SMEs have an important role in the economy, but to be able to develop, many of them face problems, there are capital access andmarketing. The difficulty of accessing capital is because SMEs do not yet have financial reports. This program aims to socializethe benefits of small business financial management, conduct training on daily recording transactions, and prepare financialreports. For the socialization of small business financial management, the accounting cycle and financial management benefitboth personal and institutional are presented. Then the implementation practice of delivering socialization materials. Therecording of daily transactions and preparation of financial reports follows the rules of SAK ETAP with many conveniences forSMEs compared to PSAK, which has more complex reporting requirements. From assisting the preparation of financialstatements, we can produce income statements and reports on changes in capital. We encountered problems when preparing abalance sheet because of Rindu.Id does not have current asset reports and inventory reports in the warehouse.

Micro small business in Tegalarum village is one of the micro small business groups in Mranggen District, Demak Regency. The majority of these micro small business entrepreneurs do not have skills in the field of finance, especially cash flow statements (cash flow statements). Therefore, non-formal education activities are needed in the form of counseling aimed at providing non-formal education through an outreach approach to the preparation of cash flow reports so that these reports can be accounted for and accountable. ) which has been prepared by the Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI) as a standard compiler for cash flow reports, so that this report can later be accounted for and can be read by parties with an interest in the report. The activity method in the form of a participatory training approach is carried out through several activity steps, namely: counseling, training and monitoring and evaluation. As for the results of non-formal education activities through counseling that has been carried out, it is known that micro small business entrepreneurs in Tegalarum Village, Mranggen District, Demak Regency have been able to increase their knowledge and skills in making financial reports, especially cash flow reports.Usaha mikro kecil  desa  Tegalarum merupakan salah satu kelompok Usaha mikro kecil Kecamatan Mranggen Kabupaten Demak. Mayoritas pengusaha Usaha mikro kecil tersebut belum mempunyai skill dibidang finance khususnya cash flow statement (laporan arus kas). Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan kegiatan pendidikan non formal berupa penyuluhan yang  bertujuan memberikan pendidikan jon formal melalui pendekatan penyuluhan penyusunan laporan arus kas agar laporan tersebut  dapat dipertanggungjawabkan  dan akuntabel  Dalam  penyusunan  laporan    arus kas  tersebut telah  diatur dalam  Pedoman  Standar  Arus kas kuntansi  Keuangan  (PSAK-45)  yang  telah  disusun  oleh Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia (IAI) sebagai penyusun standar laporan arus kas, agar laporan ini nantinya bisa dipertanggungjawabkan dan dapat dibaca oleh pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan terhadap laporan tersebut. Metode kegiatan dalam bentuk pendekatan participatory training dilakukan melalui beberapa langkah kegiatan. yaitu : penyuluhan, pelatihan dan monitoring serta evaluasi.  Adapun hasil kegiatan pendidikan non formal mekalui penyuluhan yang telah dilaksanakan diketahui bahwa pengusaha Usaha mikro kecil desa Tegalarum Kecamatan Mranggen Kabupaten Demak sudah mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dalam membuat laporan keuangan khususnya laporan arus kas.

Islamic boarding school is one of the educational institutions of non-governmental non-profit religious organizations that prioritizes a service to external parties. The financial management of Islamic boarding schools still uses simple methods, accounting that has been used so far has not used financial reports that are in accordance with Islamic boarding school accounting guidelines. The purpose of this service is to provide additional knowledge to financial managers in compiling financial reports using software in order to provide transparent, accountable and accountable reporting. The method of implementing the activity is counseling, discussion and question and answer, which begins with providing knowledge about how to prepare Islamic boarding school accounting financial reports.

