The purpose of this study is to explain marriage affair or cheating in marriage as an anthropological review of Islamic law, thus, the legal wisdom should be obtained in addressing these problems. The Datas were obtained from scientific books and journals relating to the subject research theme. The research is library research, descriptive, and qualitative. The analysis technique used here was content analysis. Some of the findings research, that affair is a humanitarian epidemy that has existed throughout human history, even remains phenomenal today. Therefore, a legal wisdoms were needed in addressing these problems through the practice of religious teachings, thus the problems of cheating should suppressed and avoided, the ark of marriage can still be carried out on an ideal goal according to the anthropology of Islamic law

Abstract: This research was conducted to find out how reward and punishment according to Irawati certainly does not conflict with the value of Islamic education. This is a library research the data of which were taken from several works of Irawati Istadi and direct interviews with her. The researcher also took some data from several researchers who discussed Irawati Istadi's thoughts and from Islamic education figures whose thoughts had relevance to the research theme. Content analysis methods is applied to draw conclusions. From this research, it can be concluded that the concept of reward and punishment according to Irawati Istadi turns out to be compatible with the Islamic education. However, in Irawati's thought, there are also some differences shows the development of thoughts from previous figures of Islamic education and certainly did not conflict with the values of Islamic education. The research aims to describe the puzzling media as a solution to increase the learning motivation of elementary /MI student. This research is library research. It is a method that the data which is needed in completing research comes from library sources i.e. include books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents, magazines, etc as well as various sources on the internet. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation. Documentation means looking for data about things in the form of notes, books, papers, articles, journal, and so on. Then, the data analysis technique used in this study is content analysis. In this analysis, the process of selecting, comparing, and combining various meanings will be found to be relevant. The media is an intermediary or introduction. Puzzle media can improve the students’ motivation to keep trying to solve problems. It is fun for students because it can be repeated. The challenges in the puzzle game will give you an addictive effect to always try and try until they are successful.

This research aims to describe the paradigm of humanistic learning theory in implementing innovative learning in elementary school. The method used in this research is library research which data comes from various sources, both from libraries and various websites that exist on the internet. The source are books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents, magazines, and others. Techniques in collecting data that used in this study is documentation. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used in this research is content analysis. The results of this study attempt to illustrate that innovative learning is a learning designed by teachers in new way. The new design made to facilitate learners in building knowledge in the process of behavior change. In addition, the theory of humanistic learning is a theory that helps learners to enjoy learning on subject matter in developing the potential of students themselves to a better direction. Thus, humanistic learning theory can be used to implement innovative learning in primary schools. Humanistic learning theory emphasizes guidance education, develops and directs students basic potential in terms of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. Keywords: learning theory, humanistic, innovative learning ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan paradigma teori belajar humanistik dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran inovatif di sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode library research yang data-datanya berasal dari berbagai sumber, baik dari perpustakaan maupun berbagai website yang ada di internet meliputi buku, ensiklopedi, kamus, jurnal, dokumen, majalah, dan lain-lain. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi. Selanjutnya, teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis isi. Hasil penelitian ini berusaha menggambarkan bahwa pembelajaran inovatif merupakan pembelajaran yang dirancang oleh guru yang sifatnya baru, untuk menfasilitasi peserta didik dalam membangun pengetahuannya pada proses perubahan perilaku. Di samping itu, teori belajar humanistik merupakan sebuah teori yang membantu peserta didik untuk senang belajar pada suatu objek atau materi pelajaran dalam mengembangkan potensi diri peserta didik ke arah yang lebih baik. Dengan demikian teori belajar humanistik dapat digunakan untuk mengimplementasikan pembelajaran inovatif di sekolah dasar. Teori belajar humanistik menekankan pada pendidikan membimbing, mengembangkan dan mengarahkan potensi dasar peserta didik baik dari segi kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor. <p><em>In common tradition, m</em><em>aking a living is a husband's obligation, but now many wives play a role in earning a living. The aim of the study was to find out the law of the wife looking for a nafka, viewed the condition and ability of the husband to provide a living, in the review of Maqashid Shari'a proposed by Syatibi. The influence of science and technology and the increase in household needs triggers many wives to take part in making a living, and become the main breadwinner. This certainly raises the question, how does the view of Islamic law on wives earn a living in library research, using the normative qualitative method of gender analysis approach is content analysis. Islamic law explains that a wife cannot leave her house without her husband's permission and her main task is at home. This certainly raises the question, how does the view of Islamic law on wives earn a living. The results of the study explain that wife's law makes a varied living circumcision, makhruh and haram based on the ability of the husband to provide his wife with the benefit and the level of family needs (maqashid).</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p>

INDONESIAN JURISPRUDENCE: ISLAMIC LAW TRANSFORMATION IN LAW SYSTEM OF INDONESIA.: This study discusses about the idea of Islamic law renewal in Indonesia, as well as the figures, and it makes the term of Indonesian Jurisprudence and its formalization into the law system of Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to find the answer of these following points: Firstly, the interpretation or definition of Indonesian Jurisprudence concept; secondly, the figures who proposed Indonesian Jurisprudence and the result of their thoughts; and the third, the formalization of Jurisprudence concept with Indonesian nuance in the law system Indonesia. This study was a library research with a content analysis method. The results of this study are: (1) Indonesian Jurisprudence could be interpreted as a Jurisprudence concept that is more Indonesian local-based; (2) Hasbi As-Shiddiqi and Hazairin are two figures who proposed Indonesian Jurisprudence model, apart from other intellectuals. Hasbi is one of modernists who offered his ideas comprehensively, started from his “Indonesian Jurisprudence” concept until the law renewal including its principle and method. Meanwhile Hazairin offered the development of a new heritage system which interpreted and elaborated based on Al-Qur’an scriptural perception and Sunnah which is not a patrilineal system but bilateral (family model); and (3) formalization of Indonesian Jurisprudence concept produces some ordinance regulation products which are important formally and materially, such as Ordinance of Islamic Marriage Law, and also other rules under the Ordinance, such as Government Law, President Instruction, and Supreme Court Law, as well as Islamic Law Compilation and Sharia Economic Law Compilation

