Objetivo: relatar a experiência por meio de uma ação educativa para adolescentes em uma escola pública. Método: trata-se de um estudo descritivo, tipo relato de experiencia. Elencaram-se, como critérios de inclusão para a pesquisa, adolescentes de uma turma do nono ano do Ensino Fundamental II e alunos com 14 a 16 anos. Utilizaram-se metodologias ativas de roda de conversa, vídeos e gincana científica que contribuíram para o processo de conhecimento dos alunos. Resultados: realizou-se a ação em quatro momentos. percebeu-se durante a ação que os adolescentes ainda tinham certas dificuldades sobre o assunto. Conclusão: sensibilizaram-se, pela ação educativa, os envolvidos em relação à temática, e os acadêmicos conseguiram impactar os participantes da ação para um melhor entendimento a respeito da definição e causas das patologias, diferenças, sintomas, principais alimentos envolvidos na alergia e intolerância alimentar. ABSTRACTObjective: to report the experience through an educational action for adolescents in a public school. Method: this is a descriptive study, kind of experience report. Se utilizaron metodologías activas de rueda de conversación, videos y juegos de búsqueda científica que contribuyeron al proceso de conocimiento de los estudiantes. Resultados: la acción se realizó en cuatro momentos. Se notó durante la acción que los adolescentes todavía tenían algunas dificultades sobre el tema. Conclusión: los involucrados en el tema fueron sensibilizados por la acción educativa, y los académicos pudieron impactar a los participantes de la acción para una mejor comprensión de la definición y las causas de las patologías, diferencias, síntomas, alimentos principales involucrados en alergia e intolerancia alimentaria. Abstrak: Obat pelumpuh otot adalah obat yang digunakan selama anestesi dan memfasilitasi intubasi. Pelumpuh otot non depolarisasi merupakan antagonis dari fase I blok pelumpuh otot depolarisasi, karena ia menduduki reseptor asetilkolin sehingga depolarisasi oleh suksinilkolin sebagian dicegah. Atrakurium adalah salah satu obat pelumpuh otot non depolarisasi yang mempunyai struktur benziliquinolin yang berasal dari tanaman Leontice Leontopeltalum, keunggulan adalah metabolisme terjadi di dalam darah, tidak bergantung di pada fungsi hati dan ginjal, tidak mempunyai efek akumulasi pada pemberian berulang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran lama kerja dari obat pelumpuh obat non depolarisasi atrakurium.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif prospektif yang dilakukan pada ruang pasca bedah Instalansi Bedah Sentral RSUP.Prof. DR. R. D. Kandou Manado dengan subjek berjumlah 10 orang yang telah memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa rerata gambaran lama kerja adalah 35,6 menit. Non- depolarizing muscle relaxants is an antagonist of the phase I block of depolarizing muscle relaxants , because it occupies the acetylcholine receptors so that depolarization by succinylcholine partially prevented . Atracurium is one of the non- depolarizing muscle relaxant drugs that have a structure that is derived from plants benziliquinolin LeonticeLeontopeltalum , excellence is metabolism occurs in the blood , does not depend on the function of the liver and kidney , had no effect on the accumulation of repeated administration . The purpose of this study is to describe the work of the old non- depolarizing paralytic drug drug atracurium . This study is a prospective descriptive study conducted on postoperative space Installation Central Surgical Hospital .Prof .DR . R. D. Kandou Manado with the subject of 10 people who have met the inclusion criteria . It can be concluded that the average length of employment was 35.6 overview minutes. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keterpakaian produk yang dikembangkan dalam hal ini panduan praktikum IPA sederhana SD berorientasikan lingkungan sekitar. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Panduan praktikum menjadi subyek dalam penelitian dan kepraktisan dari panduan praktikum yang dirancang sebagai objek penelitian. Pada penelitian ini tingkat kepraktisan diukur dengan menggunakan angket yang diberikan kepada siswa untuk melihat tanggapan siswa dalam penggunaan panduan praktikum. Data dianalisis menggunakan skala likert untuk menganalisis tingkat kepraktisan produk. Skala likert adalah skala yang memiliki gradulasi penilaian, yaitu sangat baik (5), baik (4), kurang baik (3), tidak baik (2) dan sangat tidak baik (1). Data kepraktisan yang telah diisi melalui angket dan kemudian dijumlahkan. Total skor yang sudah diperoleh dikonversikan menjadi data kualitatif dengan skala lima. