This research was conducted to find out how the process of implementation of safety and health program in the production director detail part manufacturing division   PT Dirgantara Indonesia, this research also can be known about work productivity at PT Dirgantara Indonesia.  This research was conducted on 117  respondents who are employees of the production director detail part manufacturing division PT Dirgantara Indonesia. This study used primary data by using questionnaires and interviews also using secondary data obtained from books and journals. The classical principle test used for this research is normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and linearity test. The result is employee productivity in productivity direktorat production detail part manufacturing division PT Dirgantara Indonesia of 27.1% made by the implementation of health and safety programs as much as 72.9%. The result of hypothesis test shows that there is significant influence between the implementation of work safety program to the work productivity of the employees of the production directorate part manufacturing PT Dirgantara Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pelaksanaan program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di bagian produksi sutradara bagian manufaktur PT Dirgantara Indonesia, penelitian ini juga dapat diketahui tentang produktivitas kerja di PT Dirgantara Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 117 responden yang merupakan karyawan direktur produksi detil divisi manufaktur PT Dirgantara Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara juga menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari buku dan jurnal. Uji prinsip klasik yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji linieritas. Hasilnya adalah produktivitas karyawan dalam produktivitas direktorat produksi secara detail bagian manufaktur PT Dirgantara Indonesia sebesar 27,1% dilakukan dengan program kesehatan dan keselamatan sebanyak 72,9%. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelaksanaan program keselamatan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan bagian produksi direktorat bagian bagian manufaktur PT Dirgantara Indonesia.

Motivation to study is the change of energy in an individual that can be signed with the emergence of feelings and reaction to reach goals. While self-discipline is a circumstance which form through a process that shows the values of self-confession, obedience, regularity, and orderliness to the applicable regulation, and to support good learning outcome should have motivation to study and also a good self-discipline. This study aim to find out the relation between motivation to study and self-discipline with the learning outcome in electrical motor installation subject. The population of this study is the whole electrical installation expertise program’s student in SMK Kapin. While the used sample is all the student who already got electrical motor installation subject as many as 60 students. The used method in this research is expost facto which used quantitative approach. The primary data is the motivation to study and self-discipline data, while the secondary data is the learning outcome data. The data analysis technique that used is hypothesis test and F-test that previously done prerequisite analysis test using normality test and linearity test. The calculation result shows that the hypothesis test with 5% of significant level obtained rcount = 0,6 and rtable = 0,254, because rcount > rtable , then the Fcount =16,03 and Ftable = 3,15 which mean Fcount > Ftable so it can be concluded that there is a significant relation between the motivation to study and self- discipline with the learning outcome of electrical motor installation practice in electrical installation expertise SMK Kapin Jakarta. ABTRAK Motivasi belajar aSdalah perubahan energi dalam diri seseorang yang ditandai dengan timbulnya perasaan dan reaksi untuk mencapai tujuan. Sedangkan disiplin diri adalah suatu kondisi yang terbentuk melalui proses yang menunjukan nilai-nilai pengakuan diri sendiri, ketaatan , kepatuhan, keteraturan, dan ketertiban kepada peraturan yang berlaku, dan untuk mendukung hasil belajar yang baik harus memiliki motivasi belajar dan disiplin diri yang baik juga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi belajar dan disiplin diri dengan hasil belajar praktikum siswa dalam mata pelajaran instalasi motor listrik. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa program keahlian teknik instalasi tenaga listrik SMK Kapin, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan adalah siswa yang sudah mendapatkan mata pelajaran instalasi motor listrik sebanyak 60 siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah expost facto menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian primer adalah data motivasi belajar dan disiplin diri, sedangkan data sekunder adalah data hasil belajar siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji hipotesis dan uji-F yang sebelumnya dilakukan uji prasyarat analisis menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji linieritas. Hasil perhitungan menunjukan bahwa uji hipotesis dengan taraf signifikan 5% di peroleh nilai rhitung = 0,6 dan nilai rtabel = 0,254, karena nilai rhitung > rtabel , kemudian nilai Fhitung sebesar 16,03 dan nilai Ftabel = 3,15 yang berarti Fhitung > Ftabel maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar dan disiplin diri dengan hasil belajar praktikum instalasi motor listrik Program Keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik SMK Kapin Jakarta .

ABSTRACT        This study aims to determine discipline, organizational commitment and motivation to work productivity of employees at PT. Putra Gerem Jaya-Merak. This research method uses descriptive and associative quantitative methods. The data sources are primary data and secondary data. The research was conducted from December 2018 to June 2019. The study population was 63 employees of KPDC, the sample was 61 people using saturated sampling. Data were collected using research instrumens and processed using SPSS statistics version 24.00 windows. Discipline process, organizational commitment and motivation have very important roles to realizae optimal company goals requiring quality human resources, but in reality based on preliminary observations at PT. Putra Gerem Jaya-Merak work productivity is currently in a low condition because the average score has only reached 30.3, the standard score of 35, due to the accuracy of employee work with a score of 19. So it can be said that employee productivity is still not good and successful in its implementation. Based on the results of the analysis, the results obtained: discipline has no positive and insignificant effect, Meanwhile, organizational commitment and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity either partially or jointly at PT. The purpose of this study was to determine the Strategy for the Implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Management (K3) implemented by the company to minimize or reduce the number of accidents and occupational diseases. This type of research is a qualitative research using a descriptive approach and the data needed are primary data and secondary data derived from observations, interviews and documentation analyzed by researchers so as to obtain accurate and clear data regarding the strategy for implementing K3 Management by PLN (Persero) UIP3B Sumatra in Pekanbaru City. The results of this study indicate that the Strategy for Implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) Management by PLN (Persero) UIP3B Sumatra in Pekanbaru City However, the implementation of occupational safety and health management carried out by PLN (Persero) UIP3B Sumatra has not achieved the expected goals, this happens because there are still inhibiting factors, namely low employee competence, lack of awareness from employees of the importance of K3 and lack of K3 supervision with reference to Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012.