This paper aims to contribute to the thought of realizing religious moderation to prevent radicalism. The problem is, what is meant by religious moderation and how to do the deradicalization of religious moderation based harmony in Indonesia. This research used a qualitative method with content analysis techniques (content analysis), which examines and analyzes a number of literature (Library Research) related to the subject matter. Religious moderation is very significant in deradicalizing, namely; 1). Provide awareness of human nature to do good, the necessity of living side by side in the midst of heterogeneity, without cultural, religious and national boundaries. 2). A moderate attitude promotes hospitality and compassion, upholds human dignity, and lives a life based on religion, morals and universal ethics. 3). Religious people are aware of being citizens and at the same time becoming part of world citizens, respecting other truths. 4). Religious moderation is the most appropriate content and practice to prevent radicalism and preserve harmony in Indonesian earth, which is knitted with Pancasila values. Mental attitude that is moderate, fair, and balanced is the key to managing diversity. 5). With religious moderation, it will be able to manage plural and multicultural societies in the midst of the development of information technology in Indonesia. 6). Religious moderation becomes significant not only for the creation of constructive relations between religions externally, but it is also important internally to create harmony between various streams within one religion.

This article compares dowry regulations in Indonesia and Morocco. Bearing in mind that Indonesia and Morocco have different characteristics in dowry matter, the regulations are worth comparing for. As understood in Islamic marriages, dowry is an important obligation and must be fulfilled by the bridegroom for the bride. Normative Islamic teaching advocates for dowry that is simple and reasonable, but in practice, sometimes dowry becomes expensive and difficult to be given, and thus, causing unfavorable effects. In addition, dowry also has the potentials to be subjected to disputes between husband and wife if not regulated by legislation in details. The author uses a comparative study of law guided by a normative approach through library research. The main source is the statutes of two countries. Analysis technique used is content analysis. As a result, it is found that with different backgrounds of fiqh school in Indonesia and Morroco-one being strongly influenced by Shāfi‘ī school and the other is influenced by Mālikī school-have similar rules on dowry. The only significant difference is that the Mālikī School and its legislation in Morocco considers dowry as a marriage pillar. Meanwhile, the Shāfi‘ī school and its legislation in Indonesia, even though the dowry is regarded as compulsory, it does not become a condition or a marriage pillar. Other differences are the definition of dowry, regulation of wife’s luggage, lost dowry, defective dowry, introduction of mithil dowry, regulation of dowry disputes before entering the household, and regulation of furniture disputes other than the wife’s luggage.

Regarding the circulation of Narcotics in nightclubs, it is regulated in Article 35 to Article 44 of Law 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics so that this study aims to determine the criminal responsibility of owners of nightclubs for the distribution of narcotics, especially in the city of Jambi and explain the efforts that conducted to tackle the circulation of narcotics in night entertainment venues in the city of Jambi. The method in this research is juridical empirical and the scope of research studied is the circulation of narcotics and the object studied is a nightclub in the city of Jambi. The materials used are field materials and library research. Data collection techniques, namely document studies related to documents in accordance with the subject matter. The analysis technique in this research is qualitative. Criminal responsibility for the owners of nightclubs for the distribution of narcotics, especially in the Jambi City area has not been implemented so that efforts made, namely the Jambi City Police Resort with the Provincial Narcotics Agency and the National Narcotics Agency must carry out raids on visitors and commercial sex workers, as well as entertainment business owners. night in Jambi City.

The aim of this study is to determine the perceptions of pre-service teachers towards teacher professional ethics course. The research was carried out with 138 pre-service teachers attending pedagogical formation training certificate program a public university in Turkey. In the study, a phenomenological method was used within the scope of qualitative research model. A semi-structured form with open-ended questions was used as a data collection tool to reveal pre-service teachers' perceptions of teacher professional ethics course. In this form, the pre-service teachers were asked to complete the sentence "the teacher professional ethics course is like ......; because ......". The results obtained from the pre-service teachers' responses were analyzed using content analysis technique. Based on these metaphors and the content analysis, the validity-reliability of the categories were shared with 3 faculty members who specialize in the field of metaphors and category lists. After expert opinions, non-overlapping metaphors were determined and the final shape was given. As a result of the research, it was found out that the pre-service teachers mostly expressed the compass and light metaphors from the metaphors they produced for the teacher professional ethics course. Based on their, “the course guiding students” category is the most commonly expressed metaphor among the categories formed in common characteristics. According to the pre-service teachers, teacher professional ethics course guides people in the right direction. As a result of the research, it was noted that pre-service teachers were able to express their own specific attitude and in-depth thinking abilities to express their perceptions about the subject.

This article aims at analyzing community consumption as a practice model which will create a new model in the understanding of the consumption to the consumptive pattern. In its development, community consumption pattern brings about a shift because of technology and modern facility availability. An approach used to write this report is library research, while the analysis technique applied is a content analysis aiming at getting a valid inference and can be reobserved based on is context. The presence of technology as a representation of facility in the fulfillment of needs are able to encourage the creation of social change, like the spreading of consumerist culture, the change of fashion and lifestyle mode where this condition is institutionalized in a community culture structure so that consuming goods do not only depend on the needs logic but also cover to someone’s emotional substance. That situation systematically shifts traditional values and directs to the global behavior. Consumption towards the construction of consumptive society becomes a conceptual and historical illustration to understand the consumption shifting to the consumptive practice.
