The theory of Deterioration Terms of Trade states that the terms of trade between primary commodities and manufactures have a negative deterministic trend. However, the terms of trade for primary commodities have improved significantly because of higher prices of raw materials and natural resources due to the rapid development of some emerging developing countries. Literatures argued that the deterioration in terms of trade is the type of country in which the goods are exported rather than the types of goods exported by such countries are primary or manufactured goods. This paper employs regression models of alternative economies to analyze the correlation between terms of trade and manufactured goods export ratio. Results demonstrated that the Prebisch-Singer Hypothesis holds for all the economies except the developed ones, and the ITTs are worsened by increases in the proportion of manufactured goods for all the economies.

The Prebisch-Singer Hypothesis states that in structural time series analysis, the terms of trade between primary products and manufacturers have a negative deterministic trend. Many researchers argued that the deterioration in trade is the type of country in which the products are exported, regardless of whether the types of products exported by such countries are primary or manufactured products. This paper employs a development-differentiated model to analyze the correlation between various terms of trade and the export proportion of manufactured products on different economies of development status. In the long run, stable co-integration relations exist between terms of trade and the export proportion of manufactured products for development status. Furthermore, the increased proportion of manufactured products exports is the Granger casualty for the worse terms of trade for several economies of development status. The results demonstrated that changing the terms of trade is significantly influenced by structured changes in the export proportion of manufactured products for the development status of economies.

The problem associated with the household behavior on solid waste disposal site in today�s society is complex because of the large quantity and diverse nature of the wastes. Due increase the population, rapid development, global agricultural development has moved rapidly, limitations of financing, emerging limitations of both energy and raw materials and also add to the complexity of any waste management system, large quantities of wastes are being generated in different forms such as solid, liquid and gases. This research explored factors affecting the level of participation in solid waste segregation and recycling of households in Romania, as well as examining current Romania households waste management practices and their knowledge of waste management. This study investigated the solid waste situation and the organization of solid waste management in both urban and rural settings from the perspective of households. Solid waste management is a key component of public services which needs to serve the urban and rural municipalities in an efficient way in order to maintain a decent standard of public health.

The paper expounds foundation and development status of Heilongjiang Province’s cross-border e-commerce, analyzes in integrated development of digital economy with the Heilongjiang Province’s cross-border e-commerce with Russia, and further puts forward prospects and recommendations.

With the rapid development and wide application of Li-ion batteries, cathode materials containing value metals Co, Ni and Mn are blended by several kind of metal oxide presently for pursuing high safe stability and low cost. The composition of spent Li-ion batteries has become complicated and optimum leaching condition varied. In this paper, leaching process for the mixture of pure LiCoO2and Li (Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3)O2was studied. With an increase in component of LiCoO2in mixed materials, the optimum leaching condition varied as: temperature from 60°C to 90°C, H2O2addition amount from 0.54 to 0.75ml/g and liquid-solid ratio from 10 to 20. According to this result, a real mixed spent batteries materials was recovered by being leached in 2M H2SO4at temperature of 90°C, liquid-solid ratio 20 and 0.6ml/g H2O2added. The leaching efficiencies of Co, Ni, Mn, Li were 96.88%, 93.71%, 92.12%, 99.43% respectively. Cu, Al and Fe in solution were removed by precipitation and solvent extraction. Finally, Ni, Co, Mn were extracted by D2EHPA for separating with Na+and other impurities, which is used as a raw materials for preparation of cathode active materials in batteries.

