Abstrak Mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran yang sering diremehkan oleh para siswa. Akan tetapi, kenyataannya pada evaluasi akhir banyak ditemukan nilai terendah yang diperoleh siswa berasal dari mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan siswa pada mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Subjek penelitian adalah 27 siswa kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah 06 Dau Malang. Program lesson study ini dilakukan dalam 4 siklus dengan menerapkan pendekatan saintifik yang diimplementasikan melalui strategi pembelajaran inkuiri. Strategi tersebut berimplikasi pada pemakaian metode inkuiri, diskusi, dan kunjung kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keatifan siswa dapat ditingkatkan. Peningkatan keaktifan siswa tersebut beriringan dengan tujuan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pendekatan saintifk yang meliputi (1) menanya/menjawab teks prosedur, (2) menerapkan penulisan teks prosedur, dan (3) mengomunikasikan menanggapi teks prosedur. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan pemakaian pendekatan saintifik dalam kegiatan lesson study dapat meningkatkan keaktifan siswa dalam mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Kata kunci: keaktifan siswa, lesson study, pendekatan saintifik Abstract Bahasa Indonesia subject is one of the subjects that is often underestimated by students. However, it was found that the lowest scores obtained by students came from Indonesian subjects in the final evaluation. This research aimed to increase student activeness in Indonesian subjects by analysing 27 research subjects on grade VII students of SMP Muhammadiyah 06 Dau Malang. This lesson study program was carried out in 4 cycles by applying a scientific approach through an inquiry learning strategy. This strategy implied to the use of inquiry, discussion, and group visits methods. The results showed that students activity could be improved. Increasing the activeness of students goes parallel with the learning objectives by using a scientific approach which includes (1) asking / answering procedure texts, (2) applying procedural text writing, and (3) communicating responding to procedural texts. Based on the result, it can be concluded that the use of a scientific approach in lesson study activities can increase student activeness in Bahasa Indonesia subjects. Keywords: student activity, lesson study, scientific approach

The aim to be achieved in this study was to determine the increase in activity and student learning outcomes in the application of lesson study based multi-representational learning in linear program subjects. The type of research is class action research which consists of the steps of preparation, implementation, observation and reflection. The research subjects were Madura University mathematics education study program students in semester 6. The instruments used included validator assessment sheets for learning devices, observation sheets of student activities during the learning process, observation sheets of lecturers' ability to manage learning, questionnaires sheets of student responses to the implementation of learning and test results learn. Based on the results of the study, there was an increase in student activity from 3.16 in cycle 1, 3.31 in cycle 2, to 3.67 in cycle 3. The learning outcome test also increased from 63.2% in cycle 1, 78.94% at cycle 2 becomes 89.47% in cycle 3. So it can be concluded that lesson study based multi-presentation learning can improve student learning outcomes in linear program subjects.

This research is a qualitative descriptive research that aims to describe what it is about the activities of students study program in General Linguistics learning. Data collection is done by using planning stages (plan), implementation (do), and reflection (see) that focus on student activities. The subjects of this study are students of first semester of class A of PBSI study program. What is observed is the increase in student activity on each cycle. The research process is carried out with several stages: (a) conducting observations of research subjects, (b) performing data retrieval, (c) analyzing data on each cycle, (d) conducting discussion of the results of the analysis, (e) drawing conclusions of research results. The results showed that: 1) the implementation of learning through cooperative model Team Games Tournament can increase the activity, enthusiasm of students, 2) the implementation of learning with cooperative model Team Games Tournament can improve student ability.