MSMEs are an economic driving sector that can contribute greatly to the Indonesian economy. One of the weaknesses of MSMEs is that they still lack knowledge and understanding of financial management, especially when coupled with the Covid-19 epidemic, MSMEs are experiencing various problems, so there needs to be strengthening of MSMEs through various skills so that MSMEs can survive during pandemics and post-pandemics. One of the business groups that is quite affected by Covid-19, is MSMEs engaged in the culinary or food sector, which are indicated to still have weaknesses in the financial aspect. Our MSME partners in community service are handayani catering assisted groups. The PKM team makes efforts to assist the assisted catering groups through mentoring, empowerment and capacity building activities in financial management, starting with providing financial records and bookkeeping as well as various ways to mitigate financial risk. The result of this activity was that the participants began to prepare financial reports and began to implement financial management, especially cash flow, which was previously less of a concern. Participants were greatly helped by the preparation of financial reports as an indicator of business sustainability and health.

Bank Sampah Lestari 25 is a community group in Serang City that carries out business activities to utilize waste to be managed with a system of refuse, reduce, and recycle. This effort is certainly a form of public concern in helping the government improve environmental cleanliness. In addition, of course, you will get income to improve people's welfare and advance the economic structure. The absence of financial management carried out at Bank Sampah Lestari 25 makes the performance of this waste bank not optimal. Financial management is an action to achieve financial goals in the future. Financial management includes personal financial management, family financial management, and company financial management. Financial management is an important part of overcoming economic problems, whether individuals, families, or companies. The objectives of financial management in general are to achieve certain target funds in the future, protect and increase wealth owned, regulate cash flow (income and expenditure of money), and carry out risk management and manage investment risk properly and manage debt and credit. From the results of the implementation of community service activities in the form of financial management literacy, training on recording financial transactions, and preparing simple financial reports, the benefits were very much felt. From ignorance of financial management and irregularity in managing finances to understanding and being able to carry out more regular financial management. Abstrak Bank Sampah Lestari 25 adalah kelompok masyarakat di Kota Serang yang melakukan kegiatan usaha memanfaatkan sampah untuk dikelola dengan sistem refuse, reduce, dan recycle. Usaha ini tentunya sebagai bentuk kepedulian masyarakat dalam membantu pemerintah meningkatkan kebersihan lingkungan. Selain itu tentunya mendapatan penghasilan guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan memajukan struktur ekonomi. Belum adanya manajemen keuangan yang dilakukan pada Bank Sampah Lestari 25 menjadikan kinerja bank sampah ini tidak maksimal.  Manajemen keuangan merupakan sebuah tindakan untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuan keuangan di masa yang akan datang. Manajemen keuangan meliputi manajemen keuangan pribadi, manajemen keuangan keluarga, dan manajemen keuangan perusahaan. Manajemen keuangan merupakan bagian penting dalam mengatasi masalah ekonomi, baik individu, keluarga, maupun perusahaan. Tujuan manajemen keuangan secara umum adalah mencapai target dana tertentu di masa yang akan dating, melindungi dan meningkatkan kekayaan yang dimiliki, mengatur arus kas (pemasukan dan pengeluaran uang), dan melakukan manajemen risiko dan mengatur risiko investasi dengan baik serta mengelola utang piutang. Dari hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk literasi manajemen keuangan, pelatihan pencatatan transaksi keuangan, dan penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana memang sangat dirasakan manfaatnya. Dari ketidaktahuan mengenai manajemen keuangan dan ketidakteraturan mengelola keuangan menjadi mengerti dan mampu melakukan pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih teratur. Small business enterprise have a significant contribution for Gross Domestic Product (GDP), however small business enterprise have a lack of manajerial skill, limited funds and marketing. Biji Merah Coffee and Roastery is a small business enteprise at Kota Kotamobagu, Bolaang Mongondow, coffee house that provide  coffee, chocholate dan green tea. Fauziyah Nafishah; This study aims to determine the effect of managerial ownership, and leverage on stock returns in retail companies in Indonesia.The research method used in this study is a quantitative method, the independent variable used in this study consists of managerial ownership structure and leverage while the dependent variable is stock returns. The population in this study are retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2017 period. Sample selection through purposive sampling method. There are 7 (seven) companies that have criteria as research samples, so that the research data totaled 35 data. Data collection techniques used are document review, the data analyzed are annual financial reports (annual report), previous research journals and other literature relating to research problems. Data processing and analysis techniques include financial management analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, coefficient of determination test and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that managerial ownership partially influential and significant on stock returns, and partial leverage had no significant and significant effect on stock returns. While simultaneously managerial ownership, and leverage affect stock returns.Therefore, it is better for the company's internal parties to improve the company's performance because the company's performance and good company production will make investors interested in investing in these companies. This study aimed to examine the effect of changes in status, employee engagement, and the utilization of information technology on the quality of financial reporting. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to examine changes in the status of Bogor Agricultural University. Moreover we employ a multiple regression analysis to examine the effect of employee engagement and information technology in performance financial of report.  In addition, Ultrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) was used to examine the financial human resource mapping. The results of ANOVA test showed that there was no significant difference of the financial management of Bogor Agricultural University before and after the implementation of Public Service Board (BLU). Furthermore, multiple linear regression test results showed that the factors that affect the performance of financial reports are employee engagement and use of information technology. However, it is found that the factor that really affects the performace of financial reports is the use of information technology. Finally, the test results of the mapping showed that employee engagement of human resources staff of Bogor Agricultural University are in medium position indicating that it needs to be maintained and improved.

