Job satisfaction is a very important thing to note so that all activities within the company can be run smoothly. Research on the level of job satisfaction at PT. Centradist Partsindo Utama Medan Branch started from the high level of employee absenteeism. Main Branch Medan. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods that aim to determine the level of job satisfaction of employees at PT. Centradist Partsindo Utama Medan Branch based on data obtained from questionnaires. The sampling technique used by the researcher is purposive sampling where the subjects in this study are all employees. who have worked for more than 2 years at PT. Centradist Partsindo Utama Medan Branch, as many as 21 people. research subjects where as many as 3 employees (14.3%) have a high level of job satisfaction, 15 employees (71.4%) have a moderate level of job satisfaction, and 3 employees (14.3%) have low job satisfaction

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh iklim organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Melalui Kepuasan Kerja dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Pada Kantor Kecamatan Panakkukang Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang berkarakter probablistik menggunakan analisis jalur path. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah regresi linier berganda dengan serangkaian uji instrumen dan uji asumsi klasik.  Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling.  Variabel penelitian ini terdiri dari iklim organisasi, kepuasan kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, dan kinerja pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi.  Pengujian instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. This study aims to determine the influence of organizational climate on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the Panakkukang District Office, Makassar City. This research uses quantitative methods with probabilistic characteristics using path analysis. The method used to analyze the data is multiple linear regression with a series of instrument tests and classical assumption tests. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The variables of this study consist of organizational climate, job satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and employee performance. Data collection techniques used in this study consist of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Testing instruments in this study using validity and reliability tests. The results showed that organizational climate has a positive and significant effect.

The objectives of the research were to (1) design an instructional model based on Connectivism and Constructivism to create innovation in real world experience, (2) assess the model designed–the designed instructional model. The research involved 2 stages: (1) the instructional model design and (2) the instructional model rating. The sample consisted of 7 experts, and the Purposive Sampling Technique was used. The research instruments were the instructional model and the instructional model evaluation form. The statistics used in the research were means and standard division. The research results were (1) the Instructional Model based on Connectivism and Constructivism to Create innovation in Real World Experience consisted of 3 components. These were Connectivism, Constructivism and Innovation in Real World Experience and (2) the instructional model rating was at a high level (=4.37, S.D.=0.41). The research results revealed that the Instructional Model Based on Connectivism and Constructivism to Create Innovation in Real World Experience was a model that can be used in learning, in that it promoted the creation of real world experience innovation.

This study aims to determine the effect of job training, work environment, and compensation on employee job satisfaction at Roy Sentoso Collection Yogyakarta. This research uses quantitative methods. The population of this study were employees of the Roy Sentoso Collection Yogyakarta with a total of 50 employees. The sampling technique is saturated sample by taking all samples, namely 50 employees. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis using SPSS 23 which consists of data quality test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, and determination coefficient. The results showed that job training and compensation had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. While the work environment partially does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan Roy Sentoso Collection Yogyakarta dengan jumlah 50 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sampel jenuh dengan mengambil semua sampel yaitu 50 karyawan. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS 23 yang terdiri dari uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sedangkan lingkungan kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata kunci : pelatihan kerja, lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, dan kepuasan kerja

ABSTRAK Dalam suatu perusahaan asuransi, agen asuransi adalah hal penting, karena menjadi gambaran atau cerminan dari perusahaan asuransi didepan nasabah perusahaan asuransi. Melihat begitu pentingnya agen asuransi dalam perusahaan, perusahaan asuransi memberikan penghargaan untuk mendukung jenjang karir agen sehingga pada akhirnya membuat agen akan terikat dengan perusahaan sehingga munculnya work engagement. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara resiliensi dengan work engagement pada agen asurasni perusahaan X. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat korelasional. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 104 orang agen asuransi dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan positif antara resiliensi dengan work engagement dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,286 (p = 0,003). Dalam penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang berarti pada setiap variabel, sehingga dapat dikatakan apabila resiliensi agen tinggi, maka work engagement agen akan tinggi juga dan sebaliknya. Peneliti menyarankan untuk pihak perusahaan asuransi untuk selalu berkembang untuk mendengarkan pendapat dari agen sehingga terjalin hubungan yang baik antara agen dan pekerjaannya. Kata Kunci: Resiliensi, work engagement, agen asuransi ABSTRACT In an insurance company, insurance agent is an important thing. Insurance Agent could become an image or reflection of insurance company in front of clients. By looking at the importance of insurance agent, insurance company will gives reward to support agent's career path which finally is making agents tied to the company and resulting the appearance of work engagement. The purpose of this dissertation is to understand the correlation between resilience and work engagement of insurance agent in X-Company. The method that being used is Correlational Quantitative Research Method. The data is being collected by questionnaire with  104 insurance agent amount of sample and purposive sampling technique. The result of this dissertation shows that there's a positive and strong correlation between resilience and work engagement with 0.286 correlation coefficient value (p = 0.003). It shows that there's a meaningful correlation in each variable so it can be said if the resilience of agent is high, the work engagement of the agent is also high and vice versa. Writer suggest that company can be actively  participate in communicating with its agents so that there will be a good correlation between agents and their job. Keywords : Resilience, Work engagement, insurance

