The influence of service and promotion of marketing mix toward the decision of participants in joining vocational training at Balai Latihan Kerja Lembang. The research aimed to find out the influence of servicet and promotion of Marketing Mix toward the decision of participants in joining vocational training at BLK Lembang. Research method used in this research was associative and qualitative method. The research provided primary data. The data collection technique used in this research ware library research and field research such as observation and questionnaire. Methods of data analysis used by the researcher were classic assumption test that includes validity test and reliability as well as hypothesis test consisting of partial test and simultaneous test. The research found that servicet and promotion of marketing mix give great influence toward decision of participants in joining vocational training. According analysis process recognized that there was strong and positive correlation marked by score r=0.897 and R2= 0,805. It showed that servicet and promotion of marketing mix influenced the decision of participants in joining vocational training in the amount of 80,5%. Besides, the remaining result of 19,5% was influenced by the certain factor that was not analysed in this research.The research was expected to give advantages toward BLK Lembang in improving its service servicet in order to maintain the quality of training service servicet in BLK Lembang that has been well accepted by training participants. In improving its service training servicet, BLK Lembang should enhance its service training based on public’s demand and increase promotional effort to let the participant know that BLK Lembang provides free training program.

Many factors that affect a person's interest in doing something, in this case the author intended is the selection of interest in choosing the community of Islamic banking services. A person's interest in choosing a product is influenced by his perception and knowledge of the product. This study aims to know and analyze the perceptions of the scholars, the leaders of  Islamic organizations and academics of sharia banking and its influence on the growth of Islamic banking in Banten. Teknik data collection used in this research is convenient sampling method. Convenient technique is used because the number of scholars in Banten is very much and the researchers chose the board of MUI of Banten Province as the representative of the ulama in Banten. The type of data used in this study is primary data collected directly by researchers from the field. The data source used in this research is field research (field data) and library research (library data) .The data collection techniques used in this study survey through questionnaires and interviews with the respondents. Based on the results of questionnaires research on 3 groups of Respondents: MUI (30 respondents), Academics (30 respondents), and Islamic Organizations (30 respondents) can be concluded that respondents from academic groups agree on the suitability of the practice and marketing mix of sharia banking with average value 3.77, while respondents from the MUI group and Islamic organizations strongly agree on the suitability of the practice and marketing mix of sharia banking with an average value of 4.11 and 4.35.

Indonesian people who live in the village daily take care of plants in the fields and in the garden. The crop that is currently being planted is rice as a staple food. In managing rice, it is usually done by husband and wife together. Even so, the husband still does the heavy part and the wife does the light part, just like the husband who irrigates the plants and hoes and then the wife takes the weeds around the plants so that the plants grow optimally. The farmer household is one of the most decisive decision-making units in managing household needs, the decision-making process in the family is often dominated by the head of the family, researchers are interested in examining how social stratification and the implementation of rights and obligations of married couples in Banjarejo Village, Rejotangan District, Tulungagung Regency. This research method is qualitative with a field research approach. The data collection technique used in this study was conducted by interview. The results of the interview become primary data, this data is then analyzed using reduction techniques, presentation and conclusion drawing.

Tourism activities are human activities driven by curiosity and enjoying tourist attractions and tourist attractions without knowing administrative boundaries. Therefore, the concept of integrated regional development can overcome and assist organizational differences between districts into a unity of regional planning and development with tourism activities in Sukabumi Regency. In this research, the method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. Sources of data in this study come from primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique used is field research, such as observation, interviews, and library research. The analysis used by the pen is descriptive-qualitative. The research results on tourism's role in developing tourism potential in the Sukabumi Regency are dominant as a facilitator compared to other parts. This role as a facilitator can be seen mainly in the provision of object infrastructure, which is still largely borne by the Tourism Office. Facilities for distributing stimulant fund assistance for people who want to develop a tourism object, promote tourism objects, and facilities provided to third parties such as investors and tourism entrepreneurs to develop their tourism businesses in Sukabumi Regency.

ABSTRACT Sharia marketing is spiritual marketing which views competitors as not enemies, but equal partner who are able to spur creativity and innovation of the company. Rabbani Store is one of the first and the largest instant veil company in Indonesia by Issuing a reliable product in the form of an instant veil and other products that have also been developed, namely Muslim Fashion including Kemko, Tunic, Castles and other equipment such as ciput or inner hoods and accessories. Many new business people, the threat of substitute products, which brings new capacity that offers fashion products that are more fashionable. This research is a type of field research using two types of data sources, namely primary data and secondary data obtained using interviews and documentation. After the data is collected, the data is then analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of this study state that marketing is carried out by Rabbani store in broad terms in accordance with sharia marketing theory which includes the characteristics of sharia marketing, the principles and practices of  Rasulullah’s marketing. And applied in the marketing mix (marketing mix) which consists of four elements, namely the distribution channel (place), products or services (products), price (price) and promotion (promotion). From the analysis of competitive strategies carried out by Rabbani Stores in the face of increasingly, fierce business competition, the business strategy proposed by Michael Porter’s called The Porter’s Competitive Strategic namely differentiation strategy. So that the Rabbani Store when ink was still a leader in Muslim fashion

