The Rasulan tradition is synonymous with the coastal communities of Gunungkidul. This tradition is used as a means of worship and offerings to spirits, the spirits of the ancestors of the gods and the rulers of the universe. Considering that this tradition is related to the belief system, the people on the coast of Gunungkidul still believe in and carry out this tradition with full awareness, comfort and holiness. Until now, the authenticity of the apostolic tradition has been preserved, starting from the time and place of implementation, the uborampe, the rites and the arts. Even though they have adapted to Islam and contemporary culture, the majority of people on the coast of Gunungkidul still have mystical beliefs about the various rites and offerings that are in the apostolic procession. After researching using qualitative data-based field research then analyzed by descriptive analysis method using various theories, it can be concluded that the people on the coast of Gunungkidul still believe in the mystical values ​​that exist in the rites and uborampe of the apostolic tradition. These values, among others, are the value of worship of spirits and ancestral spirits, the value of asking for safety, rejecting danger, freedom from prayer, togetherness, religion, mutual assistance, mutual assistance and the value of giving thanks to God.

Al-Qur'an is accepted by the public in various forms. One of them by using a few pieces of verse as part of the protection spell. The use of al-Qur'an in this function is manifested in the face of Sheikh Subakir in Tawing Village, Trenggalek. This study aims to find the process of changing the rajah tradition which is the result of acculturation of Javanese culture and Islamic values as well as the meaning of society towards rajah, and receptions of the verses of the Koran as pager omah (house protection). This research is a field research with descriptive-analysis method, analyzed using social construction theory of reality by Peter L. Berger and Thomas Luckmann. The results showed that the people of Tawing Village used the rajah of Sheikh Subakir as a pager omah. The phenomenon of the rajah of Sheikh Subakir is not only meant as a house protection or cultural acculturation, but also acts as a social cohesion that unites the local community. In fact, this tradition influences a set of people’s beliefs about feeling safe, belief in protection, and reinforcement in their social structure.

Pengkalan Kuras, Langgam, Kuala Kampar, and Bunut Subdistrict, Pelalawan Regency. Petalangan tribe has various cultures in the traditions of life. A good introduction to cultural heritage by the next generation can strengthen the nation's tradition in responding to the increasingly severe challenges of the future in this era of globalization. Cultural heritage in the form of moral-spiritual inheritance, one of which is obtained and known through the tradition of belief in the traditional proverb that exists in the community. The traditional adage in the Petalangan community, among others, explains the perspective on community life. This study aims to describe the style of language in the customary proverb that is related to the perspective of life in society. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method. The data source used was the book entitled Pepatah Adat, Istilah, dan Kosa kata Masyarakat Petalangan Kabupaten Pelalawan, Riau. There are 16 traditional proverbs used as data in this study, which then obtained 3 language styles based on sentence structure and 2 language styles based on meaning. By knowing and learning the style of language in this traditional proverb, the philosophy of life and aesthetic tastes of the people of Riau can be understood. Petalangan merupakan salah satu puak asli di Provinsi Riau yang bermukim di Kecamatan Pengkalan Kuras, Langgam, Kuala Kampar, dan Bunut, Kabupaten Pelalawan. Suku Petalangan ini memiliki beraneka kebudayaan dalam kehidupan. Pengenalan yang baik terhadap warisan kebudayaan oleh generasi penerus dapat memperteguh tradisi bangsa dalam menjawab tantangan masa depan yang semakin berat dalam era globalisasi ini. Warisan kebudayaan yang berupa warisan moral-spiritual, satu di antaranya didapatkan dan diketahui keyakinan terhadap pepatah adat yang ada pada masyarakat. Pepatah adat dalam masyarakat Petalangan antara lain menjelaskan cara pandang mengenai hidup bermasyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan gaya bahasa di dalam pepatah adat yang berhubungan dengan cara pandang dalam hidup bermasyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakanpendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah buku Pepatah Adat, Istilah, dan Kosa kata Masyarakat Petalangan Kabupaten Pelalawan, Riau. Terdapat 16 pepatah adat yang dijadikan data dalam penelitian ini, yang kemudian diperoleh 3 gaya bahasa berdasarkan struktur kalimat dan 2 gaya bahasa berdasarkan makna. Dengan mengetahui dan mempelajari gaya bahasa dalam pepatah adat ini dapat dipahami filsafat hidup dan cita rasa estetika masyarakat Riau.

