This study aims to determine the political communication strategy of the winning team, the strengths and weaknesses as well as the causes of the low vote acquisition of Fachrori-Syafril in the 2020 simultaneous regional elections in Jambi Province. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method which emphasizes the in-depth aspects of a problem. The results of this study indicate that the political communication strategy used by the Fachrori-Syafril winning team still has problems and obstacles that cause the low vote acquisition for candidate pair number 02 Fachrori-Syafril in the 2020 Simultaneous Regional Head Elections in Jambi Province. This is due to limited campaign factors, new people in the political realm, candidate management does not work and the disappointment factor from the community.

Abstract This paper presents an experimental study on the performance of a RED stack for SELEMION, ASTOM and FUJI membranes with the cell pair number from 3 to 15 and flow rate from 5 to 60 L/h over a wide solution concentration range from 1 to 120 g/L. DC and AC measurements are employed to identify quantatively the contribution of ohmic and non-ohmic resistances to the stack resistance and then, the power output is predicted theoretically. The results show that the ohmic resistance dominates in the stack resistance and accounts for about 90%. The factors such as the membrane type, cell pair, solution concentration and flow rate have a considerable impact on power generation process of RED. Especially, simultaneous increasing the HC and LC solution concentrations is more conducive to suppressing the concentration polarization when compared with increasing LC solution concentration alone. Although the concentration polarization maintains declining with the increase in flow rate, the flow rate should not be too large in order to harvest the highest power output by reason of serious tangential flow at higher flow rates. The optimal performance of RED stack is obtained when SELEMION membranes are used with cell pairs of 5, HC-LC solution concentration of 120-4 g/L and feed flow rate of 20 L/h.

This study aims to describe the discourse analysis contained in the second round of the Surakarta pilwakot debate in 2020. In a critical discourse analysis study, the debate can be analyzed using William L. Benoit's functional theory which includes acclaims or claims, attacks or attacks, and defends or defends. This research uses descriptive qualitative research by describing the functional theory contained in the second round of the Surakarta Pilwakot debate. The documentation technique was used to collect data by watching, viewing, and writing the most important points in the second round of the Solo Pilwakot debate live video broadcast. Content analysis techniques were used in this study to obtain the forms of acclaim, attacks, and defends used by candidate pairs in arguing. Based on the results of the analysis, the two pairs of candidates equally made acclaims or claims, recognition as one way to convince their supporters. As for attacks or attacks, candidate pair number 1 is superior in attacking candidate pair number 2. On defends, candidate pair number 1 (Gibran-Teguh) defends based on empirical data or facts as an aspect of knowledge which supports his argument. Another case with candidate pair number 2 (Bagyo-Supardjo) who is not strong enough in doing a defense or defends through answers or responses that are out of the context in question

