ABSTRACT The proposed study is an attempt to understand the link between Outpatient Department (OPD) patient satisfaction and job satisfaction among front office executives of the OPD. The study was conducted in a 300 bedded multispecialty hospital in Delhi. The study is very important as the OPD is considered to be the mirror of any hospital, which reflects the functioning of the hospital being the first point of contact between the patient and the hospital staff. A structured questionnaire was used in conducting the study. Total 158 patients were interviewed during 2 months period. Stratified random sampling technique used in selecting the samples. Both type of patients, first timers and old patient participated in the study. As second part of the study, all 22 front office executives from the above-mentioned three concerned departments were participated. The age group of the employees ranged from 20 to 50 years. This study measures the association of family size and income level on spending and savings habits of rural Muslim households. A well-structured questionnaire was used to collect primary data, which was administered personally to the rural Muslim community in Dakshina Kannada district. A stratified random sampling technique was adopted and secondary data were collected from government officials. The study considered 398 rural Muslim community respondents from five taluks of Dakshina Kannada District. The study found that income and number of dependents in a family play an important role in attributing consumption and savings behavior.

This study aims to determine the role of young mama in the effort to stunting degradation in ponorogo. This research was using quantitative descriptive methods. The population of this study was all young mama in Krebet village while the sample of this study was BKB cadres in Krebet village. The sampling technique used is using stratified random sampling technique.The results showed that an increase of  23% was related to understanding of stunting. If seen in each indicator of understanding stunting also experienced an increase. The young mama community has an important role in efforts to stunting degradation. Especially in an effort to establish friendships, share information and share problems experienced

This research examined the role of the headmaster and pedagogical competences of teacher in Vocational School and also to see the relationship between the two variables. The populations in this research were 72 teacher and 40 samples using proportional stratified random sampling technique. The research used likert scale as instrument. A score of variable leadership of headmaster was 0,907 and pedagogical score of teachers competence was, 897, which mean the instrument was reliable. The data was analyzed by product moment correlation, r score = .33 > = .284 believed r table standard 95%. Research found that there are relationships between the roles of headmaster with the pedagogy competencies of teacher in Vocational School.

ABSTRACT: FACTORS RELATED TO IMPLEMENTATION OF ERADICATION OF MOSQUITO NESTS (3M) IN ERADICATION EFFORTS PREVENTION OF DENTAL FEVER DISEASE IN RW 02 KELURAHAN CAKUNG BARAT Introduction: Mosquito Nest Eradication or PSN is an activity to eradicate the eggs, larvae, and cocoons of mosquitoes that transmit dengue hemorrhagic fever in their breeding sites. PSN is influenced by several factors, such as knowledge, education, attitudes, and the role of jumantik.Objective: To analyze the factors related to the implementation of 3M PSN in the community in RW 02, West Cakung Village.Methods: The research design used was quantitative with a cross-sectional design. The number of samples involved was 94 respondents using the proportional stratified random sampling technique. The results of the study used Chi-Square statistical test analysis. Results: This study found that there was a relationship between knowledge (Pv=0.022), education (Pv=0.016), attitude (Pv=0.004), jumantic role (Pv=0.014), and the implementation of PSN 3M.Conclusion: Health services, especially at the Cakung District Health Center, are expected to improve programs that aim to encourage people to want to carry out PSN 3M activities in preventing DHF by further increasing education in the form of counseling about DHF and its prevention. , both held at the puskesmas and in the community. Keywords: Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever, 3M Mosquito Nest Eradication (PSN), Knowledge, Education, Attitude, The Role of Jumantik.  INTISARI: FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PELAKSAANAAN PEMBERANTASAN SARANG NYAMUK (3M) DALAM UPAYA PENCEGAHAN PENYAKIT DEMAM BERDARAH DI RW 02 KELURAHAN CAKUNG BARAT  Pendahuluan: Pemberantasan sarang nyamuk atau PSN merupakan kegiatan memberantas telur, jentik dan kepompong nyamuk penular demam berdarah dengue di tempat-tempat perkembangbiakannya. PSN dipengaruhu oleh beberapa faktor, seperti pengetahuan, pendidikan, sikap,dan peran juru pemantau jentik (jumantik).Tujuan: untuk menganalisis faktor yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan PSN 3M pada masyarakat di RW 02 Kelurahan Cakung Barat.Metode: Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel yang dilibatkan sebanyak 94 responden dengan menggunakan teknik proportional stratified random sampling. Hasil penelitian menggunakan analisis uji statistic Chi Square. Hasil: penelitian ini memperoleh ada hubungan antara pengetahuan (Pv=0,022), pendidikan (Pv=0,016), sikap (Pv=0,004), peran jumantik (Pv=0,014) dengan pelaksanaan PSN 3M.Kesimpulan: pelayanan kesehatan khususnya di puskesmas kelurahan cakung diharapkan untuk meningkatkan program yang bertujuan untuk mendorong masyarakat agar mau melakukan kegiatan PSN 3M dalam pencegah DBD dengan cara lebih meningkatkan edukasi berupa penyuluhan tentang DBD dan pencegahannya, baik yang diadakan di puskesmas maupun di masyarakat. Kata kunci: Demam Berdarah Dengue, Pemberantasan Sarang Nyamuk (PSN) 3M, Pengetahuan, Pendidikan, Sikap, Peran Jumantik.

