This study entitled The Effect of Leadership Style and Health Facilities on Patient Satisfaction and the object of research at the Nusa Penida I Public Health Center in Nusa Penida, Klungkung Regency. The aim is to examine the influence of leadership style, health facilities and patient satisfaction. Methodology: Population 396 For three months starting January-March and using a sample of 80 respondents, using a questionnaire, with validity and reliability tests, correlation analysis, and simultaneous significance test (F test), partial significance test (t-test) using multiple linear regression , assisted by SPSS Software version 24. The hypothesis in this study uses three hypotheses with the results Hypothesis1. The variable of leadership style and health facility variables with the F-count test simultaneously "has a positive and significant effect" on the patient satisfaction variable. Hypothesis 2. Leadership Style partially has a significant positive effect on Patient Satisfaction. 3. Facilities produce t count partially "positive and significant effect" on Patient Satisfaction Implication: The coefficient of determination (adjusted R) is 64.5% which shows that Leadership Style and Health Facilities on Patient Satisfaction is 64.4% and is equal to 36.6% Leadership Style and Health Facilities are influenced by other variables not examined in this study and can be further investigated.

This study aims to determine the effect of product design and price on consumer interest in buying Jepara Teak furniture at the New Furniture Business Shop in Lubuk Alung. This type of research is associative quantitative research, the number of research samples were 100 people. Data was collected in the form of questionnaires and using analyzed SPSS software ver.21.0 for Windows. The conclusions from this study is the product design variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on purchase decision in Jati Jepara furniture at the New Furniture Business Shop in Lubuk Alung, as evidenced by t value > t table (10,400> 1,660) and a significant influence between price variables ( X2) purchase decision with t value> t table (2,015> 1,660). There is a positive and significant influence between product design (X1) price (X2), on purchase decision of Jati Jepara furniture consumers with an F-value 156,644> F- table (3,09) means that it affects together. The coefficient of determination (R²) results obtained a coefficient of 0.764 or 76.4%, while 23.6% is influenced by other variables.Keywords: Product design; prices; purchase decision.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Transparency, Community Participation, and Accountability on Village Fund Management (DD) in Ponorogoregency. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with the type of data, namely primary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The study was conducted on villages in Pulung and Ngebel Subdistricts, this is because the two sub-districts were not on time in submitting the Realization Report on the Use of DD in the 2017 Budget year to Ponorogoregency DPMD. The population of this study is the Village Chief, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer, Kasi Development, Kasi Community Empowerment, and Chairman of the BPD. The sampling method used was saturated sampling. Based on the population and the sample determination method obtained 156 respondents. Effects of Transparency, Community Participation, and Accountability on DD Management in Ponorogoregency using multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination. Test the quality of the data used is the test of validity and reliability. Furthermore, hypothesis testing using t and F test. The results of this study indicate that the first hypothesis, namely transparency, has a significant positive effect on DD management in Ponorogoregency. The second hypothesis of community participation has a significant positive effect on DD management in Ponorogoregency. The third hypothesis of accountability has a significant positive effect on DD management in Ponorogo.Regency. The fourth hypothesis obtained results that transparency, community participation, and accountability had a significant positive effect on DD management in Ponorogo.This was supported by the results of the recapitulation of respondents' answers and real conditions in the field. Kata kunci :   Transparansi, Partisipasi Masyarakat, Akuntabilitas, Pengelolaan   Dana Desa.

Salah satu keberhasilan perusahaan tergantung pada karyawannya. Untuk dapat meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan, perlu diketahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 77 karyawan di PT Asno Horie Indonesia. gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi merupakan variabel bebas dan kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel terikat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan, kuesioner, observasi dan dokumentasi sebagai alat pengumpulan data utama. Validitas dan reliabilitas pertanyaan diuji setiap variabel. Kemudian, variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi di regresi terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Asno Horie Indonesia. One of the company's successes depends on its employees. To achieve this prosperity, it is necessary to know the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance. This research was conducted on 77 employees at PT Asno Horie Indonesia. Leadership style and organizational culture are independent variables and employee performance is the dependent variable. This study uses literature, questionnaire, observation, and documentation as the main data collection tools. The validity and reliability of the questions were tested for each variable. Then, the independent variables are regressed on a dependent variable. The results showed that the leadership style variable did not significantly influence employee performance, and organizational culture had a significant positive effect on the performance of PT Asno Horie Indonesia's employees.