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of compensation on job satisfaction mediated by job satisfaction. The object of research at PT ISS Cikarang. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with SEM Smart PLS software as an analysis tool. The number of samples obtained by using a random sampling technique using the Slovin formula totaled 97 respondents. Data collection was carried out using google form in filling out online surveys. The data analysis method used is the R-square test, Bootstrapping, Path Coefficient, and Specific indirect effects. The results of this study indicate that compensation has an effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction affects employee performance, job satisfaction is able to provide a positive influence in mediating the relationship between compensation and employee performance in PT ISS Cikarang.

This research aims to find out and test the influence of E-SPT Implementation, Knowledge and Socialization on Personal Taxpayer Compliance in TelukJambe Village. The study used quantitative methods using primary data obtained from questionnaires. The population in the study was 620 people. The sample in this study was 86 respondents. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling.  The results showed that the Implementation of E-SPT had no significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance, Knowledge had a significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance and Socialization had no significant effect on People's Taxpayer Compliance. Turnover can also be defined as the movement of workers out of the organization. Turnover refers to the final reality faced by an organization in the form of the number of employees who leave the organization in a certain period, while the desire of employees to move (turnover intentions) refers to the results of individual evaluations regarding the continuation of relationships with the organization that have not been manifested in definite actions to leave the organization. This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Compensation on Turnover Intention, Knowing the effect of Non-Financial Compensation on Turnover Intention and Knowing the effect of Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention. In this study, sample selection was carried out using purposive sampling method. The purposive sampling method is a sampling technique with certain considerations. The sample in the study was selected using purposive sampling and obtained 65 samples. Based on the research results, financial compensation has no significant positive effect on the dependent variable, namely Turnover intention (Y), non-financial compensation has no effect on the dependent variable, namely Turnover intention (Y) and Job Satisfaction has no effect on the dependent variable, namely Turnover intention.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika dalam mengerjakan soal olimpiade SMP bagi siswa kelas IX SMP N 8 Salatiga. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 4 siswa yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil tes dan wawancara diketahui semua subjek tidak memenuhi kelima tahap Krulik & Rudnick pada soal nomor 1. Pada langkah awal tahap membaca dan berfikir (read and think) subjek  telah melakukan kesalahan dalam memahami soal/masalah. Sedangkan untuk soal nomor 2 hanya 1 subjek yang tidak mampu melewati tahap kelima pada tahap teori Krulik dan Rudnick yaitu refleksi dan pengembangan (reflect and extend). Abstract:  This is a qualitative descriptive research. The purpose of this research is to know the ability of mathematics problem solving in doing Junior High Olympics for students of grade IX SMP N 8 Salatiga. The research subjects consist of 4 students selected by purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of tests and interviews are known that all subjects did not meet the five stages of Krulik & Rudnick in question number 1. In the first step of reading and thinking phase, the subject has made a mistake in understanding the problem. Meanwhile, in question number 2 only 1 subject who is not able to pass the fifth stage at the stage of Krulik and Rudnick theory, that is reflect and extend.

This study is design to  investigate the implementation of the shura among headmasters that’s influence teachers’ work commitment, and to examine the shura element asli predictability of teachers’ work commitment. This study uses quantitative methods involving 200 respondents among teachers from 23 grade A schools in Johor Bahru. The overall analysis of questionnaire data obtained Cronbach alpha value of 0.946, which showed the highest level of reliability assessment and fulfilling the needs of this study. The data is analys using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) 22.0. Overall finding shows the implementation of the practice of shura is in a high level, which should be carried out among the teachers. Referring to the second objectives of this study, the analysis proves that elements of the shura; openness, consensus, trust, and trust able to predict work commitments. Based on this result, it can be understood that the elements of the shura competent to improve future teachers’work commitments. It is recommended, for future studies to the investiage the practice of shura in relation with the job satisfaction and school achievement in education. The findings of this study are expected to generate knowledge and understanding in leadership based on a broad practice of shura.

This study aims to examine the relationship between loneliness and selfie-liking. The hypothesis of this research is that there is a positive relationship between loneliness and selfie-liking among college students. This research used correlational quantitative methods. Participants in this research was 64 students, which was taken by purposive sampling technique, with inclusive criteria: like to do selfie and in the last month post the selfie photos to social media as much as 4-6 times. Data were collected using the Loneliness Scale from UCLA Version 3 and selfie-liking measured by Selfie-Liking Scale.  The correlation was analyzed using the Spearman Correlation Test with SPSS 23 for Windows. The results showed there was a positive and significant relationship between loneliness and self-liking (r=.297; p=.009) which means the higher loneliness, the higher selfie-liking.
