This research is a qualitative descriptive research that aims to describe what it is about the activities of students study program in General Linguistics learning. Data collection is done by using planning stages (plan), implementation (do), and reflection (see) that focus on student activities. The subjects of this study are students of first semester of class A of PBSI study program. What is observed is the increase in student activity on each cycle. The research process is carried out with several stages: (a) conducting observations of research subjects, (b) performing data retrieval, (c) analyzing data on each cycle, (d) conducting discussion of the results of the analysis, (e) drawing conclusions of research results. The results showed that: 1) the implementation of learning through cooperative model Team Games Tournament can increase the activity, enthusiasm of students, 2) the implementation of learning with cooperative model Team Games Tournament can improve student ability.

This study aims to find out how to improve students' soft skills through Problem-Based Learning (PBL) of Educational Sciences in order to prepare superior Human Resources (HR). This research is qualitative research, the research subjects are students of the First Semester Guidance and Counseling Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Private University in Solo Raya. The object of research is the improvement of students' soft skills through PBL of Education Science courses in order to prepare for Superior HR. Data collection using interviews, observation, documentation, and test methods. The validity of the data uses method triangulation, source triangulation, and perseverance of observation. Analysis of the data using qualitative analysis. The results showed that PBL courses in education can improve students' soft skills which include aspects of self-awareness, trust, adaptability, critical thinking, organizational awareness, attitude, initiative, empathy, integrity, self-control, leadership, problem-solving, risk-taking, and Time management, in order to prepare superior HR.

The aim to be achieved in this study was to determine the increase in activity and student learning outcomes in the application of lesson study based multi-representational learning in linear program subjects. The type of research is class action research which consists of the steps of preparation, implementation, observation and reflection. The research subjects were Madura University mathematics education study program students in semester 6. The instruments used included validator assessment sheets for learning devices, observation sheets of student activities during the learning process, observation sheets of lecturers' ability to manage learning, questionnaires sheets of student responses to the implementation of learning and test results learn. Based on the results of the study, there was an increase in student activity from 3.16 in cycle 1, 3.31 in cycle 2, to 3.67 in cycle 3. The learning outcome test also increased from 63.2% in cycle 1, 78.94% at cycle 2 becomes 89.47% in cycle 3. So it can be concluded that lesson study based multi-presentation learning can improve student learning outcomes in linear program subjects.

The integration of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the learning process developed into a fight trought various designs and strategies which can be grouped into (1) E-learning as a learning form system that utilizes electronic devices and digital media,  and (2) Mobile learning (M-learning)  as a particular learning form to utilize mobile communication devices and information technology. The rapid development of mobile devices, relatively easy operation,  and more affordable prices,  is supporting factors in the widespread use of mobile learning into a new alternative of learning media. Those conditions encourage the learning paradigm that can be done anytime and anywhere.  The purpose of research to be achieved is to develop the design of the android camera based simulator software model as a learning media in cinematography lesson study program of educational technology FIP Unnes.  This research method refers to the research and development strategy proposed by Borg and Gall (in Sukmadinata,  2016) with some modifications that have been developed by Sukmadinata.  The research procedure used in the study focusing on the development stages of application design model.  The steps includes the following steps (1) model development (product design), (2) design validation, (3) design revisions. The results of research on the development of video camera simulator model can be concluded that the application of android based video camera in the process of validation by media experts obtained the results of software engineering aspects obtained 92 scores with very good category, while the visual communication design aspect scored 84, also with very good category. As for the material experts, validation on aspects of learning design got score 85 with very good category as well. Based on the validation results of media experts and materials experts, the application of this androdi-based video camera simulator is improved according to the records of media experts and material experts. Before used in the next research process should this application really well prepared, so the results obtained in accordance with the expected AbstrakPengintegrasian teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) dalam proses pembelajaran terus berkembang dengan berbagai pola dan strategi, yang dapat dikelompokkan menjadi (1) sistem e-Learning sebagai bentuk pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan perangkat elektronik dan media digital, dan (2) mobile learning (m-learning) sebagai bentuk pembelajaran yang khusus memanfaatkan perangkat dan teknologi komunikasi bergerak. Perkembangan perangkat mobile yang begitu pesat, operasional yang relatif mudah, dan harga yang semakin terjangkau, merupakan faktor pendorong semakin meluasnya penggunaan mobile learning menjadi alternatif baru media pembelajaran. Kondisi tersebut mendorong terbentuknya paradigma pembelajaran yang dapat dilakukan kapanpun dan dimanapun. Tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai adalah mengembangkan desain model Aplikasi Simulator Kamera Video Berbasis Android sebagai media pembelajaran mata kuliah sinematografi pembelajaran prodi Teknologi Pendidikan FIP Unnes. Metode penelitian ini mengacu pada strategi penelitian dan pengembangan yang dikemukakan oleh Borg dan Gall (dalam Sukmadinata, 2016) dengan beberapa modifikasi yang telah dikembangkan oleh Sukmadinata. Adapun dalam artikel ini, prosedur penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian, fokus pada tahap pengembangan desain model aplikasi. Dalam tahap ini mencakup langkah-langkah sebagai berikut (1) Model pengembangan (desain produk), (2) Validasi desain, (3) Revisi desain, Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses pengembangan desain model aplikasi simulator kamera video berbasis android dilakukan melalui langkah-langkah sesuai prosedur penelitian di atas, diawali dengan analisis kebutuhan, kemudian menyusun peta kompetensi, peta materi, Garis Besar Isi Media (GBIM), jabaran materi, flowchart dan naskah, kemudian dilakukan validasi desain dan revisi produk. Desain model aplikasi simulator kamera video ini juga siap digunakan untuk tahap penelitian dan pengembangan selanjutnya. Penggunaan aplikasi simulator kamera video berbasis android sangat diperlukan dalam proses pembelajaran mata kuliah sinematografi pembelajaran, khususnya materi teknik dan prosedur pengambilan gambar karena dapat membantu mahasiswa belajar secara mandiri