Thus, it is necessary for organization tolook for any factors that can improve employee work motivation, one of which is byimprovement on employee work productivity.From the above description, the author tries to study the influences of extrinsicmotivation on the improvement on employee work productivity in Bank NegaraIndonesia (BNI) Branch of Palangka Raya. The research aims to find out description ofwork motivation influences on employee productivity. In this study, the method usedis descriptive method with survey method approach. Data collection techniques usedby the author are library research to obtain secondary data, and field research in orderto obtain primary data by interview technique.From results of this study, it indicates that the influences of motivation hassignificant influences on improving employee work productivity with the calculationresults of the analysis show that the determination value is 0.90, which means the levelof incentives on work motivation has 100% positive influences, which means thehypothesis can be accepted.

Selection of research is motivated by the increased interest of tourists will kind of attraction travel in Bali. In this kind of travel these attraction are extreme types of tourist activity in Pulau Serangan is, Swim with Sharks. Of course, by choosing the type of extreme travel to swim with the sharks, the great possibility of the risk of accidents caused. Hence the importance of this research study releated to health and safetyof employees and tourist who do this activity in Pulau Serangan. The data used in this research is qualitative data, while the data source in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and library research. And assisted with the descriptive data analysis techniques. In applying the safety and health at tourism activities swim with sharks, this report uses occupational safety and health procedures that apply to employees and tourist who do that tourism activity. Besides, the factors triggering the accident, or the result of the impact and the prevention and mitigation to be part of the discussion of this report. The results showed that the application of occupational safety and health on travel activity swim with sharks being the foremost, so most have applied, only need the addition of some other procedure for the safety of travelers.   Keywords: Attraction Tourism, Swim With Shark, Occupational health and safety

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational behavior on improving employee productivity at the Library and Archives Service of Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population of this study were 41 people in the Office of Library and Archives of Sidenreng Rappang Regency aged 17 years and over. The sample in this study were 39 employees in the Department of Library and Archives, based on the sampling technique saturated with this type of research is descriptive quantitative. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The results of the influence of organizational behavior on the increase in work productivity of employees at the Office of Library and Archives of Sidenreng Rappang Regency, it turns out that the value of t count ≥ t table or 4.493 ≥ 2.026, and a significant level of 0.000. then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that it has a significant effect on increasing work productivity (Y). Y) with a yield of 39.8%. While the remaining 100% - 39.8% = 60.2% (influenced by other factors) which are not included in this study. So that 39.8% is still classified as low organizational behavior towards increasing the work productivity of employees at the Library and Archives Office of Sidenteng Rappang Regency.

This study aims to determine the relationship: 1) Students 'Perceptions of Economic Learning and Initial Ability and Learning Outcomes, 2) Students' Perceptions of Economic Learning and Learning Outcomes, 3) Initial Ability and Learning Outcomes. The research was conducted on students at SMA Negeri 7 Padang. This type of research is a quantitative study with a correlational method. The sampling technique used in this study was proportional random sampling with a sample of 143 students. The data used are secondary and primary data. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and tests. Data analysis used descriptive and inductive analysis using normality test, linearity test, hypothesis test using person correlation test and determination coefficient test, where analysis was performed using SPSS Version 22. The results showed that 1) students' perceptions of economic learning and initial abilities had a moderate relationship with learning outcomes seen from the simultaneous contribution of 0.597 with sig 0.000 ˂ 0.05. 2) students' perceptions about economic learning and learning outcomes have a very strong relationship with the Pearson Correlation value 0.819 with Sig 0.000 ˂ 0.05. 3) initial ability with learning outcomes has a moderate relationship with the Pearson correlation value of 0.596 with sig 0.000 ˂ 0.05.Keywords : students perceptions of learning economics, initial abilities, learning outcomes

This study aims to determine the influence of Employee Performance at PT. Karyaindo Sejatitama Suku Tengah Lakitan Ulu Terawas Subdistrict,  Musi Rawas Regency. Technique of data collecting were observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation. The sample of this study used saturated sampling, that was all 96 employees. Technique of data analysis is done by testing the validity test and reliability test, the classic assumption test consists of normality test, linearity test, linear regression test, correlation test, determination test, and hypothesis test. Based on the t test, the value of tcount (10,944) > ttable (1,986) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that communication  has a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Karyaindo  Sejatitama Suku Tengah Lakitan Ulu Terawas Subdistrict, Musi Rawas Regency. Based on the t test,  the value of  tcount (8.691)  > t ttable  (1.986)  then Ho  is  rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that K3 has a significant influence on Employee Performance at PT. Karyaindo Sejatitama Suku Tengah Lakitan Ulu Terawas Subdistrict, Musi Rawas Regency. Based on the F test, the value of Fcount (69.343) > Ftable (3.09) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that Communication and Health and Safety (Occupational Health & Safety) has a significant influence on Employee Performance at PT. Karyaindo Sejatitama, Suku Tengah Lakitan Ulu Terawas Subdistrict, Musi Rawas Regency.

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence on the granting of working capital loans to the income of small traders in PD. BPR NTB West Lombok Gunungsari Branch. This type of research is associative research which aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data taken directly from the field, while secondary data is data obtained through intermediary media such as books, records, evidence and archives published or not. Data analysis in this study uses validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test , simple linear regression test, correlation test and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the granting of working capital loans has a significant influence on the income level of small traders.
