The success of business development can’t be separated from participatory communication. This research was conducted in Tajinan Village, Malang. The research data used primary data and secondary data. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using SEM GSCA. This research aimed to analyze the effect of Participatory Development Communication (PDC) factors, such as the socio-cultural component and elements of the communication process on the development of sheep farming business. The results showed that the elements of the communication process affected PDC and it affected the development of sheep farming business. Besides, the development of sheep farming business did not affect PDC and there was not a single socio-cultural component variable and elements of the communication process that affect PDC or farming business development through PDC or sheep farming business development.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of State Defense policies to achieve National Resilience. This research was conducted in the area of Kodim 1309 which was carried out by the Regional Command Unit (Satkowil) namely Kodim 1309 / Manado Korem 131 / Stg Kodam XIII / Mdk in the city of Manado and its surroundings. This research was conducted from December 2019 to February 2020. This study used primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained by observation and interview methods, while secondary data were collected using documents related to the topic of this research, particularly with regard to land defense. Interviews were conducted with 15 informants who were selected purposively. Data analysis used qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that, first, the communication process carried out by Kodim 1309 as the executor was carried out by building communication with stakeholders in the Kodim 1309 area, which process went well and was accepted by stakeholders and the general public. Second, the implementation of the institutional strategy of the bureaucratic structure carried out by Kodim 1309 / Manado to the Koramil in its ranks has been good through forms of supervision. Third, in the aspect of resources in implementing the national defense of the Police, Kodam 1309 uses human resources, namely army personnel and available facilities. These activities have not been maximized because there are not enough personnel so that to carry out state defense activities was limited of number and face various other activities that must also be carried out too. Fourth, the attitude of policy implementers has not shown maximum results and has not been running sustainably.

It is unthinkable that errors in the pronunciation of Arabic voices can hinder understanding and lead to ambiguity and ambiguity in meaning. This study aims to determine the sound errors that researchers witnessed in Luqman al-Hakim Surabya school students. This study uses descriptive and qualitative methods for field research. The source of the data consists of primary data (samples of class II A students) and secondary data found from references related to research. While the method for collecting research data is using observation and interviews. After conducting research at the Luqman Al-Hakim School in Surabaya, the researcher found a sound error, namely the mention of letters that are similar to Tatwiriyah errors and errors in the mention of sounds in Arabic that are not found in Indonesian, namely the Prayer of Blessing. the cause of errors in the mention of the sound of Arabic in class II A students at Luqman Al-Hakim Surabaya School is ignorance and lack of application of rules in terms of sound also because of the influence of mother tongue, namely Indonesian.It is unthinkable that errors in the pronunciation of Arabic voices can hinder understanding and lead to ambiguity and ambiguity in meaning. ABSTRACT In the development of tourism in NTT Province, NTT Provincial Tourism Office uses a development communication strategy approach. This study aims to explore the use of development communication strategies by the Department of Tourism in the development of tourism in the Province of NTT. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with case study approach. The results show that most of the programs and activities related to development communication are more using the active development communication strategy approach. This strategy approach is considered to make the community as a communicant solely in the continuity of the communication process. Therefore, alternative approaches to participatory development and convergence development strategies should be considered in the planning of development communication by the NTT Tourism Provincial Tourism Office. Keywords: Development of Tourism and Development Communication Strategy   ABSTRAK Dalam pengembangan pariwisata di Provinsi NTT, Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi NTT menggunakan pendekatan strategi komunikasi pembangunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penggunaan strategi komunikasi pembangunan oleh Dinas Pariwisata dalam pengembangan pariwisata di Provinsi NTT. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar program dan kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan komunikasi pembangunan lebih menggunakan pendekatan strategi komunikasi pembangunan aktif. Pendekatan strategi ini dinilai menjadikan masyarakat sebagai komunikan semata dalam keberlangsungan proses komunikasi. Oleh karena itu, alternatif pendekatan strategi komunikasi pembangunan partisipatif dan konvergensi sebaiknya dipertimbangkan dalam perencanaan komunikasi pembangunan oleh Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi NTT. This study aims to identify palm sugar business characteristic, to analyzethe allocation of labor and household revenue of palm sugar craftsmen and to analyzethe contribution of palm sugar income to the craftsmen household in Lebak Regency.The research data used were primary data and secondary data which were processeddescriptively and quantitatively. Sampling was carried out randomly (simple randomsampling) in five sub-districts of palm sugar centers in Lebak Regency. The resultsshowed that the average palm sugar craftsman allocated his time of 6.66 hours per dayto produce palm sugar. The allocation of labor is distributed in several stages of theproduction process including tapping, cooking, stirring, printing and drying. As muchas 77.14% of the total household income of palm sugar craftsmen comes from thepalm sugar business. Other income is obtained from farming other commodities andtrading. Total income is allocated for food expenditure, non-food expenditure andsavings. Expenditures on food account for 60% of total expenditure, while non-foodexpenditures are 32 percent and savings are 8 percent.

