This study aims to determine the political communication strategy of the winning team, the strengths and weaknesses as well as the causes of the low vote acquisition of Fachrori-Syafril in the 2020 simultaneous regional elections in Jambi Province. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method which emphasizes the in-depth aspects of a problem. The results of this study indicate that the political communication strategy used by the Fachrori-Syafril winning team still has problems and obstacles that cause the low vote acquisition for candidate pair number 02 Fachrori-Syafril in the 2020 Simultaneous Regional Head Elections in Jambi Province. This is due to limited campaign factors, new people in the political realm, candidate management does not work and the disappointment factor from the community.

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed patterns in all aspects of society, including its impact on political participation in society. Blitar Regency is a small example in several regions in Indonesia which carry out the 2020 simultaneous regional elections during the pandemic with a slightly different style from previous years. The purpose of the study was to determine the political participation of the Blitar district community in the 2020 simultaneous elections. The qualitative research method is a socio-political research with a normative-juridical approach with empirical data obtained from some information from informants who developed in the field. The results show that in a pandemic situation Covid-19 which has the potential to reduce public political participation in exercising their voting rights, it turns out that the Blitar Regency KPU is able to create a solution that is anticipatory, namely by implementing strict health protocols, and massive socialization either directly or digitally, so that it is able to approach the expected target, even higher from the previous two years. KPU, KPPS and the local community cooperate with each other to anticipate by trying to ensure health security during the simultaneous regional elections, also always trying to avoid possible frauds.

The purpose of this study is to describe the organization's communication strategy to improve patient service in Luwuk Regional Public Hospital. In this study, the researcher uses qualitative research method in order to know or to describe the facts of the events studied so that it facilitates the researcher to obtain objective data in order to know and to understand the Organization's Communication Strategy on Service in Luwuk Regional Public Hospital. The result of this research can be concluded that the organization communication strategy related to the effort of delivering message has not supported the occurrence of effective communication yet. This is because the message delivered verbally is unclear to the subordinate so that it needs to re-delivery and submission of information back, medicine naming verbally so that it is misidentified by by the nurse, via phone also raises the unclearness of messages and poor doctor's writing that sometimes complicate the task of a nurse so that it will give impact on service pattern. The second is timing; organizational communication strategy related to timing in the delivery of messages is still not optimal. Keywords: communication strategy, organization, service

This study examines the political communication strategy carried out by Kiai as a boarding school caretaker in the General Election. The purpose of this study is to describe the political communication strategy carried out by Kiai Syafik Rofi'i, caretaker of the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School in Bangkalan Regency, East Java Province in the 2019 General Election. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. The results showed that the political communication strategy being implemented was political negotiation among kiai in Islamic boarding schools in Bangkalan Regency. In addition, political communication uses the strategy of a campaign winning team or success team, and also uses the media as a channel for delivering messages to provide understanding and influence public opinion.

This research is entitled Conceptual Metaphors of Setya Novanto'case; In the newspaper. The purpose of this research is to know the meaning and function of the metaphor, this study also tries to find out the conceptualizations of politics. In this case, the author uses the theory of Lakoff and Johnson. Data were taken from 4 news from people's mind newspaper Tuesday 28 November 2017, Kompas daily pad Monday 20 November 2017, new compass on 22 November 2017 and people's mind on 20 November 2017 . in this research the writer use a qualitative research Method. Which all of the data are they presented descriptively. From the analysis, the result found 4 political discourses in conceptual metaphor in the newspaper about Setya Novanto cases. From 175 metaphorical statements, the researcher found 55 metaphors. that is found 45 % as objects or goods that can be traded.30 % politics as a battle,10% as a war and 15 % as a race. This study aims to determine the political situation in Afghanistan which is now occupied by the Taliban. This qualitative research method is often called "naturalistic research method" because the research is carried out in natural conditions (natural setting). In this study, researchers used two kinds of data, namely primary data and secondary data. To determine the validity of the data, an inspection technique is needed. The implementation of the inspection technique is based on a number of certain criteria. There are four criteria used, namely the degree of trust (credibility), transferability, dependence (dependability), and certainty. The conclusions of this study are; 1) The Taliban insists that it is committed to peace talks with the Afghan government. The implementation of the original Islamic system will be something they strive for. 2) The Taliban is committed to accommodating all the rights of citizens, whether male or female, based on the noble religious rules of Islam and the noble traditions of Afghan society. The Taliban will allow women to carry out public roles. 3) Advancing a better Afghanistan.

