This research aims to describe the implementation of tourism development policies in the Tenggarong District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors for tourism development efforts in Tenggarong District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. This research uses descriptive research type with qualitative methods. Later, the data obtained through interview techniques, observation, and documentation will be analyzed with interactive model analysis so that a conclusion can finally be obtained. The results showed that the implementation of tourism development policies in the Tenggarong Subdistrict, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, was running well but not yet effective, especially in the communication process, human resources, budget, birocracy structur and disposition.Keyword: implementation, policy, tourism development

This study aims to determine (1) the inhibiting factors that affect the financing of problematic murabahah found at BPRS Al Falah Banyuasin during the covid-19 pandemic. (2) Handling problematic murabahah financing carried out at BPRS Al Falah Banyuasin during the covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative research type. This research is descriptive research. The population in this study were several employees and customers of BPRS Al Falah Banyuasin. The data analysis technique in this study uses a way of analyzing and assessing all relevant data and facts obtained from the selected object and quoting from generally accepted theories and provisions then from the results of the analysis the author tries to draw conclusions that represent the existing problems. The results of this study the authors conclude that: (1) The obstacles in murabahah financing at BPRS Al Falah Banyuasin are the ability to pay from customers, global economic conditions, human resources, customer character, completeness of documents or administration, and customer delays in paying installments. (2) Handling murabahah financing at BPRS Al Falah Banyuasin, namely billing on the principle of kinship, giving warnings or reprimands, rescheduling (Rescheduling), reconditioning, restructuring.

Objective The study describes the pentahelix model in tourism development in the city of Semarang. The problem is the lack of optimal cooperation between the actors involved. Theory uses the Policy Actor Theory and the Pentahelix Model. Descriptive research type, qualitative approach. Data is collected through: interview, observation and literature. Determination of informants with Snowball technique and key informants Head of the Department of Tourism and Culture of the city of Semarang. Data analysis by means of: data condensation, data verification and conclusion drawing. Data validation uses source triangulation. From the research it can be seen: (1) tourism development in Semarang city using pentahelix model, has involved academics, government, community, business, and mass media (2) Field findings are the Semarang City Tourism Promotion Agency (BP2KS) is not optimal and (3) Cooperation between the pentahelix model actors in the city of Semarang from the results of the research is not optimal. Research recommendations: revised the tourism regulation of Semarang city concerning "collaboration between actors, strengthening the institutional capacity of BP2KS, and subsequent researchers are advised to take the focus of research with different loci or make comparisons with the same focus.

The purpose of this research is to find out the right tourism development strategy to be implemented in Popo village as a coastal tourism village in Takalar Regency. The method of this research is descriptive research. The instruments in this study include; Observation of Data Documentation, Interview and Questionnaire. The result of the research shows that the development of tourist villages requires support from various parties so that they can become income for the community in the tourist village. In the development of tourist villages, there are various factors including driving factors and inhibiting factors. The driving factor of the tourist village being the driving force for the promotion of the tourist village will be a factor inhibiting the development of the tourist village so that it can be accepted and managed so that it can be entered as a tourism partner village.

This study aims to describe the implementation of service encounters at the Nurul Hayat Foundation and the supporting and inhibiting factors in its application. To describe these two problems, the researcher used a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the application of service encounters takes place in three stages, namely: pre-purchase, service encounter and post-purchase. In its implementation, service encounter support factors include: the use of SOPs as a basis for employees, a special team in monitoring employees on their SOPs, providing call centers, trying to solve any problems quickly, providing training for employees, providing product knowledge books to memorize, requiring customer service always friendly, strives to always be trustworthy in managing the money that has been given by consumers, guarantees consumer data, employees are able to adapt to every consumer who comes, requires cs employees to memorize the names of consumers who are interacting with employees, and have concrete evidence of the building and reviews from consumers. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors for service encounters include: employees have odd jobs which can affect the service and one main building is inadequate in serving consumers