Kalijodo green open space has vegetated area 48 %. The ideal green open space, has vegetated area ​​80-90 % of total area. The results of the thermal comfort index in the Kalijodo green open space is 30.75. This condition makes the Kalijodo green open space in very uncomfortable status, and the thermal comfort index is categorized as comfortable is in 29 and below. This research was conducted to determine and analyze the perception of thermal comfort that  felt by the public in the green open space of Kalijodo. Descriptive analysis method is used to examine any information obtained from data processing from questionnaires filled out by 50 respondents. The results of this research on the perception of thermal comfort show that as many as 24 respondents felt very uncomfortable, 14 respondents felt comfortable, and 12 respondents felt uncomfortable when they were in the green open space of Kalijodo. These results indicate that the majority of people living in green open spaces are in line with the results of research on thermal comfort in the Kalijodo green open space which is in the very uncomfortable category. The condition of the Kalijodo green open space, which lacks vegetation, results in a very uncomfortable thermal comfort index value, so that the people there also feel the discomfort.

Abstract: Divorce is breaking the ties of marriage and ending the husband and wife relationship. According to Fiqh law, divorce is considered legally binding when a husband pronounces the word talaq to his wife clearly and figuratively. Meanwhile, according to the Marriage Law, it is explained that divorce can only be carried out before the court after the court concerned tries and fails to reconcile the two parties. The focus of the problem in this study is: (1) What is the status of divorce outside the court according to fiqh law and positive law? (2) Which is used as a guideline between the two divorce proceedings on the termination of marriage? The type of research conducted by the author is field research using qualitative methods. The analysis used is the descriptive analysis method. The number of respondents in this study was five people with the category of divorce outside the court. Based on the method used in the study, it was concluded that the divorce handed down out of court was legal, according to fiqh, so that the marriage broke up by fiqh rules. However, the divorce is not legal according to positive law in Indonesia, so that in the eyes of positive law, the marriage has not been broken, and the positive law that applies in Indonesia is used as a guide to the dissolution of marriage because the legal consequences arising after the divorce are more clearly regulated so that obligations and rights that arise after the divorce is more secure.Abstract: Talak adalah melepaskan ikatan pernikahan dan mengakhiri hubungan suami istri. Menurut hukum Fikih perceraian dianggap jatuh hukumnya ketika seorang suami mengucapkan kata talak kepada istrinya baik secara jelas maupun kiasan. Sedangkan menurut Undang-Undang Perkawinan dijelaskan bahwa perceraian hanya dapat dilakukan di depan pengadilan setelah pengadilan yang bersangkutan berusaha dan tidak berhasil mendamaikan kedua belah pihak. Fokus masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Bagaimana status talak di luar pengadilan menurut hukum fikih dan hukum positif? (2) Manakah yang dijadikan pedoman antara dua proses perceraian terhadap putusnya perkawinan? Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan penulis merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) yang menggunakan metode kualitatif. Analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak lima orang dengan kategori melakukan penceraian di luar Pengadilan. Berdasarkan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian dihasilkan kesimpulan bahwa, talak yang dijatuhkan di luar pengadilan adalah sah menurut fikih, sehingga perkawinannya putus sesuai dengan aturan fikih. Namun perceraian tersebut tidak sah menurut hukum positif di Indonesia, sehingga di mata hukum positif perkawinannya belum putus dan hukum positif yang berlaku di Indonesia yang dijadikan sebagai pedoman terhadap putusnya perkawinan, dikarenakan akibat hukum yang ditimbulkan setelah terjadinya perceraian lebih diatur dengan jelas, sehingga kewajiban dan hak yang timbul setelah terjadinya perceraian lebih terjamin.