Lesson study has been carried out on V semester students in microbiology courses in the Biology Education and Teaching and Education Faculty Study Program, University of Papua, in the odd semester of the 2017/2018 academic year. The lesson activity of this study aims to improve the process and quality of biology learning. The activities carried out were the activities of the lesson team of biological studies consisting of model lecturers and observers. Lesson Study activities are carried out as many as four open classes, each open class consists of four stages of activity, namely: plan, implementation, observation and reflection or see. Each stage of producing planning (Chapter Design, Lesson Design, RPS and assessment instruments). The learning process is carried out through the application of the Two Stay Two Stray type (TSTS) cooperative learning model. Data obtained through observations by observers. The results obtained in the open class activities show that: (1) increasing student activity, creativity and independence, (2) students' understanding of concepts that are considered difficult to improve, and (3) the quality of microbiology learning increases (4) Learning cooperative type TSTS through lesson study activities (LS) can enhance collaboration and discussion between members of the lesson study team in planning and implementing learning, as well as reflection on learning activities (5) Can improve lecturer professionalism because initially lecturer-centered learning turns into learning centered on college student

  ABSTRACT The skill to write argumentative essas as a necessity in the 21st century is crucial for students to hone their critical thinking skills. Having been designed as a classroom action research, the researcher applied Problem-Based Learning with Lesson Study cycle that answered the following two research questions: (a) Can students' argumentative essay writing skill be improved by applying Problem-Based Learning with Lesson Study cycle? And (b) How was the student's response to their implementation? The research subjects consisted of 36 students of IVA semester in English Education Study Program, Faculty of TeacherTraining and Education, Mahasaraswati Denpasar University. To collect data, test and questionnair were administered as research instruments. Data were analyzed descriptively quantitative and qualitative (interactive model). It was found that the application of Problem-Based Learning and Lesson Study was able to improve students' argumentative essay writing skill and the students gave positive response towards their application for the improvement of learning. The lecture on algebra has not involved students in working together. Thus, one effort that can be done is implementing the jigsaw cooperative learning model. This study aims to describe the student collaboration activities in the introduction to algebra course using the jigsaw cooperative learning. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The subjects were 32 first semester students of 2019 who were enrolled in the introduction to algebra course in the Mathematics Education Study Program, FMIPA, Universitas Negeri Malang. The instrument in this study was an observation sheet of student activities, and the supporting data were the results of individual exercises. Data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that student collaboration activities in the jigsaw cooperative learning in the introduction to algebra course were very good, as indicated by the average score of students in completing individual exercise problems was 90. Thus, it can be concluded that the selection of an appropriate learning model can enhance student collaboration in learning abstract mathematical concepts.