Seaweed is one of the leading commodities in the marine sector which has a high selling value. However, this potential is currently not optimally utilized in Karawang Regency. Karawang Regency has a large enough potential for aquaculture ponds, has a pond area of 18,273.30 hectares, and only 1% is cultivated for seaweed. This research aims to formulate a seaweed cultivation business development strategy that has not developed optimally. The respondents in this research were all 60 seaweed cultivators in Karawang Regency. The data used were primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through an interview with seaweed cultivators and using the questionnaire. Secondary data were obtained from institutions/agencies related to research, such as the Karawang Regency Fisheries Service The data analysis method used in this research is qualitative analysis. Qualitative analysis was used to determine a seaweed cultivation development strategy using a SWOT analysis. The results showed that the relative position of seaweed cultivation development based on the SWOT analysis is in the first quadrant which means the strategy used is a progressive or aggressive. The progressive strategy of developing seaweed cultivation can be carried out with strategies such as increasing production to meet the demand for seaweed, expanding the area for seaweed cultivation, empowering local communities about seaweed cultivation and diversifying processed seaweed products.

This study aims to analyze Ana Batik's business conditions as one of the MSMEs in Magelang based on the Business Model Canvas (BMC) analysis to develop a business strategy based on a SWOT analysis. The research was developed based on a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were collected through observation and interviews, while secondary data were collected through literature studies. The data that has been collected is analyzed based on the Business Model Canvas (BMC) analysis and the SWOT analysis. The Business Model Canvas (BMC) analysis is used to describe Ana Batik's business conditions, while the SWOT analysis is used to formulate a business development strategy that is applied to the new business model. The results of the data analysis indicate that the appropriate strategy for Ana Batik Magelang's business development is the SO strategy. SO strategies that can be applied are developing products according to fashion trends, using brand ambassadors to attract and increase consumer buying interest, and expand the market to the scope of the global market. By implementing this strategy, it is hoped that Ana Batik Magelang's business can develop and be sustainable.

This study aims to describe the prevailing sijon system in clove farming in Raanan Baru Village, West Motoling Subdistrict. This research was conducted for 3 (three) months starting from the preparation phase until the preparation of the report that is since December 2017 s / d February 2018. The data used in this study is primary data which is research data obtained directly from the farmers as respondents and data secondary data which is a research data obtained indirectly through agency information or documents relating to this research and village data. Sampling method in this study using purposive sampling method, meaning that researchers determine their own samples taken because there are certain considerations. Data Analysis Method in this research is processed by using descriptive analysis and then Analysis This data is processed / presented in written form and table. The process of bond transfers in Raanan Baru Village has been going on for generations and has even taken root in the village community itself. From the results of case studies encountered in the field stated that the transaction system of ijon that occurred in Raanan Baru Village, West Motoling Subdistrict of South Minahasa Regency is done on the basis of both parties have agreed and have good intention to do the transaction of debt by only having mutual trust with each other.

At this time the image of political parties in Indonesia deteriorated because of various problems afflict their cadres in the Parliament and the executive. In order to increase the public's trust, many political parties begin to perform activities of political communication. This research is aimed to discuss and analyze the political communication held by political parties in the election of 2014. In order to analyze the political communication process conducted by the political parties, researchers using the theory of political communication with the indicator: sources (political communicator), political messages, media or political channels, influence or effect of political communication. The method used is qualitative, with primary data sources such as interviews and observations, as well as secondary data such as photo documentation and source literature obtained from other sources. From the research that has been made known that the political parties use the sources of political communication in the form of print media, electronic, outdoor media, and public communication channel group. Associated with the delivery of a political message, that the political parties use multiple channel messages, both textual and non-verbal, where all of the message channel associated with the media or political channels that are used by political parties, namely the print and electronic media. The results of this study also showed that the influence of political communication has been done by the political parties through the mass media are not always able to influence the attitudes or perceptions of society, because it needs to be seen also from the other side that is the perspective and needs of the community. From the results can be concluded that political communication conducted by political parties through a variety of media is no longer always have a dominant effect because audiences are active and independent.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation, work ability and work environment together on the performance of Civil Servants of the Department of Financial and Asset Management in the District of Lima Puluh Kota. Types and sources of data from this study consist of primary data, that is data obtained from respondents using a questionnaire instrument, and secondary data, namely data obtained from related literatures such as literature studies, documentation and records that are related to research. Data collection techniques used in testing the research hypothesis are descriptive analysis, classic assumption tests and multiple linear regression analyzes. The results of the study found that 1) work motivation had a significant effect on the performance of the Lima Puluh Kota District Civil Servants' Office of Financial and Asset Management, 2) work ability had a significant effect on the performance of the Civil Servants Office of the Lima Puluh City Regional Managing Office, 3 ) the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of the Civil Servants of the Revenue Service of Financial Management and the Asset Region of Lima Puluh Kota, 4) work motivation, work ability and the work environment together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Civil Servants of the Revenue Service of Financial Management and Asset Daerah Lima Puluh Kota.

This research is a library research. In collecting research data, the researcher uses documentation techniques. And in analyzing the data, the researcher uses content analysis, where this analysis is used to understand the content and meaning of various studies. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the textbook "I Love Arabic 4" grade IV curriculum 2013 Madrasah Ibtidaiyah by Agus Wahyudi has met the eligibility requirements set by BSNP and is considered suitable for use with a percentage of eligibility of 88% or in the very good category. The implication of this research is as a material for improving the quality of books for writers/publishers, and can be used as a supporting book to add insight and understanding of the material.
