This research intends to determine the effect of job training and work motivation on performance at PT. Aksata Satya Pratama. To produce quality employees and good performance, companies need to pay attention to increasing knowledge by providing job training. The job training program at PT. Aksata Satya Pratama is still not optimal so that it has an impact on decreased employee performance. Respondents in this research were 40 people and used census techniques. Testing data in this research used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test (multicollinearity test), multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing and data analysis in this research using SPSS version 19 program. The results of the research show that job training variables have a negative value (H1 is rejected) and work motivation has a positive value (H2 is accepted). This means that the training variable has no influence on employee performance and work motivation has an influence on employee performance by 67.1%. So, it is stated that job training has no significant effect on employee performance while work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. In this research, researchers concluded that employee performance will increase supported by employee motivation by factors of work results that are recognized as proven by employees being able to complete various kinds of work.

Local government and government agencies therein have an important role in carrying out government functions and regional development. One of the agencies within the Regional Government is the Regional Secretariat of the South Kalimantan Province. Every government agency is required to be able to optimize the performance of its employees, as well as the factors that influence it, namely work motivation, work environment and quality of communication. The research objective was to determine 1) the effect of work motivation on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province. 2) the effect of the Work Environment on the performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province. 3) the effect of the Quality of Communication on the performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province. 4) the effect of work motivation, work environment and quality of communication on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province. This research method uses a quantitative approach and is carried out on employees at the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province. The population of 342 civil servants at the Provincial Regional Secretariat who were taken as samples for research was 184 people with civil servant status at the Provincial Regional Secretariat. The research instrument used a questionnaire. While the data processing techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis. The statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) 20 for Windows is used to facilitate data processing. The results of this study indicate that (1) There is a partial influence of Work Motivation on the performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province (2) There is a partial influence of the Work Environment on the performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province (3) There is a partial influence of the Quality of Communication on the performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province. (4) Work motivation, work environment and quality of communication have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province by 59.4%. The results of this study serve as suggestions and input for leaders at the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province, to take policies and strategic steps to further increase employee motivation, create a good work environment, and build better communication quality in order to realize better employee performance in the future. The purpose of this research is to analyza the influence of work motivation and training on the performance of the employees at the Education and Culture Office Of Padang Pariaman Regency. In this study using descriptive analisys. This analysis is to strengthen the argumentation and logic in answering and implementing allegations that will be described in quantitative analysis, for testing this research hypothesis, including multiple regression analysis. The result of this study illustrate that all variables affect the performance of employees. The result of this research where the variable of work motivation (X1) is known equal to 1,670 then training variable (X2) is obtained equal to 1,670, for employee performance result (Y) equal to 33,196. It can be concluded that the motivation of work ad training is influential in improving the performance of employees within the Department of Education and Culture of Padang Pariaman Regency.

The research aims to analyze how WFH influences corporate culture through the availability of work facilities, motivation, work behavior, and employee performance. It is quantitative research using structural equation modeling. Data were obtained from 32 respondents that spread across Jakarta, Bekasi, and West Java. The results of this research show that WFH significantly affects the employee’s motivation. On the other hand, WFH has a significant direct effect on work motivation. Work motivation significantly affects work behavior. Work behavior affects employee performance significantly, and performance has a significant effect on innovative corporate culture. The analysis on the specific indirect effect resulted in significantly influencing innovation corporate culture from home through employee motivation, work behavior, and employee performance. Further research could explore the WFH-implementing mechanism as part of a culture of innovation for sustainable human resource development in the new-normal era of Indonesian companies