<p>Abstract. The purpose of this study was to find out the application of the drill method in improving the results of volleyball under-passing learning of fifth grade students of Mlese 1 Elementary School in Klaten Regency, Semester I 2018/2019 Academic Year. The research subjects consisted of 18 students. The instrument used to measure the success of teacher and student activities in teaching and learning activities is by using an observation sheet, while measuring student learning outcomes is a cognitive, affective and psychomotor test. This<br />research was conducted in two cycles. The stages in this study follow the procedure of classroom action research, namely: (1) planning, (2) implementation of actions, (3) observations, and (4) reflection. From the results of the study concluded that the activities and learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Mlese Gantiwarno District, Klaten Regency using the drill method showed maximum results, where in the first cycle the completeness level of teacher activities in carrying out learning activities only reached 72.72%<br />and increased in cycle II to 100%, for student learning completeness data 70% and experienced an increase in cycle II to 90%, this has exceeded standards based on minimum completeness criteria of 85%. While the learning outcomes of students in the first cycle only reached 66.67%, increasing in the second cycle to 94.44% or have reached the level of learning completeness set by the school which is 80%. Thus it can be concluded that the application of the drill method can improve the results of volleyball under-passing learning in grade V students of SD Negeri 1 Mlese Gantiwarno District, Klaten Regency, first semester of the school year 2018/2019.</p>

Reasoning that is constructed from remembering is imitative reasoning, while the opposite is creative reasoning. This study aims to explore creative mathematical reasoning in solving geometric problems. Mathematical creative reasoning is reasoning that contains elements of novelty, plausibility, and mathematical foundation. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, which is explorative. The research subjects were the first-semester student in the mathematics education study program with 32 students. The results showed that from 32 students, there was only one student identified as having creative mathematical reasoning in solving geometry problems. Creative mathematical reasoning can be identified when the subject is able to reason algorithmically but is aware of problems so they cannot be resolved algorithmically so that they must form new reasoning, which consists of novelty, plausibility, and mathematical foundation. Creative mathematical reasoning arises after students make an algorithmic reasoning process, but find no solution. Novelty is the weakest indicator of creative mathematical reasoning, so it requires scaffolding to bring it up.

Abstrak Mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran yang sering diremehkan oleh para siswa. Akan tetapi, kenyataannya pada evaluasi akhir banyak ditemukan nilai terendah yang diperoleh siswa berasal dari mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan siswa pada mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Subjek penelitian adalah 27 siswa kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah 06 Dau Malang. Program lesson study ini dilakukan dalam 4 siklus dengan menerapkan pendekatan saintifik yang diimplementasikan melalui strategi pembelajaran inkuiri. Strategi tersebut berimplikasi pada pemakaian metode inkuiri, diskusi, dan kunjung kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keatifan siswa dapat ditingkatkan. Peningkatan keaktifan siswa tersebut beriringan dengan tujuan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pendekatan saintifk yang meliputi (1) menanya/menjawab teks prosedur, (2) menerapkan penulisan teks prosedur, dan (3) mengomunikasikan menanggapi teks prosedur. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan pemakaian pendekatan saintifik dalam kegiatan lesson study dapat meningkatkan keaktifan siswa dalam mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Kata kunci: keaktifan siswa, lesson study, pendekatan saintifik Abstract Bahasa Indonesia subject is one of the subjects that is often underestimated by students. However, it was found that the lowest scores obtained by students came from Indonesian subjects in the final evaluation. This research aimed to increase student activeness in Indonesian subjects by analysing 27 research subjects on grade VII students of SMP Muhammadiyah 06 Dau Malang. This lesson study program was carried out in 4 cycles by applying a scientific approach through an inquiry learning strategy. This strategy implied to the use of inquiry, discussion, and group visits methods. The results showed that students activity could be improved. Increasing the activeness of students goes parallel with the learning objectives by using a scientific approach which includes (1) asking / answering procedure texts, (2) applying procedural text writing, and (3) communicating responding to procedural texts. Based on the result, it can be concluded that the use of a scientific approach in lesson study activities can increase student activeness in Bahasa Indonesia subjects. Keywords: student activity, lesson study, scientific approach

