This study aims to analyze the significant influence between the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration policy on Land Order in the City of Bontang through the implementation of the PTSL policy, which is measured from the aspect approach: communication; resource; disposition; and bureaucratic structure. This research uses a quantitative method approach. The results showed that the implementation of the Systematic Complete Land Registration policy in the City of Bontang; well implemented in the aspects of communication, availability of resources, disposition, implementing policies, and aspects of the bureaucratic structure. The implementation of the Systematic Complete Land Registration policy in the City of Bontang has a positive impact on the creation of an orderly land law, seen from the decreasing number of land disputes and increased awareness of the people of the City of Bontang of the importance of an orderly land. This study aims to find out the effect of event and publicity towards brand awareness on Indonesia Financial Service Authority, usually called with its abbreviation OJK. The research background is because OJK was newly established as a financial service authority, replacing Bank Indonesia. Therefore, exploring the awareness of the people about the function of OJK is interesting to be a research subject.This method used in this study is the quantitative method with 82 samples as the questionnaire respondents. The population chosen was an OJK’s event held at LPPI and Indonesia Banking School with 122 participants. Validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroskedasticity, correlation, determination, regression, hypothesis and ANOVA tests are used as a statistical approach in order to define the outcome of the survey. The results of this study are both event and publicity have a positive and a significant influence towards brand awareness partially and simultaneously. As the conclusion, OJK should continue its programs. On the other hand, OJK should find another public relations strategy to accelerate people awareness about the duties of OJK. Balai Pertemuan Bumi Sangkuriang is one heritage building  in Bandung. However, its existence as a Heritage Building is still less known by the public in society Bandung. The attitude of the people of Bandung to Balai Pertemuan Bumi Sangkuriang just a meeting place that can only be visited by people of Bandung that are members of the society. This study aims to determine the attitude of the people of Bandung to the existence of Balai Pertemuan Bumi Sangkuriang as a heritage building. This study took a sample of 100 respondents by job. Data were processed using simple regression models.The results showed a significant influence on the attitude of the people in Bandung against BPBS Building existence as a Heritage Building. Perceptions of Attitudes Bandung society to Buildings BPBS rated Good. Similarly, public assessment of the existence of the building BPBS Bandung as a Heritage Building also rated Good.A good assessment of the attitude of the people of Bandung to the existence BPBS building as a heritage building, but managers still need to increase efforts to inform BPBS building as one of the heritage building in the city of Bandung. Keywords: Heritage building  , Attitude

<p>This research aims (1) to analyze and test the influence of economic growth on the degree of autonomy the area in County Government and city of Maluku Province, (2) Analyze and test the influence of economic growth on the absorption of labor on County Government and city of Maluku province (3) Analyze and test the influence of economic growth on the welfare of society at the County Government and the city of Maluku province (4) Analyze and test the influence of degree of autonomous region of absorption of labor on County Government and city of Maluku province, (5) Analyze and test the influence of the degree of autonomy the area of social welfare in the Government District and the city of Maluku province (6) Analyze and test the influence of absorption of labor against the welfare of the community on County Government and City Maluku province. The approach used is the analysis of Path Analysis, intended to answer a relationship direct or indirect causal model has been developed on the basis of theoretical consideration of researchers and certain knowledge. In addition to the causal relationship is based on the data, also based on knowledge, the formulation of hypotheses and logical analysis, so that it can be called path analysis can be used to test a set of causal hypotheses as well as to interpret these relationships.</p><p>The results showed (1) economic growth positively and significantly influence the degree of autonomy of the region. These results lend support to the hypothesis of one stating that economic growth was a significant influence on the degree of autonomy of the region. (2) The influential economic growth positively and significantly to labor absorption. These results lend support to the hypothesis of two stating that the influential economic growth dramatically to labor absorption. (3) Economic growth positively and significantly influences the well-being of the community. These results provide support for the three hypotheses which state that the economic growth affects significantly to the well-being of society. (4) The degree of autonomy the positive and significant effect of absorption of labor. (5) The degree of autonomy to the region in a positive and significant effect on the welfare of society. (6) The positive impact of labor absorption and significantly to the well-being of society. (7) The results of the discussion to confirm that economic growth affectsconsiderably to the well-being of the community through the degree of autonomy of the regions and the absorption of labor. Significant influence occurs because the existence of a direct relationship with the role of the community.</p>

The phenomenon that occurs in Bima City today is the excessive purchase of goods, and there is no benefit. Their goal is to buy only to get satisfaction. Bima people choose to buy clothes only to be exhibited on social media and get recognition from others because of  trends. This research is new research, research on fashion trends that are always changing every year and fashion trends are still minimal researchers who study them, and researchers also add a hedonic lifestyle of the people of the City of Bima. This research uses a quantitative approach with 96 respondents. The contradiction coefficient results show a strong relationship between Fashion Trend and Hedonic Lifestyle Purchase Decisions. Hedonist Fashion and Lifestyle partially has a positive and significant influence on the purchase results, while the Hedonist Fashion and Lifestyle trend has a positive and significant effect on purchases

