Las nuevas y diferentes demandas de la sociedad española en relación a la práctica de actividad física y deportiva, requiere formar personal cualificado en diferentes niveles y ámbitos. Alternadas leyes educativas y deportivas en estos últimos años han intentado contribuir a incorporar enseñanzas no universitarias específicas del deporte al sistema educativo. A partir de esta voluntad de ordenación académica se establecen nuevas estructuras, certificaciones y titulaciones, siendo necesario revisar y analizar el actual sistema de formación de técnicos, la legislación estatal y autonómica que aborda este ámbito, y su relación también con el marco europeo. En el contexto de esta situación quizás las necesidades y ajustes se muestren carentes o insuficientes frente a la elevada demanda de usuarios que acceden a prácticas de actividad física y deporte por falta de coordinación, ordenación y regulación estatal y/o autonómica. Con este trabajo, en el contexto sociojurídico del deporte y la enseñanza, se especifican algunas propuestas de mejora que redunden en beneficio de la gestión de aquellos organismos competentes en la materia.Palabras clave. The new and different demands of the Spanish society concerning sport and physical activities require the instruction of qualified staff in different levels and fields. We have seen, over these last years, that different teaching reforms have tried to improve the incorporation of specific non university teaching to the educational system. From this basis we have established new structures, qualifications and degrees, being necessary to revise and analyse the current instruction of teachers and the government legislation referring to this particular area and the relationship within the European framework. In this current setting, perhaps the actual steps taken have proved to be insufficient considering the increasing demand of users that can not access to the right sports training education since the lack of coordination and government/autonomic regulation is a clear problem. With this Project, always within the legal teaching framework, we specify some improvement proposals that will have a positive effect on those who are in charge of this particular subject.Keywords. This study is based on the legal responsibility of the assessment of public appraisal reports they make in land procurement activities for development in the public interest. Public assessment is obliged to always be accountable for their assessment. The type of research found in this thesis is a type of normative legal research with the right-hand of the statue approach and case approach. Normative legal research is a study that provides systematic explanation of rules governing a certain legal category, analyzing the relationship between regulations explaining areas of difficulty and possibly predicting future development. . After conducting research, researchers found that one of the causes that made the dispute was a lack of communication conducted between the Government and the landlord. In deliberation which should be the place where the parties find the meeting point between the parties on the magnitude of the damages that will be given, in the field is often used only for the delivery of the assessment of the compensation that has been done.

In this paper, we tested the Wagner’s Law against the Keynesian Hypothesis for Indonesia using granger causality test. After conducting theoretical and empirical theory, this paper is analysing the relationship between government expenditure and GDP percapita. The long run parameters and causality test found valid Wagners’ Law in Indonesia not Keynesian Hypothesis. The results reveal a positive and statistically significant long run effect running from economic growth toward the government expenditure refer to Wagner’s Law in Indonesia. Further more, the growth of population is giving a positive effect for government expenditure also.

Abstract The present paper studies empirically the relationship between government spending and non-oil economic growth in the UAE for the last four decades by using the vector autoregression (VAR) approach. The findings of the study suggest that the implementation of expansionary policy, through the intensification of current and development public expenditures, induces an increase in the non-oil economic growth during the subsequent periods of the government spending shock. Thus, the implementation of expansionary government spending stimulates the UAE economy, especially during recession periods. The study suggests that policymakers should concentrate their spending on the right projects, as well as on research and development. Moreover, they should channel their transfers and subsidies to the productive sectors, and they should ensure that higher productivity in public institutions is in conjunction with the rise in wages and salaries to achieve sustainable economic growth.