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa telah teruji kepraktisan dari praktikum IPA sederhana SD berorientasikan lingkungan sekitar. Di mana skor dengan kriteria sangat praktis berjumlah 3 orang dengan persentase 8%, kriteria cukup praktis berjumlah 2 orang dengan persentase 6% dan  kriteria praktis berjumlah 30 orang dengan persentase 86%. Keseluruhan skor rata-rata kepraktisan panduan praktikum adalah 25  dan memilki kriteria praktis..Kata kunci:  kepraktisan; panduan praktikum; lingkungan sekitar ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the usability level of the product developed in this case a simple natural science practical guide for elementary school oriented environment. This type of research is a descriptive study. The practicum guide is the subject of research and the practicality of the practicum guide which is designed as an object of research. In this study, the level of practicality was measured using a questionnaire given to students to see student responses after using the practicum guide. The data were analyzed using a Likert scale to analyze the practicality of the product. The Likert scale is a scale that has a gradation of ratings, namely very good (5), good (4), not good (3), not good (2) and very bad (1). Practicality data that has been filled in through a questionnaire and then added up. The total score that has been obtained is converted into qualitative data on a scale of five. The results showed that the practicality of a simple natural science practicum elementary school oriented environment has been tested. Where the score with very practical criteria amounted to 3 people with a percentage of 8%, the criteria were quite practical amounting to 2 people with a percentage of 6% and the practical criteria were 30 people with a percentage of 86%. The overall practicality average score of the practicum guide is 25 and has practical criteria. Keywords: practicality; practical guide; environment

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menyelidiki penerapan kurikulum 2013 pada pendidikan dasar di Pekanbaru dan (2) menyelidiki kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru pada pendidikan dasar di Pekanbaru dalam menerapkan kurikulum 2013. Ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang menggambarkan penerapan kurikulum 2013 oleh para guru di pendidikan dasar di Pekanbaru dan kendala yang mereka hadapi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah enam pendidikan dasar di Pekanbaru yang menerapkan kurikulum 2013. Subjek adalah Sekolah Dasar 36 sebagai sekolah yang memiliki kelompok belajar besar, sekolah dasar 160 sebagai sekolah yang memiliki kelompok belajar sedang, sekolah dasar 134 sebagai sekolah yang memiliki kelompok belajar kecil, SMA 1, SMA 6, dan SMA 23. Data dikumpulkan dengan mengamati pembelajaran dan mewawancarai para guru dan kepala sekolah. Data yang dianalisis menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis kurikulum 2013 di sekolah dasar di Pekanbaru belum berjalan dengan baik. Ada beberapa kendala dalam menerapkan kurikulum 2013 dalam pendidikan dasar di Pekanbaru seperti, (1) pemahaman guru masih kurang dari kurikulum 2013; (2) belum ada perubahan "pola pikir" guru untuk pembelajaran kurikulum 2013; (3) sinkronisasi antara guru kelas dan guru PJOK belum terjadi; dan (4) para guru belum memahami penilaian otentik pada kurikulum 2013.   This research aims to (1) investigate the implementation of curriculum 2013 at basic education in Pekanbaru and (2) investigate the obstacles which faced by teachers at basic education in Pekanbaru implementing the curriculum 2013. This is a qualitative descriptive study which describing the implementation of curriculum 2013 by teachers at basic education in Pekanbaru and the obstacles which they faced. The subject in this study were six basic education in Pekanbaru which implementing the curriculum 2013 The subjects are the elementary School 36 as the school which having large study group, the elementary school 160 as the school which having medium study group, the elementary school 134 as the school which having small study group, yunior high school 1, yunior high school 6, and yunior high school 23. The data was collected by observing the learning and interviewing the teachers and headmaster. The analyzed data showed that the learning based of curriculum 2013 at elementary school in Pekanbaru had not gone well yet. There were some obstacles on implementing curriculum 2013 in basic education in Pekanbaru such as, (1) the understanding of teacher was still less to the curriculum 2013; (2) there is no change of “mindset” of teacher to the learning of curriculum 2013 yet; (3) the sychronization between the class teacher and the PJOK teacher is not happened yet; and (4) the teachers did not understand the authentic assessment on curriculum 2013 yet.

