This study measures the association of family size and income level on spending and savings habits of rural Muslim households. A well-structured questionnaire was used to collect primary data, which was administered personally to the rural Muslim community in Dakshina Kannada district. A stratified random sampling technique was adopted and secondary data were collected from government officials. The study considered 398 rural Muslim community respondents from five taluks of Dakshina Kannada District. The study found that income and number of dependents in a family play an important role in attributing consumption and savings behavior.

The research is proposed to test the influence of Leadership and Motivation Work on Public Service Quality. The population in this study was the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh, amounting to 260 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 158 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Leadership and motivation work have a positive and significant effect on Public Service Quality. The results also show that motivation work variables act as intervening variables between Leadership and Public Service Quality.

<em>This research was conducted based on the existence of problems in the competence and physical work environment of employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of competencies and physical work environment simultaneously or partially on the performance of employees of PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor. The sampling technique is the sample random sampling technique. The type of research used is descriptive and verivative research methods, with data collection techniques using primary data and secondary data. The results showed that competency, physical work environment, and performance were categorized quite well. Based on the calculation, it can be seen that simultaneously the competence and physical work environment have a positive and significant influence on the performance of the employees of PT. Sustainable economic development does not occur without entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship is the practice of starting new organizations or revitalizing mature organizations. This study therefore is done to analyse the impact of innovation, technology and on the entrepreneurial development activities in Nigeria. Simple random sampling technique was used to select a total of 12 entrepreneurs from Lagos State that constituted our sample size. The primary data consists of a number of items in well- structured questionnaire that was administered to and completed by the respondents. Regression analysis was used to analyse the data. The results showed that there is significant relationship between technological innovation and entrepreneurship development in Nigeria. It is therefore recommended that government should create a friendly or an enabling environment for entrepreneurship and consumer goods to boost the Nigeria economy.

This research aims to explain the effect of the product innovation variables and product design partially on the repeated purchase decisions of an iPhone smartphone. This study uses 3 variables; namely product innovation (X1), product design (X2), and repeat purchase decisions (Y). Data collection was obtained by distributing questionnaires to the iPhone user community in Indonesia. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, verification, normality test, and regression analysis. The sampling technique of this study was Stratified Random Sampling using the Slovin formula. The type of data used in this study is primary data and secondary data. The results of this study prove that Product Innovation and Product Design have a positive and significant effect on Repeated Purchasing Decisions.

The purposes of this study were to determine the production costs of paddy farming, revenue, and the amount of income of wetland paddy farmers in Makroman Village, Sambutan Subcity. The research was conducted from April to June 2018. The data needed in this study were primary data and secondary data. The sampling method was probability sampling technique that was proportionate stratified random sampling by using the Slovin formula with 35 respondents. Data analysis calculated total costs, revenue, and income. The results showed that the total production costs spent by farmers  was  IDR125,763,960.00 ps-1 with  an  average  of IDR3,593,256.00 respondent-1 ps-1, and IDR213,007,735.73 ha-1 ps-1 with an average of IDR6,085,935.31 ha-1 ps-1 respondent-1. Revenue was as much as IDR768,600,000.00  ps-1  with an average  of IDR21,960,000.00 ps-1 respondent-1 and IDR1,226,383,333.33 ha-1 ps-1 with an average of IDR35,039,523.81 ha-1 ps-1 respondent-1. Paddy farming income was IDR642,836,040.00 ps-1 with an average of IDR18,366,744.00 ps-1 respondent-1 and IDR1,010,375,597.60 ha-1 ps-1 with an average of IDR28,867,874.22 ha-1  ps-1 respondent-1 for planting area of 0.643 ha.