Kajian tentang dinamika dan kiprah politik kiai selalu menarik untuk terus dikaji dari berbagai sudut pandang berbeda. Pada kontestasi Pilpres 2019, beberapa kiai NU struktural maupun non struktural di Jember terlibat aktif dalam memenangkan pasangan calon no urut 1, Jokowi dan Ma’ruf Amin. Penelitian ini ingin mengungkap makna politik dalam perpsektif kiai NU Jember, serta motivasi dan bentuk keterlibatan mereka dalam kontestasi politik praktis (Pilpres 2019). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Secara operasional penggalian data dalam peneilitian ini dilakukan dengan cara pengamatan, wawancara mendalam terhadap para informan yang sudah ditetapkan, dan dokumentasi. Data yang didapatkan setelah itu dianalisa melalui dua tahap, yaitu selama proses pengumpulan data di lapangan dan setelah data tersebut terkumpul dengan langkah; 1) reduksi data, 2) penyajian data, dan 3) penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Mayoritas kiai NU Jember memaknai politik sebagai perjuangan untuk mewujudkan kemashlahatan umat. Politik juga dimaknai dengan upaya untuk menjaga aqidah umat dari faham atau ideologi yang berseberangan dengan NU. 2) Ada dua motivasi yang mendorong keterlibatan kiai NU Jember dalam politik praktis, yaitu orientasi dakwah dan orientasi ideologis. 3) Bentuk keterlibatan kiai NU dalam politik praktis (Pilpres 2019) di Kabupaten Jember dilakukan dengan beberapa cara, diantaranya memberikan dukungan melalui edaran/maklumat, konsolidasi sesama kiai dan instruksi secara langsung kepada para santri, wali santri, dewan guru/asatidz, alumni dan simpatisan pesantren. The dynamics and political work of the kiai are always interesting to be studied from various points of view. In the 2019 presidential election contest, several structural and non-structural NU kiai in Jember were actively involved in winning the candidate pair number 1, Jokowi and Ma'ruf Amin. This research intends to reveal the political meaning from the perspective of the kiai NU Jember, as well as their motives and forms of involvement in practical political contestation (Pilpres 2019). This research was conducted using a qualitative approach. Operationally the data mining in this research was carried out through observation, in-depth interviews with the informants who had been assigned, and documentation. The data obtained after that were analyzed in two stages, namely during the data collection process in the field and after the data was collected by steps; 1) data reduction, 2) data presentation, and 3) concluding. The results of this study indicate that 1) The majority of NU Jember kiai interpret politics as a struggle to achieve the benefit of the people. Politics is also interpreted as an effort to protect the aqidah of the people from opposing ideologies or ideologies. 2) There are two motivations that encourage the involvement of the Jember NU kiai in practical politics, namely dakwah orientation and ideological orientation. 3) The form of involvement of NU kiai in practical politics (2019 Presidential Election) in Jember Regency is carried out in several ways, including providing support through circulars/announcements, consolidation of fellow kiai and direct instruction to students, guardians of santri, a board of teachers/asatidz, alumni and pesantren sympathizers.

In this paper, the structure and operating principle of the electromagnetic harmonic movable tooth drive system is introduced. Equations of the magnetic density and the electromagnetic force are given. The force model on the flexible wheel under magnetic force is presented. The equivalent concentrated force applied to the flexible wheel is determined. Based on it, the displacement equations of the flexible wheel are deduced. Using these equations, the displacement distribution of the flexible wheel and its changes along with the main parameters are investigated. Relationship between coil current and the maximum radial displacement is determined. The limit current corresponding to the limit radial displacement is obtained and its changes along with the main parameters are analyzed. The results show that the displacements of flexible wheel increase with the radius of flexible wheel and the coil current, and decrease with the initial air gap and the thickness of flexible wheel. A limit current under which the flexible ring will be buckled occurs under electromagnetic force. The limit current corresponding to the limit displacement increases with the thickness of flexible wheel, the pole pair number and the air gap, and decreases with the radius of flexible wheel. The results can be used to design and analyze the drive system.

Permanent magnet machine adopting Halbach array has more sinusoidal air-gap flux density distribution and higher air-gap flux density magnitude. Compared with the equal segmented Halbach array, the fundamental magnitude of air gap flux density can be higher and distortion rate can be lower by reasonably designing each segment width in unequal segmented Halbach array. Thus, in this paper, the permanent magnet machine adopting unequal segmented Halbach array is researched. Firstly, an analytical model is established for PM machine adopting Halbach array to improve the calculation efficiency. This analytical model can be applied to the Halbach array having arbitrary pole pair number, arbitrary number of segments per pole, arbitrary segment width and arbitrary gap width between segments. Further, the calculation results for air gap flux density between analytical model and finite element method are compared to verify the analytical model. In addition, the method to determine each segment width in the unequal segmented Halbach array is proposed firstly in this paper. On this basis, effects of the gap width between segments and each segment width under one pole on air gap flux density are researched. The research conclusions will provide guidance for the design and fabrication of unequal segmented Halbach array.

A method for error control in the modular number system (MNS) based on the use of the zeroing procedure is proposed. Error control in the MNS is a non-positional operation and requires the development of special methods, designed to increase the efficiency of this procedure. This method is designed to verify the correct implementation of the computing process of computer systems and components. It is assumed that the error in one module remainder does not affect the residual values corresponding to other modules (bases) of the MNS. The essence of the method of error control is to use the procedure of pair number zeroing with the preliminary fetching of digits. This makes it possible to increase the efficiency of information control, presented in the modular number system. The practical significance of the results obtained is that, in comparison with the existing methods of error control in MNS, the error detection time is more than halved.

