The purposes of this study were to determine the production costs of paddy farming, revenue, and the amount of income of wetland paddy farmers in Makroman Village, Sambutan Subcity. The research was conducted from April to June 2018. The data needed in this study were primary data and secondary data. The sampling method was probability sampling technique that was proportionate stratified random sampling by using the Slovin formula with 35 respondents. Data analysis calculated total costs, revenue, and income. The results showed that the total production costs spent by farmers  was  IDR125,763,960.00 ps-1 with  an  average  of IDR3,593,256.00 respondent-1 ps-1, and IDR213,007,735.73 ha-1 ps-1 with an average of IDR6,085,935.31 ha-1 ps-1 respondent-1. Revenue was as much as IDR768,600,000.00  ps-1  with an average  of IDR21,960,000.00 ps-1 respondent-1 and IDR1,226,383,333.33 ha-1 ps-1 with an average of IDR35,039,523.81 ha-1 ps-1 respondent-1. Paddy farming income was IDR642,836,040.00 ps-1 with an average of IDR18,366,744.00 ps-1 respondent-1 and IDR1,010,375,597.60 ha-1 ps-1 with an average of IDR28,867,874.22 ha-1  ps-1 respondent-1 for planting area of 0.643 ha.

This study aims to analyze the income of leek farming in Manembo Village, Passi Timur Sub-district, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research lasted for 2 months, from November to December 2019. Sampling in this study was carried out by simple random sampling method with a number of respondents were 25 leek farmers. Primary data were collected through direct interviews using a list of questions (questionnaires) that have been prepared. Secondary data were obtained from the literature related to this research and related institutions. Data analysis used in this research is to use quantitative descriptive analysis and expenditure (production costs) to analyze the income of leek farming. The results showed that the income of onion farming in Manembo Village, East Passi District, Bolaang Mongondow District per farmer on average was IDR. 2,688,800.- *eprm*

This research aims to determine the cultivation and cost, income of rubber farmers. The study used a survey method with participatory observation techniques. In its implementation, this activity is for analysis purposes including primary data collection and secondary data. Rubber sap farming income in Babayau Village is currently a fairly serious problem because the income earned by farmers is constantly changing due to various factors, one of which is weather and market conditions.  The sampling technique in this study was the purposive sampling method. Rubber farming activities in Babayau Village, Paringin District, Balangan Regency have technically been running effectively and efficiently from the stages of land clearing, planting, fertilizing, maintaining, and tapping processes. The total production is 73,221 kg for Rp. 7,000, - / kg. The average production is 2,929 / kg perpetual with average revenue of Rp. 20,501,880, per farmer. With an average income of  Rp. 20,501,880 per farmer and an average explicit cost of Rp. 267,675.0 per farmer, the average income is Rp. 20,234,205,04, -per farmer

The research is proposed to test the influence of Leadership and Motivation Work on Public Service Quality. The population in this study was the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh, amounting to 260 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 158 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Leadership and motivation work have a positive and significant effect on Public Service Quality. The results also show that motivation work variables act as intervening variables between Leadership and Public Service Quality.

The objective of this research is to analyze the income of rice farming based on the revenue sharing system in Wolaang Village, East Langowan sub-district, Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted for 3 month, starting from January to March 2019. The Samples of farmers is using simple random sampling method (simple random). Data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from direct interviews with 30 farmer. While secondary data obtained from BP3K East Langowan sub-district and BPS Minahasa Regency, books available at local bookstores and the internet such as google searching to access articles from various scientific journals and thesis from other universities related to the topic of this research, especially income analyze. This research aims to explain the effect of the product innovation variables and product design partially on the repeated purchase decisions of an iPhone smartphone. This study uses 3 variables; namely product innovation (X1), product design (X2), and repeat purchase decisions (Y). Data collection was obtained by distributing questionnaires to the iPhone user community in Indonesia. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, verification, normality test, and regression analysis. The sampling technique of this study was Stratified Random Sampling using the Slovin formula. The type of data used in this study is primary data and secondary data. The results of this study prove that Product Innovation and Product Design have a positive and significant effect on Repeated Purchasing Decisions.

ANALYSIS OF PIG LIVESTOCK BUSINESS INCOME IN TOMBULU DISTRICT MINAHASA REGENCY. The study was conducted in the Tombulu District of Minahasa Regency for one month from January 2020 to February 2020.The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. The puposive sampling method was applied to determine the sample location in Tombulu District with the number of breeders in Tombulu District were 30 breeders. Therefore, the determination of the sample applied Total Quota Sampling technique. Pigs livestock business models run by breeders were breeding, fattening, combination, and swine pigs. The result showed models that the dominant pig livestock business in Tombulu District was a combination of breeding and fattening. The income earned from the pig livestock business is Rp.39,207,785 / period or Rp3,920,778 / month. The amount of production, feed costs, and social costs are factors that were very influential on the business income of pig livestock.

This study measures the association of family size and income level on spending and savings habits of rural Muslim households. A well-structured questionnaire was used to collect primary data, which was administered personally to the rural Muslim community in Dakshina Kannada district. A stratified random sampling technique was adopted and secondary data were collected from government officials. The study considered 398 rural Muslim community respondents from five taluks of Dakshina Kannada District. The study found that income and number of dependents in a family play an important role in attributing consumption and savings behavior.