RESUMOObjetivo: analisar sobre a inserção do pensamento crítico e dos sete saberes na Educação Popular em Saúde. Método: estudo qualitativo, descritivo, de análise reflexiva, guiado por revisão narrativa da literatura. Resultados: os sete saberes de Edgar Morin estão uniformemente voltados para a educação popular em saúde pautada na valorização do usuário/educando como homo complexus: remetendo-o para questões ontológicas e solução de problemas mundiais (saberes 3 e 4), enxergando-o compreensivamente na medida em que lhe confere liberdade e diversidade de expressão (saberes 6 e 7) e o enfrentamento das incertezas e do erro e ilusão em contexto de construção dialógica do conhecimento pertinente (saberes 1, 2 e 5). Conclusão: corrobora-se para uma postura profissional totalizante e humana, em uma educação popular em saúde coparticipativa e sensível à consciência dos usuários. As implicações teóricas são concernentes ao envolvimento da enfermagem no pensamento crítico-complexo por intermédio de trabalho qualitativo-participante e no combate de conceitos errôneos sobre educação popular em saúde desde a academia. Method: this is a qualitative, descriptive study, reflective analysis, guided by a narrative review of the literature. Results: Edgar Morin's seven types of knowledge are uniformly oriented towards popular education in health based on the valorization of the user/student as homo-complexus: referring it to ontological questions and solving world problems (knowledge 3 and 4), seeing it comprehensively as it confers freedom and diversity of expression (knowledge 6 and 7) and the confrontation of uncertainties and error and illusion in the context of dialogical construction of relevant knowledge (knowledge 1, 2 and 5). Conclusion: it corroborates for a totalizing and human professional posture, in a popular education in co-participative and sensitive health to the conscience of the users. The theoretical implications are related to the involvement of nursing in critical-complex thinking, through qualitative-participant work and in combating misconceptions about popular health education from academia. RESUMOObjetivo: relatar a experiência acadêmica em promover educação em saúde sobre sinais de alerta e de trabalho de parto para gestantes. Método: estudo qualitativo, descritivo, tipo relato de experiência, em que foram capacitados 15 acadêmicos para compor o grupo, no qual foram discutidos: sinais de alerta, falso e verdadeiro trabalho de parto e estratégias didáticas para a abordagem de gestantes, respaldados em artigos e diretrizes. Três acadêmicas entrevistaram 100 gestantes com instrumento próprio contendo dez questões. Após a capacitação e a coleta, o grupo elaborou um material educativo que foi avaliado e, após ajustes, foram confeccionados folders. Resultados: apenas 21% das gestantes receberam orientações sobre o tema. Após responder ao questionário, todas as mulheres receberam orientações (n=100) e 196 foram orientadas coletivamente por meio das estratégias sala de espera e distribuição de folder. Conclusão: verificou-se a necessidade de Educação em Saúde para as gestantes; indissociabilidade entre ensino-pesquisa-extensão e necessidade da produção de conhecimentos voltados para a comunidade sobre o tema. Method: a qualitative, descriptive study, a type of experience report, in which 15 students were trained to form the group, in which they were discussed: warning signs, false and true labor and didactic strategies for approaching pregnant women, supported by articles and guidelines. Three academics interviewed 100 pregnant women with their own instrument containing ten questions. After the training and the collection, the group prepared an educational material that was evaluated and, after adjustments, folders were made. Results: only 21% of pregnant women received guidance on the subject. After responding to the questionnaire, all the women received guidance (n = 100) and 196 were collectively oriented through the waiting room and folder distribution strategies. This research is a classroom action research that aims to improve the ability of teachers to apply the problem centered learning model of learning in the Elementary School 187/ X Bangun Karya, Academic Year 2019/2020. The subject of this study was a teacher at 187 / X Bangun Karya Elementary School, Rantau Rasau District, Tanjung Jabung Timur District, Jambi Province. This class action research was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. The results of the evaluation are converted into a recapitulation table of the results of cycle I. The conversion results state that the research has not yet reached the target, it needs to be continued with cycle II. The results of observers in the implementation phase of the second cycle showed that all parts of the learning activities were going well, so that there were no more parts of the learning activities that needed to be improved. While the results of the second cycle are converted with the results of the recapitulation table states that the study has reached the target limit of completeness criteria in the first cycle that is equal to 50% and an average of 68.7 in the initial conditions of improvement in the second cycle completeness criteria to be 100% and the average namely 91.7 states that the Focus Group Discission can improve the ability of teachers to apply the Problem Centered Learning learning model in learning in 187 / X Public Elementary School Build Work Year 2019/2020.

