Ayurveda, the science of life is based on several concepts. Concept of Agni is one of them. This study aims to explore the knowledge on Agni and mainly based on the authentic Ayurveda texts. Ayurveda has given prime importance to Agni (digestive fire) as it is one of the basic biologic elements of the living body. Agni has its own physical characteristics, location and functions in the body. Ayurveda emphasized that the balance state of Agni is essential to maintain the health of an individual. If Agni devoid of its normal functions it will leads to diseases. Different views have been suggested regarding Pitta and Agni by different Acharyas. Some Acharyas consider Pitta to be Agni while others speak Pitta is different from Agni. Although different types of Agnis are described in Ayurveda, thirteen types of Agnis viz 7 Dhatvagnis, 5 Bhutagnis and 1 Jatharagni are mostly considered. Jatharagni is also classified into four categories according to its performance of digestion in the human being namely Vishamagni, Teekshanagni, Mandagni and Samagni. Agni converts food in the form of energy, which is responsible for all the vital functions of our body.

This article deals with the idea of ritual bodily impurity after coming into contact with a corpse in the Hebrew Bible. The evanescence and impermanence of the human body testifies to the mortality of the human being. In that way, the human body symbolizes both life and death at the same time; both conditions are perceivable in it. In Judaism, the dead body is considered as ritually impure. Although, in this context it might be better to substitute the term ‘ritually damaged’ for ‘ritually impure’: ritual impurity does not refer to hygienic or moral impurity, but rather to an incapability of exercising—and living—religion. Ritual purity is considered as a prerequisite for the execution of ritual acts and obligations. The dead body depends on a sphere which causes the greatest uncertainty because it is not accessible for the living. According to Mary Douglas’s concepts, the dead body is considered ritually impure because it does not answer to the imagined order anymore, or rather because it cannot take part in this order anymore. This is impurity imagined as a kind of contagious illness, which is carried by the body. This article deals with the ritual of the red heifer in Numbers 19. Here we find the description of the preparation of a fluid that is to help clear the ritual impurity out of a living body after it has come into contact with a corpse. For the preparation of this fluid a living creature – a faultless red heifer – must be killed. According to the description, the people who are involved in the preparation of the fluid will be ritually impure until the end of the day. The ritual impurity acquired after coming into contact with a corpse continues as long as the ritual of the Red Heifer remains unexecuted, but at least for seven days.

Chapter 6 takes up the end of the human story with God, the eschatological transformation of the human being through the resurrection of the body end entry into perfect communion with God. Conventionally, theologians have imagined resurrected of human body as being whole and intact, but with several basic vital functions negated—namely digestion and sexual expression. Arguing that such a maneuver safeguards the materiality of the human body precisely by negating its animality, this chapter seeks to construct a vision of transformed human life with God in which digestion and sexual expression are at the center of human communion with God and fellow creatures. The chapter’s efforts are aided by the wealth of the tradition itself: biblical and liturgical imagery such as the wedding feast of the Lamb, eucharistic theology, and Christian nuptial mysticism.

Ayurveda is a science of life, which protect health and promote life (Ayu) of human being. Geriatric disorder is growing problem in today’s era; by 2050 one fifth of the world will be older than 65 years. As per Acharya Sushruta Jara is naturally occurring disease like Kshut(Hunger), Pipasa(Thirst), Nidra(Sleep), and Mrityu (Death) under phenomenon of Svabhavbala roga.Acharya Vaghbhata explained Vata dosha is predominant in old age so there will be more chances of catabolic activities in the body cells. Sarvadhatuvyuhakarta is the function of Vata dosha which will be predominant in old age causes Dhatukshaya. Predominant Vata dosha and Dhatukshaya leads to many degenerative diseases and it also affect the organ like Netra.Indriyaabhivahan,Sarvendriyayojan and Indriyatarpana (along with other dosha) are the normal functions of prakrita Vata, also Preenan,Jeevan ,Lepana and Sneha are the normal functions of Dhatu. Acharya Sushruta explained four types of Patals (layer of eyeball), these Patalas are Dhatuashrit.During ageing the changes occur in patalas manifested by Timir, ARMD and Linganaash like diseases.Dhatukshaya and its effect on netra occurs continuously. To break down this vicious chain Ayurveda has it’own Rasayana (Rejuvenation) therapy which deals with old age. Rasayana helpful in balancing Vata and improving Dhatukshaya. With the help of Rasayana therapy we can delay pathogenesis of Dhatukshaya and ageing, ultimately it prevents diseases for some period.

