Indonesian is the 4th largest country in the world whose in habitants suffer from gout. In Indonesian, it is estimated that uric acid occur in 840 people every 100,000 people. Disease of gout is one of the degenerative disease. One of the signs of the disease gout is the increase in the levels of uric acid in the blood (hiperurisemia). Factors related to the incidence of hiperurisemia is sex, IMT, intake carbohydrate sand intake purin. Purin intake is a risk factor most strongly associated with the incidence of hiperurisemia. This study used a cross-sectional research design cross method i.e. research to study the dynamics of the correlation between two variables. Research carried out in the Puskesmas Kebun Sikolos in August 2016. The population in this study amounts to 100 people. Sampling techniques in "accidental sampling", with a sample of as many as 20 people. Data processing is carried out using the SPSS program with computerized analysis univariate and bivariat, statistical tests used was chi-square. The results of the univariate analysis showed that (65%) of respondents-sex women, (55%) of respondents experiencing obesity and (55%) of the respondents did not suffer from hypertension. Bivariat analysis p value = 0.019 means there is a relationship between the sex with uric acid, and p value = 0.025 means there is a connection between obesity with uric acid, and p value = 0.337 which means there is no relationship between hypertension with the occurrence of uric acid. Thus the factors associated with the incidence of gout in the elderly is gender and obesity. So from that recommended that health workers improve outreach program again about the factors associated with the incidence of gout in the elderly.

The increasing number of elderly and elderly life expectancy is a challenge for health workers. Decreased cardiac endurance, muscle strength and increased incidence of inflammation will occur in the elderly as we get older. health cardio exercises series-I is an aerobic exercise that has moderate intensity and is carried out for 30 minutes, research is needed to analyze the effect on cardiac endurance, muscle strength and decrease plasma TNF-? levels in the elderly. Research design with experimental method, pre-test and post-test design approach. The study was conducted for 4 weeks on 25 samples which were divided into 3 groups of frequency of health cardio exercises series-I to measure endurance of the heart. A 6-minute road test and muscle strength were used for hand grip strength dynamometer, test back and leg dynamometer. Measurement of plasma TNF-? levels is carried out using the Elisa method. The data was then analyzed using paired t-test to see differences before and after health cardio exercises series-I. The results showed health cardio exercises series-I performed 3x / mg can increase the heart's endurance compared to the frequency of 4x / mg and 5x / mg (-16.11 vs 15.62 vs -47.62 meters). health cardio exercises series-I frequency of 3x / mg and 4x / mg can increase back muscle strength (p-value = 0.019, p <0.05) and the frequency of 5x / mg can increase the strength of attractive shoulder muscles. (p-value = 0.033, p <0.05). Health cardio exercises series-I performed 3x / mg, 4x / mg and 5x / mg did not have a significant effect on plasma TNF-? protein expression in the elderly (0.506 vs 0.856 vs. 0.382, p <0.05). It is suggested that the elderly can do I-1 series heart exercise with a frequency of 3x / mg to increase the heart's lung endurance and back muscle strength, a health cardio exercises series-I 4x / mg series to increase muscle strength of the back back, a series of health cardio exercises series-I frequency of 5x / mg to increase attractive shoulder muscle strength.

