This study aimed to determine the influence of Leadership Style, Organisational Culture and Competence of Teacher Performance at Senior High School number 13 Palembang. This Research was done during 3 (three) months included designing, executing and reporting the result. The experiment was conducted at Senior High School number 13 Palembang. In this study population was 70 people consisting of 30 people as a sample test and 40 people as a sample. Sampling in this study uses a census sampling technique that is sampling from a population as a whole. From the data-processing result know that the regression coefficient for variable of Leadership Style (X1) is equal to 0,304 with a significant level equal to 5%, regression coefficient for variable of Organisational Culture (X2) equal to 0,269 with a significant level equal to 5%, regression coefficient for variable of Competence (X3) equal to 0,422 with a significant level equal to 5%. From the research result known that the correlation coefficient for variable of Leadership Style (X1) with Teacher Performance (Y) is equal to 0,304 with a significant level equal to 5%, correlation coefficient for variable of Organisational Culture (X2) is equal to 0,269 with significant level to 5%. The correlation coefficient for variable Competence (X3) is equal to 0,422 with a significant level equal to 5%, while the value of correlation coefficient (R) is equal to 0,626 or 62,6% meaning to have a very strong relationship between the independent variable and dependent variable, also known that determination coefficient (R2) equal to 0,757 This value can be interpreted that level of influence percentage among variable of Leadership Style, Organisational Culture and Competence together to Teacher Performance is 75,70%. Equally the effective contribution of Leadership Style, Organisational Culture and Competence with Teacher Performance at Senior High School number 13 Palembang is equal to 75,70% while the rest 24,60% influenced by another variable which is not packed into this research. The implementation of this research is to suggest the Manager at Senior High School number 13 Palembang to improve continuously Leadership Style,  Organisational Culture and Competence so that wittingly themselves together always try to utilize to reach the target which have been specified (Teacher Performance).

This research aim to determine the effect of performance on teachers satisfaction in Public Senior High Schools in Lombok, Indonesia. This study is a quantitative study was conducted in Lombok with a population of 580 teachers. The total sample of 85 teachers was obtained by a proportional random sampling technique. Data analysis was performed by regression. The results showed that performance has an impact on teacher satisfaction. The teachers of public senior high school in Lombok will be satisfied if their performance is very good. It was concluded that one way to maintain teacher satisfaction is by improving performance

This objective of the study was to know 1) the influence of organization atmosphere on the teacher performance, 2) the influence of school leadership on the teacher performance and 3) the influence of organization atmosphere and school leadership on the teacher performance. This research uses quantitative methods. The population was the all teachers at Senior High School with the total 69 teachers and 1 headmaster. The Sampling was use random sampling technique at 25 respondents and multiple linear regression formula. Data collection is done by questionaire and documentations. Data were analyzed descriptively using SPPS Version 20 for windows. From the results of the study it can be concluded that 1) there was an influence of organization atmosphere on the teacher performance, 2) there was an influence of school leadership on the teacher performance and 3) there was an influence of organization atmosphere and school leadership on the teacher performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of principal managerial competence on teacher performance at senior high school Nusantara Plus. The method used in this study is quantitative. The samples in this study were all senior high school Nusantara Plus, totaling 35 people/respondents. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire. Based on the research results on the determination test, the coefficient of determination (R square) was 0.172. The R square value of 0.172 comes from the square of the correlation coefficient or "R", which is = 0.172 or equal to 17.2%. This figure shows that the managerial competence variable (X) affects the teacher performance variable (Y) by 17.2%, and 82.8% is influenced by other variables not examined.

