Depopulation is an endemic problem of Serbian society. It is necessary to start looking for an adequate answer to the question of how to encourage population policy in Serbia as soon as possible. In that sense, it is necessary to subject to critical analysis the current Strategy for Encouraging Birth in Serbia, and particularly its part that is dedicated to population education. In addition, it is necessary to consider potential future measures in the field of education, which would be aimed not only at encouraging reproductive behavior, but also towards a more complete and better understanding of population problems and issues.

One of the main assets in development is a quality population. In improving the quality of the population, the development must be adjusted to the needs of the environment and the dynamics of community development with regarding the various potentials, current conditions, and problems in the community. The number of children and community dropping out of school are unable to complete a formal education is a problem, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Dropouts are closely related to population and social problems such as increasing cases of child marriage, poverty, and unemployment. The integration of population education in the informal education pathway is an alternative to build the public awareness and the independence that reaches the community, especially vulnerable groups of people. The development of the community can’t be separated from the support of social capital by involving all parties, including in informal education. Social capital builds communities to become more responsible for preparing and developing programs. Agreement strengthening and social mapping are the main key with the involvement of various parties to participate in increasing community participation in informal education. Population education is integrated with informal education which is built in a curriculum with material based on the issue of local wisdom that is arranged for building awareness and be able to survive during the COVID-19 pandemic. In non-democracies, a large population size and density lead to more redistributive policies and lower income inequality. This is the result of the interconnection of two intermediate hypotheses. First, in non-democracies a larger population size and density increase the chance of a revolution attempt to overthrow the governing elites. Second, this revolution threat prompts the elites to better re-distribute the country’s income in an attempt to fend off this threat. This paper suggests and empirically tests that wider spread primary and, to a lesser extent, secondary education is one of the channels through which the elites achieve this better distribution.

Background: The burden of HIV is especially concerning for Eastern and Southern Africa (ESA), as despite expansion of test-and-treat programmes, this region continues to experience significant challenges resulting from high rates of morbidity, mortality and new infections. Hard-won lessons from programmes on the ground in ESA should be shared. Objectives: This report summarises relevant evidence and regional experts’ recommendations regarding challenges specific to ESA.Method: This commentary includes an in-depth review of relevant literature, progress against global goals and consensus opinion from experts. Results: Recommendations include priorities for essential research (surveillance data collection, key and vulnerable population education and testing, in-country testing trials and evidence-based support services to improve retention in care) as well as research that can accelerate progress towards the prevention of new infections and achieving ambitious global goals in ESA.Conclusion: The elimination of HIV in ESA will require continued investment, commitment to evidence-based programmes and persistence. Local research is critical to ensuring that responses in ESA are targeted, efficient and evaluated.

In a fast-growing economy like India and having a comparatively young population, education, especially skill-based education, plays an important role. In the last two decades’ emphasis has been placed on this through education policy interventions at all levels of governance. Despite this, the impact is not sufficient. There is a need for the industry to associate with skill development institutions for need-based effective management programmes. This paper attempts to study the students’ perceptions of the skill development programmes and their efficiency in providing better job opportunities. The study shows a significant role of trainers, industry connections and institutes infrastructure in giving better jobs opportunities to the trainees of skill development institutes.

BACKGROUND Healthcare is changing rapidly, and consumer focus has become a priority for most organizations. In fact, found that 81% have identified “improving consumer experience” as a high priority for their organization. But only 11% of healthcare executives feel that their organization has the capabilities to deliver positive consumer experience. It’s important to understand that social media has the potential to be both enhancing and damaging, during or after a crisis. There will be numerous rumours and misinformation spreading during a crisis, creating panic among the public, with the aim of making the information ‘go viral.’ Population education or empowerment is important to ensure that the general population doesn’t fall victim to such rumours. Healthcare organisations have a duty to prevent damage in this way, by creating awareness. People should be educated to distinguish between trustworthy and misleading information. For example, we published an article on how misleading information on anorexia is promoted on YouTube, stating that “the illiterate in this ICT era will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot distinguish between trustworthy and misleading information available online” (Syed-Abdul et al. 2013). Today, demand for quality food is increasing in the world. Ukraine also does not stand aside from these processes: there is an interest of both small and large agricultural enterprises in the production of goat products. Therefore it is necessary to pay attention to such factors as population education in the culture of consumption of highly valuable goat milk and products from it. The profitability of the industry exceeds 100% primarily due to the relatively simple technological scheme of goat rearing and keeping and high prices for products. Two types of countries are involved in goat milk production - the poorest and the gourmet: in the poorest countries, almost all goat's milk is produced and consumed on households, and in Europe - goes into processing and becomes cheese. The survey of farmers and households in the united territorial communities allowed to gather factual information on the state of development of the industry in Ukraine, identified weaknesses and suggested ways of development.