Ayurveda consider that the body is controlled by three fundamental factors called tridosha. They are the pillar of the body. They all in equilibrium perform their normal functions by which the body is sustained free from diseases. Any disturbance to their balance state leads to disease. Among these three dosha , vata has very much significance. It plays a key role behind maintenance of body in normal healthy state. Vata is strongest of all dosha and it causes large number of diseases if get vitiated. Avarana is one of the least understood concepts among the basic mechanism of ayurvedic fundamentals. Avaran plays an important part in understanding the samprapti of many diseases. In any type of avarna there are two components one is Avrutt dosha , the dosha whose function get affected by obstruction or covering and the second component is the Avarak which causing avarana of peculiar dosha. Acharyas have explained many avarana and its sign and symptoms will give clue to the diagnosis of avarana. The increased sign and symptoms will suggest the avaraka and decreased sign and symptoms suggest avarutta. Once the diagnosis confirmed then the treatment can be initiated. This study aims to observe correlation between lakshanani of raktavrita vata and Cellulitis. It can be concluded that the most of symptoms of cellulitis are found similar to raktavrita vata.

Digitalization increasingly enforces organizations to accommodate changes and gain resilience. Emerging technologies, changing organizational structures and dynamic work environments bring opportunities and pose new challenges to organizations. Such developments, together with the growing volume and variety of the exchanged data, mainly yield complexity. This complexity often represents a solid barrier to efficiency and impedes understanding, controlling, and improving processes in organizations. Hence, organizations are prevailingly seeking to identify and avoid unnecessary complexity, which is an odd mixture of different factors. Similarly, in research, much effort has been put into measuring, reviewing, and studying complexity. However, these efforts are highly fragmented and lack a joint perspective. Further, this negatively affects the complexity research acceptance by practitioners. In this study, we extend the body of knowledge on complexity research and practice addressing its high fragmentation. In particular, a comprehensive literature analysis of complexity research is conducted to capture different types of complexity in organizations. The results are comparatively analyzed, and a morphological box containing three aspects and ten features is developed. In addition, an established multi-dimensional complexity framework is employed to synthesize the results. Using the findings from these analyses and adopting the Goal Question Metric, we propose a method for complexity management. This method serves to provide key insights and decision support in the form of extensive guidelines for addressing complexity. Thus, our findings can assist organizations in their complexity management initiatives.

Bleeding as a cause of underlying psychological or psychiatric disorder is hardly ever thought of mainly due to unawareness and rarity. An overview will help to understand the real problem. A detailed literature survey of different types of bleeding from various parts of the body for which the reasons could not be diagnosed easily was made over last seven decades (1951-2021). These have been presented mainly in tabular form and also, in the text as briefly as possible to have a comprehensive overview only. The contents portray the nature, triggers and spectrum of settings in which haemorrhages occurred including the explanations which were available from the articles. In addition, some of my personal conjectures as possible causes have also been included. Unexplained bleeding might be psychological or psychiatric in origin. Awareness about this will enable to diagnose the case at the earliest and accordingly, the management can be started. Different types of such haemorrhage including particularly those due to idiopathic causes are potential areas of research.

Introduction. Lipids are a widespread group of biologically active substances in nature, making up the bulk of the organic substances of all living organisms. They accumulate in plants in seeds, as well as in fruits and perform a number of vital functions: they are the main components of cell membranes and the energy reserve for the body.Aim. Study of neutral lipids of sown oats (Avena sativa L.).Materials and methods. The objects of the study were fruits (grains) of oats of the sown variety "Tashkent 1," harvested in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Results and discussions. Neutral lipids of oat grains have been found to contain 13 fatty acids with a predominance of the sum of oleic, linolenic and linoleic acids. The total degree of unsaturation was almost 78%. Absorption bands characteristic of these substances were observed in the IR spectrum of MEGC.Conclusion. According to the results of the NL analysis, oat grains consisted of triacylglycerides and free LCDs, which were accompanied by hydrocarbons, phytosterols, triterpenoids and tocopherols.