During the processing of frozen and thawed sugar beets, invert sugar, in particular glucose and fructose, accumulates in them. This is due to the process of hydrolysis of carbohydrates. As a result of temperature fluctuations, beets lose elasticity, and tissue walls become soft. The activity of microorganisms intensifies on damaged beets. In the sugar industry, harmful microorganisms enter the production with raw materials, water, unwashed soil and air. Under improper storage conditions of raw materials the rapid development of microorganisms begins leading to sugar loss. The microflora of raw materials in sugar production is due to spore-forming and non-spore-forming bacteria, as well as micromycetes. Processing in the production of such raw materials is complicated. This leads to non-rhythmic operation of the sugar factory, technological processes and metal corrosion of technological equipment. Sugar yield and quality are significantly reduced. An important factor is the protection from the formation of microbial biofilms. The article considers the problem of formation of microbial biofilm in the process of obtaining diffusion juice in the sugar industry. The structure of the biofilm and its stability over time are considered. Under the conditions of active biofilm formation, uncontrolled unaccounted losses of sucrose are observed. Under conditions of low-quality beet processing, biocides and enzymes must be used in the production. They reduce the contamination of intermediate products by microorganisms, greatly facilitate the technological process. They also allow you to predict unaccounted sugar losses and improve its quality and yield. The article considers the effect of different types of biocides on dextran, which is an example of the formation of microbial biofilms. The comparative characteristic of influence of biocides on dextran is given and their resistance is noted.

Oil sands is unconventional oil resources, if its proven reserves are converted into oil, it will be much larger than the world's proven oil reserves. Canadian oil sands reserves stand ahead in the world, followed by the former Soviet Union, Venezuela, the United States and China. However, due to its special properties, different mining and processing technology, and higher mining costs compared with conventional oil, the research of oil sands makes slow progress. At present, due to the rising of world oil price, oil sands mining technology have attracted more and more attention, and have developed a lot.

Abstract Tianjin Port is the largest comprehensive main hub port and one of the main transshipment ports for energy and raw materials transportation in northern China. It has freight business with many countries. At the same time, Tianjin Port is the first port to carry out international maritime container transportation in China’s coastal areas. Tianjin Port was built in the 1950s, and the container business has been started since 1973, In recent years, with the rapid development of large-scale, intensive and intelligent container ships in Tianjin Port, cargo throughput is an important indicator in the comprehensive evaluation of port development, which represents the development level of a port. At the same time, it also brings new tasks to the navigation guarantee work, in particular, it puts forward systematic requirements for port and wharf construction, navigation aids layout, navigation aids efficiency display and navigation aids base layout. The annual throughput of port cargo or container is one of the bases of world ports. As an output index, port enterprises, shipping companies, navigation guarantee departments and shipping economic analysis departments attach great importance to it. Therefore, the prediction of Tianjin Port cargo throughput can provide reference for Tianjin Port’s next development planning, waterway use and navigation guarantee planning and layout, navigation aids setting, wharf construction, route mapping, etc. the article constructs of Tianjin Port. The average error is 0.29%, and the prediction accuracy is first class. This model can better predict the change trend of cargo for Tianjin Port, which is a better way to analyze the change trend for Tianjin port.

With the rapid development of international carbon finance, the carbon finance market has already been developed worldwide, including China, and has a very good development potential in the future. This paper first introduces the background of carbon trading, analyzes the domestic and overseas carbon trading market, and studies the construction framework of China's carbon trading market. This paper also elaborates the analysis of global carbon trading market development status. Finally, the analysis of China's carbon trading countermeasures are provided as per the aforesaid analysis results.

Abstract: China’s high-speed railway network has already achieved speeds of 350 km/h; however, this could be further increased to 400 km/h. After considering the development status and technical level of the high-speed railway system in China, this study indicates that there are four key technologies involved in improving its operational speed: the track, the electrical moving unit, the control system and the traction power supply. Through an experimental analysis, an evaluation index for the high-speed railway is then constructed based on four aspects: safety, comfort, intelligence and environmental protection. Using this system, the rationality of the high-speed railway speed-improvement plan can be scientifically evaluated. The results are of practical significance to the Chinese railway administration, as they can be used to formulate specific plans to increase rail speeds, and therefore promote the rapid development of the high-speed railway network in China.
