This study aims to explain the role of spirituality on the communicative level of students in the Islamic Boarding School Jagad ‘Alimussirry Surabaya. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The study was conducted on all students of the Islamic Boarding School Jagad ‘Alimussirry Surabaya and teachers / teachers in a vulnerable period of one semester. Data obtained from questionnaires and observations that have been transcribed, then described in detail according to existing phenomena. The results showed that the role of spirituality on the communicative level of students had a significant influence. Not only for the sake of getting closer to God, but also to improve morals (both to God and His creatures), and to achieve ultimate peace of self and the environment. This is evidenced by the communicative data of students both with fellow students, teachers, and with the natural surroundings.

<em>Ecranization is the process of transfering a novel into the film. Moving from novel to film inevitably leads to various changes. Therefore, ekranisasi can also be called a process of changesin form of reducing, adding, or changing with a number of variations. The Ecranization of Pesantren Impian film shows many reductions, additions, and changes. Pesantren Impian novel tells the story of a girl and her friends in seeking repentance by entering the Islamic boarding school. Whereas in the film tells the story of a girl and her friends who come to the Islamic boarding school to seek repentance which ends with serial killings that occur in the Dream Boarding School. The research method used by the researcher is descriptive qualitative narrative, it was found that there were several ecranizations that occurred  in the plot, setting, and characterization in Pesantren Impian film</em>

<p>This research explains the categories and syntactic roles of Arabic in the book <em>Nashâ? Iħul-ʕIbâd</em> by Syekh Nawawi Al-Bantani based on the theory of roles and references grammar. This research is a descriptive qualitative with a purposive sampling method of presenting data that is separated from 112 data. The research method used in this study is the Agih method with basic techniques for direct elements using advanced techniques in the form of markup reading techniques on lingual element in Arabic grammar. The theory for determining the accusative adjunct markers of Arabic used is Valin's (1993) role and reference grammar theory using Kroeger's (2005) definition to look for core and peripheral elements in sentences. This research has found that the word categories of accusative adjunct can be the noun 'ism', the determiner 'muhaddad', the adjective 'naʕt', the adverb 'dharf', and the negation 'nafi', while the phrase category is the nominal phrase 'al-ʕibarah. al-ismiyyah ', the adverbial phrase 'al-ʕibarah adh-dharfiyyah ', and the adjective phrase' al-ʕibarah an-naʕʈiyyah '. In terms of the role of grammar syntax role and reference, adjunct can have any function as a clause modifier with evidential functions, as a core modifier with a function of manner, place, location, cause, and quantity, and also as a nucleus modifier with a affirmating function.</p>

This study aims to describe the representation of sex education in the film Dua Garis Biru by director Gina S. Noer. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research method uses Roland Barthes's semiotic analysis with two-way significance and the meaning of denotation, connotation, and myth. The subjects of this study are Dara and Bima, the object of this study is a sign of sex education represented in scenes, dialogues, and characters in films. Methods of data collection by observation, literature study, interviews, and documentation. The film Dua Garis Biru tells the story of how Dara and Bima, two teenagers, must be responsible for the consequences that they did not think of before due to free sex. This film also illustrates the important role of parents in communicating information about sex to children. The results of this study indicate that there is a picture of sex education in the film Two Blue Lines. It was concluded that the side or form of sex education is displayed in scenes, dialogues, or characters that insert the importance of knowing sex education and knowing the consequences of every action related to sex. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan representasi pendidikan seks  dalam Film Dua Garis Biru karya sutradara Gina S. Noer. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Metode penelitian menggunakan Analisis Semiotika Roland Barthes dengan signifikan dua arah dan pemaknaan denotasi, konotasi, dan mitos. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Dara dan Bima, objek penelitian ini adalah tanda pendidikan seks yang direpresentasikan dalam adegan, dialog, dan karakter dalam film. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi, studi pustaka, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Film Dua Garis Biru bercerita tentang bagaimana Dara dan Bima, dua remaja harus bertanggung jawab atas konsekuensi yang tidak mereka pikirkan sebelumnya karena melakukan seks pranikah. Film ini juga menggambarkan pentingnya peran orang tua dalam mengkomunikasikan informasi tentang seks kepada anak. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat gambaran tentang pendidikan seks dalam film. Sisi atau bentuk pendidikan seks ditampilkan dalam cuplikan adegan, dialog, atau karakter tokoh yang menyisipkan pentingnya mengenal pendidikan seks dan mengetahui konsekuensi dari setiap perbuatan yang berhubungan dengan seks.

