Failure of therapy is a result of bad adherence medication. Non-adherence to therapy is a major factor that is suspected to result in uncontrolled blood pressure in hypertensive patients resulting in more serious complications. Therefore it is important to increase the adherence rate of treatment in patients with hypertension in the treatment process. For this reason, the need for interventions to improve adherence with several aspects that can be changed. This study uses One Group Pretest-Posttest Design using 100 samples. Data derived from questionnaires containing 25 items of adherence to therapy, 5 items of knowledge, 4 items of trust, 3 items of motivation, 10 items of family support with nonparametric statistical tests used were Mc Nemar test. Mc Nemar test results indicate that there is a significant difference between adherence at the pre-test and at the post-test after counseling with a significance value (p = 0,000). The results also showed that there was a difference in knowledge with a significance value (p = 0.001), motivation with a value (p = 0.031) and family support with a value (p = 0,000). The education with counseling about knowledge, trust, motivation and family support is effective in increasing compliance. There are other changeable factors such as lifestyle education, patient doctor relationships, and the use of smartphone applications for self-reported therapy can improve adherence in patients thereby minimizing therapy failure. Other educational methods that can be used besides counseling are counseling and dissemination of social media information.

The present study has an exploratory nature and aims to analyze the perception of managers on the efficiency, access importance, use as a communication tool, benefits and difficulties of Internet use in Brazilian hotels and also its effects according to the facilities rank and property size plus managers’ age and experience time. It has been used as a questionnaire to collect data from the managers of 35 hotels in the city of Natal, RN, Brazil. By using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and the Tukey test, results showed that there is almost no significant difference on the perception of managers on the impact of Internet use in hotels. However, those variables that were different show that for younger and less experienced managers and luxurious hotels with more than 50 rooms, there is a more favorable perception on the impacts of the Internet.

The taste and mouthfeel of a wine are two of the most important aspects of wine tasting. However, while much is known about phenolic compounds and other macromolecules direct effects on wine taste and mouthfeel, little is known about other wine compounds such as oligosaccharides. This experiment uses Fructo-oligosaccharide (FOS) and Galacto-oligosaccharide (GOS) at two different concentrations, 450 mg/L and 900 mg/L within a simple model wine matrix. A model matrix was used to control for any unknown interactions between oligosaccharides and the multitude of wine components. Oligosaccharides were added individually to the model wine matrix at each concentration to create four treatments. Triangle tests were performed on all treatments against the control base model wine and between the high and low concentrations of each oligosaccharide treatment. Following the triangle tests, each treatment and the control underwent descriptive analysis (DA) using line intensity scales for sweetness, bitterness, astringency, acidity, and viscosity. Triangle test results revealed a significant difference only between the FOS450 and FOS900 samples. The wine matrix was made more complicated by adding polyphenols and still, none of the four oligosaccharide treatment groups were found to be significantly different. DA found no significant differences for the five attributes but did show clear trends in increased sweetness and acidity, decreased bitterness, as well as changes to astringency and viscosity. This suggests there may be more complex interactions happening within the mouth. However, given the lack of significant results in the simple wine model and the more complex wine model wine, any complex interactions between oligosaccharides and other wine compounds are likely to be minimal.

Methods: cross-sectional research, samples involve the students of medical faculty of Unissula-Semarang with GPA less than 3 and more than 3 graduated in 2018, instrument Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE). Descriptive analysis and Chi-square test. Results and Discussion: samples are 56 students, the highest gender is men (51%), the range of age 18-21 years old (53.6%), the number of GPA is the same as the one below and above 3 there are 28 (50%). Test Chi Square gender difference with P value of 0.422 GPA gender does not have significant difference to the GPA, based on the age of the results of T-test p-value 0.000, showed age had significant difference to the GPA, where the age is getting younger GPA is getting better, based on the scores of MMSE test, it was obtained p 1.000, MMSE score has no significant difference with the GPA. Conclusion: Gender and MMSE value have no difference with GPA, there is difference between age and GPA, the younger the students the better GPA the students achieve.

This study is a quantitative descriptive research. The subjects were students and teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kerinci and SMK Negeri 1 Bunut with total 194 people. The data collection methode used were questionnaires, interviews and observations, data analysis technique using Chi-square test with SPSS version 20 for windows. Results of the study Chi Square test showed between SMK 1 Pangkalan Kerinci with SMKN 1 Bunut about students' knowledge Chi Square count 140.437 and Chi Square table 101.879, student behavior Chi Square count 102.920 and Chi Square tables 101.879 and attitudes Chi Square count 101 994 and Chi Square tables 101.879. Knowledge, attitudes and skills of teachers Chi Square test results Chi Square count of 10,000 and Chi Square Table 18.307. It can be concluded that the existence of a significant difference of knowledge, attitudes and skills of students between SMK 1 Pangkalan Kerinci with SMKN 1 Bunut, because the value of Chi Square count is greater than the value of Chi Square table and there was no significant difference about knowledge, attitudes and skills teacher between SMKN 1 Pangkalan Kerinci with SMKN 1 Bunut, because there is a calculated value of Chi Square is smaller than the value of Chi Square table.

The aim of this study was to determine the perceptions of bicyclists to promote the use of bicycles in the cities. The sample was selected using simple random sampling method. A total of 1087 bicyclists, including 178 women and 909 men, who used bicycles in their everyday lives in the city, voluntarily participated in the research. The study was a descriptive research in the survey model and quantitative research approach was adopted in the research. Data were collected with “Bike Use Dissemination Scale” developed by Çeyiz (2019). The scale consists of two parts; a personal information form and expressions of participants’ dissemination of bicycle use. The t-test was used for the variables consisting of the bipartite groups and the One-Way ANOVA was used for the variables consisting of more than two groups. According to the data obtained from the bicyclists participating in the survey, there was a significant difference in the dimensions of security and dissemination by gender. It was found that women bicyclists’ safety perceptions were more negative than men’s perception; and their perceptions of the spreading dimension were more positive than the male bicyclists.

Abstract: This study aims to explain how the use of e-learning based learning media in the Department of Economic Education FE UNP.Yang seen through the five indicators of the use of e-learning learning media that is 1) Self learning materials 2) E-moderating 3) Time and place flexibility 4) Instructional design 5) Evaluation. This type of research belongs to a comparative descriptive research using primary data as research data. The sample of this study amounted to 83 students and lecturers. Sampling with Proportional random sampling. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and analysis using Cartesian diagram. The result of analysis shows that the five indicators of the use of e-learning based learning media is quite good in terms of perceptions and expectations of lecturers and students, the results of analysis with the Importance performance matrix and Cartesian diagram shows the lecturer and students perceive all the indicators lower than expected and need to be improved. The results showed that there is a significant difference between the perception and expectation of lecturers and students toward the use of e-learning based learning media, which means the use of e-learning based learning media has not been implemented optimally. Therefore it is suggested to the teaching staff to increase the intensity of the use of e-learning based learning media in learning especially on evaluation and intruksional desigKeyword: E-learning,perception, expectation.
