This study aims to describe the implementation of the Kampung Literasi program in increasing the reading interest of the students in Pandulang Village, Padang Batung Subdistrict and to describe the inhibiting and supporting factors of the Kampung Literasi Program in Pandulang Village. This research uses a case study method with a qualitative approach. This research uses observation, interview, and documentation to collect the data. The data analysis technique used in this research is analysis of qualitative data, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Test the validity of the data in this study using triangulation. Triangulation in credibility testing is defined as checking data from various ways and at various times. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Kampung Literasi  program is running well and that students frequently visit every Friday because every Friday morning there is a visit from the Library and Archives Office of Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency in the form of a reading park car and smart motorbikes. The inhibiting factors for the the Kampung Literasi program in Pandulang village were students' lack of motivation towards reading interest, inadequate space, and weather factors. Meanwhile, the supporting factors for the Literacy Village program in Pandulang village were facilities and infrastructure, the availability of reading materials and government support.

The impact of the modernization era on elementary and Kindergaten children can be seen from the intensity of children playing with gadgets, and the low level of literacy in children. This is the background for the presence of the Oemah Dolan organization. This study aims to identify and describe Oemah Dolan's programs and the role of Oemah Dolan in increasing reading interest in children in Kedongdong Village. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative approach with the analysis technique of Miles and Huberman. The results of this study indicate that Oemah Dolan has several programs, namely: book stalls, reading, fun learning, and creativity week.

Abstact: Management of an Islamic boarding school institution in an effort to empower santri needs to hold conceptual and strategic operational efforts so as to be able to prepare qualified human resources who are ready to compete in the era of globalization which is full of competence. Introduction. The research aims to examine knowledge transfer by a local community Rurukan Adat "Nabawadatala" in preserving local knowledge ion Citengah village – Sumedang, West Java. Data Collection Method. This research used qualitative approach with a case study method. Data Analysis. Qualitative data analysis was conducted iteratively and continuously until reach the data saturation. The three steps of data analysis were conducted, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. Results and Discussion. Pattern transfer occurred in the study includes three processes, namely the preparation of sustainable work plan; the concept of learning and knowledge sharing; and the creation of knowledge to form a tourist area-based education. Conclusion. A cultural centre established by the Citengah village community leaders to support knowledge transfer is very useful, not only for people inside of the community, but also for people around the community.

This research aims to find out the budgeting process of the National Amil Zakat Agency (LAZNAS) Nurul Hayat. The research data was obtained through the Nurul Hayat Foundation. The method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study method. Data collection techniques using direct interviews. Interviews were conducted with the Director of Finance, Director of Operations, Director of Empowerment, and Director of ZIS. The analysis technique uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that LAZNAS Nurul Hayat is an institution that uses a mixed method; the budgeting process includes the stages of preparation, budget ratification, implementation, and evaluation reporting. The budget system used is in accordance with a non-profit legal entity in the form of a foundation as stipulated in Law Number 28 of 2004.Keywords: budgeting process, non-profit, Nurul Hayat

This study discusses the formation of students' religious character through humanist education at SMK NU 2 Kedungpring, Lamongan Regency. This research is a case study research using a qualitative approach. Meanwhile, seen from the data presentation technique in this study using descriptive methods. The method used in this research with data collection techniques is the technique of observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the teacher acts as a trendsetter for the development of religious character through habituation, learning and interaction that emphasizes Islamic values. The factors that influence the formation of religious character through humanist education include the commitment of teachers who are not simultaneously in the development of religious character, besides that the lack of the number of religious teachers and the limited number of school facilities and infrastructure also affects the character building of humanist-religious students.

