The ability to read the Qur'an at this time is very concerning because there are so many students who have not been able to read hijaiyah letters which is the basis for being able to read the Qur'an. Therefore, the Master should strive to provide the learning of the Qur'an with the proper methods. The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of the Ottoman rasm method on the smooth and understanding of reading the Qur'an of students. The methods in this study use an ex-Postfactoquantitative research approach. The results of this study are the ottoman rasm method is quite good towards the smooth reading of the Qur'an with statistical results obtained in 2023, while the ottoman rasm method of understanding falls into the moderate category with an overall average of 59%. There is a significant influence between the ottoman rasm method on the smooth reading of the Qur'an students at SDN Kedung Badak 3 Bogor City which includes a strong correlation between the ottoman rasm method and the smooth reading of the Qur'an students with statistical results obtained 0.721 which ranged from 0.60-0.799 and there was no significant influence between the ottoman rasm method on the understanding of reading the Qur'an students in SDN Kedung Badak 3 Bogor City including a very low correlation between the correlation between the ottoman rasm methods on the understanding of reading the Qur'an students in SDN Kedung Badak 3 Bogor City including a very low correlation between the Ottoman rasm method towards the understanding of reading Al-Qyour'an students with statistical results obtained 0.111 which ranges from 0.00-0.199 Keywords: Ottoman Rasm Method; smoothness; understanding

This study departs from the hajj bailout financing facility which is a booming product because of the customer's interest, but in this case there is a difference in the target achievement between Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) Ujungberung KCP which is less successful in improving the hajj bailout products while the Rancaekek KCP is very superior in one consolidation Ahmad Yani Branch Office Bandung. This is what is interesting for researchers to carry out this research, the difference constraints include service quality and promotion factors. This phenomenon raises problems that must be examined, namely how the influence of service quality and promotion of market share expansion products hajj bailouts at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Ujungberung and KCP Rancaekek Bandung. This study aims academically to contribute in the study of Islamic economics in worksheets, especially the quality of service and promotion of market share expansion and practically expected to be able to provide input to all employees of BSM KCP Ujungberung regarding the quality of service and promotion of market expansion of bailout products. Hajj that has been successfully carried out by BSM KCP Rancaekek.The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant influence of service quality on the expansion of market share by 53.3% with a strong correlation of 0.730 and through t test, where t counts at 8.245 (> t table), then H_0 is rejected and H_i is accepted. Furthermore, there is a significant influence of promotion on the expansion of market share by 30.3% with a moderate / sufficient correlation of 0.550 through t test, where t counts is 4.219 (> t table), then H_ (0) is rejected and H_i is accepted. Then there is a significant influence of service quality and promotion simultaneously to the expansion of market share by 60.6% and a strong correlation of 0.784 and through Test F, where F count is 67.023 (> F table), then 〖H〗 _ ( 0) rejected and H_i accepted.

<p>Bogor Botanical Garden is one of the icons of the Bogor City. Bogor Botanical Garden is a tourist site that has a forest concept but is located in the center of Bogor City so that access to Bogor Botanical Garden is easily accessible. Bogor Botanical Gardens is located in Ir. H. Juanda number 13, Bogor, West Java, Indonesia. This study was conducted to determine the effect of the Motivation Driving Factor on the Decision to Visit in Bogor Botanical Garden.</p><p>This research uses quantitative research, with descriptive methods. Many of the samples studied were 100 respondents who had visited Bogor Botanical Gardens.</p><p>Based on the results of the study it was concluded that from the results of the hypothesis test (T-Test) conducted by the researcher produced a tcount of 10.463&gt; Ttable 1.98447. This shows that there is a significant influence between the Motivating Factors for Visiting Decisions. The influence of motivating factors on the decision to visit Bogor Botanical Gardens with a strong correlation coefficient of 0.726 because it is between 0.600-0.799. The coefficient of determination or the percentage of influence of the Factors Driving Tourist Motivation (X) Decision to Visit (Y) is 52.8%. Meanwhile, the remaining 47.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.</p>

Variations in response of three different sludges to conditioning with organic polyelectrolytes were evaluated with respect to the carbohydrate, protein and lipid content of the sludges. These biochemicals comprise the surfaces of most sludges. The difference in the concentration of these compounds is intrinsic to the sludge type. Polymer Index (PI) , a measure of minimum polymer dose required to achieve maximum dewaterability, was statistically related to each of the three components. Carbohydrate content correlated most strongly with PI. As carbohydrate content increases, PI was found to decrease indicating better polymer performance. Biopolymers, which are composed mainly of carbohydrates may surround the cells forming a highly reactive surface. These exocellular materials also promote bioflocculation. Both actions result in a lower polymer requirement for destabilizing the sludge. Protein and lipid were not observed to have strong correlation with PI. Cellular surfaces and structures are composed of these components. The low correlation indicates these components are less favored than carbohydrates for polymer interaction.