Abstrak Nilai kearifan lokal merupakan produk budaya masa lalu pada suatu komunitas masyarakat  dan memiliki peran mengatur tatanan kehidupan bermasyarakat. Nailai-nilai keraifan lokal ini dapat dijumpai dalam cerita rakyat, termasuk cerita Asal Usul Bamba Libo Toaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai kearifan lokal yang terdapat di dalam cerita rakyat Asal Usul Bamba Libo Toaya  dan peranannya dalam pembentuk karakter generasi muda. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analisis dengan data bersumber pada cerita Asal Usul Bamba Libo Toaya. Cerita itu diperoleh dari  Dokumentasi Perpustakaan Balai Bahasa  Sulawesi Tengah.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat sepuluh  nilai kearifan lokal dalam cerita Asal Usul Bamba Libo Toaya, yaitu  nilai rasa syukur dan rasa hormat,  nilai amanah/dapat dipercaya,  nilai tolong-menolong,  nilai kesopanan, nilai keberanian dan percaya diri,  nilai kebijaksanaan,  nilai musyawarah, nilai kerja keras, nilai komitmen.  Dari kesepuluh nilai kearifan lokal yang ditemukan, secara keseluruhan dapat digunakan untuk dasar pembentukan karakter generasi muda. Kata Kunci: Nilai kearifan lokal, cerita Asal Usul Bamba Libo Toaya, pembentukan  karakter  Value of Local Culture in History of Asal Usul Bamba Libo Toaya and Its Role in Forming the Young Generation Character Abstract Value of Local Culture was a product of past culture in a society community and have role to organize the system of community life. These values of local culture could be found in folklore, including story of Asal Usul Bamba Libo Toaya. This research purposed to describe the value of local culture which was inside of folklore of Asal Usul Bamba Libo Toaya and its role in forming the young generation character. The method which was used was descriptive analysis method with data sourced on story of Asal Usul Bamba Libo Toaya. That story was gotten form library documentation of Balai Bahasa of Central Sulawesi Province. The results of research showed that there were ten values of local culture in story of Asal Usul Bamba Libo Toaya, that were the value of thankfulness and respect, the value of trust, the value of mutual assistance, the value of politeness, the value of bravery and self-confidence, the value of wisdom, the value of deliberation, the value of hard work, the value of commitment. Wakalah bil ujrah covenant implementation is an agreement covenant of an authority delegation to do something (delegating an affair) in which the implementation can be implemented in the field of wedding exertion by a wedding organizer. But generally, in the field implementation, the society has not been fully acknowledge and understanding how this implementation of an authority delegation in a wedding exertion accords with the the things which have been appointed by the syari’a economic law, and the legal consequences from the achieved wakalah agreement.The problems formulation of this thesis is how the form of the wakalah covenant implementation and also the system of the ujrah taking in the authority delegation of a wedding exertion by Shahira Wedding Organizer Surabaya and analyzing the implementation based on the syari’a economic law of the National Syari’a Board - Majelis Ulama Indonesia (DSN-MUI).This Study was conducted using online research instruments (online field research) with qualitative method. As for the data collecting techniques were done and achieved by online, observation, and the documentation data that are in correlate to the object of the study. The collected data, furthermore is arranged and analyzed using descriptive analysis method, it is describing how the akad wakalah bil ujrah implementation concept in obligating the authority the wedding exertion is done from the shahibbul hajat to Shahira Wedding Organizer Surabaya.The results of the research show that the wakalah bil ujrah covenant implementation in delegating the authority from the shahibbul hajat to Shahira Wedding Organizer Surabaya is done orally through the agreement in choosing the packages of Gumush, Altin, and Platin using simple statements (informal language) as the Surabaya’s people do. Furthermore it will be followed by some representation acts by the Shahira Wedding Organizer Surabaya. Dealing with the ujrah or the fee taking, it will be alocated and included into the price-list of the packages that automatically when it was on the first offer, the value of ujrah has been written and agreed. According to the perspective of the syari’a economic law, this wakalah bil ujrah practice done by the Shahira WO has fulfilled the well conformity in the implementation for the whole components between the both sides have been fulfilled in both of the pillars and the requirements that have been set by the Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 10/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 about wakalah.Keywords : Wakalah Bil Ujrah, Wedding Organizer and Syari’a Economic Law Perspective

The paper assessed the level of household’s participation in environmental sanitation in Ado Ekiti. A total of 320 copies of questionnaire were administered altogether. The copies of questionnaire were administered to the household heads in each houses selected in each wards. Data analysis was done with descriptive analysis method with the use of frequency table and percentage table. Findings further revealed that there is low turn up for environmental sanitation in the study area; it also indicated that there is moderate or average level of household members’ participation in environmental sanitation in the study area. In the same manner, findings further revealed that there are several cases of health problems and challenges related to poor involvement of the people in environmental sanitation most especially at the household level. In the same manner, there is a day set aside for environmental sanitation in the study area, however, despite this, there is low level of efficiency of environmental sanitation as supported by majority of the respondents. It is recommended that improvement of the standards of environmental sanitation should not be taken with levity hands by all tiers of government, as they should develop policies that would be geared towards improving people’s participation in household environmental sanitation in the study area and other parts of the country. Furthermore, environmental sanitation should not be only seen based on the periodic promulgation as stipulated by the law but should be seen by all citizens as a civic responsibility that needs to be done by all, there should also be the development of programmes geared towards the promotion of people’s behavioural change that would enhance the promotion of people’s participation in household based environmental sanitation.