This study aims to analyze capital and profit-taking percentage influance on the revenue of grocery stores in Karang Anyar, Langsa. This study uses primary data and the method used to collect primary data is field research methods. The sample selection used Slovin sampling technique. By using Slovin formula, a population of 5 grocery stores and an error limit of 5 percent, obtained a sample of 5 grocery stores. The data analysis technique used to solve problem in the study is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on calculation of Eviews 11, the simultaneous test results show that capital and percentage of profit-taking percentage have a significant effect on the revenue of grocery stores in Karang Anyar, Langsa. Capital and percentage of profit taking partially have a positive and significant effect on the revenue of grocery stores in Karang Anyar, Langsa

The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the influence of service quality and trust on Go-Food consumer loyalty in Bandar Lampung. This research uses quantitative method with purposive sampling technique. The population in this study are consumers who use Go-Food services in Bandar Lampung. The number of samples used amounted to 100 respondents. Sources of data in this study using primary data obtained from the distribution of several statements to respondents online. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, partial test, simultaneous test, and the coefficient of determination. with the help of the SPSS version 23 program. The results showed that based on the hypothesis test (t test and f test), all three hypotheses were accepted. This means that Service Quality and Trust partially have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty and simultaneously Service Quality and Trust have a positive and significant effect on Go-Food Consumer Loyalty in Bandar Lampung. The objective of this study was to determine the effect of consumer perception on purchase decision of XL Xtra Combo Lite data package card (a case study of the VI semester students of Management Study Program at the STIE Sultan Agung). This study used the designs of literature review and field research. The type of data used in this study was qualitative and quantitative data. The data sources consisted of primary data and secondary data. The population used in this study was the VI semester students of undergraduate Management Study Program at the STIE Sultan Agung and the sample used was 44 respondents. The data collection was carried out by questionnaire, interview and documentation. The analysis technique used was qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive analyses consisting of multiple linear regression, correlation test, as well as determination and hypothesis test. The results of this study concluded that consumer perception and purchase decision were good. Then, for the results of the hypothesis, it was known that consumer perception had a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of XL Xtra Combo Lite data package card (a case study of the VI semester students of Management Study Program at the STIE Sultan Agung).

AbstractThis study aimed to investigate the effect between the marketing mix components; Products (X1), Price (X2), Promotion (X3), and Place (X4) on the Buying decision (Y) of clothing consumers at the selected department stores in Malang City. The population in this study was all the clothing consumers at the selected department stores in Malang City. Sampling was done by Proportional random sampling technique, and obtained the sample of 150 respondents. Primary data was collected using questionnaire as the research instrument. Data analysis was performed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis on the SPSS 21 program. The results validated that Products (X1), Price (X2), Promotion (X3), and Place (X4) have a significant effect on the consumers’ buying decision (Y). This is showed by the significance value (p-value) < α (0.05) both in partial and simultaneous test. The influence of all components of the marketing mix on the consumers’ buying decision is 50.3% (R square 0.503). In addition, the component of marketing mix with the biggest influence is promotion (Standardized coefficient 0.334). Therefore, it can be concluded that the marketing mix has a significant effect on the buying decision of clothing consumers of department stores in Malang City.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, work motivation on employee performance at the Medan Marelan District Office. The population and sample used in this study were employees of the Medan Marelan sub-district office as many as 50 respondents. The type of data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews, questionnaires and literature studies that are measured using a Likert scale. Hypothesis testing in this study uses a validity test analysis tool, data analysis conducted in this study is the hypothesis test with t test (partial test) and F test (simultaneous test). The results of this study were obtained that: (1) based on a partial test of leadership style Influenced the performance of Marelan district office staff with a t test of 2.562. (2) Based on a partial test of work motivation, the effect on the performance of Marelan district office staff with a t test of 3.796. (3) Based on the Simultaneous test the Effect of Work Motivation and Work Competence on the Performance of the Employees of Medan Marelan Sub-District Office with an F test of 425,327.

The purpose of this research is to find out the types and what medicinal plants are used by the people in Karang Pule Hamlet. Data retrieval in this study through two approaches, namely field research to get primary data and then enriched through secondary data. Primary data collection is carried out by involving the community through interviews with local community groups and individual members of the community. The selection criteria are based on the ability and practice of traditional medicine that conducted by informants. In collecting data, the interview technique used is open ended. This data collection technique is also used to explore knowledge systems about the diversity of traditional medicinal plant species, how to manage them, use them as well as to maintain the interest of the medical community using medicinal plants. Obtained types of medicinal plants that are used by the community in the Iron Pande Environment include Red Onion, Betel, Ginger, Castor Leaves, Guava, Turi Leaves, Lime, Sager, Banten, Kencur, Galangal, Turmeric, Cat Mustache, Horse Whip, Tongue Crocodile, Sondak / Pumpkin, Papaya, Blimbing, Cinnamon, Temulawak, Celery, Soursop Leaves, and Lemongrass. So, it can be concluded that medicinal plants can be beneficial to improve the health status of Karang Pule community.