Abstract : This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of Training, Infrastructure and Budget on the Performance of the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) at the Regional Inspectorate of Kapuas Regency . Data was collected using questionnaires and documentation Questionnaires are used to measure the variables of Education and Training, Infrastructure and Budget and employee performance. Data analysis technique used is U ji validity , test reliability , test correlation coefficients , t-test (Partial) , Test Multicollinearity , Kolmogorov-Smirnov test (Test Normality) , ANOVA (F test Simultaneous) and Test Multiple Linear Regression . The results showed that the budget has a positive and significant effect on employee performance . The results of the t test between X 3 (Budget) and Y (APIP Performance) show t count = 3.114. While the t table (α = 0.05 ; db residual = 17) is 1.740. Because t arithmetic > t table is 3.114 > 1.740 or sig t value (0.008) < = 0.05, the effect of X 3 (Budget) on Y (APIP Performance) is significant. This means that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that APIP's performance can be significantly affected by the Budget .Based on the coefficient because it has the greatest beta coefficient value of 0.707 when compared to the regression coefficient of the education and training variable and infrastructure. this means that H 0 is rejected and h 3 is received, so that it can be concluded that the budget is the dominant variable affecting the performance of internal government regulatory authorities in Kapuas district inspectorate valued at 70.7% and the remaining 29 , 3 % is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. Keywords: Training, Infrastructure and Budget , Employee Performance.   Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh Diklat, Sarana Prasarana Dan Anggaran Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Aparat Pengawas Internal Pemerintah (APIP) pada Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Kapuas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan koesioner dan dokumentasi. koesioner digunakan untuk mengukur variabel Diklat, Sarana prasarana dan Anggran serta kinerja pegawai. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, uji Koefisien Korelasi, Uji t (Parsial), Uji Multikolinearitas, Uji Kolmogorov Smirnov (Uji Normalitas), ANOVA (uji F Simultan) dan Uji Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Anggran mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil t test antara X3 (Anggaran) dengan Y (Kinerja APIP) menunjukkan t hitung = 3,114. Sedangkan t tabel (α = 0.05 ; db residual = 17) adalah sebesar 1,740. Karena t hitung > t tabel yaitu 3,114 > 1,740 atau nilai sig t (0,008) < α = 0.05 maka pengaruh X3(Anggaran) terhadap Y (Kinerja APIP) adalah signifikan. Hal ini berarti Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja APIP dapat dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh Anggaran. Berdasarkan koefisien dikarenakan mempunyai nilai koefisiensi beta paling besar 0,707 jika Dibandingkan dengan koefisien regresi variabel Diklat dan sarana prasarana. hal ini berarti h0 ditolak dan h3 diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa anggaran merupakan variabel yang dominan mempengaruhi kinerja aparat pengawas internal pemerintah pada inspektorat daerah kabupaten Kapuas senilai 70,7% dan sisanya 29,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Diklat, Sarana prasarana dan Anggaran, Kinerja Pegawai.

Theoretically outlined, Employee Performance can be influenced by several variables including Leadership Style, Placement, and Work Motivation. Therefore, the performance of employees at the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province can also be attributed to these three variables, this is what inspired the authors to conduct the research. Research objectives: 1. To find out the description of leadership style, placement,, motivation, and performance of Employees in the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province, 2. To know the direct and indirect influence of leadership style and placement on the work motivation of employees in the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province, 3. To know the direct and indirect influence of leadership style and placement on the performance of Employees in the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province, 4. To know the influence of leadership style and placement through work motivation on Kinerja Employees in The General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province. This research that became the object of the research was employees of the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province with a population of 130 people who were used as a research sample. Analysis techniques using Path Analysis tool using SPSS 22 software. The results showed that: 1. Leadership style, placement, motivation and employee performance are in good condition, 2. Leadership and placement styles directly and indirectly affect employee motivation, 3. Leadership and placement styles directly and indirectly affect employee performance, 4. Leadership and placement styles through motivation directly and indirectly affect performance.

This research was conducted at PT Sejahtera Indobali Trada Tabanan Branch. The number of samples taken is 54 employees, with the method used is a saturated sample. Data collection was obtained from the results of interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used the classic assumption test, path analysis (path analysis), sobel test and VAF test. The results of the study are career development has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect in mediating the relationship between career development and employee performance. The success of the banking industry in a crisis such as the Covid pandemic is highly dependent on employee performance. Employee performance in banking companies will increase employee efficiency and productivity. Employee performance improvement can be formed through accuracy in Work Placement and providing Work Motivation. Work Placement and employee motivation to improve performance are still debated in previous studies. Based on previous research gaps, this study aims to determine the effect of Work Placement and Work Motivation on Employee performance and to determine the effect of Work Placement on Employee performance through Work Motivation in employees of a government bank in Kediri, East Java, Indonesia. The number of respondents in this study was 58 people who were obtained by using the saturated sampling technique for employees. The data collection method used a questionnaire with PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that employee placement and work motivation influence the employee performance of a bank company. However, the Work Motivation variable as a moderating variable cannot be proven because there is no influence between the Work Placement variable on Work Motivation. The next researcher can retest and develop the concepts used in this research to contribute to the development and renewal of management science.

Mal Lippo Cikarang a shopping center that uses outsourcing employees to manager level down. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work environment and job insecurity on work motivation and its impact on employee performance Outsourcing in Lippo Cikarang Mall. The method of analysis used in this study are Pearson correlation and path analysis. Data obtained from the assessment of employees through questionnaires and interviews. Results achieved in this study was to determine that the work environment at the Mall Lippo Cikarang less convenient and there is job insecurity on the company and therefore contributes less well on work motivation and employee performance Outsourcing in Lippo Cikarang Mall. Job insecurity has a weak and a significant effect on work motivation and employee performance and work environment has a fairly strong relationship and significant impact on employee motivation and performance. Motivation to work has a strong relationship to the employee's performance. With the company is expected to focus on increasing motivation and improving the working environment at the Mall Lippo Cikarang and member attention on job insecurity. In addition, the expected results of this research can provide input to the Mall Lippo Cikarang so as to improve employee performance Outsourcing as well.