  ABSTRACT The skill to write argumentative essas as a necessity in the 21st century is crucial for students to hone their critical thinking skills. Having been designed as a classroom action research, the researcher applied Problem-Based Learning with Lesson Study cycle that answered the following two research questions: (a) Can students' argumentative essay writing skill be improved by applying Problem-Based Learning with Lesson Study cycle? And (b) How was the student's response to their implementation? The research subjects consisted of 36 students of IVA semester in English Education Study Program, Faculty of TeacherTraining and Education, Mahasaraswati Denpasar University. To collect data, test and questionnair were administered as research instruments. Data were analyzed descriptively quantitative and qualitative (interactive model). It was found that the application of Problem-Based Learning and Lesson Study was able to improve students' argumentative essay writing skill and the students gave positive response towards their application for the improvement of learning. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keterlaksanaan Lesson Study sebagai daya dukung kompetensi pedagogik guru MI Ma’arif Kumpulrejo 02 Salatiga, serta kemampuan mengintegrasikan Kurikulum 2013 dalam pelatihan program Lesson Study. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian yaitu kepala sekolah dan dewan guru serta pengawas MI Kota Salatiga dengan jumlah 1 kepala sekolah ,3 dewan guru dan 2 peserta didik serta pengawas MI Kota Salatiga. Pelaksanaan Lesson Study ditekankan pada 3 tahap yaitu plan (merencanakan atau merancang), Do (melaksanakan), dan See (mengamati, dan sesudah itu merefleksikan hasil pengamatan). Pelaksanaan Lesson Study di MI Ma’arif Kumpulrejo 02 masih perlu pendampingan lebih lanjut dalam pembuatan RPP sesuai kurikulum 2013 dengan mengingat urgensi pendidikan karakter yang terintegrasi dalam mata pelajaran. Lesson Study harus dikembangkan dengan melibatkan guru-guru, serta pakar dan praktisi pendidikan dari instansi lain untuk menambah khazanah wawasan metode dan strategi pembelajaran yang lebih kompleks.Lesson Study juga membantu guru menerima tunjangan kesejahteraan, karena program Lesson Study mampu membentuk kompetensi guru yang unggul. Program Lesson Study salah satu wadah bagi guru dalam menjawab perkembangan zaman yang semakin kompleks, Lesson study mampu menjadi daya dukung bagi guru dalam memperjuangkan kesehteraannya serta membantu guru dalam menjawab tantangan zaman dan sebagai daya dukung terhadap kompetensi lulusan serta kualitas lembaga pendidikan. Kendala yang terjadi dalam proses Lesson Study di MI Ma’arif Kumpulrejo 02 Salatiga adalah sebagai berikut: Kurangnya motivasi guru dalam mengembangkan program Lesson Study, Kurangnya Pendanaan program Lesson Study di MI Ma’arif Kumpulrejo 02, Sarana dan Prasarana di MI Ma’arif Kumpulrejo 02 Kurang lengkap, Sulitnya Penyusunan jadwal pelaksanaan program Lesson Study di MI Ma’arif Kumpulrejo 02, Pendokumentasian kegiatan Lesson Study di MI Ma’arif Kumpulrejo 02 Kurang lengkap, serta Kurangnya daya dukung Yayasan dan Kementerian Agama Kata Kunci: Lesson study, Integrasi kurikulum 2013, Peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru.   Abstract This study aims to describe the implementation of Lesson Study as the supporting capacity of the pedagogical competence of MI Ma'arif Kumpulrejo 02 Salatiga teachers, as well as the ability to integrate the 2013 Curriculum into the Lesson Study program training.This research is an action research with a qualitative descriptive approach with the research subjects, namely the principal and the board of teachers as well as the supervisor of MI Salatiga City with the total of 1 school principal, 3 teacher councils and 2 students and supervisors of MI City of Salatiga. The implementation of Lesson Study is emphasized on 3 stages, namely plan (plan or design), Do (implement), and See (observe, and after that reflect on the results of the observations). The implementation of Lesson Study at MI Ma'arif Kumpulrejo 02 still needs further assistance in making RPP according to the 2013 curriculum keeping in mind the urgency of integrated character education in the subject. Lesson Study should be developed by involving teachers, as well as education experts and practitioners from other agencies to add to their knowledge of more complex learning methods and strategies.Lesson Study also helps teachers receive welfare allowances, because the Lesson Study program is able to form superior teacher competencies. The Lesson Study Program is a forum for teachers to respond to increasingly complex developments in the era, Lesson study is able to be a supporting capacity for teachers in fighting for their health and helping teachers in responding to the challenges of the times and as a support capacity for graduate competencies and the quality of educational institutions. The obstacles that occurred in the Lesson Study process at MI Ma'arif Kumpulrejo 02 Salatiga were as follows: Lack of teacher motivation in developing the Lesson Study program, Lack of funding for the Lesson Study program at MI Ma'arif Kumpulrejo 02, Facilities and Infrastructure at MI Ma'arif Kumpulrejo 02 Incomplete, Difficulty in compiling a schedule for the implementation of the Lesson Study program at MI Ma'arif Kumpulrejo 02, Documenting Lesson Study activities at MI Ma'arif Kumpulrejo 02 Incomplete, and Lack of support capacity of the Foundation and the Ministry of Religion  Keywords:Lesson study, 2013 curriculum integration, Improvement of teacher pedagogical competence.