The study was conducted aimed at knowing the role of competencies, namely knowledge, skills and self-concept in improving the performance of employees of PT. Summit Oto Finance, with a sample of 54 people . The method used in this study using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Research approach by using quantitative descriptive method by analyzing Multiple Linear Regression to measure the performance of employees of PT. Summit Oto Finance. The results of this study simultaneously independent competency variables consisting of knowledge, skills and self-concept have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable,namely employee performance. From the test results the correlation of the influence of competencies on employee performance is 94.1 percent while 5.9 percent is influenced by other factors. Dominant competencies affect the performance of employees of PT. Summit Oto Finance is a skill.

 This research is an associative study with a quantitative approach.With 89 sample of customers of PT. Pegadaian (Limited) which is obtained by cluster sampling technique, consisting of customers which has received a Partnership Program of CSR assistance in Lombok Island in last 3 (three) years (2014-2016). This study used a causal correlation, which have independent variables (influencing variables) and dependent variables (variables that are affected). This research aims to determine the causal correlation between independent variables, CSR on the loyalty of customers of PT. Pegadaian (Limited) on Lombok through the Corporate image variable.Based on the results of the research and discussion it is inferred that : 1) There is a direct, positive and significant influence between CSR variables on Corporate Image. The data analysis showed that there is a very strong correlation between CSR variables and Corporate Image. 2) There is a direct, positive and significant influence between the variables of Corporate Image on Customer Loyalty. The data analysis showed that there is a very strong correlation between the variables of Corporate Image on Customer Loyalty. 3) There is a direct, positive and significant influence between CSR variables on customer loyalty. The data analysis showed that there is a very strong correlation between CSR variables on customer loyalty. 4) There is a direct, positive and significant influence between CSR variables on Customer Loyalty through Corporate Image. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dengan sampel 89 pelanggan PT. Pegadaian (Persero) diperoleh dengan teknik cluster sampling, terdiri atas nasabah yang telah menerima Program Kemitraan bantuan CSR di Pulau Lombok dalam 3 (tiga) tahun terakhir (2014-2016). Hubungan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah adalah hubungan yang bersifat sebab akibat (kausal), dimana ada variabel independen (variabel yang mempengaruhi) dan variabel dependen (variabel yang dipegaruhi). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan sebab akibat antara variabel independen yaitu CSR terhadap variabel dependen loyalitas pelanggan melalui variabel intervening Corporate image.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: 1) Terdapat pengaruh langsung, positif dan signifikan antara variabel CSR terhadap Citra Perusahaan. Hasil analisis data juga menunjukan korelasi yang sangat kuat antara variabel CSR dan Citra Perusahaan. 2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung, positif dan signifikan antara variabel Citra Perusahaan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. Dari hasil analisis data juga ditemukan korelasi yang sangat kuat antara variabel Corporate Image pada Loyalitas Pelanggan. 3) Terdapat pengaruh langsung, positif dan signifikan antara variabel CSR terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. This study, taking the theme of the influence of the principal's leadership style and professionalism of teachers on teacher performance in SMP Negeri 1 Gondang, Nganjuk. Principal's leadership style and teacher professionalism are important indicators of achieving effective and efficient performance in an educational institution. This research approach is quantitative with ex post facto design. The population was all 60 Gondang 1 Junior High School teachers, then 42 samples were selected by using the Disproportionate Stratified random sampling technique. Data collection instrument in the form of a questionnaire with a Likert scale which has 4 alternative answers. The research instrument was tested on 42 teachers. The instrument validity test used was content validity with experimental judgment techniques, while for instrument reliability the Alpha Cronbach formula was used. Data analysis uses simple regression and multiple regression.The result is that the principal's leadership at SMPN 1 Gondang is included in the good category with an average score of 55,1429, professionalism of teachers in the professional category with an average score of 54.5714, the teacher's performance falls into the very good category with an average of 45.0714. With a simple regression analysis, it is known: there is no significant influence of the principal's leadership style on the performance of teachers of SMPN 1 Gondang because only -, 093, teacher professionalism does not affect the teacher's performance because it is only -, 102, but there is a positive and significant influence on the principal's leadership style on teacher professionalism that is equal to 98.3%. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that there was a significant joint effect between the principal's leadership style and teacher professionalism on teacher performance at SMPN 1 Gondang, which was only 1.2%.