This study aims to analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors for the development of Oesapa Beach attractions in Kupang City. This type of research is qualitative research using qualitative descriptive research methods. Data sources consist of primary data obtained through observation and interviews; and secondary data sources come from records, interview results and documents from relevant agencies in the study. The results of the study show that the factors that support the development of Oesapa Beach attractions are: (1) Tourist attraction, is anything that has a unique, easy, and value in the form of natural diversity, culture, and man-made results that are targeted or tourist visits; (2) Visitors, are someone who visits a tourist area with the aim of having fun and spending less time, energy and money in less than 24 hours. While the inhibiting factors for the development of Oesapa Beach attractions are: (1) Accessibility, is the degree of ease achieved by a person towards an object, service or environment; (2) Promotion is an effort to offer products or services with the aim of attracting consumers to buy or consume them; (3) Human Resources (HR), namely the workforce involved in tourism is still inadequate and professional; and (4) Funds, is one of the benchmarks for the progress of the development of sustainable tourism objects. Oesapa Beach has a tourist attraction in the form of beautiful and natural scenery, lopo-lopo lined on the beach, and lined with cafes with colorful tents and unique and different cafe designs. In addition to the tourist attraction, visitors who are increasingly busy visiting this tourist attraction become a supporting factor for tourism objects can be developed. ABSTRACT This study analyzes and obtain a description of Policy Implementation delegation of some authority of government of the Regent to the District Head in District Tanjungsari of Sumedang Regency. Design used in this study using descriptive research design with a qualitative approach. Data analysis techniques employed in descriptive research through data selection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study can be revealed that the implementation of the policy of delegation of some powers to the District Head in District Regents Tanjungsari accordance with decree No. 55 of 2009 which bestows 22 (twenty two) areas of authority, are still not followed up with a technical guide its implementation, making it difficult for field implementation fully implemented and still can not run optimally. The obstacles faced by the integrated services that have not been implemented, in the sense of the service process in the district Tanjungsari not through one door and go through the procedure on each part in accordance with their main duty, so that the bureaucracy getting longer, there are still overlapping authority with Technical service or other agencies, so that the implementation of the service becomes not optimal, uniform pattern of delegation of authority to all the districts to make the pattern of service be the same and there is no specification tailored to the needs of local communities, Lack of Human Resources (HR). So that the delegation of authority is on target and in accordance with the needs, competencies and skills Increasing Human Resources (personnel) in the district Tanjungsari who will carry out the delegation of authority, the provision of funding support for the implementation of the delegation of authority from the Regents to the District Head in District Tanjungsari of Sumedang Regency in a way inventory and forecast demand infrastructure and facilities and where possible existing infrastructure be utilized in the process of implementation of the delegation of authority. Education is considered as one of the potential development sectors in the effort to prepare qualified human resources. Because education is the actual meaning of education starting from the actual conditions of the learning individual and the learning environment. Learning is a process that will never stop as long as humans live on earth. No man will ever succeed without going through the process of learning, because in learning this man finds the knowledge and experience that smell. Each learning situation will be faced completely by people who learn as a whole individual as well. That is why in different situations every day, the lessons or problems encountered will also differ depending on the existing and available ways and learning.Type of research used in this research is descriptive research type. Approach in this research using approach qualitative and quantitative. The population of this study are all students of Islamic Studies Program of class of 2014 which amounted to 360 students both men and women.Sampling for students Prodi PAI conducted by randomly selecting students who are still active students of Semester V, and the technique of sampling using simple random sampling on this condition set some students representing each of their respective rombel respectively. From the above population were sampled by 72 students.

Communication problems are one of the most important for every organization because it is a tool that binds all management functions within the organization. The effectiveness of internal communication at Sari Ater Hotel & Resort is very central to the survival of an organization and the performance organizaton’s of a hotel that can be seen from the communication hierarchy in vertical, diagional and horizontal communication. The concept of internal communication refers to the opinions of Ronald Adler and George Rodman, who argued that in the process of internal communication occurs through vertical communication process, horizontal communication and diagonal communication. The method used in this research is sirvey with descriptive research type with quantitative approach. This method is suitable because it only provides an overview of research related to the role of internal communication effectiveness in improving employee performance Sari Ater Hotel & Resort. The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the performance of employees of Sari Ater Hotel & Resort. The results show that the vertical and horizontal communication dimensions in internal organizational communication play a role and effective in improving employee performance Sari Ater Hotel & Resort

The purpose of this research is to know and describe the efforts of Kesbangpol Cianjur Regency in Minimizing Conflict during the Preparation Period for the Presidential Election and Vice President in 2019. The method in this study uses qualitative research, in qualitative research using qualitative methods namely observation, interviews and document review. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that in minimizing conflict during the preparation for the 2019 Presidential Election and Vice President, it tends to be good. Kesbangpol Cianjur Regency's efforts to minimize conflicts during the preparation for the 2019 Presidential and Vice Presidential Election were in the form of effective communication between all elements and the community. Supporting factors for human resources, budget, SOP and technical guidelines, and optimization of social media. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are human resources, budget, facilities and infrastructure, weather, and the low literacy culture in the community so that they are easily provoked by hoax information. <p><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan komunikasi matematis tulis siswa dalam mengerjakan soal cerita statistika. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Subjek pada penelitian ini yaitu 20 siswa kelas IX SMPN 4 Pujon yang dipilih melalui hasil siswa mengerjakan soal matematika. Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yakni memberikan soal cerita statistika kepada 20 siswa kemudian melakukan analisis data dengan melihat kemampuan komunikasi matematis tulis siswa berdasarkan indikatornya. Kemudian mengelompokkan siswa menjadi tiga yang terdiri dari kemampuan komunikasi matematis tulis tinggi, kemampuan sedang, dan kemampuan rendah. Hasil pada penelitian ini yakni satu siswa mempunyai kemampuan komunikasi kategori sedang yang mana menuliskan jawaban kurang tersruktur. Empat siswa memiliki kemampuan komunikasi matematis kategori rendah yang menjawab soal tidak tersruktur dan menulis notasi matematika secara kurang tepat. Sebanyak 15 siswa memiliki kemampuan komunikasi matematis tulis kategori tinggi yang memenuhi semua indikator komunikasi. </em></p><p><em>This study aims to describe students' written mathematical communication in working on statistical story questions. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive research type. The subjects in this study were 20 students of class IX at SMPN 4 Pujon who were selected through the results of the students working on math problems. The technique used for data collection in this study was to provide statistical story questions to 20 students then analyze the data by looking at the students' written mathematical communication skills based on the indicators. Then group the students into three which consist of high written mathematical communication skills, moderate abilities, and low abilities. The results of this study were that one student had a moderate category of communication skills which wrote less structured answers. Four students have low category mathematical communication skills who answer unstructured questions and write mathematical notations incorrectly. A total of 15 students have high category written mathematical communication skills that meet all communication indicators.</em><em></em></p>