RESUMOObjetivo: Identificar o significado para o enfermeiro em prestar cuidados para pacientes com Depressão.  Materiais e métodos: Estudo exploratório e descritivo com abordagem qualitativa, a amostra foi de 12 enfermeiras, o cenário de estudo foram Unidades Básicas de Saúde e Estratégias de Saúde da Família, urbanas da cidade de Itajubá-MG. A coleta de dados foi por meio do roteiro de entrevista semiestruturada composta por questionário contendo uma pergunta inerente ao assunto. Resultados: Encontramos oito categorias como estigma da depressão, suicídio, dificuldade em lidar, tempo escasso, envolvimento familiar, aceitação da doença, acolhimento e dar medicamento, de acordo com os discursos dos sujeitos coletados na entrevista. Conclusão: Os enfermeiros não estão em contato direto com portadores de depressão no seu trabalho, não entendem que é sua tarefa identificar e encaminha-los para tratamento especializado. Sugerimos que outros estudos sejam desenvolvidos sobre essa temática.Palavras-chave: Depressão. Relação Enfermeiro-Paciente. Assistência de Enfermagem. ABSTRACTObjective: To identify the meaning for nurses when providing care for patients with depression. Materials and Methods: exploratory and descriptive study with qualitative approach, the sample consisted of 12 nurses, the study scenario was the urban Unidades Básicas de Saúde e Estrategia de Saúde da Família, in the city of Itajubá. Data collection was done through semi-structured interview guides consisting of a questionnaire containing a question related to the subject. Results and Discussion: we found eight categories as stigma of depression, suicide, coping difficulties, scarce time, family involvement, acceptance of the disease, host and give medicine, according to the speeches of the subjects collected in the interview. Conclusion: nurses are not in direct contact with individuals with depression in their work, do not understand that it is their job to identify and refer them to specialized treatment. OBJECTIVE: To analyze the impacts of the care to the population displaced by violence on the health system and the challenges that this entails. METHODS: This is a narrative review of the national and international literature in PubMed, SciELO, WHO/PAHO, and Bireme. Inclusion criteria were date of publication ( from 2000), relation with the subject, and language (Spanish or English). We found 292 documents, of which 91 met the inclusion criteria. RESULTS: The main challenges are the intersectoral, participatory, and integral approach (with emphasis on mental health and sexual and reproductive health), ensured accessibility to health services, the need for a reliable registration and information system of the population displaced by violence and its characteristics, and the addressing of the biopsychosocial problems of the different groups, especially women, persons with disabilities or infectious diseases, adolescents, children, ethnic minorities, older adults and the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transsexual, and intersexual population. CONCLUSIONS: The lack of political will to accept and see the internal displacement by violence and its importance as a humanitarian and public health problem is an obstacle to the adequate and timely care of the population displaced by violence in Mexico.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the mathematics literacy skills of high school students in terms of gender, especially in the material linear program. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data Collection was carried out on the eleventh-grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Meraksa Aji. The subject was 31 students which consisted of 14 females and 17 males. The data was collected using tests and interviews and analyze use method triangulation. The results showed that female students' literacy skills were better than male students. Female students find the indicators of interpreting mathematics to solve problems, formulate problems systematically and use concepts, facts, procedures, and reasoning in mathematics. Meanwhile, male students have only fulfilled the indicators of interpreting mathematics to solve problems.
