Tax is a source of state or regional income whose contribution is highly expected to finance development. One of the taxes that has the potential to become one of the sources to encourage local revenue is the Motor Vehicle Tax. This study aims to determine the effect of motorized vehicle tax on local revenue in Bone Bolango Regency. The results of the study show that the Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) every year in the last 5 years (2015-2019) continues to increase in terms of realization achievement. Because it is able to make a real contribution to the PAD of Bone Bolango Regency. The results of the simple linear regression calculation and the calculation of the coefficient of determination show that the motor vehicle tax has a significant effect on PAD revenue as indicated by the value of RSquare = 0.784 or 78.4 percent. While the remaining 21.6 percent is influenced by other factors not examined. The test results are significant in the Summary Model table Sig = 0.046 > criteria (0.05) thus the regression equation model based on the research data is significant, meaning that the linear regression model meets the linearity criteria.

<p>Optimizing the management of potential areas would provide additional revenue for the region. This research aims to assess whether the government in the counties and cities in Central Java province has been optimally manage their potentials so as to provide benefits beupa increased local revenues derived from the wealth management area. Through the relationship between the variables of the original income (PAD) and the Gross Domestic Product (GRDP) in the counties and cities in Central Java is expected to be known whether each area has been optimal in obtaining local revenue. The data used is data sekuder form of data revenues and GRDP in counties and cities in the province of Central Java during the years 2011-2013 were berusmber from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK), Report of Realized APBD, and RPJMD Central Java.</p><p>Methods of data analysis in this research is to use a simple linear regression analysis (OLS Model) and design analysis group. The analysis showed the existence of ties between the GRDP and the PAD. The magnitude of the relationship analyzed by simple linear regression, where the results indicate a positive trend. That is, there is a directly proportional relationship anatara GRDP and PAD. The coefficient of determination of 99.9% explained that the GRDP variable can be explained by the variable revenue of 99.9%, while 0.1% is explained by other variables.</p><p>The analysis showed that the GRDP value of the coefficient b&gt; b PAD either at the district, town and overall. These results indicate that there has been no attempt by the government to manage PAD so as to generate the GRDP increase. The government can manage the outcome of PAD to be used in a way that increases the GRDP obtained. As for the test results to determine differences in optimizing the management of local revenue between districts and cities showed that the district can generate GRDP is greater with smaller PAD. It shows that the effort made by the district is more efficient than the effort undertaken by the municipality.</p><p>Spatial analysis shows a comparison of the GRDP against the PAD in each county and city in Central Java province is divided into four clusters. Each cluster has a distinct regional characteristics seen from economic activity. The results of the socio-economic analysis of the economy in Central Java province when seen from the conditions of employment, which absorbs the most amount of power keraja is in the agricultural sector, which amounted to 31%, followed by the trade sector 22% and industry 19%.</p><p>Keyword: Decentralization, PAD, GRDP</p>

Data Mining is an information discovery by extracting information patterns that contain trend searches in a very large amount of data and assist the process of storing data in making a decision in the future. In determining the pattern classification techniques do to collect records (Training set). Regional income is generally derived from local taxes and levies, local taxes are one source of funding for the region on the national average has not been able to make a large contribution to the formation of local revenue. By utilizing Regional Revenue data, it can produce forecasting and predictions of Regional Revenue income in the future to match the reality / reality so that the planned RAPBD can run smoothly. Simple Linear Regression or often abbreviated as SLR (Simple Linear Regression) is one of the statistical methods used in production to make predictions or predictions about the characteristics of quality and quantity to describe the processes associated with data processing for the acquisition of regional income. So that in the testing phase with visual basic net can help in processing valid Regional Revenue Amount data. This study was performed to update and generate prediction equations for converting digestible energy (DE) to metabolizable energy (ME) for Korean Hanwoo beef cattle, taking into consideration the gender (male and female) and body weights (BW above and below 350 kg) of the animals. The data consisted of 141 measurements from respiratory chambers with a wide range of diets and energy intake levels. A simple linear regression of the overall unadjusted data suggested a strong relationship between the DE and ME (Mcal/kg DM): ME = 0.8722 × DE + 0.0016 (coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.946, root mean square error (RMSE) = 0.107, p < 0.001 for intercept and slope). Mixed-model regression analyses to adjust for the effects of the experiment from which the data were obtained similarly showed a strong linear relationship between the DE and ME (Mcal/kg of DM): ME = 0.9215 × DE − 0.1434 (R2 = 0.999, RMSE = 0.004, p < 0.001 for the intercept and slope). The DE was strongly related to the ME for both genders: ME = 0.8621 × DE + 0.0808 (R2 = 0.9600, RMSE = 0.083, p < 0.001 for the intercept and slope) and ME = 0.7785 × DE + 0.1546 (R2 = 0.971, RMSE = 0.070, p < 0.001 for the intercept and slope) for male and female Hanwoo cattle, respectively. By BW, the simple linear regression similarly showed a strong relationship between the DE and ME for Hanwoo above and below 350 kg BW: ME = 0.9833 × DE − 0.2760 (R2 = 0.991, RMSE = 0.055, p < 0.001 for the intercept and slope) and ME = 0.72975 × DE + 0.38744 (R2 = 0.913, RMSE = 0.100, p < 0.001 for the intercept and slope), respectively. A multiple regression using the DE and dietary factors as independent variables did not improve the accuracy of the ME prediction (ME = 1.149 × DE − 0.045 × crude protein + 0.011 × neutral detergent fibre − 0.027 × acid detergent fibre + 0.683).