Masjid adalah pusat peradaban dan sentral bagi orang islam didalam kehidupan beragama.  Berbagai upaya yang dilakukan musuh-musuh islam dalam melemahkan kaum muslim dari berbagai aspek, maka perlu adanya wadah tertentu untuk meluaskan dakwah para ulama, khususnya di indonesia untuk selalu membentengi iman saudara muslim kita di manapun berada menyatukan umat dan saling tolong menolong untuk kesejahteraan bersama. Salah satu yang harus diperhatikan olehkeislaman kepada Allah ta’ala. Satu-satunya masjid di kota surabaya yang bergerak di bidang dakwah berbasis komunitas adalah masjid nurul islam kalijudan surabaya.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tentang sinergitas dakwah masjid dan komunitas yang dilakukan di daerah kristenisasi di lamongan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Dalam sinergitas dakwah, masjid nurul islam kalijudan dan komunitas bikers muslim memperluas jangkauan dakwahnya untuk memberikan kepedulian kepada saudara muslim tertindas dan meperkuat ukhuwah islamiyah. Berbagai upaya yang dilakukan untuk mempertahankan iman saudara muslim kita di daerah kristenisasi dengan tujuan islam rahmatan lil ‘alamin. Mosques are the center of civilization and central to Muslims in their religious life. The various efforts made by the enemies of Islam in weakening the Muslims from various aspects, it is necessary to have a certain forum to expand the preaching of the scholars, especially in Indonesia to always fortify the faith of our Muslim brothers wherever they are to unite the people and help each other for common prosperity. One thing that must be considered by Islam is to Allah Ta'ala. The only mosque in the city of Surabaya that is engaged in community-based da'wah is the Nurul Islam Kalijudan Mosque in Surabaya. The purpose of this study is to describe the synergy of mosque and community preaching carried out in Christianized areas in Lamongan. In this study using a qualitative method with a descriptive qualitative method approach. In the synergy of da'wah, the Kalijudan Nurul Islam Mosque and the Muslim bikers community are expanding the reach of their da'wah to give concern to oppressed Muslim brothers and strengthen Islamic brotherhood. Various efforts have been made to defend the faith of our Muslim brothers in Christianized areas with the aim of Islam rahmatan lil 'alamin.

Through a social advertisement or campaign, it is expected to be able to make people care more about the surrounding environment. One of them is more concerned about the river where now many rivers are affected by pollution. The concept of social advertising through a comprehensive campaign strategy through various media (Integrated Advertising Campaign). This design also uses a visual communication method approach based on existing facts, namely the problem of river pollution which has quite an impact on the river ecosystem environment. An important keyword as a slogan is "Kali Resik, Solo Apik” is a strategy to approach community participation to further strengthen campaign activities so that the message to be conveyed can be understood by the entire community. This social advertising campaign is not only aimed at the people of the riverbanks or riverbanks, but also all levels of society in the city of Surakarta.

Abstract : The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product differentiation and product quality on purchasing decisions for the typical Bukittinggi embroidery mukena among the people of Bukittinggi City. This research is a causative research. The population in this study were the native people of the City of Bukittinggi. The number of research samples was 100 people and were selected using purposive sampling technique. The data used are primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to the native people of Bukittinggi with predetermined criteria. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 22. The results showed that (1) product differentiation and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (2) product differentiation has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (3) product quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Keywords: product differentiation, product quality and purchasing decision

This study aims to analyze the influence of Covid-19 propaganda on the awareness of the people of Surabaya to participate in government work programs. The approach used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study were people of the City of Surabaya, East Java, totaling 3,095,026 people, while the samples taken were 100 Surabaya people. The data source in this study is primary data where data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. Data that has been collected will be tested for validity and reliability first. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis in this study shows that there is a significant influence between Coagraphic Propaganda 19 to Awareness.

<p><em>Ulayat land is a land that is acquired from generation to generation whose control and utilization are regulated by the Mamak Waris Head. This is all obtained without correspondence or in Writing, only by knowing the boundaries naturally with someone else's land. In Padang City, especially in Bungus Teluk Kabung Subdistrict, most of the existing property is customary land. Ulayat land is used for the benefit of its people. The government is obliged to hold land registration in the entire territory of the Republic of Indonesia. One of the methods adopted by the Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning / National Land Agency is through the Complete Systematic Land Registration Implementation Acceleration program as stipulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning / Head of the Republic of Indonesia National Land Agency Number 12 of 2017 concerning Acceleration of Complete Systematic Land Registration , which was carried out in Bungus Teluk Kabung Subdistrict which had a target of 1,100 fields. The formulation of the problem in this Writing is 1. How is the implementation of community ulayat land registration through the Complete Systematic Land Registration program in Bungus Subdistrict Teluk Kabung. 2. What obstacles were encountered in the implementation of the record of communal ulayat land through the Complete Systematic Land Registration program in Bungus Subdistrict Teluk Kabung. And in this Writing, the author uses a sociological juridical approach. Based on the research conducted by the author, the implementation of the registration of ulayat land of the people through the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program in Bungus District Teluk Kabung. It is challenging to implement and does not achieve this target because there are some obstacles in the implementation of the ulayat land registration of the people so that the ulayat land of the community cannot be registered with the Land Office. Constraints arise include subject, namely whose name certificate recorded in the name of the Mamak Chief Heir, on behalf of one member of the community or in the name of Mamak the Head of Waris along with members of the city because in most fields many register on behalf of one member the people without being noticed by Mamak To Waris and other members of the people. Another obstacle is the absence of the Mamak Waris Head and Kerapatan Adat Nagari in the land registration process.</em><em></em></p>

The Emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction to be part of the factors that influence performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable partially and simultaneously. This study also aimed to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable directly and indirectly. This study was conducted to 77 respondents employees of PT. Madu Baru, Yogyakarta. The research method used is quantitative method uses statistical analysis and descriptive. The results of this study are (1) there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (2) there is a significant influence of spiritual intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (3) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction. (4) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence on employee performance. (5) There is a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (6) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (7) There is a significant relationship between job satisfaction on employee performance. (8) There is an indirect effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. (9) There is the indirect influence of spiritual intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction.