The aim of this study was to understand governance in Muriaé’s (MG) clothing LPA. A qualitative study of descriptive character, supported by case study method, was performed. Additionally, an analytical model for analysis of governance in LPA was proposed based on the following categories: representation, cooperation and coordination. The primary qualitative data were analyzed with support of the NVIVO® software, using the content analysis technique. Governance in the clothing LPA of Muriaé-MG is characterized by expressive representation of the actors, the incipient cooperation and coordination of the companies and the significant operations of most entities that are committed to the development of said LPA. This study expanded the understanding of the theme of governance in LPA due to its detailed consideration of the criteria used for their understanding, regarding the procedures that can be employed to conduct an investigation, which may be adopted in future researches.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, mendeskripsikan dan memberikan informasi mengenai pengelolaan tenaga pendidik di SD Pertiwi Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah prosedur kegiatan rekrutmen di SD Pertiwi Kota Bogor yang memiliki perbedaan dengan sekolah lainnya. Perbedaan tersebut diantaranya ialah pada tahap seleksi lamaran, tes tertulis dan non-tertulis, dan orientasi. Selain itu juga SD Pertiwi Kota Bogor memiliki program pengembangan karier unggulan berupa dana beasiswa pendidikan tingkat lanjut sarjana (S1)-pascasarjana (S2) dan juga program pelatihan dan pembinaan yang dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan atau berkelanjutan dalam satu minggu sekali sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditetapkan.Kata Kunci: pengelolaan tenaga pendidik, pengembangan karier, rekrutmen.  THE MANAGEMENT OF TEACHERS AT ELEMENTARY SCHOOLSABSTRACTThis study is intended to find, describe and provide information about the management of educators in SD Pertiwi Kota Bogor. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through technical observations, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques that researchers used with data deduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The result of this research is the procedure of recruitment activity at SD Pertiwi Kota Bogor which has a difference with other schools. These differences are in the application selection phase, written and non-written test, and orientation. In addition, SD Pertiwi Kota Bogor has a leading career development program in the form of scholarship fund for Undergraduate School (S1) - Postgraduate School (S2) as well as training and coaching programs that are implemented continuously or continuously in one week according to the schedule.

The Baduy Village is one of the tourist destinations located in Lebak Regency, Banten, Indonesia. The Department of Tourism of Lebak Regency manages the tourism potential of the Baduy tribe which is loaded with the local wisdom besides its natural beauty. This study aimed to analyze the management of local wisdom tourism of Baduy tribe by the Department of Tourism of Lebak Regency Banten, Indonesia in increasing the number of tourists. A constructivist paradigm with a case study method was used in this study. The informants were from the Department of Tourism of Lebak Regency and tourists who have been to the Baduy Village. The data collection was done through structured interviews, observations and literature studies. The qualitative data analysis technique was carried out to reveal the tourism management. The research results showed that the tourism management through promotion strategies used segmentation, targetting, and positioning approaches based on geographic, psychographic, and demographic. Abstract This study aims to describe the development of self in pedagogical competencies carried out by economic subject teachers as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in developing themselves in the SMA Kota Palembang Model. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research subjects were determined using purposive sampling so that three teachers were certified on economic subjects at SMAN 4 Palembang. Data collection techniques used are interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman models. Self-development in the pedagogical competence of the teacher is still focused on the intensive activities held by the school, and has not touched cooperative and independent activities. Supporting factors for self-development are the opportunities provided by Palembang N 4 High School to develop themselves. While the inhibiting factor is the lack of participation from the government for self-development activities and lack of motivation from educators to develop self-competence through independent activities. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pengembangan diri pada kompetensi pedagogik yang dilakukan guru mata pelajaran ekonomi serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam mengembangkan diri di SMA Model Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Subjek penelitian di tentukan menggunakan purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh tiga guru yang tersertifikasi pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMAN 4 Palembang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Pengembangan diri pada kompetensi pedagogik guru masih terfokus pada kegiatan intensif yang diadakan sekolah, dan belum menyentuh kegiatan kooperatif dan mandiri. Faktor pendukung pengembangan diri adalah kesempatan yang diberikan SMA N 4 Palembang untuk mengembangkan diri. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah kurangnya peran serta dari pemerintah untuk kegiatan pengembangan diri dan kurangnya motivasi dari pendidik untuk menumbuhkembangkan kompetensi diri melalui kegiatan mandiri

The purpose of this research is to find out how marriage satisfaction is to know what are the factors that influence marriage satisfaction in the waiting couple tubang in the traditional traditions of Semende, South Sumatra. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, the data analysis technique used is thematic analysis by coding the results of the interview transcripts that have been made verbatim. The results showed that effective communication and cooperation play a role in marital satisfaction, effective communication can solve problems related to finance, family, parenting and sex. Whereas role cooperation in the family is an absolute requirement for family function and the openness of the couple to recognize and solve problems that arise to get the best solution.