EVALUASI DIRI STRATEGI BELAJAR MAHASISWAPROGRAM STUDI MAGISTER PENDIDIKAN BAHASA INDONESIAAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil evaluasi diri strategi belajar mahasiswa. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Magister Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia Program Pascasarjana Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Data dikumpulkan melalui instrumen angket evaluasi diri dengan skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. Pertama, sebelum perkuliahan, sebagian besar mahasiswa memperhatikan silabus, mencari referensi, dan melaksanakan tugas. Tetapi, sebagian besar mahasiswa jarang membaca referensi dan menyiapkan pertanyaan. Kedua, selama perkuliahan, semua mahasiswa memperhatikan, mendiskusikan, dan melaksanakan tugas perkuliahan. Tetapi, sebagian besar mahasiswa jarang mencatat dan mengajukan pertanyaan. Ketiga, setelah perkuliahan semua mahasiswa mengerjakan tugas. Tetapi, sebagian besar mahasiswa jarang mendiskusikan perkuliahan, membaca berbagai referensi dan mencari artikel jurnal internasional. Sehubungan dengan itu, untuk memperoleh hasil belajar yang baik, pengelola Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia Program Pascasarjana Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta perlu memiliki manajemen yang baik dan mengimplementasikan strategi pembelajaran yang tepat, yakni strategi pemutakhiran metode pembelajaran sesuai kebutuhan pasar dan perkembangan jaman.Kata kunci: evaluasi diri, strategi belajar, perkuliahanAbstractThis study was aimed at describing the results of students’ self-evaluationon their learning strategies. The subjects of the studywere all graduatestudents of the Indonesian Language Education Program at Yogyakarta State University. The data were collected using a questionnaire of self-evaluation using the Likert scale. The data were analyzed through quantitative descriptive techniques. The results show the following. First, before class, most students focus only on the syllabus, search references, and perform tasks. However, most students rarely read references and prepare questions. Secondly, during class, all students pay attention, do discussions, and carry out lecture duties. However, most students rarely take notes and ask questions. Third, after class, all students do the assignments. However, most students rarely discuss lectures, read references and search for international journal articles. In order to obtain a good learning result, the personnel of the Indonesian Education Study Program need to apply good management and implement the right learning strategies in updating the learning method according to market needs and the development of the era.Keywords: self-evaluation, learning strategy, lecture activity

<em>This study is aimed at developing ERIES learning model to improve semester V student-teacher’s basic teaching skills in Teaching Learning Strategy lecture in Indonesian Language and Literature Study Program. Through the implementation of Lesson Study, ERIES model was developed by Exploration, Reflection, Interaction, Elaboration, and Summary steps. The method applied in the study is Research and Development and the approach used is qualitative and quantitative. Qualitative data were gained from needs analysis and response to the developed product, while quantitative data were gained from the test of the product and the effectiveness of the model. Research result shows that ERIES learning model is needed by student-teacher. Structurally this model is valid, relevant and fit the principles of learning model development both in its substance and its structure. Based on the try-out result from experimental research, ERIES learning model is effective to improve student-teacher’s basic teaching skills. The achievement is better than non-ERIES learning model.</em>