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fenomena berbahasa Indonesia pada peserta didik, bagaimana pandangan rekonstruksionisme dan peran metode komunikatif dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berbahasa pada peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Metode penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dilakukan dengan teknik. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini, yaitu peserta didik masih kesulitan menggunakan bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar pada situasi formal. Hal ini tidak terlepas dari pemerolehan dan pembelajaran bahasa yang diperoleh peserta didik sebelumnya. Dengan berpijak pada teori rekonstruksionisme dan metode komunikatif, peserta didik dapat memperoleh dan menggunakan suatu bahasa dengan baik jika bahasa itu sering digunakan atau bersifat komunikatif. Hal ini mengimplikasikasikan bahwa seseorang dapat membangun kemampuan berbahasa dari pengalaman-pengalaman yang diperolehnya, artinya peserta didik harus sering mengalami atau menggunakan bahasa tersebut. Adapun peran dari metode komunikatif itu sendiri, yaitu meningkatkan atau mengembangkan kemampuan berbahasa peserta didik. Peran sekolah dan guru adalah mendorong anak untuk menggunakan bahasa-bahasa tersebut dengan mencipatakan situasi-situasi tertentu (situasi komunikatif) agar kemampuan berbahasa peserta didik berkembang dengan baik, baik itu berbahasa Indonesia maupun berbahasa Asing.</p><p><em>This study aims to find out the phenomenon of Indonesian language in learners, how the views of reconstructionism and the role of communicative methods in developing language skills in learners. The research method that I use is qualitative research method. Descriptive qualitative research method is done by technique. The results of this study, namely learners are still difficult to use the Indonesian language is good and true in the formal situation. This can not be separated from the acquisition and learning of language obtained by previous learners. Based on the theory of reconstructionism and communicative methods, learners can acquire and use a language well if the language is often used or communicative. This implies that a person can build the language skills of the experiences he / she obtains, meaning that learners should often experience or use the language. The role of the communicative method itself, which is to improve or develop the language skills of learners. The role of schools and teachers is to encourage children to use these languages by creating specific situations (communicative situations) so that the language skills of learners develop well, be it Indonesian-speaking or foreign languages.  </em></p>

Arabic has a special place among the other languages of the world because Arabic is the language of the Qur'an and the Sunnah of Rasulullah SAW. To learn it, ulama agreed to put sharf and nahwu (qawaid) as the basis. One book that discusses is Alfiyah which is the book of Imam Jamaluddin Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Malik. In presenting qawaid in that kitab, the teacher requires special methods and strategies. For that by using descriptive qualitative research method, this research illustrates that a teacher at Madrasah Diniyah Wustha Al-Muayyad Surakarta using three methods, 1) qawaid wa tarjamah method, 2) Tahfidh wa Tasmi' method, and 3) lecturing method. Then, within each of these methods are translated into several strategies. The implementation of this strategy tailored to the Madrasah Diniyah Wustha at the environment Al-Muayyad boarding school in Surakarta.

This study aims to determine the role of Islamic boarding schools in the application of economicliteracy. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The object of this research isDarussalam Gontor University. The results of this study indicate that Islamic boarding schools inimplementing economic literacy carry out several functions; 1) as an educational institution thatchanges the economic orientation of the community which was originally intended to satisfy wants,to become "sufficient" by meeting needs, 2) as an educational institution that changes a consumptivelifestyle into a moderate lifestyle, 3) as an educational institution that frames human economicactivities in the framework of ta'abbudi (worship) which was originally limited to the framework ofmeeting physical needs, 4) as an educational institution that changes its profit and utility orientation,to an orientation to maximize maslahah, 5) as an educational institution that applies forced learningmethods, and finally could be because they are used to it, 6) as an educational institution that applieseconomic literacy not limited to academic aspects, but non-academic aspects

The kiai as a designer, implementer and controller of the course of education in the pesantren. Kiai determines the direction of a boarding school education. The attitude and character of the kiai determine the color of the pesantren education. This study is to describe particularly a role of Kiai in pesantren management patterns by promoting tolerance education as one of the Kiai's leadership styles in the pesantren. This research method uses qualitative methods with case studies. The data network was carried out by observation, interviews, documentation, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). While data analysis using data reduction, display and conclusion. As well this study found a new model of tolerance education which a model of kiai cantered  or  a Model of kiai. First kiai became advisor and planner  to set a education of tolerance  based on multicultural view.  Second, learning of tolerance delivered in the class integrated with the all the subjects, teachers should stated about tolerance during the class. And then the practice of tolerance accommodated by kiai including the community and santri activities as well kiai welcomed the tradition of community.