The main objective of this paper was to examine the impact of domestic debt on economic growth in Tanzania for the period 1990 to 2015 using Ordinary Least Square (OLS) regression method to estimate the effects. The study finds that there is an inverse but insignificant relationship between domestic debt and the economic growth of Tanzania as measured by GDP annual growth. The inverse relationship between domestic debt and GDP may be caused by different factors such as; increased trend in domestic borrowing, government lenders’ profile dominated by commercial banks and non-bank financial institutions which promotes the “crowding out” effect; the nature of the instruments used by the government ; the improper use of the domestic borrowed funds which may include funding budgetary deficits, paying up principal and matured obligations on debt, developing financial markets as well as fund other government operations. Other control variables relate with the GDP as predicted. For example, Inflation (INF) has a negative effect on the GDP growth rate, but the relationship is not statistically significant, while gross capital formation (GCF) has a positive statistically significant effect on GDP growth rate. Furthermore, foreign direct investment (FDI) showed a positive effect on the GDP growth rate and export (X) has a positive effect on GDP growth rate, and the relationship is statistically significant explaining that if a country applied an export-led growth economic strategy it enjoys the gains of participating in the world market. This means that an increase in export stimulates demand for goods which leads to increase in output, and as a country’s output increases, the economic performance also takes a similar trend. Finally, government expenditure (GE) had a negative effect on the GDP growth rate which may be explained by the increased government expenditures which are funded by either tax or borrowing. Therefore, what is required for countries like Tanzania is to have better debt management strategies as well as prudential financial management while maintaining to remain within the internationally acceptable debt level of 45% of GDP and maintain a GDP growth rate of not less than 5%. It is important for the country to realize from where to borrow from, the tenure, the risks involved and limitations to borrowing and thus set the right balance of combination of both kinds of debt. Another requirement is to properly utilize the borrowed funds. The central government’s objective should be to use the funds in more development-oriented projects that bring positive returns to the economic development.  The government should not only create a right environment and policies for investment to attract investment from domestic and foreign sources but also be cautious about the kind of investments that the foreign investors make.

According to Minister of Home Affairs  Regulation No. 56 of 2015 concerning Code and Data of Administrative Area, it is mentioned that Papua is one of 34 provinces in Indonesia with the highest number of villages by 5,419 villages, 110 urban villages, and 558 sub-districts scattered in 28 regencies and 1 city. The high number of villages in a regency/city area has an effect on the amount of village funds allocated by the Central or Provincial Governments for each district/city, thus affecting the amount of regency/city APBD. Village Fund Allocation is a manifestation of the fulfillment of the right for the village to implement the principle of autonomy for the village to grow and develop following the growth of the village itself, based on diversity, participation, original autonomy, democratization, and community empowerment. However, the increasing number of village formation burdened the government budget to finance the formation of new villages, so that the village formation had a significant and positive effect on the amount of regional finance, especially regency/city and provincial APBD. For example, in the 2016 fiscal year, Tolikara Regency had a total of 541 villages spreading across 46 districts and received the largest village fund allocation of Rp320.04 billion. Thus, Tolikara Regency ranked 1st with the most villages and the largest village fund in the Papua Province. In contrast, Jayapura City with a total of 13 villages was the regency/city with the least number of villages and the least amount of village fund of Rp. 12.51 billion.

This study examined the urgency of the reconstruction of the Pondok pesantren position in the religious de-radicalization policy in Indonesia. Islamic boarding school (henceforth: Pondok Pesantren) yet is only positioned as a subordinate institution or as an object of de-radicalization policy in the collaboration of institutional design. As a result, the relationship model that is built is the instructive pattern from the government to Pondok pesantren. This, factually, does not contribute to the positive effect on the effectiveness of the de-radicalization policy. The question of this research was how the relationship model or ideal position of Pondok pesantren in the collaboration of institutional design in religious de-radicalization policy? The research data were collected through interviews, documentation, and literature study, which then were analyzed descriptively. This study summed up that the consultative model would guarantee more toward the support of institutional design in the collaboration of religious de-radicalization policy in Indonesia; to protect the unity of the nation on one hand, and optimize the role of Pondok pesantren on the other hand.