Ikan Hiu II / 19 Tunjungsekar Village, Lowokwaru District, Malang City innovates by producing jelly candy from fruit raw materials (apple jelly candy and dragon fruit jelly candy) and made from vegetable raw materials (Moringa jelly candy and carrot jelly candy). As it is known that apples, dragon fruit and vegetable Moringa and carrots have many health benefits. Raw material for jelly candy is only taken from the juice and not added with preservatives.The purpose of the PKM program is to increase the production capacity of partner entrepreneurs and provide online marketing training, training and accounting assistance, so that partner entrepreneurs can make financial reports needed for a productive business.The problem of micro entrepreneurs in general is not being able to increase their production because of limited capital, which has the effect of not being able to add or replace their more modern production facilities. Marketing limitations and not doing financial records properly. The Community Partnership Program (PKM), which provides production support equipment and management improvements, will certainly increase production outputThe solutions offered by the PKM program to increase the production capacity of partner entrepreneurs are to provide juicers, sterilitators, sealers, digital scales, LPG ovens, containers, trays, containers. Meanwhile, to improve financial management and product marketing, the Team provides training and mentoring in accounting and marketing training. It is expected that partner entrepreneurs are able to make financial records (cash flow) and market their products through internet marketing.Partner entrepreneurs with the help of new equipment from the PKM program are targeting production to increase by 50% to 100%. This optimistic target is achieved due to juice, sterilitators, chopper machines, large ovens and more modern production facilities, entrepreneurs will be able to serve the demands of more consumers.The progress of PKM program activities has reached 70% of the target, but there are still activities to assist in making financial reporting and online marketing.

This study aimed to identify on the obligation extent of the Jordanian private universities in the requirements of corporate governance to raise the performance of financial management, The study population included the employees in the financial departments at that population, has been selected a simple random sample of the population, have been distributed the Questionnaires (79) and recalled (68) representing (86%).The study concluded that there is obligation in the requirements of corporate governance, related in shareholders rights, board of directors, financial reports which helps to raise the performance of the financial departments in the Jordanian private universities. The main recommendations were: It’s necessary to continue to comply with the requirements of corporate governance, and must be the members of the Board of Directors with experience and competence, to reflect that positively with financial departments in the Jordanian private universities. that vary over time using the latest information in the market, incorporate the economic forces at play and capture the extreme market volatility. Our findings have direct implications in the financial markets for regulators, corporate financial decision makers, corporations and governments.