This research was conducted at Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention which aims to analyze and explain the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance, and to find out which variables are most influential on tourist satisfaction.This research uses quantitative methods with 55 respondents. The validity and reliability test techniques, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through the f test, t test, coefficient of determination and beta coefficient.The results showed that the level of testing was significant and positively influenced by the regression equation, Y = -0.005 X1 + 0.971 X2 and it was proven that the organizational culture variable had the most dominant influence on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.971. The conclusion from this study that of the two independent variables, organizational culture is a variable that has a positive effect on employee performance at Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention.

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of leadership and discipline on the performance of the device villages Sekecamatan Sukoharjo Sukoharjo regency with motivation as Variable Mediation. The analysis technique used is to use a test instrument that includes the validity and reliability test, linearity test, regression analysis, path analysis (Path Analysis), t test, F test, test the coefficient of determination and correlation analysis. The results showed that leadership and significant positive effect on the motivation. Discipline and no significant positive effect on the motivation. Leadership positive and significant impact on performance. Discipline positive and significant impact on performance. Motivation positive and significant impact on performance. The F test results can be concluded jointly variables of leadership, discipline and motivation have a significant effect on performance. The result of the calculation of total R2 value of 0.89 can be interpreted variations in device performance villages sekecamatan Sukoharjo explained by leadership, discipline and motivation by 89% and the remaining 11% described other variables outside the model as an example of climate research organization and competence. Conclusion Effect of Direct and Indirect illustrates that the direct effect on the performance leadership and discipline produces a value greater than the indirect effect. Making it more effective through the direct route. The optimal performance of civil servants is the target of every state government organization. This aim aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work motivation and competence both partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Regional Revenue Service Office of West Sulawesi Province. The research method used is multiple regression analysis to see the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance; motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance; Competence hasn’t a significant positive effect on performance. Simultaneously, leadership style, work motivation and competence have a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Employees who have a high  commitment, have a desire to defend themselves as members of the organization. Therefore, to develop an organization, various aspects must be considered that can create work commitment. This study aims to examine: 1) the influence of leadership style on work commitment, 2) the influence of organizational culture on work commitment and 3) the effect of reward on work commitment. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using multiple regression analysis. The population in this study was all employees at KOPPAS "Citra Kartini" Senggreng Sumberpucung Malang Regency with a sample using saturated sampling technique, amounting to 39 employees. The results of data analysis in this study can be concluded: 1) leadership style has a significant positive effect on employee  commitment, 2) organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee commitment, 3) reward has a significant positive effect on employee  commitment, and 4) reward is a variable which has a dominant effect on employee  commitment

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work communication and job training on the performance of  PT Parama Tirta Mulya Sejahterah employees. Both partially and simultaneously. The type of this research is quantitative research. The population of this study is all employees of PT. 43 employees. Sampling technique is done by saturated sampling technique. Data is obtained using a questionnaire (questionnaire) that is tested for validity and reliability. The results of data analysis found that there was a positive influence between motivation on employee performance with the coefficient value b1 = 0.452. There was a positive influence between work communication on employee performance with a coefficient value of b2 = 0.038. There was a positive influence between training )on employee performance with a coefficient value of b3 = 0.333. There was a significant positive effect of employee performance, Partial Test Results (t-test) between work motivation with work performance wan shows the value of t-count greater than t-table (3,829> 2,601), between communication and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,808> 2,016), and between training and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,213> 2,016), this shows that there is a significant positive effect partially. The result of the calculated F value is 44.981 and the probability of significance is 0.000.

The purpose of this thesis is to study the influence of leadership style, work discipline, compensation, job satisfaction and employee performance at PT. Sraya Dinamika Mandiri and to provide suggestions on how PT. Sraya Dinamika Mandiri can increase job satisfaction by improving employee performance that affects it. For the independent variable: leadership style (X1), work discipline (X2), compensation (X3), the dependent variable is employee performance (Y1), and the intervening variable is job satisfaction. The research approach is quantitative research by the questionnaire. The sample used was 150 respondents. This study indicates that each dimension of leadership style, work discipline, and compensation has a direct and significant positive effect on the performance of PT. Sraya Dinamika Mandiri employees. Job satisfaction directly has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. However, work discipline has no positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and work discipline has no positive impact on employee performance through job satisfaction.
