. The result of this research is a descriptive condition of direct and indirect financial compensation in PT INTI in the reality of 2008 is not good based on continuum line where the average percentage is 30,21% where employee expectation to incentive and celebration of the holiday is large. In addition, the simultaneous test shows that there is no linear relationship between direct compensation and indirect compensation for employee performance at PT INTI. Keywords: compensation, employee performance, financial compensation

The purpose of this work is to develop a new Key Performance Indicator (KPI) that can quantify the cost of Six Big Losses developed by Nakajima and implements it in a Cyber Physical System (CPS), achieving a real-time monitorization of the KPI. This paper follows the methodology explained below. A cost model has been used to accurately develop this indicator together with the Six Big Losses description. At the same time, the machine tool has been integrated into a CPS, enhancing the real-time data acquisition, using the Industry 4.0 technologies. Once the KPI has been defined, we have developed the software that can turn these real-time data into relevant information (using Python) through the calculation of our indicator. Finally, we have carried out a case of study showing our new KPI results and comparing them to other indicators related with the Six Big Losses but in different dimensions. As a result, our research quantifies economically the Six Big Losses, enhances the detection of the bigger ones to improve them, and enlightens the importance of paying attention to different dimensions, mainly, the productive, sustainable, and economic at the same time.

A company that can be said to have succeeded in developing human resources by having various kinds of skills and good knowledge is one of the efforts that a company can make to improve employee performance with Employee Training and Appraisal. This study aims to find out anything that has a major effect on performance and assessment of performance. This type of research is quantitative. The sampling method in this study is nonprobability sampling or saturated samples. The sample taken in this study may be 60 respondents. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be denied that: 1.) Training has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance 2) Job Appraisal has a positive and significant effect on performance. 3) By using the F test simultaneously, training and work results have an effect on employee performance.

Geology uncertainties and real-time construction modification induce an increase of construction risk for large-scale slope in hydraulic engineering. However, the real-time evaluation of slope safety during construction is still an unsettled issue for mapping large-scale slope hazards. In this study, the real-time safety evaluation method is proposed coupling a construction progress with numerical analysis of slope safety. New revealed geological information, excavation progress adjustment, and the support structures modification are updating into the slope safety information model-by-model restructuring. A dynamic connection mapping method between the slope restructuring model and the computable numerical model is illustrated. The numerical model can be generated rapidly and automatically in database. A real-time slope safety evaluation system is developed and its establishing method, prominent features, and application results are briefly introduced in this paper. In our system, the interpretation of potential slope risk is conducted coupling dynamic numerical forecast and monitoring data feedback. The real case study results in a comprehensive real-time safety evaluation application for large slope that illustrates the change of environmental factor and construction state over time.

Employees are major assets of every organization. The accomplishment of the industry depends on its employee performance. Therefore, upper management knows the significance of expense in training for the advantage of improving employee performance and also places them to get the challenges of the today’s competitive business environment. This research also aims to see the “Impact of Training on Employee Performance in Pharmaceutical Industry in Karachi Pakistan”, in which Training consider as independent whereas dependent variable ‘Employee Performance‘ having its Performance areas i.e.; demonstrating team work, communication skill, customer service, interpersonal relationship and reduced absenteeism and its Developments areas i.e.; job-satisfaction, employee motivation, new technologies, efficiencies in process and innovation in strategies as its levers. The paper presents a concise summary of the literature on the value of training in improving the performance of the employees. Four pharmaceutical companies are selected. A survey of 356 employees via self administrated questionnaire with the help of random sampling technique is conducted with the response rate of 96%. Two sets of hypothesis are developed which relate directly to the research questions. SPSS 19 is used to perform reliability, descriptive, correlation and regression analysis. The analysis shows a positive significant relationship between them and the results reveal that the more the employee gets training, the more efficient their level of performance would be. The last section of the paper concludes along with recommendation to give guidelines for future research.