The current research aimed to analyze and determine the effect of principal managerial ability and teacher performance on the quality of senior high school in Way Kanan regency. This research is quantitative using a descriptive verification method with a cluster random sampling technique with a sample of 235 teachers of Way Kanan regency. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed through multiple equation regression with the help of SPSS Statistics 17 software and then interpreted. The results of this study indicate that there was an influence of principal managerial ability on school quality by 63.7%. In addition, there was an influence of teacher performance on school quality by 58.6%, and finally there was an effect of principal managerial ability and teacher performance on school quality by 68.2%. The implications of the current findings are also discussed.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran inquiry training terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi pokok suhu dan kalor di kelas X semester II SMA Swasta Teladan Medan T.P 2014/2015. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen dengan populasi seluruh kelas X SMA Swasta Teladan Medan yang terdiri dari 3 kelas. Sampel ada 2 kelas yang ditentukan dengan teknik cluster random sampling yaitu kelas X IPA 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X IPA 2 sebagai kelas kontrol yang masing-masing terdiri dari 36 orang siswa. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai rata-rata pretes kelas eksperimen 31,39 dan kelas kontrol adalah 31,25. Hasil observasi siswa selama proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran inquiry training adalah 72,88% tergolong kategori aktif. Setelah dilakukan perlakuan yang berbeda, yaitu model pembelajaran inquiry training pada kelas eksperimen dan pembelajaran konvensional pada kelas kontrol maka diperoleh nilai rata-rata postes kelas eksperimen adalah 72,92 dan kelas kontrol 64,86. Dari hasil uji t dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh model pembelajaran inquiry training terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi pokok suhu dan kalor di kelas X semester II SMA Swasta Teladan Medan T.P 2014/2015. Kata kunci : Model pembelajaran, inquiry training, aktivitas, hasil belajar   ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of inquiry training learning model on students’ learning outcomes in the second semester of grade 10 students on temperature and heat material of Teladan Private Senior High School Medan, A.Y 2014/2015. This research was a quasi experimental with the entire population of grade 10 students of Teladan Private Senior High School Medan consisting of 3 classes. Samples were taken 2 classes are determined by random cluster sampling technique, the X IPA 3 as the experiment class and X IPA 2 as controlling class each of which consisted of 36 students. The research result shows the pretest’s average score of experimental class is 31,39 and control class’ is 31,25. The results of observation of students during the learning process by using inquiry training learning model shows that 72,88% were classified as active category. After they have been given different treatments, inquiry training model for experimental class and conventional learning model for controlling class, it is obtained that the posttest’s average score for experimental class is 72,92 and controlling class’s is 64,86. From the t test results, it can be concluded there is influence of inquiry training learning model on the students’ learning outcomes on temperature and heat material in second semester grade 10 students of Teladan Private Senior High School Medan A.Y 2014/ 2015. This study aimed at analyzing the cognitive dimension based on Revised BloomTaxonomy in reading questions in Look Ahead an English Course for Senior HighSchool Level 1, 2, & 3. This study used quantitative research design. The sampleswere 141 reading questions which taken by using random sampling technique byusing Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) version 20.0. in Look Aheadan English Course for Senior High School Level 1, 2, & 3. The data were analyzedby using Table analysis of cognitive dimension of Revised Bloom Taxonomy. Theanalysis showed that the most dominant cognitive dimension of Revised BloomTaxonomy in remembering dimension (57.45%). The second dominant cognitivedimension is understanding dimension (26.24%). The third dominant cognitivedimension is evaluating dimension (10.64%). The fourth dominant cognitivedimension is creating dimension (3.55%). The fifth dominant cognitive dimension isanalyzing dimension (2.13%). There was no cognitive dimension of applyingdimension that applied in reading question of the textbooks.

This study determined the influence of the principal's leadership style and work motivation on the performance of high school teachers. Data in this study were collected through distributing the questionnaires to respondents. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis through t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination. Population in this study was all high school teachers in Air Kumbang subdistrict of Banyuasin district totaling 85 people. The sampling technique used was saturation. The research sample was 85 high school teachers. The results showed 1) there was a positive and significant effect of leadership style on teachers’ performance; 2) there was a positive and significant influence of work motivation on teachers’ performance; 3) there was a significant influence simultaneously of leadership style and work motivation on the performance of high school teachers in Air Kumbang sub-district Banyuasin.

Online Game is a game that entertain which is by connected by a network, so that it can be played between one player and another player in different places. As a matter of fact, Online Game can have a negative impact, that is an addiction. Students who are addicted to play online game have been influenced by several factors, the factor of facility, individual factors, family factors, social factors, and the online game itself. An analysis that can be used to look at the factors that influence addiction online game in private senior high school students in the city of Padang is a logistic regression analysis.This type of research is experimental research and the population in this study are private senior high school students in Padang City who play online game on a smartphone. The sample in this research are about to 96 respondents and the sampling technique used was technique non probability sampling with the sampling method accidental sampling and using a questionnaire. Based on the research results, we obtained the factors that influence it and factors that significantly influence addiction online game in students private SMA is a facility, family, and types game online.

<p>The skills to think critically on environmental pollution material is the skills of the learners to understand a condition that involves the process of reasoning about environmental pollution.<strong> </strong>Student’s critical thinking skills is an interaction between various factors, namely naturalist intelligence and motivation learning. Student who possess critical thinking skills are as good as those naturalist intelligence and those who are motivated to learn. This study aimed to determine the correlation between naturalist intelligence and motivation learning with student’s critical thinking skills in Jakarta on environmental pollution. This research was conducted at 68 Jakarta Senior High School on semester II of 2017/2018 school year. The method that was used is descriptive quantitative through correlational study. The sample used amount if 115 students of class X MIA. The result of prerequisite test finds that the data are normally distributed and homogeneous. The statistical hypothesis was done by linier regression test, liniearity test, and correlation coefficient test at α = 0,05. Based on these results, it is concluded there is a correlation between naturalist intelligence and motivation learning with student’s critical thinking skills on environmental pollution.</p><p> </p>

The purpose of this research is (1) analyze student’s concept in answering the association test, (2) analyze the concept of understanding  relationship  to  answer  the test depends on the student’s school origin.The method used in this research is qualitative with case study approach. In clustering sampling technique the subject was used in this research is 6 students, shared  in  3  groups.  They  are  2  students come from public vocational school, 2 students come from public senior high school and 2 students come from private senior high school and vocational school. Data was collected through test and interview.   Data   analysis   used   in   this research refers to Milles and Huberman in Moellong’s book; they are data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The result showed that the student’s understanding is various enough in answering the  set  test.  Depending on  the first subject analysis (S1) who came from private school, he did not understand about the concept of set. The second subject analysis (S2) and the third subject analysis (S3)  who  came  from  public  school,  they had understood. But, they need to be careful and patient to avoid the mistakes. The data which  had  gained from deeply interview, showed that the subject analysis (S1), (S2) and (S3) were able to indicate the relationship of school origin with the student’s concept of understanding within answering the set test.