<p><em>Pura Jati, located in Pakraman Keranjangan Village, Manukaya Village, Tampaksiring District, Gianyar Regency has a belief in the form of a barong that is maparab Ida Bhatara Ratu Gede which is believed to be a form of manifestation of Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa. Where Ida Bhatara Ratu Gede is worshiped at Pura Jati Desa Pakraman The extension is in its manifestation has some uniqueness on the part of his body which is slightly different from barong ket ket / ketet other. As well as in worship is believed to have several functions for the welfare of society.            <br />This research uses the type of qualitative approach, research approach used is the philosophical approach of the divinity is brahma jnana. Types of data used are qualitative data, data sources are primary data and secondary data. The instrument of this research is the researchers themselves who are supported by the tools in the interviews such as cameras and voice recorders. Determination technique of informant use purposive sampling technique with technique of non random sampling. Data collection techniques in this study was conducted through observation techniques conducted in the field, derived from interviews conducted with the informants, and supported by documentation techniques all presented in the presentation of data analysis. <br />The results of the research that has been done, namely the form and worship of Ida Bhatara Ratu Gede, where the worship is done starting every five days at pliwon kliwon, on piodalan he held every six months that is on saniscara kliwon wuku krulut, On Galungan Day during 45 days until the day of his piodalan on tump krulut. The function of Ida Bhatara Ratu Gede worship here is as a function of treatment where the media used in the form of oil and tirtha. The function of rwa bhineda is where in his worship there is a rangda that accompanies him in each staging candidate. A protection function, which is niskala he is believed to always protect his people from harm. The function of surrender, where everyone who has resigned to the suffering of his illness surrender his fate completely to Ida Bhatara queen Gede.serta in worship has philosophical values, religion, divinity and social values for the life of society.           </em></p>

ABSTRACT The proposed study is an attempt to understand the link between Outpatient Department (OPD) patient satisfaction and job satisfaction among front office executives of the OPD. The study was conducted in a 300 bedded multispecialty hospital in Delhi. The study is very important as the OPD is considered to be the mirror of any hospital, which reflects the functioning of the hospital being the first point of contact between the patient and the hospital staff. A structured questionnaire was used in conducting the study. Total 158 patients were interviewed during 2 months period. Stratified random sampling technique used in selecting the samples. Both type of patients, first timers and old patient participated in the study. As second part of the study, all 22 front office executives from the above-mentioned three concerned departments were participated. The age group of the employees ranged from 20 to 50 years. This study aims to analyze how much profit the farmers get in the activities of scallion farming in North Bongkudai Village, Mooat District, East Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The study was conducted for 3 months from October to December 2018. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data collection is through direct interviews with 60 respondents using the stratified random sampling method. Interviews were conducted based on a previously prepared questionnaire, and secondary data was obtained from the Bolaang Mongondow East Agriculture Office, North Bongkudai Village Office, Sam Ratulangi University Faculty of Agriculture Library, and Local Book Stores. The analysis in this study is qualitative and quantitativeanalysis presented in table form and then described descriptively. The results showed that the amount of profit of the scallion farmers per bed in Bongkudai Utara village in the first strata (lower layer) was Rp.426,664, while for the second strata (middle layer) was Rp.439,185 and for the third strata (upper layer) was Rp. 1,227,853. The highest profit of scallion farmers in Bongkudai Utara Village is in the third strata, reaching Rp1,227,853 per bed.*lrr+eprm*

: The study was carried out to find out the determinants of profitability in bushmeat marketing in Oluyole Government, Oyo state, Nigeria. Primary data were obtained through the use of thirty structured questionnaire administered to bushmeat marketers using a random sampling technique. Data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistics, market efficiency and regression analysis. The results showed that all the respondents were female (100%) and married (84%). The mean age of the respondents was 48.0±7.0 years, 83.3% had formal education with average year of experience of 24.0 ±8.0 years in bushmeat marketing. Profitability analysis revealed that bushmeat marketing is profitable venture with an average market margins of N25,309.00 and N6,433.33 per week for fresh and smoked bushmeat respectively. The marketing efficiency was greater than unity (ME>1). Regression analysis result indicated a significant relationship between year of education, marital status, membership of association and the marketing margin (p<0.01). The study thus recommends a policy that will regulate marketing of bushmeat to further enhance its efficiency in the study area.

This research was done to investigate whether tilapia growers has business competitiveness both in competitive and comparative. This study aimed to analyze the competitive advantage, comparative advantage, the impact of government policies on output and input. Effect of output and input changing based on a sensitivity analysis on the competitiveness of tilapia fish rearing business, the level of tilapia grower business competitiveness between small farmers in Musi Rawas regency. The respondent was determined by purposive method deliberately carried out in accordance with the criteria set by the researcher. The respondents was conducted by using proportionate stratified random sampling. This study used the primary data and secondary data. The result of Pam Method shows that a small farmers of tilapia enlargement at musi rawas regency has competitive advantage with PCR < 1 by 0,55.  It also has comparativeadvantage with DRCR < 0,37.  The goverment policies toward  tradadable input produkction were in the form of subsidies.  Based of sensitivity analysis the enlargemen of tilapia will be lost if tilapia production decrease 10%, the price of tilapia it self decrease 5,5% and if the feed price increase 7%. Keywords: small farmers, competitive, comparative, sensitivity