Abstrak Lembaga Pendidikan Tenaga Kependidikan (LPTK) sudah sepatutnya memperhatikan mutu pendidikan lembaganya berupa kualitas dosen dalam memahami dan menyampaikan materi serta kualitas perkuliahan dalam cara penyampaian materi yang baik, pemilihan metode yang tepat, serta mahasiswa yang berpartisipasi aktif. Peningkatan kualitas perkuliahan telah banyak dilakukan namun masih belum banyak hasilnya. Untuk itulah Prodi Pendidikan Matematika Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP) Universitas Muhammadiyah Surabaya (UMSurabaya) perlu melakukan penelitian berkaitan dengan peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran tersebut. Salah satu upaya untuk memenuhi peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran  tersebut adalah dengan melakukan penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Lesson Study (LS) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dosen dan kualitas pembelajaran dalam mata kuliah Kalkulus I.  Lesson Study (LS) merupakan suatu model pembinaan profesi pendidik yang melalui pengkajian pembelajaran secara kolaboratif, berkelanjutan, dan berlandaskan prinsip-prinsip kolegialitas yang saling membantu dalam belajar untuk membangun komunitas belajar. Lesson study adalah suatu model pembinaan profesi pendidik dalam rangka mewujudkan prestasi dan atmosfer akademik secara kolaboratif dan berkelanjutan berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip kolegialitas dan mutual learning untuk membangun learning community.Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan tentang bagaimana pelaksanaan Lesson Study (LS), bagaimana peningkatan kemampuan dosen, serta bagaimana peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran pada perkuliahan mata kuliah Kalkulus I. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah gabungan antara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data kuantitatif menggambarkan kondisi nyata data yang diteliti, sedangkan data kualitatif menjadi pelengkap data kuantitatif yang bertujuan mempelajari dan mendeskripsikan fenomena-fenomena yang diperoleh dari lapangan. Subjek penelitian adalah dua puluh sembilan orang mahasiswa yang mengikuti perkuliahan mata kuliah Kalkulus I tahun akademik 2015-2016. Dosen yang terlibat dalam tim kelompok bidang keahlian sebanyak empat orang. Observer dirangkap oleh tim KBK yang tidak menjadi dosen model. Dosen model yang ditunjuk adalah salah satu anggota tim KBK secara bergantian yang ditentukan dalam musyawarah.Setelah melalui 3 siklus proses pembelajaran, Lesson Study (LS) memberikan dampak yang cukup signifikan. Peningkatan pembelajaran dan peningkatan penguasaan dosen pada setiap siklus terlihat dari hasil kuesioner kepuasan mahasiswa. Dari siklus 1 ke siklus 2 mengalami kenaikan sebesar 218, sedangkan dari siklus 2 ke siklus 3 mengalami kenaikan sebesar 291. Peningkatan juga terlihat dari hasil tes dan ketuntasan yang dicapai oleh lebih dari 65% mahasiswa.   Abstract The Institute of Teacher Education should pay attention to the education quality of its institutions in the form of lecturer quality in understanding and delivering the material and the quality of lectures such as good material delivery, selection of appropriate methods, and how to involve students actively participate in the learning process. Much improvement in the quality of lectures has been done but there are still not many results. For this reason, Teaching and Education Faculty (FKIP) Mathematics Education Study Program of Universitas Muhammadiyah Surabaya (UMSurabaya) needs to conduct research related to improving the quality of learning. This study used Lesson Study (LS) to improve the ability of lecturers and the quality of learning in Calculus I. Lesson Study (LS) is a model of educator professional development through the study of collaborative and sustainable learning, based on the principles of collegiality that help each other to build a learning community. Besides, it is also conducted to realize academic atmosphere and achievements collaboratively and sustainably based on collegiality principles and mutual learning to build learning community.This study aims to describe how the implementation of Lesson Study (LS), how to improve the ability of lecturers, and how to improve the quality of learning in the course of Calculus I. The approach used in this study is a combination of qualitative and quantitative. Quantitative data illustrates the real conditions of the data under study, while qualitative data complements quantitative data which aims to study and describe phenomena obtained from the field. The research subjects were 29 students who enroll Calculus I in the academic year 2015-2016. Four lecturers in the Expertise Group Team were involved. The Observer was held by the team which did not become a lecturer model. The appointed lecturer is one of the members of the team alternately specified in the deliberation.After going through 3 learning process cycles, Lesson Study (LS) has a significant impact. Improved learning and increased mastery of lecturers in each cycle can be seen from the results of the student satisfaction questionnaire. From cycle 1 to cycle 2 there was a score increase of 218, while from cycle 2 to cycle 3 it increased by 291. The increase was also seen from the results of tests and completeness achieved by more than 65% of students.