Determining the Price Limit Value at the Parate Auction for Execution of Collateral Goods Bound to Mortgage, departs from the issues discussed, namely how the parate reconstruction of mortgage execution and the role of the parties in determining the limit value of the auction price of goods justice based guarantees? The purpose of this research is to analyze and find the reconstruction of the execution parate of mortgage rights and the role of the parties in determining the limit value of the auction price of collateral based on justice. The research method uses normative legal research, with a statutory approach (statute approach) and a case approach (case approach). Sources of legal materials used consist of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials, while the analysis of legal materials is carried out in a descriptive qualitative manner. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the parate reconstruction of mortgage execution must be based on justice, meaning that execution through parate execution based on the provisions of Article 6 of the Mortgage Rights Law, must also be balanced with other prerequisites that must be passed in order to minimize the arising of arbitrariness. The role of the parties in determining the limit value of the collateral auction price will be well realized if in determining the limit value determined based on the results of the appraiser's assessment, where the auction limit value must be as low as the liquidation value so that the auction office has the authority to reject the auction request. submitted by the seller, if it does not comply with the standards specified in the Minister of Finance Regulation No.27 / PMK.06 / 2016.

The purpose of the study was to find out the title role of Pesantren believer Cooperative Mandiri Sidoarjo towards economic empowerment and independence employee boarding schools. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach to the case study method. Data collection was carried out by interviews and direct observation to informants, namely those in charge of pesantren, cooperative and cooperative employees (santri). And secondary data collection comes from journals, text books and other literature. The result of this study is the Mukmin Mandiri Pesantren Cooperative plays a major role in enhancing the empowerment of cooperative employees (santri) and playing an optimal role in supporting the independence of the cottage. The economic empowerment of pesantren employees conducted by the Mukmin Mandiri Pesantren Cooperative is by making the Cooperative a work field, a place to apply knowledge and a place to increase income. As for the independence of the cottage, that is to become the main source of funding for Islamic boarding schools in carrying out operations and the sustainability of Islamic boarding schools. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan pernikahan tidak tercatat, peran penghulu dalam menyelesaikan pernikahan yang tidak tercatat, dan solusi hukum atas pernikahan yang tidak tercatat di sebagian masyarakat Kecamatan Paliyan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penggalian data dilakukan dengan wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi di  desa yang menjadi tempat pelaksanaan one day service dalam isbat nikah terpadu bagi penduduk marjinal di Kecamatan Paliyan. Adapun yang menjadi informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai KUA, PA, Dukcapil, Kasi Pelayanan Desa, Pendamping Keluarga Harapan (PKH), dan Dukuh  serta peserta one day service dalam isbat nikah bagi pennduduk marjinal di Kecamatan Paliyan. Hasil  penelitian menunjukkan  bahwa  belo nikah, kerubuhan gunung, lokasi yang jauh dan berbukit, kesadaran masyarakat rendah dan kurangnya pengawasan merupakan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan pernikahan tidak tercatat. Kata kunci: pernikahan, isbat nikah, dan one day service   Abstrct This study aims to describe the factors that cause unregistered marriages, the role of princes in completing unregistered marriages, and legal solutions to unregistered marriages in some communities in the Paliyan District. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data mining was carried out by interviewing, documenting and observing in the village where one day service was carried out in an integrated marriage for marginal residents in the Paliyan District. As for the informants in this study were employees of KUA, PA, Dukcapil, Head of Village Services, Hope Family Assistance (PKH), and Hamlet as well as one day service participants in marriage isbat for marginalized residents in Paliyan District. The results showed that marriage belo, mountain collapse, distant and hilly locations, low public awareness and lack of supervision are factors that cause unregistered marriages.