The “Coronavirus disease 19 (COVID-19)” is caused by “Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2)”, a newly discovered member of the Coronaviridae family of viruses which is a highly communicable. There is no effective medical treatment till date for Coronavirus disease hence prevention is the best way to keep disease away. Rasayana proved to be highly efficacious and cost effective for the Prevention and Control of viral infections when vaccines and standard therapies are lacking. Rasayana Chikitsa is one of the eight branches of Ashtanga Ayurveda which helps to maintain healthy life style. Rasayana improves immunity and performs many vital functions of human body. Vyadhikshamatva that is immune mechanism of the body is involved in Prevention of the occurrence of a new disease and it also decreases the virulence and progression of an existing disease. In COVID-19 the Respiratory system mainly get affected which is evident from its symptoms like cold, cough and breathlessness. Here the drugs help in enhancing immune system and strengthening functions of Respiratory system can be useful. For this purpose, the Rasayana like Chyavanprasha, Agastya Haritaki, Pippali Rasayana, Guduchi, Yashtimadhu, Haridra, Ashwagandha, Tulsi are used. Rasayana working on Respiratory system are best for Prevention of Coronavirus and boosting immune system. Rasayana Chikitsa can be effective in the Prevention as well as reducing symptoms of COVID-19.

Food also reflected as the symbol of individuality, generosity, social status and religious believes etc in a civilized society. Food is not a discriminating aspect. The assessment and dynamic control over students’ status is a very important task. It allows timely detection of prenosological status prior to pathology and health maintenance in students. The objective of the paper is to assess the adaptive abilities of the body, to analyze changes in heart rate variability indicators in students with various types of autonomic regulation, to identify prenosological status and precursory pathological symptoms. Materials and Methods. The study enrolled 302 students from India, aged 21.54±1.43. Programming complex «Psychophysiologist» was used to register the main HRV parameters within 5 minutes. Health status was evaluated according to the index of functional changes and the scale of functional states. Results. N.I. Shlyk (2009) distinguished two groups of students with different types of autonomic regulation: type 1 (53 %) with moderate and type 2 (5 %) with marked characteristics of central regulation profile, type 3 (35 %) with moderate and type 4 (7 %) with marked characteristics of autonomous regulation profile. Main parameters of HRV and adaptation potential were defined for each student.All the parameters characterized functional and health status. Conclusions. It was shown that 82 % of trial subjects (type 1), 53 % (type 2), 94 % (type 3) and 95 % (type 4) demonstrated satisfactory adaptation and their physiological processes were at an optimal level. 18 % of students (type 1) demonstrated reduced adaptive abilities of the body. Moreover, they were under moderate stress. 47 % of subjects (type 2) were also under a significant stress, which was proven by excessively high SI, low SDNN and TP, and an increased index of functional changes. 5 % of students (type 4) revealed dysfunctional characteristics in the heart rhythm, peculiar to pathology. Оценка состояния студентов и динамический контроль за ним является важной задачей, поскольку позволяет своевременно выявлять у студентов донозологические состояния, предшествующие патологии, и способствовать сохранению здоровья. Цель. Оценка адаптивных возможностей организма, анализ изменений показателей вариабельности сердечного ритма у студентов с различными типами вегетативной регуляции, выявление донозологических состояний и ранних признаков патологии. Материалы и методы. В исследовании участвовало 302 студента в возрасте 21,54+1,43 года из Индии. Регистрировались основные параметры ВСР в течение 5 мин с использованием программно-аппаратного комплекса «Психофизиолог». Состояние и уровень здоровья оценивались по индексу функциональных изменений и шкале функциональных состояний. Результаты. По способу, предложенному Н.И. Шлык, выделены группы студентов с различными типами вегетативной регуляции: I (53 %) и II типы (5 %) – с умеренным и выраженным преобладанием центрального контура регуляции соответственно, III (35 %) и IV типы (7 %) – с умеренным и выраженным преобладанием автономного контура регуляции соответственно. У каждого из студентов определены основные параметры ВСР и адаптационного потенциала, характеризующие функциональное состояние и уровень здоровья. Выводы. Показано, что для 82 % обследуемых с I типом, 53 % со II типом, 94 % c III типом и 95 % с IV типом регуляции характерно состояние удовлетворительной адаптации, физиологические процессы сохраняются на оптимальном уровне. В группе студентов I типа у 18 % студентов адаптивные возможности организма снижены, выявлено состояние умеренного напряжения. У 47 % обследуемых II типа также зафиксировано состояние резко выраженного напряжения, индикатором которого является чрезмерно высокое значение SI, низкие величины SDNN и ТP, повышенное значение индекса функциональных изменений. В группе студентов с IV типом у 5 % учащихсяв регуляции ритма сердца выявлены дисфункциональные признаки, характерные для патологии. Ключевые слова: иностранные студенты, вариабельность сердечного ритма, типы вегетативной регуляции, адаптационный потенциал, функциональное состояние.