Ameivula is as a new genus of Teiidae family that emerged after extensive revision of species that comprised the former complex of species called Cnemidophorus group. Its species has a wide distribution from the northeast of Brazil to northern Argentina. Cytogenetic studies in the Teiidae family have shown that karyotypical data are important tools in phylogenetic and systematic studies within this group allowing to determine the position of species in the family. Thus, this study aimed to describe the karyotype of Ameivula ocellifera (Spix, 1825) from Picos, Piauí state in the Brazilian Northeast. Specimens were collected from August 2014 to October 2015 using interception traps and pitfalls, mounted randomly along the Caatinga area. The animals were collected and transported to Federal Institute of Piauí, campus Picos, where was carried out all laboratory procedures. Individuals analyzed showed a diploid number of 2n = 50 for both sexes, with karyotype composed by 30 macrochromosomes and 20 microchromosomes of telocentric and subtelocentric types. There were no heteromorphic sex chromosomes in the studied specimens. C-band technique evidenced the heterochromatic blocks in pericentromeric and telomeric regions of chromosomes. The nucleolar organizing regions appeared as a simple unit located at the terminal portion of the long arm of chromosomal pair number 5. The chromosomal characteristics of A. ocellifera analyzed do not show divergences regarding individuals from other regions. However, the nucleolar organizing regions seems to be a good chromosomal marker that permits to distinguish the species already studied.

The research was distributed by still lack of ability in arithmetic, children are still not familiar with the summation, grouping of numbers, pair number with symbol number, as well as counting the images correctly, it's all because the teacher is still teaching using the student worksheet and the Board, so that the teachers be creative and innovative. This study aims to improve the ability to count using snake ladder media in group B in one of Raudhatul Athfal in Bandung.This research is research conducted in class action twice cycle research. The subject of the study amounted to 13 people, 7 men and 6 women. The results showed that there is an increased ability of learning counting children in cycle II. Thus it can be concluded that there is an increase in arithmetic using media ladder snake game in Group B.Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh masih kurangnya kemampuan anak dalam berhitung, anak masih belum memahami dengan konsep penjumlahan, pengelompokkan angka, memasangkan jumlah benda dengan lambang bilangannya, serta menghitung gambar secara benar, ini semua disebabkan karena guru masih mengajar menggunakan lembar kerja siswa (LKS) dan papan tulis, sehingga guru menjadi tidak kreatif dan inovatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung menggunakan media permainan ular tangga pada kelompok B di salah satu Raudhatul Athfal di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam dua kali siklus penelitian. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 13 orang, 7 laki-laki dan 6 perempuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan belajar berhitung anak pada siklus ke II. Dengan demikian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan berhitung menggunakan media permainan ular tangga pada kelompok B.

Research is motivated by the development of increasingly mass media. These developments shifted the aim of the media to convey information, educate, entertain and social control. The mass media is also used to launch propaganda with certain techniques in influencing the attitudes and behavior of a particular person or group - in this case the candidate for mayor of Padang. The use of mass media for propaganda occurred in the Padang Ekspress Daily. Qualitative research methods with content Analysis models, focus on physical units, syntactic units, referential units, propositional units and thematic propaganda units techniques on the preaching of candidates for mayor of Padang ahead of the 2018 post-conflict local election in Padang Ekspress daily. The research was conducted in June 2018, the sampling technique was simple random sampling. The researcher found the propaganda techniques used were glittering generalities, bandwidth, transfers, testimonials and card stacking. Preaching pair number 1 uses four propaganda techniques; glittering generalities, tranfers, testimonials, and card stacking. The Mahyeldi-Desri pair uses the five propaganda techniques. Glittering generalities are the most commonly used techniques, card stacking and testimonials are the least used. All analysis units can measure the use of propagation techniques. The various units of physical reporting. The syntactic unit looking at "Mahyeldi", "Emzalmi", "Desri" and "Qur'an" is the most frequently occurring word. Referential units, propositional units and thematic units of news predominantly present equivalent words, propositions and themes about Islam and / or religiosity
