The aim of this study is to carry out a socio-linguistic analysis of the dissemination of the Charter of Citizens' Rights and Obligations in Public Health Services. We designed a qualitative investigation using observation and content analysis. A deductive analysis technique was followed, based on the "SPEAKING" model categories. The data analysis suggests a clear framework of rights and obligations has been established, but is not very familiar to patients and relatives. We can conclude that despite the widespread dissemination and publicity of the Citizens' Charter of Rights and Obligations, we still need the involvement of professionals. Nurses can develop a fundamental role in this process.

This paper explores the ways in which narratives speak to issues of national identity - its production, reproduction, and contextual performance. Drawing first upon literature in history education, the paper explores the multivoiced nature of the historical narratives which structure American national identity projects. The paper next employs phenomenological methodology in order to explore the narratives produced by students in speaking about school experiences, which they found to have a national component. In this section, there is a particular focus on the teacher as a powerful text as read by students - a curriculum of its own right. The paper concludes by moving to theorize, using phenomenological and post-structural analyses, the relationship between the personal and the national, lived and historical experiences - while maintaining a focus on the civic and pedagogical implications of the data analysis.

Personal development is a sensitive matter for those who practice a profession interacting with people. Teaching allows, perhaps more than any other field, to be aware of the relationship between one's performance and its effects on students. Therefore, the interest in knowing its different factors and aspects is sustained over the years. This study proposes to learn about the perception of primary andsecondary education teachers about the relationship between self-knowledge, through self-observation practices, with personal development and, in turn, the incidence of the latter in professional improvement. The study is based on the content analysis of the thoughts manifested by the participants of a training-educational activity. This activity consisted of sustained observation from attention to personal interiority from all teaching professionals. The population of the study consists of 37 participants. An inductive qualitative methodology is used with an instrument, questionnaire, constructed “ad hoc” and it’s applied according to the pretest-posttest model. The data analysis was performed using the ATLAS Ti program. After the analysis, the following significant results emerged:71% of the teachers expressed interest in strengthening self-observation as a way of self-knowledge and as a goal for personal development and improvement of professional practice. It is found this action provides a new understanding of the "self" and the educational relationship teachers have with students.

This paper aims to examine Ibrahim Hosen's thoughts on the meaning and purpose of marriage and his contribution to the reform of marriage law in Indonesia. How Ibrahim Hosen's thinking about marriage is limited to the definition and purpose of marriage, how various thoughts exist and how the contribution of Ibrahim Hosen's thoughts to reforming marriage law in Indonesia is the problem of this research. This is a library research. The data analysis method used is content analysis. As a result, the definition of ownership in the marriage contract according to Ibrahim Hosen is not a contract to have a wife's body, making a wife an object by the husband. However, the right of ownership in the definition of marriage means the right to have the use of the husband against the wife, in addition to the haram husband who feels the pleasure of the wife. Based on this, it can be concluded that there is no patriarchal element in the definition of marriage as explained by the fiqh scholars. Ibrahim Hosen explained that marriage in Islam aims to build a prosperous household full of sakinah, mawaddah, and mercy. Therefore, linking the husband's obligation to provide for his wife with tamkin is clearly not right, because it seems as if the purpose of marriage is just a matter of sex. This thinking must be corrected by conducting a review, because the obligation to provide a living takes effect after the marriage contract occurs. Therefore, the provisions of Article 80 paragraph [5] KHI related to the relationship between husband and wife and tamkin, need to be revised.

The Instituto da Primeira Infância (IPREDE) is an extension program of the Federal University of Ceará (UFC). Students from the school of Medicine collaborate with the Institute by exercising their knowledge practically. The community, the University and the organization harvest advantages out of this cooperation. In this regard, the research question asks which would be the benefits to each part. To analyse the benefits of this collaboration, this study uses three categories of benefits drawn on from Cruz et al. (2011), which identify advantages (i) for the NGO and for society; (ii) for the researchers involved; (iii) for the university. This research was exploratory, qualitative and used semi-structured interviews. The data analysis utilized Bardin’s (1977) content analysis technique. Findings highlighted how the relationship between NGOs, community and university has been beneficial for all parties, as this interaction tackles an important social demand: the lack of appropriate paediatric healthcare.

Little is known about the experience among adult children who have a parent with Parkinsons Disease (PD). The purpose of this study was to explore, appreciate, and describe their experiences using a phenomenological methodology. Narratives were collected from seven participants who have a parent diagnosed with PD and analyzed according to Colaizzis (1978) phenomenological data analysis method. Seven thematic clusters were identified and an exhaustive description is presented to summarize the essence of their lived experience. The study indicates a strong sense of essential positivism from the participants stories, and overall, it seems PD has brought some degree of biological, psychological, socially, and/or spiritual meaning to their lives that they may not have otherwise noticed or experienced.

The data were analyzed using Regression Analysis which was facilitated through Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS Version 23.0). The findings showed a significant effect of costly–to-imitate capabilities on sustained competitive advantage in manufacturing firms in Nigeria. Based on the findings, the study concludes that costly–to-imitate capabilities significantly affect sustained competitive advantage in manufacturing firms in Nigeria. Hence, the study recommended that management should cultivate a distinctive unique organizational culture that other businesses will find it challenging to emulate. They should establish and pursue ambiguous cause that other firms find it hard to embark on and social complexity that focus on the relationship between managers and employees; managers and directors; the firm and the society (supplier, customers, government and union and associations) in order to gain sustained competitive advantage.