Research purpose: Analyzing the factors that influence the work culture of South Korean companies in Indonesia. Methodology: The population in this study was employees who worked at a South Korean company in Surabaya. The sampling technique in this study is stratified random sampling. The appropriate data and can be processed as many as 229 people and the data were analyzed in a quantitative manner using SEM-AMOS version 20.0. Main Findings: Work culture in South Korean companies in Indonesia, such as the harmonious relationship in the work culture of South Korean companies in Indonesia is more reflected in indicators of cooperation, work integrity is more reflected in indicators of honesty and further work discipline. reflected by indicators working on time. The work culture of South Korean companies in Indonesia is more dominant in work integrity, which can encourage the quality and quantity of work produced. Implications: Changing cultures requires enormous effort and requires the involvement of all elements in the organization. The role of the leader is very important in shaping the culture of the organization and is crucial in efforts to achieve predetermined goals. By knowing the factors that influence the work culture of South Korean companies in Indonesia, it is hoped that it can provide information to South Korean expatriates to improve the work culture of the company in maintaining its long-term business by building cooperation and relationships with local employees. The novelty/originality of this study: The work culture of South Korean companies in Indonesia is more dominantly demonstrated by work integrity in shaping work culture. The work integrity of a South Korean company is demonstrated by indicators of honesty, confidence, and responsibility in completing work.

AbstrakKomunikasi dokter – pasien adalah suatu hal yang sangat penting dalam proses terapeutik di rumah sakit. Kualitas komunikasi yang terjadi diantara kedua belah pihak akan menghasilkan kepuasan di dalam diri pasien karena pasien akan merasa puas dan kembali lagi ke dokter yang sama jika komunikasi mereka baik dan efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan komunikasi dokter – pasien dengan kepuasan pasien berobat di poliklinik RSUP dr. M. Djamil Padang. Desain penelitian adalah Cross Sectional dengan teknik pengambilan subjek yaitu proportionate stratified random sampling dengan jumlah 107 orang. Data diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan program komputer SPSS 17 dengan uji statistik chi-square. Hasil analisis univariat menunjukkan komunikasi dokter – pasien cukup baik yaitu 46,7% dan tingkat kepuasan pasien yaitu 86,9%. Hasil analisis bivariat secara umum menunjukkan ada hubungan bermakna antara komunikasi dokter – pasien terhadap kepuasan pasien. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini ialah terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara komunikasi dokter – pasien terhadap kepuasan pasien berobat di poliklinik RSUP dr. M. Djamil Padang.Kata kunci: komunikasi, kepuasanAbstractCommunications doctor - patient is a very important thing in the therapeutic process in a hospital. Quality of the communication between two parties will result in the patient satisfaction because patients will feel satisfied and come back to the same doctor if they are good and effective communication. This study aimed to determine the relationship of doctor communication - patient to patient satisfaction for treatment in the policlinic Dr M. Djamil Padang. The design of study was cross-sectional sampling technique that is proportionate stratified random sampling with a total sample of 107 people. Data were processed and analyzed using the computer program SPSS 17 with chi-square test. The results of univariate analysis showed doctor communication quite enough that patients and 46.7% patient satisfaction rate is 86.9%. The results of the bivariate analyzes in general showed significant relationship between doctor communication - patient to patient satisfaction in the RSUP dr. M Djamil Padang.Keywords: communication, satisfication

This study examined the role of insurance in the economic development of Nigeria. Primary data were the sources of data for this study. A structured questionnaire was used to elicit data from the respondents. The data collected was drawn from the two companies Aiico and Alliance and General Insurance, using a simple random sampling technique. The data were subjected to Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was adopted in testing the hypotheses. The results of the study revealed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the role of insurance and economic development in Nigeria. It was concluded that organizations, especially top management, should recognize the importance of the role of insurance.

The main objective of this study was to identify the motivational factors in selecting a teaching profession by the teachers.  A random sampling technique was used for the selection of the sample consisting of 27 girls’ schools of District Kohat as the sample. A structured questionnaire was developed in closed format on the basis of factors identified through observation by the teachers. The data collected through the questionnaires about various aspects of the study were presented in percentages in tabular form and applied to a Chi-square test.

The purpose of present study is to examine the social skill of adolescent boys and girls across three socio-economic groups ((upper, middle and lower socio-economic group). The sample of study was comprised of 450 adolescents (225 boys and 225 girls) between the age group of 13 to 18 years belonging to three socio-economic groups (upper, middle and lower socio-economic group) from Prayagraj city of Uttar Pradesh. Stratified random sampling technique was followed in the study. Kuppuswamy’s socio-economic scale (1961) was administered to access the socio-economic status of the adolescents which is modified by Gururaj and Maheshwaran in 2014. Self developed questionnaire was used for assessment of social skill of respondents. Frequency and percentage distribution and t-test were used to analysis the score. Social skill was found ranging between high to good in majority adolescent boys and girls of the upper and middle socio-economic groups whereas, in the lower socio-economic group, it was found ranging between average to poor in majority adolescents. There was no significant gender difference found in social skill of adolescents.

The study examines the effect of compensation management on the employee�s work commitment in the Kwara State Internal Revenue Service (KW�IRS), Ilorin, Nigeria. Stratified random sampling technique was utilized for the study with the administration of structured questionnaire to the respondents so as to elicit the required information. The data generated was analyzed with regression analysis with aid of SPSS, (V. 22.0). Findings showed that compensation management is a positive and significant predictor of employee�s work commitment in the Kwara State Internal Revenue Service. The study concluded that organizations that effectively and efficiently manage its compensation policy, in respect to employee�s commitment, will outperforms those organizations that do not.