Background: Stroke outcome is dependent on baseline factors such as NIHSS and age. Relationships between these variables and outcomes are often non-linear and imbalances can influence outcomes, particularly in subgroup analysis with smaller number of subjects. Balance in baseline variables factors are typically compared by Wilcoxon rank sum, t-test or ANOVA. Because of non-linearity, these tests may be insensitive to important differences in the distribution of these factors and if multiple factors are considered simultaneously. We adapted a multi-dimensional extension of Kolmogorov-Smirnov (KS) test proposed by Fasano and Franceschini (FF) to compare population distributions. The FF algorithm provides a method to calculate KS Distance (KSD) between two distributions in multiple dimensions and a probability value can be obtained. We hypothesized that the FF algorithm would be more sensitive than traditional statistical tests to determine whether baseline factors differed among two trial arms. We further show that matching for baseline variables (nearest neighbor Euclidean matching, pPAIRS©; Mandava Kent Stroke 2010) improves the KSD, indicating closer matched populations. Methods: The NINDS database was used for this study ( ntis.gov ). The subgroup of rt-PA and placebo treated normoglycemic subjects with large artery stroke was analyzed. Median and mean NIHSS and age were compared and KSD and a p value were calculated using a custom program, pPOPULATION© written in Matlab®. rt-PA and placebo subjects were then matched using pPAIRS© and outliers eliminated. KSD and p value for the post-matched groups were calculated. Results: The left half of the table shows the pre-match comparisons. Baseline variables were not different using usual tests. A KSD value of 0.283, however yielded p=0.008, suggesting that the population distributions are indeed different when two variables are considered simultaneously. Right half of the table shows the post-match comparisons of baseline variables. The KSD value, 0.217, is lower and is associated with a p value = 0.175, indicating that the post-matched distributions are similar. a Wilcoxon Rank-Sum; b Student t-test; Conclusion: We demonstrate here a new application of a 2d version of the KS distance to verify the similarity of stroke populations and show that it is more sensitive than traditional difference testing. This finding is important because baseline imbalances are critical for accurate assessment of outcome. This algorithm can be further extended to additional dimensions (e.g.: glucose). Its relative advantages over other methods will be discussed.

Every minute of one baby indonesia died because they did not to obtain breast milk (BM) in the first hour of birth, problems in the provision of breastfeeding can because production breastfeeding not out.One way to overcome the incomplete milk production is by doing a massage of oxytocin through the back. This message can relax the mother’s so that stimulate oxcytocin reflex and milk production also smoothly. The purpose of this research to know the influence of massage oxytocin through the back to production breastfeeding on the post partum. This research using design Quasy experimental that involves 30 respondents taken with systematic random sampling. Respondents divided into 2 groups, namely the control group were 15 respondents and group experimental were 15 respondents.Data collection use observation checklist.Data analyzed using chi-square test with a significant degree α ≤ 0.05. The results of statistical tests chi square obtained p value = 0,028 (α< 0,05)thus H1 accepted that mean there are influence massage oxytocin through the back to production breastfeeding on the post partum. The research at the clinic Permata BundaSubdistrict Babat that is the massage oxytocin through the back to production breastfeeding. Because massage oxytocin through the back can stimulate reflexes oxytocin hormone. Expected for health workers can provide health education about massage oxytocin through the back to the community so later expected all the community be able to apply massage oxytocin through the back to overcome it swift sailboat production breastfeeding.

Pregnancy is a condition in which the fetus is conceived in the mother's body, which begins with the fertilization process. Lack of iron during pregnancy will lead to iron deficiency anemia and can cause bleeding during delivery, facilitate infection and decrease the carrying capacity of acid. The need for pregnant women for Fe increases (for the formation of placenta and red blood cells) by 200-300%, about 300 mg of Fe is transferred to the fetus so that 50-75 mg for the formation of placenta, 450 mg for increasing the amount of red blood and 200 mg disappears when The type of research in this research is descriptive analytic using cross sectional design. In this study, the independent variables are motivation, the role of health workers and family support, the dependent variable is the regularity of consuming Fe tablets. Based on the statistical test, it was obtained p value 0.007 ˂ 0.05, which means that there is a significant relationship between poor motivation and irregularity in consuming Fe tablets in the working area of Puskesmas with difficult water. Based on statistical tests, p value is 0.001 0.05, which means there is a significant relationship There is a significant difference between the role of health workers and irregularity in consuming Fe tablets in the working area of Puskesmas with difficulty in water. Based on statistical tests, the p value is 0.000 ˂ 0.05, which means that there is a significant relationship between poor family support and irregularity in consuming Fe tablets in the region.