Dalam berkomunikasi sehari-hari seorang penutur perlu memperhatikan adanya situasi tutur. Maksud dari sebuah tuturan dapat dipahami dan diidentifikasi oleh mitra tutur karena adanya situasi tutur. Selain itu, situasi tutur juga mempengaruhi penutur untuk menentukan ragam bahasa yang sesuai digunakan ketika tuturan itu terjadi. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan perbedaan berkomunikasi Presiden Jokowi dalam  situasi  tertentu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode simak dan catat. Hasil temuan penelitian ini adalah pola tuturan Presiden Jokowi dalam situasi resmi dengan mitra tutur, yaitu pemimpin negara, wartawan, dan atau masyarakat melalui media massa menggunakan tindak tutur lokusi, ilokusi, dan performatif. Produk tindak verbal dari tuturan tersebut adalah penggunaan ragam bahasa formal. Pola tuturan Presiden Jokowi dalam situasi tidak resmi dengan mitra tutur, yaitu rakyat secara langsung menggunakan tindak tutur perlokusi. Produk tindak verbal dari tuturan tersebut adalah penggunaan ragam bahasa santai. Manfaat penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat agar semakin memperhatikan tuturan yang digunakan agar tidak terjadi kesalahpahaman. Selain itu, masyarakat juga perlu memperhatikan penggunaan ragam bahasa dalam situasi tutur tertentu.Kata kunci: Tindak tutur, situasi tutur, ragam bahasa, ragam formal, ragam santai In daily communication, a speaker needs to pay attention to the existence of a speech situation. The meaning of a speech can be understood and identified by the speech partner because of the speech situation. In addition, the speech situation also influences the speaker to determine the appropriate variety of language used when the speech occurs. This study describes President Jokowi's communication differences in certain situations. This research uses descriptive analysis method. The method of collecting data in this study used the observation and note method. The findings of this study are the speech patterns of President Jokowi in official situations with speech partners, namely state leaders, journalists, and / or the community through the mass media using locusive, illocutionary and performative speech acts. The product of the verbal act of the speech is the use  of various formal languages. President Jokowi's speech patterns in informal situations with speech partners, namely the people directly use perlocution speech acts. The product of the verbal act of the speech is the use of a variety of casual language. The benefit  of  this research is to increase public awareness in order to pay more attention to the utterances  used in order to avoid misunderstandings. Apart from that, people also need to pay attention to the use of various languages in certain speech situations.Key words; Speech act, speech situation, language variety, formal variety, casual variety

This study concludes that the financing mechanism for the BSM Installment Gold product at BSM KCP. Cikupa consists of several stages starting from the requirements for submission, valuation of collateral, termination of financing, implementation of contracts and financing of financing. Antam and not owned by the bank. The type of research used is field research (field research). The data sources of this research consist of primary and secondary sources obtained through interviews, documentation, and other scientific literature. Information transmission takes an important role in overcoming the covid-19 pandemic. This role is carried out by various parties, including religious leaders. Religious leaders who have charismatic figures, have a special powers that can influence many actions of the people who become their communities. Messages which delivered by religious leaders have a tendency to be followed both the substance of good and bad messages. Therefore, this study aims to explore the responses of religious leaders in online media. To achieve this goal, this research uses descriptive-analysis method by Anthony Giddens about structuration approach. This paper concludes that a role of religious leaders in dealing with covid-19 plays the role as a shock absorber to other people (motivator), the pandemic information mouthpiece (communicator), and the role model (idol). Their role of religious leaders in preventing covid-19 increasingly strengthens a social hierarchy it has in patron-client relations. This form of relationship makes religious leaders to maximize their potential charismatic leadership. It makes our research further strengthen other research on an influence of religious leaders in the formation of social action.
