Zakat is a popular Islamic weapon in shaping the welfare of society which has moral, social, and economic values. Economically, zakat balances social life by distributing wealth from rich people to poor societies. However, the greatness that is aimed to be realized was not sufficient in encouraging people to implement zakat itself, even for its value owners which is Moslem’s community. This is why the target of obtaining zakat in each region as well as national does not always achieved. This research tries to find answers that explain why people are willing to pay zakat. The development of the idea is carried out by taking all the indicators that indicate the willingness of people to pay zakat. The number of indicators reaches 52 statements. The research was developed with a causal design based on primary data. A total of 100 people were determined by cluster sampling who were involved in filling out questionnaires related to zakat behavior. The respondents came from all sub-districts in Palembang City. The data obtained is then processed using analysis factor in order to determine the choice factors that can be used as the basis for zakat behavior. The selected factors are then processed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that there are 12 factors that can be identified as the basis for zakat behavior. Following this, the test results proved that all factors influence zakat behavior and there are partially various results. Among these factors are knowledge, belief, external motivation, work, and institutions; they have been shown to significantly influence zakat behavior. As for promotion, persuasion, internal motivation, WOM, income, distribution, and individual sales, the results proved that they have insignificant effect to the behavior of zakat people. Among these factors, personal income and sales showed a negative influence.

This study aims to be able to test and analyze the effect of halal lifestyle, price and location on purchase intention in the activities of the Banda Aceh City Car Free Day. The method used is quantitative with Non Probability Sampling in the form of purposive sampling. The data used is primary data, which is obtained directly from the object to be studied in the form of respondents' perceptions by circulating a list of questions in the form of a questionnaire to 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression statistical tools. The partial test results show that the location variable does not have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, while the price and halal lifestyle have a positive effect on purchase intention. The simultaneous test results also show that location, price and halal lifestyle variables have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention in the Banda Aceh City Car Free Day activities.

Behavioral Finance is an evolving field that studies how psychological factors affect decision making under uncertainty. Herding behavior is one of the psychological factors that instigate investor to mimic the actions of other investors in the market rather than using his personal assessments. This study seeks to find the influence of certain attitudinal factors namely, decision conformity, hasty decision, mood, decision accuracy, and overconfidence, on the individual investor tendency to embrace herd behavior. Primary data for the study are collected using structured questionnaires from a sample of 194 investors who are trading at Islamabad and Lahore branches of Pakistan Stock Exchange. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to test the hypotheses of this study. Findings of this study provide evidence that attitudinal factors have a significant influence on investor’s tendency to take on herd behavior. It is concluded from the results of multiple linear regression that decision conformity, mood, and decision accuracy have a significant impact on individual investor tendency to adopt herd behavior. However, investor hasty decision and overconfidence is insignificant predictors of herd behavior. Keywords: Decision conformity, Hasty decision, Mood, Decision accuracy, Overconfidence, Herd behavior