This study aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership style and organizational culture on organizational performance with emotional intelligence as a mediation variable. This research uses an explanatory research approach. Explanatory research is meant to explain the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing or the goal of obtaining appropriate testing in drawing causal conclusions between variables and then selecting alternative actions. The basic reason for using explanatory research is because the purpose of this study is to explain and examine the effect of transformational leadership, organizational culture and emotional intelligence on organizational performance at the Jatimelati Village Office, Bekasi. The population in this study were all sub-district office employees, amounting to 30 people. In this study, in determining the sample using saturated samples. Researchers set the sample in this study consisting of 30 employees. Based on result that partially, it shows that there is a positive and significant influence between transformational leadership style variables on emotional intelligence. Partially, it shows that there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture variables on emotional intelligence. Partially, it shows that there is a positive and significant influence between transformational leadership style variables on organizational performance variables. Partially it shows a positive and significant influence between organizational culture variables on organizational performance variables. The emotional intelligence variable does not influence organizational performance; this is in contrast to previous research. So that it distinguishes this research from previous research. The results showed that simultaneously there was an influence between transformational leadership style and organizational culture on organizational performance, with emotional intelligence as an intervening variable

The aim of this study was to comprehends students’ literacy abilities through visual communication media. Indicator of the assessment literacy ability based on the PISA institution in 2009 – 2015. The research was conducted at SDIT Insantama Bogor in 2018/2019 academic years. The research approach used quantitative which used sensus in five class elementery school. Total sampel in the case were 126 students.  One-Grop Pretest-Posttest Design methode was used in the research. Simple linear regression was used in analysis process. The result of regression R = 0,886 showed correlation between an improving students’ literacy skills with Visual Communication Media (X) is strong and positive. Then, from the result of ANOVA data processing, showed: F Calculated was 148.380 with a significant level 0,000. Because the probability (0,000) was much smaller than 0,05, so the regression model can be used to predict an improving students’ literacy skills. The conclusion was there are significant influence on improving students’ literacy skills.

Product innovation is a guideline that is expected to influence consumer interest in purchases. The problem formulation in this study is whether there is a significant influence of product innovation on consumer interest in purchasing. And the purpose of this research is to find out if there is a significant relationship between product innovation and consumer interest in purchasing Bottled Tea Products at PT Sinar Sosro Medan. The research approach carried out is a quantitative type of primary data source. This study used a simple linear regression analysis model using SPSS (Statistica Product and Service Solution) software version 21.0. The number of samples in this study was as many as 78 customers. The results of this study showed a regression equation where Y = 1,807 + 0.5X + e, which means product innovation has a positive influence on consumer interest. This indicates that if there is an increase in product innovation by 1 unit, it will be followed by an increase in consumer interest by 0.5 units. Based on the significance test shows a significant influence of product innovation on consumer interest, it is seen that the significance value for the influence of X on Y is 0.00<0.05 and thitung value of 5.626> ttabel 2.6403 means that if product innovation is improved then consumer interest will also increase. And from the test results of the coefficient of determination in nila R Square of 0.294 this shows that 29.4% of consumer interest is influenced by product innovation and the remaining 71.5% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. This will be even better if product innovation continues to be implemented and improved with the increasing interest of consumers, because of PT employees. Sinar Sosro will have the opportunity to channel its creativity with better innovation ideas.

This study aims to find out the role of BMT Almaun Berkah Madani in assisting the customers from the trap of moneylenders. This BMT is also expected to reduce the anxiety of some people who have financial limitations. This research approach is qualitative and using case study strategies. Data collection techniques were using direct observation in the fieldwork. Based on the results, this study found that the financing procedure at BMT Almaun Berkah Madani uses qardhul hasan financing funds. Customers get qardhul hasan funds a number of debts to money lenders. With the system, the customer places a guarantee on one of the assets owned, pays the principal installments to the BMT, and is obliged to become a member of the BMT. Thus the role of BMT with its financing products has a significant influence on improving the welfare of people who have financial limitations and helps to alleviate debts to moneylenders.Keywords: Role, BMT, Moneylenders, Qardhul Hasan Financing