Snap elections, those triggered by incumbents in advance of their original date in the electoral calendar, are a common feature of parliamentary democracies. In this paper we ask: do snap elections influence citizens' trust in the government? Theoretically, we argue that providing citizens with an additional means of endorsing or rejecting the incumbent - giving voters a chance to ''have their say'' - can be interpreted by citizens as normatively desirable and demonstrative of the incumbents desire to legitimise their agenda by (re)-invigorating their political mandate. Leveraging the quasi-experimental setting provided by the coincidental timing of the UK Prime Minister, Theresa May's, shock announcement of early elections in April 2017 with the fieldwork for the Eurobarometer survey, we demonstrate that the announcement of snap elections has a sizeable and significant positive effect on political trust. These, on average, positive effects, however, mask asymmetric responses among citizens. Whilst eurosceptics and voters on the right of the ideological spectrum - those most inclined to support the incumbent May-led Conservative government - became more trusting, no such changes in trust were observed amongst left-wing or non-eurosceptic respondents. Our study advances the understanding of a relatively understudied yet not uncommon political phenomenon, providing causal evidence that snap elections have implications for political trust.

The article reveals with the logic, mechanism and main parameters for using passenger data (API/PNR). The interrelation of the concepts of “Advance Passenger Information” and “Passenger Name Record” has been revealed. It has been determined that the systems of simplification of formalities also have a positive effect on security. For example, the purpose of data collection in the EU is to effectively combat illegal migration and strengthen border control, as well as to prevent, detect, investigate and prosecute terrorist and serious crimes. This applies to both the Passenger Information System (API) and additional passenger data, such as Passenger Name Record (PNR) data. There is no doubt that the successful application of API and PNR data exchange depends on a unified approach of all participants in information relations (both border agencies and airlines in different countries) regarding the question of data standard and standard of their transmission. Ensuring such a unified approach is a problem even when there is unity of legal regulation on data format and data exchange procedures. There are no special regulations in the national legislation that would regulate the relationship regarding the circulation of passenger registration data, nor is there a specific entity that processes this type of information. Thus, there is a need for special legal regulation of the circulation of information about airline passengers crossing the state border of Ukraine. In particular, the legislation must regulate the procedure, grounds, purpose of obtaining, processing, transmission, storage and destruction of information about passengers (its content), protection of the right to confidential information of persons operating international flights, establish a responsible controller of such information.

Social media is currently being used by both large companies and SMEs. For large companies the use of social media has been used successfully in reaching potential consumers. However, for SMEs, the marketing strategy of using social media is still being questioned. The purpose of this study is to fill the gaps in previous research by examining the driving factors for SMEs in using social media in promoting their products and testing how the performance of SMEs after adopting this technology is good both in financial and non-financial aspects that have not been done much research. The results of this study found that the compatible, cost-effective, interactive variables had a positive effect on the use of social media and subsequently had a positive effect on both financial and non-financial performance. However, the moderating role of social media capabilities cannot strengthen the relationship between use and the performance of SMEs. The results of this study are expected to be the basis for evaluating SMEs so that they can use digital media to support their business. The government must also pay attention to this to actively socialize the use of digital media for MSMEs so that the performance of SMEs can increase.

There is growing research evidence that political ideology is an important determinant of complying with the rules and recommendations aimed at fighting the coronavirus. This paper analyses the role of the left-right ideology self-positioning in supporting the government measures in fighting the COVID-19 pandemic and practicing the physical distancing guidelines in Serbia. The study was conducted online on a sample of 656 respondents. Two hierarchical multiple regression models with age, the COVID-19 experience, the perception of risk posed by the coronavirus, and political ideology predicting: (1) policy support and (2) physical distancing were tested. The results show that policy support was predicted by increasing risk perception and the right-leaning ideology. Risk perception predicted physical distancing practices, and so did age and the COVID-19 experience. The results also indicate that the relationship between risk perception and both policy support and physical distancing is moderated by political ideology. Perceiving the ongoing pandemic as a greater threat is related to higher policy support and physical distancing among the right-leaning persons only. They seem especially sensitive to the perceived threat.