The scientific approach (observing, questioning, associating, experimenting and networking) employed in the 2013 curriculum requires students to not only master, experiment and create concepts but also to communicate results of analysis, findings or products to other students/parties. Indonesian teaching, therefore, is oriented not only for mastery of grammatical competence but also sociolinguistic, discourse ad strategic competences. To acquire such competences, an appropriate teaching strategy is called for. One such strategy is the so-called the language learning strategy, which refers to specific actions carried out by students to make learning easier, faster, more enjoyable, more independent, more effective and more directed towards new situations. This strategy includes memory, cognitive, compensation, metacognitive, affective and social strategies.

<p class="Els-keywords">The purpose of this study is to improve skills in developing Lesson Plans and teaching skills for students. This type of research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The research subjects were 11 students of the Mathematics Education Study Program, Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Universitas Veteran Bangun Nusantara Sukoharjo. The research was conducted on Microteaching Courses which were conducted based on Lesson Study. Recovery is carried out in a network using several platforms, namely: YouTube, the Learning System in the Universitas Veteran Bangun Nusantara Sukoharjo Network with the Moodle, Zoom, and WhatsApp application platforms. The method of data collection is carried out by the method of observation. The instruments used in this study were: Teaching skills assessment sheet and lesson plan assessment sheet. The two instruments are carried out to assess teaching skills and the Learning Implementation Plan in Open Lesson I, II, and III. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the change in the average score of 11 students who practiced their skills in developing Lesson Plans starting from 76.636; 84,182; 88,364. For teaching skills, the changes are as follows: 76,818; 83,909; 87,182. So the result of this research is that the implementation of Microteaching in a network based on Lesson Study can improve students' abilities in compiling Lesson Plans and student teaching skills.</p>

ABSTRAKBelajar merupakan suatu upaya yang dilakukan seseorang untuk memperoleh suatu perubahan tingkah laku sebagai hasil pengalamannya sendiri dalam interaksi dengan lingkungannya. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu 1).mengkaji penguasaan konsep mahamahasiswa  dengan model pembelajaran inkuiri berbasis praktikum melalui lesson study pada konsep respirasi. 2) Mengkaji aktivitas mahasiswa terhadap penggunaan model pembelajaran inkuiri berbasis praktikum melalui lesson study pada konsep respirasi. Metode kuasi eksperimen dengan disain one shot case study. Sampel penelitian yaitu mahasiswa kelas A dan kelas B semester I Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi FKIP, Universitas Pakuan Bogor sebanyak 45 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mata kuliah praktikum Biologi Umum dengan materi Respirasi. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur penguasaan konsep menggunakan soal essai ditambah dengan lembar observasi ketika proses pebelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran inkuiri melalui praktikum berbasis lesson study sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan penguasaan konsep sistem respirasi dan aktivitas mahasiswa pada saat proses pembelajaran. Hal ini dilihat dari banyaknya nilai mahasiswa yang melebihi batas ketuntasan sebanyak 80%. Saran agar dosen dapat menerapkan kegiatan laboratorium berbasis inkuiri pada materi lain.Kata kunci: Inkuiri, Praktikum, Penguasaan Konsep ABSTRACTLearning is an efforts done by someone to achieve a change in behavior as a result of his/her own interaction with the environment. This research is aimed at 1). Studying students’ mastery concept using inquiry learning model through practicum based lesson study on respiration concept. 2). Studying students’ activity through the use of inquiry learning model through practicum based lesson study on respiration concept. Quasi experiment method with one shot case study is used in this research. The sample is 45 students form class A and B of the first semester of Biology Study Program Faculty of Teachers Training and Education Sciences Pakuan University Bogor. The research was conducted on general biology practicum, discussing respiration system material. Instrument used in measuring mastery concept are essay test item and observational sheet to check the finding during teaching learning process. The result shows that inquiry learning through practicum with lesson study based is very effective in improving mastery concept of respiration system and students activity during teaching learning process. It can be seen from students’ score which mostly higher than mastery limit around 80%. It is suggested that lecturer can apply laboratories activity inquiry based on other materials.  Keyword: Inquiry, Practicum, Concept Mastery