In the 2019 general election, social media became an important part in building a political image as well as a channel for political communication. One of the opposition movements against the incumbent was the #2019GantiPresiden movement. The movement was a channel of political communication for people who personally wanted to have a new president. This study aimed to reveal how the #2019GantiPresiden political communication movement during 2018 and the repressive treatment experienced by them. This study used a qualitative research method of text analysis of several online media such as Twitter and micro-blogging. The results showed that the #2019GantiPresiden movement was an organic and voluntary based political communication movement. The spread of this movement was increasingly massive with the support of social media in the form of Twitter in building mass political support.

People’s representatives are elected through general elections to represent the people fighting for the people's interests and aspirations. However, in practice, muslim politician who became people's representatives often represent themselves and their groups rather than represent those who have chosen them. This research was conducted to reveal how muslim politician who became people's representatives' actions the correlation between clientelism politics in managing the budget function. This descriptive qualitative research method collects data through direct observation in the field and in-depth interviews with various informants related to the research. The theory used in this research is political clientelism theory. From the research results, muslim politician who became people's representatives fight for the community's aspirations to escort a grant program to community groups, social assistance, and empowerment. The program is directly related to the winning team and supporters of voters in the previous elections. The program is intended to maintain the people's voting base and the granary in the next election. This is how the people's representative uses the parliament's existence and potential for electoral interests.

The current business competition is so tight that there are many similar competitors. This is where a brand awareness strategy is needed so that the business being run can still compete. This study aims to determine the strategies used by Kae Thai Tea in increasing this brand awareness. In this study, a qualitative research method was used through observation, documentation and semi-structured interviews with informants who were determined through positive sampling. From the research carried out, it can be concluded that in carrying out a marketing communication strategy to increase brand awareness, this goal can be achieved by implementing a well-organized strategy in accordance with the wishes of the businessman. As for several supporting factors, namely the elements of marketing communication and brand elements by having a concept that is quite affordable. The presence of several inhibiting factors will not make the marketed brand worse but will become stronger in the face of competition. Timorese culture is patriarchal in that men are more dominant than women. As if women were not considered in traditional rituals so that an understanding was built that valued women lower than men. However, in contrast to the article to be studied, this would like to see the priority of women’s roles in traditional marriages in Belle village, South Central Timor. The role of women wiil be seen from giving awards to their parents called puah mnasi manu mnasi. This paper aims to look at the meaning of the rituals of puah mnasi maun mnasi and the role and strengths that women have in traditional marriage rituals in the village of Belle, South Central Timor. The method used for this research is a qualitative research method using interview techniques with a number of people in the Belle Villa community and literature study to strengthen this writing. Based on the data obtained this paper shows that the adat rituals of puah mnasi manu mnasi provide a value that can be learned, namely respect for women, togetherness between the two families, and brotherhood that is intertwined due to customary marital affrairs.

The purpose of applying education to instill tolerance in society is to form citizens who can realize a common civilization in the life of nation and state, and able to create Indonesian people as a whole. Education is one way to instill tolerant. As for efforts education to instill tolerant attitude in society through: 1) multicultural education and character; 2) education with national insight; and 3) professional education management. The method used in this writing is a qualitative research method descriptive library studi. Expected with education so the community can respect the diversity and eliminate suspicion and discrimination so that the creation of a tolerant society.