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keterlaksanaan Lesson Study sebagai daya dukung kompetensi pedagogik guru MI Ma’arif Kumpulrejo 02 Salatiga, serta kemampuan mengintegrasikan Kurikulum 2013 dalam pelatihan program Lesson Study. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian yaitu kepala sekolah dan dewan guru serta pengawas MI Kota Salatiga dengan jumlah 1 kepala sekolah ,3 dewan guru dan 2 peserta didik serta pengawas MI Kota Salatiga. Pelaksanaan Lesson Study ditekankan pada 3 tahap yaitu plan (merencanakan atau merancang), Do (melaksanakan), dan See (mengamati, dan sesudah itu merefleksikan hasil pengamatan). Pelaksanaan Lesson Study di MI Ma’arif Kumpulrejo 02 masih perlu pendampingan lebih lanjut dalam pembuatan RPP sesuai kurikulum 2013 dengan mengingat urgensi pendidikan karakter yang terintegrasi dalam mata pelajaran. Lesson Study harus dikembangkan dengan melibatkan guru-guru, serta pakar dan praktisi pendidikan dari instansi lain untuk menambah khazanah wawasan metode dan strategi pembelajaran yang lebih kompleks.Lesson Study juga membantu guru menerima tunjangan kesejahteraan, karena program Lesson Study mampu membentuk kompetensi guru yang unggul. Program Lesson Study salah satu wadah bagi guru dalam menjawab perkembangan zaman yang semakin kompleks, Lesson study mampu menjadi daya dukung bagi guru dalam memperjuangkan kesehteraannya serta membantu guru dalam menjawab tantangan zaman dan sebagai daya dukung terhadap kompetensi lulusan serta kualitas lembaga pendidikan. Kendala yang terjadi dalam proses Lesson Study di MI Ma’arif Kumpulrejo 02 Salatiga adalah sebagai berikut: Kurangnya motivasi guru dalam mengembangkan program Lesson Study, Kurangnya Pendanaan program Lesson Study di MI Ma’arif Kumpulrejo 02, Sarana dan Prasarana di MI Ma’arif Kumpulrejo 02 Kurang lengkap, Sulitnya Penyusunan jadwal pelaksanaan program Lesson Study di MI Ma’arif Kumpulrejo 02, Pendokumentasian kegiatan Lesson Study di MI Ma’arif Kumpulrejo 02 Kurang lengkap, serta Kurangnya daya dukung Yayasan dan Kementerian Agama Kata Kunci: Lesson study, Integrasi kurikulum 2013, Peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru.   Abstract This study aims to describe the implementation of Lesson Study as the supporting capacity of the pedagogical competence of MI Ma'arif Kumpulrejo 02 Salatiga teachers, as well as the ability to integrate the 2013 Curriculum into the Lesson Study program training.This research is an action research with a qualitative descriptive approach with the research subjects, namely the principal and the board of teachers as well as the supervisor of MI Salatiga City with the total of 1 school principal, 3 teacher councils and 2 students and supervisors of MI City of Salatiga. The implementation of Lesson Study is emphasized on 3 stages, namely plan (plan or design), Do (implement), and See (observe, and after that reflect on the results of the observations). The implementation of Lesson Study at MI Ma'arif Kumpulrejo 02 still needs further assistance in making RPP according to the 2013 curriculum keeping in mind the urgency of integrated character education in the subject. Lesson Study should be developed by involving teachers, as well as education experts and practitioners from other agencies to add to their knowledge of more complex learning methods and strategies.Lesson Study also helps teachers receive welfare allowances, because the Lesson Study program is able to form superior teacher competencies. The Lesson Study Program is a forum for teachers to respond to increasingly complex developments in the era, Lesson study is able to be a supporting capacity for teachers in fighting for their health and helping teachers in responding to the challenges of the times and as a support capacity for graduate competencies and the quality of educational institutions. The obstacles that occurred in the Lesson Study process at MI Ma'arif Kumpulrejo 02 Salatiga were as follows: Lack of teacher motivation in developing the Lesson Study program, Lack of funding for the Lesson Study program at MI Ma'arif Kumpulrejo 02, Facilities and Infrastructure at MI Ma'arif Kumpulrejo 02 Incomplete, Difficulty in compiling a schedule for the implementation of the Lesson Study program at MI Ma'arif Kumpulrejo 02, Documenting Lesson Study activities at MI Ma'arif Kumpulrejo 02 Incomplete, and Lack of support capacity of the Foundation and the Ministry of Religion  Keywords:Lesson study, 2013 curriculum integration, Improvement of teacher pedagogical competence.
